Halsey merely sighed and said "Andrews...You don't KNOW how much we need extra firepower, just stamp the envelope and send that damn thing..We need more heros. And fast." The recruit gulped and grabbed a piece of paper with trembling hands. He stamped a ONI seal on it and slipped it into a slot in the wall. Halsey sighed and said "Dismissed, Private Andrews."

It is July 22th, 2555, around 3 years after Master Chief was deemed M.I.A..Dr. Catherine Elizabeth Halsey decided the time had come to make more preparations to stop the covenant, they were too strong...And some elites had rejoined...So, the UNSC does what they did back at the Spartan 3 program, put them on a stranded planet and raise them there...But it isn't going to work as they planned...
