"Here Comes the Finale!" the announcer yells into the mic
Rainbow Leaves the rest of the wounderbolts and climes higher and higher turns around and Beings to pick up speed! The sonic rainboom, All of the fans cheering louder and louder! Just as she is about to hit the sound barrier, as the water forms in her eyes, she glances to her side to see a familiar orange earth pony flying next to her.
" 'Eh their Rainbow!" The unexpected orange mare cried.
"Uhhh AJ what are you doing in sky... with wings and keeping up with me?" rainbow yelled back
"no idea its your dream!" Applejack replied
With that Rainbow Dash sees that her wings are gone, and she was falling. still at mach speed she is about to hit the ground when balm! An apple hit her in the head and she wakes up.
"finally! Ah got you up you lazy Pegasus!" AJ was on the ground with a huge grin on her face.
Rainbow turned around and looked at the Earth pony with less then enthusiastic look on her face she flipped back over trying to ignore the silly pony who through the apple.
"What do you want AJ, your wasting my pre-nap nap time." she stated as if in a hurry to go back to the dream where she was about to amaze every pony in Equestria.
" 'uor pre-nap nap?... Anyway Rainbow Ah have great news!!" AJ almost as jumpy as Pinkie pie on a party day
this piqued the interest of the Pegasus who still had her back turned to the earth pony.
"well if 'our listening or not, "Dream Equestria" is coming to Marecouver!"
Rainbow almost fell out of her cloud. if you can’t image that happening, picture it like rolling off your bed but about 15' higher. gripped on the edge of the cloud Rainbow yelled back
"WHAT?!? thats almost as cool as Wounderbolts doing a live show! But more musical!!"
AJ looked at the Pegasus with eyes of a Crazed fan-girl, their was a just a few things the two of them had in common, this was one of the few, Metal. It turned the honest pony into a crazed head banging metalhead, Dream Equestria was one
of her favourite bands, along with Metallicolts, Iced Ponies, parathrax, and some that just made Big mac think that her sister was a worshipper of Discord.
Rainbow had floated down and was bursting at the seams with excitement. she and AJ looked at each other... their was a bout a 5 second of gap of silence and then...
"OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG....." you get the point, both of the ponies danced and cheered as passer buyers were looking at the two of them trying to cover the eyes of their young ones. Twilight was walking past with a bag filled with books and ingredients of some-sort, looking a bit tired as if she was running from something in the everfree forest. Zakora’s hut being in the Everfree forest did not help with trying to have a pleasant afternoon tea with the zebra. she looked behind her and sighed a sense of relief. Then was shocked to see Rainbow and AJ dancing together and yelling and attempting to sing something that sounded unpleasant to her ears.
"umm Hi girls, you both doing ok?" she asked from a distance to not get pulled into the dancing and fan-girl squeals.
AJ stopped singing and with both eyes wide open
"DREAM EQUESTRIA IS COMING TO MARECOVER!"
"uhhhh who?" Twilight said soon to regret this choice.
Rainbow dash froze, Turned her head slowly and moving at almost pinkie speed appeared right in Twilight sight and start to fan blab
"ONLY ONE OF THE BEST METAL BANDS EVER!" she yell in a voice that would make Luna look like she was whispering.
Being blown back by this "Fact", Twilight stood up and sighed.
"you know girls, metal and rock can ruin your ears may even cause tinnitus and could make you go death! I mean i have a book here, that explains the whole con...." Twilight began to explain every little thing that could be damaging to ones ear. Needless to say Rainbow was already hoof talking with Applejack making a silly face while doing it. AJ started to laugh, Twilight not paying any attention to the two of them making funny faces at her. she looked up at one point both of them stopped mid face and smiled at her.
"well clearly the both of you are not even going to lisson to me about this, because the both of you have most likely lost your hearing" she smirked
"whhaa'?" AJ said then bursting in to laughter
“WHAT DID YOU SAY APPLEJACK I CAN’T HEAR YOU!” Rainbow yelled in a sarcastic tone. Apple jack proceeded to egg on the purple unicorn
“ AH DON’T SEE WHY YOU NEED THAT MANY APPLES RD, I MEAN YOUR ONLY ONE PONY!”
Twilight looking less and less impressed rolled her eyes and dropped the lecture, it was clear that neither of them would want to hear anything that she would have to say to them.
“fine whatever, you both can just lose your hearing and you’ll get no help from me!” Twilight’s voice was that of disapproval. after the laughter stopped Rainbow looked at the unicorn and asked a question that would most likely have a long answer
"Why did you even have that book on you anyway twi?"

