Alright everyone I am all better and ready to start writing normally again. I am surprised at the amount of praise I had gotten for the last chapter. Yes the Discord arc is over and things are getting back to the usual pony way of life. With one small exception...everypony has now be transformed into a half-human/half-pony mix. How will things affect Gohan and his friends lives? Read and find out!

Chapter 10: The Transition

"YAAAAWN!" Gohan breathed out as he awoke from his slumber.

After he and the other ponies defeated Discord, Princess Celestia invited all of them to stay at the castle until they could think of a solution for their predicament.

Thanks to their combined charge of energy every pony in Equestria had been infused with his human DNA turning them into a mix of the two species. Too make matters worse their bodies had defined themselves with clear gender characteristics.

Looking around the room Gohan could see that all of his friends laying naked in the room around him. Silently he climb out of bed as to not wake up the sleeping girls around him.

"Hmm, wait a minute where is Rarity?" He whispered to himself as he walked out of the bedroom that was given to him by Celestia.

The minute he walked out of his room the first thing he noticed was the massive confusion of the castle servants struggling to get used to walking on two legs. Maneuvering himself through the large amount of ponies that were tripping over themselves Gohan soon found himself in the main hall.

He wondered to himself what he should do while he waited for his friends to wake up.

"Excuse me sir!" A voice called out behind him. Turning around quickly he was met with a pair of strong eyes. A unicorn pony with a red and gold guard suit stood in front of him.

"Um... Is there anything I can help you with?" Gohan asked feeling the pony's eyes observing him like a hawk.

After a brief moment of silence he spoke again "I have been instructed to escort you to Princess Celestia personal chambers.".

He turned around fast and motioned for Gohan to follow him. As they were walking Gohan noticed that every guard that passed them stopped and saluted before moving on their way.

"Wow you must pretty important for every guard to keep saluting you like this." Gohan said trying to strike up a conversation with the currently silent unicorn.

"I am the Captain of the Royal Guard in charge of ensuring the safety of Princess Celestia." He spoke without turning his head. He seemed to have adapted to the walking problem very quickly and was moving through the crowd with effortless ease.

They stayed silent for the rest of the walk and within moments found themselves at the large door to Celestia's chamber.

The two guards stepped aside to allow their entrance and the door slowly opened.

"Princess I have brought the guest as you have requested." The Pony said with a bow.

Princess Celestia sat up from her position on her bed happy to see her friend "Thank you Shining Armor that will be all.".

With the bow he left the room to return to his duties leaving Gohan and Celestia alone.

"So Gohan as I recall yesterday we were about to have a talk about the recent events that have befallen the ponies of Equestria." The princess spoke and signaled for Gohan to have a seat next to her on her bed "As Twilight has said before the feedback from the blast we used to defeat Discord had an effect on the DNA of all the ponies.".

Gohan sat silently fidgeting with his fingers trying to avoid looking at the nude princess. Celestia noticed the red look on Gohan's face and giggled to herself before continuing to speak.

"If you are wondering what this has to do with you, then I will explain. As you can see no pony has clothing that can hide our now developed bodies so we have enlisted the help of Rarity to create new clothing for us all." She finished and removed herself from the bed standing in front of Gohan.

Gohan however was still confused about what she needed from him "So what do you need me to do?".

Celestia clapped her hands together and gave him a large smile "Well since you asked, we would like you to be a model for the new clothing lines.".

Gohan looked confused "I'm not sure why I would be the best choice to become a model." he said and started rubbing the back of his head.

"Well Gohan as you can see from the ponies outside none of them have gotten used to moving like you on two legs. Any attempts to use one of the fashion models from Ponyville would just end in disaster." Celestia reasoned and used her own wobbling form as an example.

"But Princess I've never modeled anything before, I wouldn't know where to start." Gohan moaned nervous about this new task.

The Princess grinned and used her newly obtained fingers to run a trail up Gohan's arm "Don't worry you will be fine, just try out some new outfits for Rarity and give your opinions about what needs to be improved.".

