I tore through the skies towards Canterlot. I was ready for revenge. Princess Luna thought she had gotten rid of me all those years ago. She through me in a dungeon under the castle. News had reached me of her banishing and I escaped. While Princess Luna was in Equestria I wouldn't have dared. But she had been on the moon. The wind rushed through my brown mane as I flew. I was going to get my vengeance. My eyes were filled with hatred. The despise and jealousy I had felt towards Luna was rushing out of me as I flew. I landed in front of the castle. I turned as I heard the clopping of hooves on the ground coming closer. The mare stopped in her tracks when she saw me. I saw a small tear appear in the corner of her eye. She turned and ran away. My eyes softened but the hatred was still there. She was crying. I had waited all these years and when I find her she runs away crying! I felt less hatred towards her. She seemed sorry for what she had done. But I knew I could never forgive her. I almost died in that dungeon. No food, no water and no contact with the outside world. I was still determined to get my revenge.

Luna sat crying in the maze of the Canterlot Castle gardens. When she had seen him she had felt sorrow. She had felt sorry for what she had done. She had almost killed him. She was almost glad he escaped. She was almost glad she had been trapped on the moon. If she hadn't she would have found out about his escape. And she would have killed him. She felt anger towards herself. For everything she had done as she slowly became Nightmare Moon. She looked back at the night she refused to lower the moon. The night she had been trapped there for all eternity.
"I was misunderstood too, you know." Said a familiar voice. Luna looked up.
"Discord." She growled "Since when were you misunderstood?"
"Since I first caused the chaos. I was only trying to have a little fun. Sure my fun isn't exactly safe but still. You and your sister trapped me all because of that." Luna became calmer as he said that.
"Luna?" Came a voice.

Luna turned round and looked at me. She looked sad.
"What do you want, Rover?" She asked, bitterly. I looked at her angrily. But did I really want revenge? I slowly trotted over to her. It was time to make my descision. Revenge or forgiveness? I looked into her eyes angrily. Could I really bring myself to do it. Could I bring myself to do the same thing to her as she did to me? I couldn't. But I wanted to. Luna looked into my eyes sadly until she suddenly spoke.
"I'm sorry." I looked at her sadly. I had made my descision.
"It's not your fault." I said "I shouldn't have done what I did. And... I still love you. No matter what you did to me." Luna smiled and wiped her eyes. We both threw our arms around eachother, burying our faces in eachother's manes. My eyes started watering. It was my fault this had happened in the first place. I had lied to her. She found out about it and was so overcome by the anger that she threw me in the dungeon.
"Oh, how sweet." Taunted a voice.