Not to far from the three ponies in her cabin blissfully unaware of want was going on Fluttershy was reading a book entitled “How To care for your bunny”.This book of course of worn down to nothing as if she had read it more then a 1000 times, which she was getting close too. When a knock on the door cut the silence. she trotted up to the door and looked through the glass panel to see two golden eyes, one was starting to drift down a bit while she smiled.
"oh... hello Ditzy... how are you today?" fluttershy asked as she opened the door.
"I'm Fantastic!" she smiled, starting to look through her almost empty bag.
"thats good, care for some tea Ditzy?" she welcomed the mailmare in to her house, the blond mare smiled and walked into the small house and put her bag on the floor, and found a chair to sit on. she shook her head and her eyes were looking back straight on.
"your my last delivery today Fluttershy!" She exclaimed as tea was getting poured for her. she took a sip and smiled even more some how. she pulled her bag over and pulled out a small package,that had a very odd symbol on it.
"Here you go!" Ditzy took a few more sips of tea asFluttershy began to open the package.
~Squee~
Fluttershy's face broke into a Huge smile as she pulled out a poster and Record, Her eyes almost as big as the record she lets out a yea, that was almost audible by Ditzy.
"ooohhhh did you get a new record?" Ditzy asked as she was pulling her afternoon muffin out of the mail bag. Her faced dropped as she found out it was squashed, she glared at the muffin then shrugged and began to eat it
"yes, yes i did! oohhh my goodness! and its even signed by the Wiz!" she ran to her player and placed the record on it.
"the Wiz? Is that the name of the band?"
the mailmare was starting to look confused, her lazy eye started to drift as she was not thinking about it, but more on who this "Wiz" was.
Fluttershy was placing the record on the turn table and realised that she needed to replace the needle. Her face turned sour as she walked over to the cabinet. Ditzy was slightly confused and it seemed fluttershy was almost in a trance not hearing anything the mailmare said.
"uhhh Fluttershy are you even listening to me?"
Fluttershy found a new needle and had a dark yet still some how sweet smile on her face. This caused a few of the animals flee. They knew what was about to happen. Angel bunny fled under his little home and covered his ears. The mailmare still unaware of what was going to happen, just sat there watching the yellow Pegasus.
As to try not to disturb anypony she put her head phones on. what Fluttershy forgot was that the headphones, were not in fact plugged in.

As the three ponies were walking back to Ponyville Rainbow dash and Applejack were talking about how they should get to Marecouver next week, but it was going to be only show that they could easily reach from their tour list as they missed the Manehatten show.
"well we could walk the..." she got cut off by Rainbow dash
"and get their after the show ends? we would have to leave today, and now, no packing or anything!" rainbow said cutting into Applejack words mid sentence.
"was goin' to say that dash" Applejack stated with daggers in her eyes.
"Well I've always wanted to see Marecouver, I could teleport us..." Twilight was about to finish but got death glares from Applejack and Rainbow dash. they didn't forget that one time that she caused Rainbow dash and Applejack to teleport into paint factory where it took them weeks to get the paint off of their coats.
"ok maybe not" she blushed a bit at remembering the event and how it unfolded.
"so with Teleporting, Train, and walking out of the question... what are we going to do?" Applejack asked. If your wondering about the Train and why its no longer an option at this point just think Rainbow dash plus a really silly bet from a silly pony.
"I still don't know why the conductor was so mad at me. I mean all I did was blow up half of his house... train yard... trains... carts.... ya I would be mad a me too." Rainbow dash finished looking down at her hooves.
as they talked more about transport methods a slightly mushed muffin dropped in front of them, the three ponies looked at the muffin and then looked to the sky if they could see Ditzy Doo, but no mare in the sky. Twilight looked at how the muffin landed and using her mathematical skills
determined that the muffin flew in the direction of Fluttershy's place. the other two ponies looked at twilight with faces of confusion. shrugged and continued to Ponyville, leaving twilight with her math problem.
"uhh Twi you comin'?" Applejack asked looking back at the unicorn.
"huh? oh yes! sorry girls just got lost in the muffin math." she replyed.
their was a few seconds of silence and then Twilight jumped in the air!
"Oh I know how to get to Marecouver! We can take my balloon!" Twilight yelled in a victorious voice
"hey that's not such a bad idea! I can pull it so we can get their faster!" Rainbow conclude
you could tell that rainbow actually cared about this event because she was willing to do work to get there.
So the plan was set in motion, the balloon would take the three of them to Marecouver a few days early to see the sights and get ready for the show, well for two of them anyway.

