I was in my home, only me. I was old enough to have my own place and I loved it. Freedom to do anything I please. I was also lonely and sad. Some nights, I cry myself to sleep, tears jerking out of my eyes, hours on end. But, in the end of it all, I held up okay....that is, until she arrived.

I was playing 'Punch Out!!' for Wii when all of a sudden, the door bell rang. I paused the game, ran to the door and opened it. I was at a loss for words at what I saw. Before me stood a cyan pegasus with a rainbow mane. Rainbow Dash was battered and bruised at my doorstep. "Hi there," She began. "Can you help me? I need a place to stay." I pulled myself together.

"Of course. Come in," I said. I helped her in by holding her back as she held my shoulders. We went inside, I closed the door and got out a first aid kit. I started with the cuts; using Neosporin, cutups and bandages. I wrapped a bandage wrap around her head (though I saw nothing wrong, It appropriately said she was in bad shape).

"I'm Rainbow Dash. Where are we, anyway?"

"In the real world, New Jersey. The most ghetto state besides Florida...well...that's what I always say." She giggled.

"Your funny,...uh."

"Bobby," I said.

"Bobby. How about Bob?"

"Nah. Maybe Green?"

"Why?"

"It's my favorite color other than Cyan and Rainbow," I said. She blushed.

"Really?"

"I guess you could say you color my life." I hit myself mentally. She giggled more. "Oh. Are you alright?"

"Yeah. Just a few bruises. Nothing too serious. Now about where we are, I guess I'm stuck here until my friends rescue me."

"What happened?" I asked.

"My friend, Twilight, asked me to test a portal to another world. I agreed and landed here. Their probably worried sick." I knew she was gonna be here for a while, so why not stay with me?

"You can stay here if you want. At least, until your friends show up. I have an extra guest room." She smiled.

"I'd like that, Green."

"Me too, Dashie."

So, that's how she got into my life. Over time, I started to get these feelings for her.

First Date

After a while, we became close as friends. I started to have feelings for her. I wanted to spend some time together in a calm setting...maybe a park.

"Dashie?" I asked.

"Yeah?" She replied.

"Wanna go out with me?" I slapped myself mentally.

"Sure. Where?"

"How about the park, then we stargaze."

"Sounds good." My heart rate sped up really fast at the thoughts that then crossed my mind. Us alone on a bench or stargazing.

Soon, we were walking through the park. Leaf covered grass sidewalks and green grass under the tiny blanket of Winter.

"How about we stop here?" I suggested, pointing at a bench. She nodded and we sat down. "Your really beautiful, Dashie." She blushed.

"Thanks." She giggled and I laughed. We asked each other questions and I was surprised to learn she liked a lot of stuff I liked(Mario, Pokemon, Metroid, etc).

"I know the perfect spot to watch the stars." I asked her to follow me and she did. "Here we are." It overlooked the sky perfectly as it was on a hill, grass everywhere. We sat down and watched the sunset. I thought that she was starting to fall for me, too. After a while to stargaze, she asked for me to come closer and I did.

"Green. Your really fun. And..."

"Yeah?" She hesitated for a moment before she grabbed me and kissed me on the lips. I never felt so much joy in my life. We broke it.

"I'm sorry. I don't know..." She never got to finish. I put my pointer-finger up to her muzzle.

"I love you, too." We kissed, snuggled and hugged for....less than an hour. We went back to my house and I decided to let her sleep in my bed tonight. We've never felt better than being together.

Together Forever

The doorbell rang. I opened it to see Twilight Sparkle and Princess Celestia. "Have you seen this pony?" She held up a picture of Dashie.

"Yes," I sighed. "Dashie, Twilight's here." She trotted to the front door.

"Hi Twilight. I met someone. Now, we're a couple," She said.

"We must go," Celestia said. Dashie sighed.

"All right. Well, It lookes like this is it..." Dashie began to cry.

"Wait. You think he's not coming? Who do you take me for, an emotionless princess? Of course, he's coming." We both smiled.

I packed my things and went outside to leave. I decided that I'll come back once I can sell my home.

"Ready?" I nodded. "We're going to turn you into a pony, first. Hold still." A green light came out of the alicorn's horn and zapped me. When the light subsided, I looked into a mirror and I was shocked. I was an alicorn with green fur and a bright green mane. I has a green lightning bolt as a cutie-mark.

"Papa like," I said smugly.

"Time to go," Twilight said. I put a hoof around Dashie, we kissed as a portal opened up and we all jumped through it.
