Prologue

The Music of Awakenings

Rain dropped in the modest town of ponyville the silent streets empty, however on a street of ponyville near the edge of town came a thundering beat one that vibrated the ground around the building. The puddles of water danced to the sound of drum and bass that echoed through the night the rain’s sound was drowned out and the music was the true storm. Through the doors and into the building you saw it all. The rave lights waving in the dark and the dance floor filled with pony’s everywhere one particular pony was in the middle dancing away she was pink with a curly pink mane and had balloons on her flank she seemed to be enjoying herself.

Suddenly the music ended  and all froze to look up at the a huge stand surrounded by enormous amps on top of it was a DJ’s stand… and behind it was the DJ a female DJ one of blinding white with a static blue mane and tail, her eyes were covered by a pair shades that were glowing violet. The DJ smiled down at the ponies who were now staring at her wondering what was going on. The DJ took the microphone and with a energetic tomboyish voice that held a bit of feminine traits she spoke.

“THIS IS DJ PON~3 ARE YOU ALL HAVIN A GOOD TIME” She boomed into the mike with her overwhelming voice, the crowd gave her satisfying amount of screams and applauds she nodded and gave a wicked smile. “that’s good… that’s good but I don’t think it’s good enough maybe I’m not doing my job quite right… should we call it a night or do you think…” she stopped and thought “nah forget it”

“think what come on tells us please, please, please!!!!” the pink pony said while bouncing up and down.

DJ Pon~3 smiled and replied, “Think we should…” she paused for more effect, then out of nowhere she slamed the mice into her face and kicked up the volume and screamed “DROP THE BEAT EVERYPONY!!!!! WUB WUB WUB!!!!” she screamed it so loud it would put Luna’s Royal Canterlot Voice to shame.

Suddenly every one cheered then a chant for her name came up it grew and grew until it roared through the building and into the night sky. The sound of it echoed into what seemed like nothing ness however it did not just stop, no it certainly didn’t stop for somewhere out their a creature of enormous power and evil heard this sound of the new era. Through the night the creature heard it he listens to the dubstep music that reminded him of disorder and through the prison in which he was trapped he turned up a crestfallen smile.