Ditzy was shocked. somepony had left the record player headphones unplugged and the volume at full. Pinkie was the most likely suspect as she house sat for Fluttershy just the other day.
Ditzy was flung back from the sure force of the wave of sound, Fluttershy was stuck in a state of awe as she was rocking out to the newest Record from Dream Equestria Screaming the top of her lungs!
looking up from falling over the gray Pegasus was in shock, she didn't even know what to think. This was not the Fluttershy that any pony knew, she was lost in the music, their was nothing that Ditzy could say to pull her out of trance
she just watched as fluttershy was singing in a voice that was heavenly and scary at the same time. as the song ended Ditzy walked over and took the needle off the record. The animals that were flung out of the house peered in to see Fluttershy just sitting there, not really moving. Ditzy poked the mare, she fell over and made an ever so soft thudding sound. Ditzy stayed with Fluttershy until she woke up from the trance of music.
"oh dear... I'm sorry about that Ditzy, I just kind of sang really loudly there. ummm... It happens from time to time.... sorry..." Fluttershy said as she picked up her cup of tea.
"i just didn't know you were that much into music." Ditzy smiled and took another sip of her now cold tea.
"well... that’s just it... not many ponies don’t know about my love for music... and music that is really the opposite of me." she smiled and apologized again.
"so how did you get into metal anyway?" Ditzy asked as she looked over to her record collection, which consisted mostly of metal.
"most of those are from my older bother! He would play those through out the house, my father my half death so it didn't bother him at all." she smiled thinking about her family back in Cloudsdale.
"my mother hated that music but let him listen to it as long as she wasn't in the house, which was quite often, she worked at the rainbow factory and was the safety supervisor. anyway... my brother would play it all the time, it just grew on me I guess, I would normally wake up to it and eventually sleep through it." she laughed at that one.
"wait you slept thought heavy metal!" Ditzy was very shocked to hear that.
"as I said I got very use to it!" Fluttershy responded.
"a few years ago when i went back to Cloudsdale for my bothers birthday, I gave him two concert tickets for Metallicolts. I told him that they're for you and your current Marefriend! he looked at me and hugged me and said, "I don't have a marefriend right now! So i need somepony to come with me!" and sure enough he grabbed me and I went to my first metal concert and I go to one in Marecouver every once in awhile, just so then ponies don't... well don't think I'm some kind of angry pony." she finished her tea and smiled at the mailmare.
"well your still the kind mare I know! metal music or not. It's not about what ponies listen to or what they watch but more in how they act." Fluttershy was shocked to hear such words of wisdom from Ditzy.
"what? Do I have some muffin on my face?"
"no, no, no I was just thinking on what you just said, it was very nice!" Fluttershy sounding apolgitic
"heh, I may have a weird eye but my brain still works like muffin.... I mean clockwork." they both laughed.
soon after the mailmare packed her things and flew off towards town. fluttershy finished up her duties and look at the package agian. their they were, the most important thing in the world to her right now. Tickets, Tickets to the Dream Equestria show in Marecouver.

