Starswirl the Bearded were in the ruins of what had been his castle in the Everfree Forest for many years ago. Ponies had flocked to come arrive at the royal parties, and have picnics in the Everefree Forest before Starswirl the Bearded had cursed it with monsters.That were an early autumn morning in the ruined castle, as Starswirl wrote in his book. Starswirl called his book Goodbye Ponyville.

"Goodbye Ponyville I failed in my tests to become a good student, and now I have to leave an unfinished spell behind me." the old pony had written.

"I am leaving this book in my newly opened library called up by myself in Canterlot, and I hope the right pony will finish this book." Starswirl wrote.

Starswirl had been so busy with his spell book that he not had made any friends, and he had not shown up at the events like the galas in his castle and shown up at the yearly cute cenera in Sugarcube Corner.

"I'm too old for this, and I am spending my final days outside Ponyville." the pony had written.
