"Crap! I'm SO LATE!" Spike panted, running to his destination. Rarity's home was such destination as he is known to hang out there on a daily basis. He was actually running a little late to getting there, but not that late. He saw the place as it drew closer. He stopped at the door, caught his breath and knocked on the door.

"Spike? Is that you? Please come in." He opened the un-locked door.

"Sorry I'm late. I was running late with..."

"It's alright. Come here. Sit." She was at a couch, patting the opposing side as an indication for Spike to sit there. He answered and came over and sat down.

"I have something to say," Spike began. "Thanks to Zecora and Twilight, I know that greed will no longer be a problem. In fact, as I get older, I'll get wings and still talk."

"That's very nice. Now. I wanted to tell you something. Remember when we were falling through the air when you turned small again on your birthday?"

Spike put his hand to his chin and thought.

"Yeah." She leaned in closer.

"We both thought it was the end of our lives. You wanting to admit your feeling to me as a last moment was..." She started to tear up. "....was as touching now as it was then." Spike's cheeks were bright magenta now and his heart-rate was speeding up. "I should say this before I cry my eyes out." She turned her head away, sniffled and turned it back. "But actions speak louder than words, don't they?" She leaned in and kissed him on the lips. He never wanted to break it as it was better than any other feeling he felt in his life. He took a sniff of her violet mane before getting into the kiss again. Grapes with a hint of wine. He loved it already. As Rarity broke the kiss, she noticed Spike was close to fainting, but he pulled through. "I love you, my Spiky-Wiky." She kissed him again. He would never feel any better...except....in bed.

He broke the kiss for a moment. "I know you want to continue, but I just wanted to make sure you'll help me so I don't get greedy again."

"Anything for you, Spiky."

"Wait. I don't even need to be greedy. I already have the greatest jewel in the world." She blushed.

"Such a charmer." They kissed again...and you can guess the rest.