she walked over to the table and looked at the picture of her and the town Doctor Dr.Whooves. He had going to School in Marecouver to learn about new treatments for ponys. Fluttershy grabbed the tickets and a bag and bid her animal friends farewell.
"don't worry guys Pinkie pie will be by to feed you all! I will see you in a week!" she said flying off towards the train.
Angel bunny shivered at the thought that pinkie pie of all ponies was going to be here again, feeding and "loving" them.

rainbow was getting her harness on and stretching to get ready to pull Twilight's balloon. Applejack was getting the ropes ready, making sure that they were not going to slip out while they flew.
Twilight pulled out the map and started to plot their course. She was looking for the most scenic route, she wanted to enjoy the trip just as much as the destination. Of course rainbow and AJ had no idea about this. She then pulled out her pony camera and smilled, Her bag not filled with books but camera equipment. The other two had no idea how long this 2 day journey was going to be.
"OK girls time to pack up and go!" twilight said with a smile.
the ropes got attached to Rainbowdash, and they lifted off!

Angel bunny shuttered as he felt a force he knew all to well. The door of Fluttershy’s little cabin flew open. Their in the door way stood the pink terror. Fear unadulterated fear was stuck on his face.
“Helllooooooo my little friends! Its Party with Pinkie Pie!” The pink monster yelled to the quite cabin.
Angle soon realised that all of the other animals were in hiding, his face dropped to dispare as he was picked up and life almost squeezed out of him. It was going to be a long week.

Hey guys, well here is a random story, I have never really read fan-fics, or wrote them.
I was just bored one night and wrote about a concert I went to, I have no idea how many chapters this is going to end up being but i guess I am just going to write and see what happens.
I well come all kinds of questions and criticism.

Rainbow Dash was starting to slow down, the sweat starting to get into her eyes was getting to be a bit too much.
“Hey Rainbow you’re not looking so hot? You might wanna take a break sugercube...” Applejack yelled out to her friend.
A little miffed at the comment Rainbowdash pushed her self for about 10 seconds and then just gave up. falling the length of the rope Rainbowdash found a cloud to land on and grasped it close to her chest. after a few seconds the balloon started to drag a sound asleep Rainbowdash and cloud in tow. twilight and Applejack burst into laughter at the sight of a tangled up Rainbowdash snoring away.
“Maybe we should set down for the day... It has been really hard on Rainbowdash, also i’m almost out of film. Geez you think with the amount of equipment I have, i could reamber a few rolls of film...” Twilight started to ramble off as she started to empty out her her bag to end up with about 30 rolls falling out. Applejack eyes widened at the sight of the “lack of film”, not even wanting to think about the cost to develop all of it. The two mares spotted their stop just a small place off of the train track. two buildings laid on the edge of the tracks, and there they spotted a nice place to land the balloon.

