The Ponyville hospital had been a school for many years ago. One day the school closed after the park by the school and the class had being haunted by a thing. Only the fillies could see the thing, and it were a faceless pony dressed in black. The faceless entity in a black dress chased the fillies away from the park and the playground. The teacher who were a stallion from Canterlot noticed the hauntings, and had seen a painting of the entity from a student. As the painting of the faceless entity had startled the teacher, were he finding out that pony funerals had been held for decades ago in that park. A family moved into that building, but left as their fillies had been chased by that entity too. The parents tried to use an oujia board, and it got burned by the entity. Then had the hospital been build up after a fire that old school. Nurse Redheart had found a very old picture, and it had been half burnt.

"But that's me from the opening of this hospital after the fire." Nurse Redheart told herself.

Now Nurse Redheart rembered that other nurses told they had filly patients being awoke at night by a faceless monster, and they only could see it. Flim and Flam refused to help after trying to help to find the entity with their modern cameras, as pictures of the entity scared them away.

"I'm sorry nurses, but we are afraid that the entity can't be stopped." Flim had said for few years ago.
