Twilight had just stepped outside of her house to go get some dinner for spike at sweet apple acres. It was an absolutely perfect day that couldn't be matched in beauty. Unfortunately once pony didn't even notice this because she had her face stuffed in a book as usual while she was walking.

"So if i use that spell i might be able to fly like a pega OUCH! Oh my gosh I'm so sorry for bumping into you it was all my fault i wasn't paying attention since i was reading my book and please forgive me!"

She couldn't tell who the pony she ran into was at first because the sun was making the figure nothing but a shadow, but soon enough she knew who it was with one word.

"Eeyup."

"Oh my gosh Big Macintosh I'm so sorry... again."

"It's ok Twilight where were you headin' in such a hurry anyway?"

"I was actually on my way to Sweet Apple Acres to pick up some dinner for spike, why do you ask?"

"I was just wonderin' if you wanted some company since I'm headin' home anyway."

"I wouldn't mind a little company actually, it'll keep me from reading while walking again."

They both laughed a little and once again started walking to Sweet Apple Acres. As they approached the house Twilight shouted for Applejack to come down, however she was still asleep in the arms of her new lover.

"I guess shes asleep from a hard days work." she said with some disappointment.

"Eeyup, but i can get your food for ya just come inside and wait while i get em."

He returned with a basket that was filled to the brim with apples which confused her a lot.

"I don't need that many apples Macintosh and besides i don't have the money to pay for them right now anyway."

"They're on the house since you've been such a good friend to ma sister lately i thought this should express my gratitude for that."

As he handed her the basket an apple fell onto the floor and instinctively they both tried to pick it up and with that they met face to face. Twilight's face became redder than the apple on the floor and although you couldn't tell Macintosh's cheeks became hot rather quickly as well.

Finally there eyes met and they couldn't help it anymore, they began to kiss for what seemed like forever. The kiss was so passionate that neither Twilight or Macintosh noticed two ponies, one orange and the other cyan, come down the stairs to see what all the commotion was about.

"Well I'll be it finally happened." Applejack said in a very surprised tone.

With that one phrase in a split second the two ponies were at opposite ends of the room both embarrassed to no end.

"How much did you see Applejack?" Twilight asked in a very cautious and shy manner

"Enough to see that you to like each other more than just friends and I'm just fine with that if it makes you two happy."

"Really your not mad that i kissed your brother."

"Of course not, why would you think that?"

"I don't know but what were you two doing up there?"

The only words that came out of Applejack's mouth were "Ummm... Uh... well you see we uh."

Then Rainbow Dash decided she needed to step in and say "We also found love today so now AJ and I are marefriends."

No one was surprised at this since they had been closer to each other than with any other pony in their group of friends. They then decided that tomorrow they would tell Pinkie that they had an announcement to make so she could have an excuse to have a party and so they could tell the whole town at once while having fun too.