The train was rolling along making quite the noise going through the flat planes, the sound could be heard for miles.Fluttershy was busy knitting a scarf for Whooves, she was always worried that he would catch a cold up in Marecover. She had a pair of headphones on and was listening an older Dream Equestria album, she couldn’t hear anything outside her cabin. Little did she know that Dream Equestria was on the same train she was, It's also a good thing. Why? Bear didn’t eat anything all day.
“Bear, you really need to eat something.” The brown colt stated, he had a cup of tea with some honey placed beside him by a steward. nodding to the steward, he picked up the tea turned his attention back to Bear. The brown colt's cutie mark was that of a series of notes going higher and higher, Note was well known for hitting notes higher than most other ponies or colts.
“Grafff” was the noise that Bear made, Note wasn’t to sure if it was from him or his stomach. Note sighed, he took a sip of his tea and looked to his other band member. Ginie was blissfully unaware as he was tapping a drum stick on his book. Ginie was a light blue Unicorn whose cutie mark was a drum set with dark blue smoke surrounding it. As he started a book solo, Bear swatted at the floating stick and sent them flying. Ginie looked to Bear and gave him a look of confusion, he then rolled his eyes and proceed to ask Note.
“Bear seems to be angry at me, did I do something wrong?”
Note looked up from his tea, then looked at Bear who wasn’t paying any attention to them , and then back to his tea.
“He has been in foul mood for the past two weeks. aren’t you missing anyone from home?”
Ginie sighed and simply nodded, pulled out two more drum sticks and was starting to practice the time signatures in Dance of Luna’s Eternity. The song was giving Ginie a bit of difficulty in the major switches, Ragtime who puts that in a middle of a song?
“that’s part is really quite hard, it goes 557/57/557 then a double 433 count I believe.”
Wiz stated as he walked into the cabin, he looks to Ginie and smiles and takes a picture of him with his camera. Wiz was an interesting earth pony with the mix of white and gray spots, with a cutie mark that looked like bright blue wizard’s hat covered in stars.
“Why do you have to take all of these pictures?”
Ginie asked as he was replaying that part of the song again in his head. Wiz sat down across from Ginie and took a picture of Note and Bear.
“Our fans love my magazine! now only if there was a way to share these pictures faster, like sending them through a series of tubes...” Wiz started to ramble off. Wiz looks up to see Bear just looking out the window not really looking at anything at all.
“Has Bear still not eaten anything yet?”
A sigh was heard across from bear as a dark gray pony with a black main shook his head no. the silent almost ninja like Pegasus was their bassist, Bassline. Bassline’s cutie mark was that of a single White music note.
“you said it Bassline.”
Note said jokingly, taking another sip of he tea he started to recall the event that left Bear so depressed. Mearcouver was the final destination on their tour and it has been a really long time since they have been home. Bear had just gotten a letter from home saying that his daughter had walked for the first time. He was missing out on some of the biggest events in daughter's life and his families. Bear sighed again, he turned to his band members and smiled
“Think I'm going to go for a walk, which way is it to the dinning cart?”
The Deep brown workhorse stood up, almost dwarfing the other ponies. His cutie mark of a guitar looked darker than usual, needless to say it suited his mood.

Applejack yawned, it wasn’t a good night to get any sleep. A late night train came through town and stopped for a while, some ponies were yelling about a workhorse who ate most of the food on the train or something to that effect. Then all of the refueling and restocking, what could they be doing to make such noise. Applejack couldn't really guess, nor did she want to at this hour. She wandered downstairs to find something to eat from the hotel fridge, to find a dark gray Pegasus doing the same. Applejack didn't see this Pegasus before, did he come in late? maybe from the train? heck she was happy that she could meet someone new!
“Howdy, you’re hungry too eh?, what’s good eatin’ in there?”
Applejack said while smiling at the Pegasus. The dark gray Pegasus was startled and jumped in the air, sweat started to form on his forehead, he was hoping to just get food and then go back to the train. He looked to the orange pony and smiled and nodded, grabbed a bit for himself and started to make for the door.
“Hey just you wait a minute now mister. you look mighty familiar.”
she walked over to the Pegasus and looked at him a little closer. Sweat started to form at his brow, and a nervous smile started to spread from cheek to cheek. The food he was holding dropped and dove to pick it up as to not lose his only excuse to not talk.
“I reckon you're a country music singer! No wait, you're missing a beard for that.”
Applejack had never actually seen any of the members of Dream Equestria, if she had she would have been the speechless one. Applejack was learning Bass and Bassline was her main influence, not realising that she was pressing her idol into the corner. Some fans would die for chance to meet their idol in such away, of course this was the way how Bassline meet most of his fans... in silence. Applejack on the other hand was mostly oblivious to who this pony was, she got the music part right but was way off the type of music he played. now truly backed into the corner of the room or what Bassline thought was the corner of the room. In reality it was the centre of the room with plenty of space on either side of him, but Bassline liked the space. Most ponies would find being backed into the "corner" of a room to be offensive and raise a little bit of a fuss but, Bassline wasn't one to speak up. But sometimes a pony has to be brave. bassline took a deep breath mustering up all of his voice bassline yelled out!
“I really have to go!”
Which really turned out to be more of a squeak then a yell. Thankfully after years of knowing Fluttershy Applejack knew when it was time to back off of a shy pony. Applejack gave a bit of wincing smile and backed up, as soon as she did Bassline bolted out of the room and ran towards the train.
“Well I’ve heard of shy, but that’s just borderline Fluttershy...”
Applejack shrugged and walked to the fridge to grab an apple and walked back up stairs.