Gohan was about to complain again but was stopped by a voice coming from the doorway "Yes darling, and we must simply get you out of those rags you are wearing.".

Looking towards the door he could see Rarity using her magic to levitate a big box of fabrics.

"Alright Gohan, no more dillydallying we have a lot of work to do and a short amount of time to do it!" The Fashionista pony ordered and grabbed onto him pulling him toward the door.

Celestia gave them a small grin and waved as they disappeared through the doorway with Gohan complaining the whole way "Have fun you two hehehe.".

(Inside the Castle's fabric room)

Gohan found himself up against the wall in his boxers as Rarity started to measure his body.

"Um Rarity, is it necessary for me to only be in my underwear?" He asked feeling self conscious about having the still naked seamstress running her hands up and down his body.

Rarity grinned softly to herself and answered "Relax Gohan, if you had left those rags on then I couldn't accurately find your measurements.".

Gohan blushed a deep red as she continued to take his measurements. After about five minutes she finally stopped and went to a table and began to work on a few outfits.

"So why use my measurements instead of the other ponies, I mean aren't these close going to be made for them.". Asked Gohan watching as she started to stitch together fabric with great concentration.

Rarity continued to work and gave him an answer without looking up from her work "Well Gohan, this outfit I am putting together right now is to replace that tacky outfit that you were wearing. As for the reason that you are modeling for me is that we already tried to use some of the guards here at the castle but unfortunately they can't stand up long enough for me to get you measurements.".

"I guess that makes sense. By the way how is that you are adjusting to the change better than everyone else?" Gohan asked amazed that she was already almost finished working.

Rarity gave him a wide smile before running a hand through her well styled mane "Progress doesn't stop just because my body changes. I have spent the entire night learning to keep myself balanced and getting used to these new finger things that we have been given. Truth be told I can work twice as fast as I usually can thanks to this.".

Taken off her glasses and placing them down onto the table she lifted her first new work of art up and presented it to Gohan.

"Here we are darling, since as I recall you loved my costume that I made for you for the Gala I have specially customized this outfit to be just like it." Rarity smiled as he watched his light up.

True enough he was presented with both a shirt and a pair of pants. They both were shimmering like starlight and were a midnight blue color. Smiling softly Gohan placed the clothes down and wrapped Rarity in a tight hug.

Rarity gasped as she felt the strong arms wrap around her. She didn't move an inch for almost a minute before returning the hug with a blush.

"Well now, are you that happy over one little outfit." She chuckled.

Letting her go softly Gohan started rubbing the back of his head "Sorry, it's just that no one has ever made me something as cool as this.".

Rarity gave a sad smile as she remembered the conversation that she and her friends spoke about the night before. Each of them wanting to know more about their new human friend had looked into some of his recent memories since the Cell games. While transformed into a copy of Gohan they all were met with rather unpleasant memories of Gohan being beaten and abused by his mother and the people he used to call his friends.

The girls then spent a good portion of the night talking about the things they saw while Gohan slept peacefully. Even Pinkie Pie didn't dare disturb him, as he had earned his sleep and much more. She remembered that Celestia had told them all to meet together the next night so they could have a very important talk with Gohan. She wondered what they would discuss as her mind was brought back to the present.

"Think nothing of it Gohan, if it wasn't for you Equestria would be doomed and my sister wouldn't be safe." She told him twirling a strand of her hair with her finger.

Gohan eyes snapped open as Rarity spoke about the sister "Oh my god what happened to Big Mac and the others after we beat Discord!?.".

Rarity covered her mouth with her hand holding back a laugh "It's alright Gohan, they are here at the castle too. I believe that they are all recovering in the castle medical wing with only minor injuries. Which reminds me Sweetie Belle wanted to thank you for saving all of them, so make sure you go see her.".

"Alright are you sure that don't need me to do anything else?" Gohan asked.

