"Hey! Hey, Dash!"

My biggest fan Scootaloo called out to me as I trotted through Ponyville.

"Oh hey, what's up Scoots?" I asked turning around to see her gleaming face looking up at me with great intent.

"Hey, can we fly today?"

On any other day I would have said yes, but today I wasn’t feeling myself. I felt... Different.

"Sorry kid, I'm not feelings up to it, maybe another day" I said, "Sorry, Scoots”.
I said Turning back to my original direction. I couldn’t quite tell why I was feeling like crap but I was about to find out, I was heading to a Doctor.

"Now what seems to be the problem, dear?" the Doctor said to me as I sat on a medical bed with my back hooves dangling off it.

"Well, I've been having major headaches, weakened body, and just loss of energyyy..."
As I finished, My vision blurred, it looked as if my eyes were blackened by some spell. Everything was dark and gloom as I heard a raspy and horrifying voice.

KILL HIM... USE THE DARKNESS, It screamed in my mind, RIP HIM TO SHREDS!

I clenched my teeth and tried not to hear.

STOP RESISTING USSSSS. GIVE IN TO THE DARKNESS!

As I heard this in my head I looked around the room, I saw something horrid it was a mirror image of me, but different I saw my colors faded, my eyes red, and a strange Black tentacle like creature around me. Was this The Darkness?

"SHUT UP! LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE!"
I screamed at the top of my lungs, after I did, my vision returned and the voices stopped. The doctor looked at me, horrified, as if I had just killed somepony.

Did the Doctor see them? Those creatures?

"O-Oh dear I-I'm sorry, but I can't help you B-But maybe a psychologist could help with those... uh, voices," the Doctor advised me.
"Thanks" I said walking out of his office.

"Dammit... I gotta control this... this thing." I said, trying to do a stable flight home. It wasn’t possible. I couldn’t stay still, I rocked back and forth. My vision blackened, my heart rate slowed, my wings slowed, and the feeling of falling from a great height.

...

"Dash, P-Please don't..."

I woke up to a horrid sight.

All I saw was these strange tentacle things in the corner of my eye the same ones I saw at the doctors, and Scootaloo crying and bleeding in front of me. I had no control of my body, I heard words escape my mouth, I have no idea WHO inside of me said it.

"Oh, but Scoots, I thought you loved me?"

That voice It was the same dark, raspy and horrifying voice from earlier today but mixed with my own, I realized what this thing possessed me was doing, or going to do. I shouted and shouted telling Sccotaloo to run, run and hide but nothing came out. I wasn't in control of my body, The Darkness was.

"I-I love you?" I heard Scootaloo whimper.

Oh god...* What was I going to do? I had to stop it, but I couldn't.
After she uttered those whimpered words my Darkness controlled body just chuckled. I saw one of the strange tentacle things, The Darkness looked at me with its eyes or what I think are its eyes, they seem to just be random splashes of color on its face. I saw it look at me and give me what I can assume is a smile through its long, and deathly sharp teeth. The Darkness turned back to the cowering Scootaloo... and charged at her.

The Darkness pierced her chest with such force. She didn't scream her eyes opened wider then dinner plates and her mouth hung down as far as it physically could. The Darkness then viciously, and powerfully ripped her heart out. I screamed and cried, but I was just a host for the Darkness I couldn't do or say anything.
Suddenly, everything went dark yet again.

I found myself in a dark room, it looked like my bedroom but flushed of all color, I could make the outlines out of everything. “Hello?” I faintly said, I felt that someone else could be here.
“Dashie, Well hello.” I heard a familiar voice say.

“Hello? Who’s there?” I demanded frantically looking around.

“Dashie, Its me, Well I should say you really” I found out who that voice was, It was me. The evil, dark me like in my hallucination back at the doctors.

“What are you? What is this?!” I yelled at the Darkness me standing aside my bed. I was standing in front of my bedroom door.

“LEAVE PONYVILLE NOW.” it screeched loudly at me, My back leg hit the door frame. I had no where to go.

“LEAVE NOW.” It said teleporting over to my location. Thinking frantically I flew the door open and ran out, thinking it would be my house. I was wrong, I fell into a seeming never ending abyss.

The Darkness was right... I should leave Ponyville. What if I hurt somepony? I couldn't live with myself if I hurt any of my friends, Especially Fluttershy. If I did hurt her, I couldn't live with myself.

