Author's note: Most of this was written at about 4:00 AM the night before it was posted because I was going to my brother's house for the rest of the week, also my girl friend helped with a good amount of the more 'mooshy' romance parts of this one. (Written Tuesday 2/28/12)

Bronze's first Hearts and Hooves day was spent at the Romantic Comedy play in Canterlot. He and Celestia were extremely well dressed. Bronze in a spotless tux and Celestia in a dark red dress with embedded gems.

"Ow!" Bronze exclaimed as he struggled with the collar "this straightjacket keeps pinching me!"

"Oh stop you big baby it can't be THAT bad" Celestia mocked

"Why do I have to wear this?" he questioned

"If you want to go fully public about our...'relationship' then you must look like royalty, can't have the public thinking I am with just any old Colt"

"If it were anypony but you I would take this off and throw it out a window." Bronze exaggerated

"Come on now, its Hearts and Hooves day, show a little bit more love." Celestia requested

"I'll wear the suit for today, but when I need a tux in the future...let me go get it." he spoke "Now wheres my trusty little necklace gone? Ah there it is"

They were in Bronze's room as they dressed. There was a knock on the door as Bronze put the necklace around his neck. He opened the door with magic, revealing an also well dressed, Twilight Sparkle and her friends.

"Are those the same dresses I saw each of you in at the Grand galloping gala not too long ago?" Celestia questioned "the best gala yet?"

"Yes your majesty, I was already dealing with a client from Canterlot who wanted 8 dresses when your letter arrived, so I was forced to find the old ones" Rarity spoke out from the left of the group.

"Umm...Princess?" Fluttershy whispered.

"Yes Fluttershy?" Celestia said and smiled.

"Twilight said you were ummmm...." Fluttershy blushed long before she could manage the words

"With child?" Celestia guessed

"Yes, it that true?" Fluttershy asked

"Very much so, I think I am starting to show. I am getting a little bit bigger everyday it seems." Celestia rubbed her stomach with one hoof.

"..and he is the father?" Rarity asked pointing a hoof to Bronze who raised an eyebrow.

"Yes, Bronze is the father." Celestia said "Come now, ask what ever other questions you have on the walk to the play."

As they walked through the castle Fluttershy shot out more questions now directed at Bronze in a small whisper that Celestia wouldn't hear.

"Are you and Celestia planning on getting,,,,ummmm...."

"Married?" Bronze whispered.

"Hmmm? What are you two talking bout?" Applejack whispered to the two of them "Bronze are you and Celestia getting married?"

Bronze only smiled and continued to look ahead and chuckled.

"Well partner?" Applejack whispered to Bronze

He only said "You'll see at the play"

Fluttershy and Applejack simply exchanged looks of confusion.

Later, in the theater were the founding of Equestria had been acted out by Twilight and her friends. Twilight payed for many drinks, luckily Bronze and Celestia had only ordered water. Twilight had, before, handing the Princess and Bronze their drinks ,made sure a very strong love potion was added to each. She had double checked to make sure what happened to Cheerilie and Big Mac would not happen to Bronze and Celestia. The love potion should have taken about 5 to 10 minutes to act, an easy sign was the pupils of the ingester would have a light pink coloring in their very middle.

Twilight had to keep telling herself

"They deserve happiness even if they don't wont to totally commit."

She looked over at Bronze and Celestia, they were all in the third row of seats from the stage. The play had not begun yet but was scheduled to start in 5 minutes. Twilight looked at Bronze's eyes, there was a light pink in the center of his pupils! Twilight was on the very left of every pony and Bronze was on the other side of Celestia who had a back to Twilight as she talked to Bronze. Twilight asked Celestia if she was comfortable, just to get a look at her eyes. Twilight noticed the Princess's eyes had the fullest pink. Celestia's water glass was empty meaning she had ingested it faster than Bronze, whose glass was 4/5s empty. Celestia looked back at Bronze after telling Twilight she was comfortable. She whispered something into his ear and nodded her quickly to the bathroom. Bronze smiled from ear to ear, as they walked to the Colt's bathroom together.

