Cranky and Matilda had to move from their house in Ponyville the first night they had been together in the autumn of 1984. The two donkeys had lived in a very old and haunted cottage outside Ponyville. Cranky ands Matilda had left the cottage in a hurry like something had chased them away, and ran back to their house in Canterlot.

"We don't like those evil and very old ponies, who had intruded our cottage." had Cranky told Twilight before they left.

Things were moving by themselves that night, as they had seen a ghostly filly who had scared them out of the house. For hundred years ago the house had been used as a house for the stationmasters of Ponyville, and they had been build the first railroads from Ponyville and across Equestria. It all started that last week where Cranky had seen ghosts of ponies in hundred of years old clothes haunt the forest outside the cottage.

"As following this new book for few years ago a family of ponies also had to move because they escaped from the half alive stationmasters, and they had last been seen for hundred years ago." Twilight read in her library one morning.

"The filly of the family Lickety Split got awoke one autumn night by seeing a ghostly pony, while the ghost said mommy scaredy me and scaredy go away." Twilight read.

Then were there a gallery of a filly from many decades ago, who was told to be the one nicknamed scaredy. Twilight got starled by the sight of old ghost photographs of the scaredy entity.

"Now I understand why nopony wanted to live in that old cottage anymore, and Zecora would not go up there too." Twilight told herself.

"Once upon a time a mare had been living in that cottage before the family moved in, and the living dead stationmasters assaulted her in the forest outside her cottage one autumn morning." the unicorn pony read.

The Canterlot guards and some ghost hunters had been send out to search for the stationmasters a dark autumn evening in 1984. But these ponies had also left that forest quickly because they would not be around the so called scaredy things in the remote forests again.