"Nope I will be pretty busy making new outfits all day so I will be here for awhile, but you go ahead." Rarity said and watched him put on his new clothes.

With a wave Gohan walked out the door and made his wave to the medical wing.

"Just you wait Gohan, soon you will have more than one lovestruck pony coming after you." She smiled and began to work on more fabric.

(Medical Wing)

"These bandages are itchy!" Moaned Applebloom roughly scratching her arms.

Scootaloo looked at her with annoyed eyes "Well your burns won't get any better if you keep scratching at them all.".

Sweetie Belle sat on her own little bed and giggled at her friends antics "You two have been at it since you woke up, how about giving it a rest?".

Applebloom and Scootaloo gave each other a look and then threw a pillow at Sweetie Belle knocking her off her bed and onto the floor.

"All right that's it!" The fallen pony yelled grabbing a pillow and jumping towards her friends.

The three continued their pillow fight as Big Mac and Cheerilee laughed in amusement.

"Well it's good to see that they are enjoying themselves despite all that's happened." Said Cheerilee leaning back down to rest on her pillow.

"Eeyup." Smiled Big Mac doing the same.

Thanks to them hiding in a small building as the others blasted Discord they were able to escape the battle with only minor injuries. Big Mac and Cheerilee had sprained legs while the fillies got by with just small burns and a couple bruises.

Suddenly from across the room the door opened slowly as Gohan walked into the room.

"Mr. Gohan!" Sweetie Belle happily called and ran to give him a hug "Thank you for saving us yesterday!".

The half saiyan returned the hug with a smile "Don't mention it, it's my job to save people.". Looking at the bandages that covered their bodies Gohan became worried "Are you all injured because the attack we used against Discord?".

"It wasn't your fault Gohan, besides we look worse than we actually are." Cheerilee spoke trying to reassure the frowning boy.

"Cheerilee is right Gohan, if you hadn't of helped the others beat Discord we probrably wouldn't have survived him, and that monster that was with him." Big Mac spoke leaning up on one arm.

Scootaloo pulled a pillow off of her head and agreed "Yeah what was that creepy green thing anyway?"

Gohan's face scrunched up as the memories of Cell played in his head.

Seeing that this was a sensitive subject for him, Cheerilee tried to quickly change the conversation "Girls I think that it is time for us all to get some rest. Thanks for dropping by Gohan we hope that you will come visit us again when our wounds heal.".

Gohan smiled gratefully as he nodded and waved goodbye to everyone. The fillies moaned sadly not wanting their new hero to leave.

"Do you really have to go Gohan?" Asked Applebloom giving him her best puppy dog eyes.

Gohan gave her a soft smile and patted her on the head "Don't worry Applebloom, I will come back a little bit later to see you all again.".

The Cutie Mark Crusaders gave a loud whoop as the waved goodbye to him as he disappeared back through the door.

As he walked through the hallways back to his room Gohan couldn't help but wonder where the last Cell clone had disappeared to and how strong he would be the next time the meet.

(Back in Gohan's room)

"I wonder where Gohan went?" Twilight spoke as she and her friends finally awoke.

Fluttershy stood up stretching before answering her friend "If I can recall, I believe he is helping Rarity with creating new clothes for everyone.".

"I hope Rarity doesn't try and make me any sissy girl clothes." Applejack moaned as she pulled herself from the floor and dropped down onto Gohan's bed, tipping her hat onto her face.

Twilight have a sigh and started to walked around the room trying to get used to her changed body "I still can't believe our bodies changed like this." she said and did a small spin "Was it as hard for Gohan to get used to be a pony for the short amount of time that he was?".

"It was somewhat of a challenge believe me." Gohan called as he stepped into the room.

"Gohan!" Fluttershy almost yelled and jumped across the room to give him a tight hug.

Gohan could feel the air leave his lungs as her arms tightened around him. Pinkie Pie laughed as the Saiyan turned a light blue before Twilight jumped between the two and pried them apart.

"Fluttershy any tighter and he will be right back in the hospital!" Twilight scolded as Fluttershy continued to reach for Gohan.