Fluttershy...

"Rainbow! Rainbow!"

"Is she still breathing?"

"Ah don't know! Ah ain't a doctor!"

"Poor Dashie, please wake up!"

"Oh dear, Dash! Please say something to us!"

I heard these voices as I awoke from a daze. My eyes slowly opened, the light from the room was blinding I could barely see. I noticed my five friends around me looking very worried, I finally realized I was awake. I had no idea where, or why. All I wanted to do was see Scootaloo. I shot up into a sitting position

"SCOOTALOO!" I cried out.

I looked around in a haste looking for the filly. I looked around the room from my sitting position, it was Twilight's house, so I realized Scootaloo wouldn’t be here.

"Where's Scootaloo!? I need to see her now!" I yelled. I was so scared that I might have hurt her... Hell, If I might have killed her.

"probably at home..." Twilight said.

I jumped up off the couch I was laying on and said thank you as I dashed out, Twilight yelled something to me but I didn't hear. I didn't care.

I ran up to Scootaloo's home not which was not too far from the library. I ran up and Knocked on the door violently yelling 'Scootaloo!' It wasn't in vain, thankfully.

I saw the tiny orange filly looked up to me with excitement in her eyes but also confusion.

"Rainbow Dash! Hey!" Scootaloo said

She so cute, so innocent... I fell on my haunches. I didn't realize that I was crying until that point. I grabbed that little filly whom, was now at eye level, and gave the biggest hug I think I've ever done.

"Rainbow dash?" She quizzically asked me. I can understand her confusion, I don't normally act like this.

"Scootaloo... You know I love you right? You're like a sister to me, I always thought that, just never told you. If felt I should do so now. '" All of this is true, I loved that kid. She was well, like a sister.

"Really? That’s so nice to know" Scootaloo said with a little grin and loving eyes. "I never knew that"

"Okay Look. I'm most likely going to be going away for awhile, I don't know where, but I need to do this. and if you see me acting strangely like being really angry, gloomy, aggravated, or just dark. Leave me alone." I said I was fighting back the tears.

The Darkness was right, I need to leave, what if I hurt somepony?

Be strong Rainbow Dash... Be Strong!

I was screaming in my head, a few tears rolled out of my eyes.

"But you leaving, B-B-But" Scootaloo's lovable eyes disappeared leaving sadness in its wake. "Rainbow, don't leave me please..."

"Kid... you're making this harder than it needs to be. I'm sorry."

God dammit Scoots

"Well... Whatever you say Rainbow Dash...”

Good. I looked at her, her face was red, same with her sobbing eyes.

I stood up, I could barely walk away from the filly. As I painfully walked away from the filly I heard her front door shut, I tried not to collapse to the ground and cry.
Luckily Twilight and Fluttershy ran up to me.

"Dash! Thank god you're alright!" Twilight said.

"Dash, I'm glad you're alright." Fluttershy said it her usual, amazingly cute tone. I just stood there, I didn't say a word. I was still getting over what I just did to Scootaloo.

"Dash? are you okay?" Fluttershy asked. I just walked up to her, are eyes peering into each others.

I pressed my lips against hers. Something I wanted to do for a long time now. I held that kissing stance for a moment, enjoying every little second. Finally, I pulled back. I looked over at twilight, whom was staring at me in disbelief of what I had just done. Fluttershy mumbling to herself, looking down and with a bright crimson red face slowly back away from me, I'm assuming in embarrassment.

"W-What the buck was that!?" Twilight said. I just kept my eyes on Fluttershy.

"Dash!" I finally noticed Twilight yelling at me.

"Twilight... look. I'm leaving, I need to get out of here. Something terrible will happen if I don't." I said quite sternly.

"What? Why?"

Dammit Twilight...

"I just need to alright?!"

"B-But you can't! Clearly the fall affected you're brain or something! You can't just leave! We need you here!" Twilight get it through you damn head!

"I'm sorry. I need to..." I began to flap my wings and fly upwards.

"But why? Can't you at least tell my why? Maybe I can help!"

“Its personal, look twilight! I need to leave, okay?!” I said dashing off, I was headed to my Cloud Home.

Dammit Dash! What the hell am I gonna do now?!
