Part 1

Rainbow Dash had ended in a hospital with several floors after a crash at one of her shows in Cloudsdale that her friends and Celestia saw. Applejack was comforted by Princess Celestia under a visit in the hospital while Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Fluttershy was there too.

"I'm happy to see you come by! And nice to see you Celestia take care of Applejack after what happened!" Rainbow Dash said while she laid in her bed.

The days passed while Rainbow Dash felt better, and Applejack was one of her oldest friend so she came by everyday. But then one night was Rainbow Dash having a nightmare. The Mane Six was about to leave with Rainbow Dash as she was ready to leave. Suddenly there was writing on the walls everywhere and the hospital felt abandoned.

"What's these strange voices and somepony following us?" Rainbow Dash asked her friends.

"I hear them too! Now everypony run as fast to the exit!" Twilight said.

But the exits was blocked so they had to find a way out on the lowest floor.

"There is this eerie feeling and I want to get out now!" Fluttershy said.

The Mane Six felt like somepony was after them while more and more strange writings on the walls showed up.

As the ponies walked through a door on the lower floor where they feeling that the hospital was lively again, but everypony just felt ghostly.

"The writings and the entities are gone, but it feels like nopony is seeing us!" Twilight said.

While Rainbow Dash and her friends opened the door to another room where something running after them.

"Run everypony!" Applejack shouted.

The ponies ran all they could into a room where they felt safe while the thing was gone again.

"I think we could need a rest now and hope to find a way out of here!" Applejack said.

"Strange! I been here at this hospital before but I haven't noticed that this place was haunted by somepony!" Rainbow Dash said.

"I feel it, you are just as scared as I am Fluttershy!" Applejack said.

So after a rest was the ponies trying to find the exit in the basement.