The pink maned pony smiled at her friend before apologizing "I'm sorry, it's just that I was so worried about how you were feeling after the battle yesterday.".

Gohan returned the smile glad to see that his friends were still worried about him " I'm perfectly fine Fluttershy, I was able to get through the entire fight with just a few bruises.".

Pinkie Pie started bouncing around the room and landed onto his back "Hey Gohan go blond again, it makes you look cuter!".

Gohan blushed lightly as Pinkie Pie complimented him. Focusing his energy Gohan powered up into his sustained super saiyan form.

"How are you able to do that Gohan?" Asked Twilight amazed at his transformation.

"Yes Gohan, I believe we are all curious about your transformation." A voice said from behind him.

Turning around they were all met by Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, and Rarity who was using her magic to carry nine wrapped boxes behind her.

"Sorry to interrupt the story everypony but I believe you will all enjoy these presents." Rarity said and passed the boxes to everyone.

They all tore into them at the same time as their eyes lit up in wonder at what they found.

Inside each of the fancily crafted boxes was a new outfit for each of the girls and Gohan. *(Don't ask me how Rarity knows what the clothing styles are!)*

Twilight's outfit consisted of a purple schoolgirl's outfit with matching skirt. Pinkie Pie grinned happily at her knew bubblegum pink t-shirt and blue jean combo. Applejack began putting on her checkered sleeveless top with Daisy Dukes. Fluttershy shyly slipped on her long yellow dress with flower designs. Rainbow Dash put on her Rainbow colored sweatshirt and sweatpants. Rarity's clothing was an elaborate violet dress and hat combo that was laced in many different gems. Princess Celestia and Princess Luna dresses were the opposites of each other. One was as bright as the sun and the other shimmered like the moon.

As each of the girls thanked Rarity and helped each other dress into their new outfits they noticed Gohan holding his box and staring down at the ground in an embarrassed manner.

"What's wrong Gohan do you not adore your new outfit?" Asked Rarity hoping that she did not disappoint him.

"Um..it's not that it's just...I don't think it would be polite to change in front of ladies." Gohan said still staring at the ground.

Celestia grinned at how cute Gohan was making himself appear "All right everypony turn around so Gohan can change into his new clothes.".

Both Luna and Fluttershy inwardly groaned as they all averted their eyes from the young half-saiyan. After about a minute of waiting Gohan cleared his throat and they all turned to face him and gave a coo in awe.

Standing before them was Gohan in the most fanciest outfit they had ever seen. Like at the Gala the outfit resembled a knight's armor but with a few small changes.

The shirt now was a mix of a shimmering sky on one side and a bright fiery sun on the other. Pants now joined the outfit and followed the color scheme of the shirt. On his hands and feet were golden gloves and boots that were made out of the softest fabrics Rarity could find.

"You look very handsome Gohan!" Celestia softly spoke with a strangle smile and ran her hands up and down his arms.

Luna looked at her sister with jealous eyes as she watched her sister feel up her friend.

"What's wrong...wish you could be doing that instead of her?" Nightmare Moon chuckled from inside Luna's mind.

Luna didn't bothered to reply to her darker self and turned her head away from the sight "Um...Excuse me Gohan I believe you were going to tell us how you were able to transform like you did.".

Gohan breathed a sigh of relief as the awkward situation was diverted.

Celestia gave a small pout as she pulled her arms away from the boy "Yes Gohan we are definitely interested in your abilities.".

Gohan took a very deep breath before dropping down onto the bed "Alright everyone you want to know everything about me and where I come from?" he watched as they all nodded eager for him to continue "Alright you might want to sit down because this will take awhile.".

Sorry for ending the chapter so soon but I want to have a good starting point for the next chapter. Don't worry The next chapter is already halfway done so you will be able to read the next part without too much of a delay...Also if anyone is willing to play Borderlands 2 online for the playstation 3 let me know because I am always looking for people to co-op with.