The beginning of the play was delayed for about 20 minutes due to a 'Costume situation' behind stage. Bronze and Celestia emerged from the bathroom 20 minutes from when they had gone in. Bronze's tux was now wrinkled as was Celestia dress. As the stage manager came to announce the beginning Bronze quickly trotted up to the stage and whispered something into the manager's ear. The stage manager's eyes widened, then he said "Okay everypony! Mr. ummm...Mr. Bronze would like to make and announcement!" he then turned to Bronze and said "..good luck"

Bronze took the stage, and began to speak "Now sorry to put the start of this surely to be wonderful play on hold for a few more moments but I had to make an announcement of incredible importance. Now just this morning I was planning this...my plan was more elaborate than...Twilight spike my drink with a love potion and then I do this, but whatever." Twilight's eyes widened. HE KNEW? She thought in her mind.

"But I must thank you Twilight for that gave me an extra kick of courage, otherwise I would have waited until the show as over to do this, you know procrastinate." He reached a hoof into a pocket on his tuxedo. What emerged was a golden necklace with a large diamond pendant. His current necklace glowed and the glow surrounded Celestia who was lifted into the air and brought to the stage, at first she was somewhat scared of the 'No-hooves-on-the-ground' feeling, but then Bronze said "I will not drop you, if I do I will break my own legs." this acted as reassurance to Celestia who was not expecting this. When she landed on the stage, Bronze knelt. His rear and front legs bent and he bowed his head. All legs still bent he raised the one with the golden necklace and said proudly "Will you marry me?".

Celestia eyes widened and her happiness was shown through out her entire body. There was a loud 'Aweee' from the audience as they watched to romantic display with much more interest than they would give the play.

"Psst...Twilight," Applejack whispered from Twilight's right, Twilight looked to Applejack.

"Yes?" she answered in a whisper

"You put a love potion in their drinks, darlin'?" Applejack questioned

"They deserve happiness, and you heard Bronze he needed an extra kick to do this." Twilight whispered, she was hoping she was right and could call this the best Heart's and Hooves day ever, not 'The day Twilight ruined two lives by forcing them into a relationship'.

Back on the stage Celestia couldn't believe this, if her brain was a nuclear reactor it would have had a meltdown. All she did was shout at Bronze in the excitement "Yes yes yes!". There was a great uproar of congrats for the Princess and Bronze. Celestia and Bronze returned to there seats after Celestia put on the beautiful necklace. A colt in the audience tapped Bronze as he walked and said "Congrats". Well him and basically everypony they walked by. When they finally returned to their seats Bronze and Celestia were locked together in a kiss that last for many minutes. They stopped when the play started.

Bronze found to play to be somewhat interesting. He and Celestia hadn't really payed much attention, they were busy discussing wedding plans, baby plans, etc. The play lasted 2 hours. It was about some weird awkwardly hyper mare finding love in an extremely well manner business colt from Canterlot. Again, Bronze and Celestia didn't pay much attention.

By the time to play was over, a large press crew was right outside of the theater waiting for the two of them. Some of the food vendors in the entrance had been watching when Bronze proposed and spread the word during their breaks. When word got to the press, reporters with note pads had been scribbling down everything Bronze and Celestia said and did, while photographers snapped pictures of the two in several poses, one kissing, one just smiling, and one where Bronze had his eyes to a bird that had take a number 2 on one of the reporters. He had a feeling the kissing one and the one where he was eying the bird would be popular.

Later after arriving back home at the castle, the two of them retreated to their bedroom. They didnt come out for the rest of the night and instead simply called for plenty of water, silk sheets & robes, and softer fancier pillows.

Midnight the same night

Bronze awoke next to the sleeping Celestia. He remembered to previous day's events after a few seconds and smiled in pride of himself. He tried going back to sleep. He couldn't he was too happy with himself. He decided to take a walk around the castle. he slipped on the red silk robe he had requested. It might have been a little damp from sweat but it felt nice on him. He left to room quietly, leaving his necklace and that little blade device he had stored shortly after returning with Twilight from the hotel Hustinge, in a little box in his room. He walked down many stairs to the large room were part of the Grand Galloping Gala was held each year. He took a seat next to the large golden Alicorn statue. He breathed deeply and instantly felt tired again. Odd, He thought, Just a short walk and I'm sleepy again...

There was a loud explosion from his left sending rubble and glass all over him
