The Pony War Saga Beginnings
Awakening In The New World
Jack's eyes opened. he was lying in a grass field with dying grass he looked up. the sun wasn't blinding in fact it was blocked by dark unkept clouds. he tried to stand but his body felt weird. his eye sight was blurry, he stumbled to a nearby stream to drink. he scooped his hands..... hands..... in shock they had been replaced by hooves!
He fell flat on his back stunned. his visioned returned, he peered into the clear water
"I'm a......pony?" he smiled then noticed the horn on his head "A unicorn" using his hoof he felt the top of his head to feel his horn. His smile got bigger, he wandered around searching for answers when he heard a crackling sound the the forest. using his honed senses he swirled around and saw a royal guard pegasi charging at him " Royal Guard Pegasi? I'm in
Equestria!
His thoughts didn't last long as the pegasi swung his front hoof at him. he rolled to the side narrowly dodging it. Looking closer he realized the pegasi was wielding a sharp blade attached to his forelegs and a sword in a hilt beside him.
,the pegasi came back swinging at him. Jack stabled himself and stood on his back legs. he on instinct side stepped and slammed his left hoof into the guards face. the pegasi dropped to the floor with a shocked look on his face. Jack tested his weight and hopped. he then fell back on all fours.
"yea this could work" his senses brought him back as he felt more enemies from all sides. he got down on fours and crouched into an improvised martial art position. two pegasi emerged from the foliage and attacked him from both ends, he leaped forward slipping past the unsuspecting victims guard and chopped his back down. the pegasi fell surprisingly after a small blow.
He then braced his front legs and slammed both hooves into the charging Guard behind him dropping him to the ground.Suddenly, a spear flew through the air piercing his side. he pulled it out with his teeth only to see another Pegasi charging head first with a sword at mouth. Jack flew upwards with wings he didn't know existed, he was floating 10 feet off the air! he swooped down onto the dumbstruck guard and took him out.
Beginning of The End
Night fell over the sky Luna had been given her job back and has been doing it enthusiastically. Shadows slipped into the now dark and gloomy statue park, slowly breaking through the multiple defenses that were put up. "two guards, we'll have to snea-" two sharp slices pierced the cold night and the guards fell to the floor un-moving. Blood leaked onto the beautiful green grass as if to predict the future.
"why did you do that? we could've been caught" the hooded figure hissed sharply, she readjusted her hood and walked on forward
"well if you don't close that gap of yours we might be" retorted the other, as she flew silently overhead cleaning her talons.
The first speaker approached the looming statue illuminated by the beautiful moon, it stood there evil, tall, menacing.
"I cant do the spell here help me carry it back"
"Use your magic hoohaa to move it don't bother me"
"I used all my magic to destroy all the barriers that princess Celestia put up if not i wouldn't even need your help".
"Fine weakling i'll do it"
The second speaker grabbed it with her talons and flew away the second teleported to their vantage point.
Discovery Of Terror
Four white hooves lightly descended on the soft green grass now stained with an ugly reddish brown. royal guards cleared their defeated friends and stood watch while princess Celestia scoured the area for a clue. Luna was a little ahead of her and was searching another part of the park with guards. Celestia heard her sister call and hurried to her side
"Sis there is a problem" Luna exclaimed in a panic voice " Discord's statue has been taken!"
Celestia and Luna flew to the castle and called for the mane 6.
Celestia then turned to her sister
"Luna i need you to fly to the new keeping area of the elements of harmony go NOW!"
Luna magicked her Armour onto herself and stepped into her carriage
"What are you gonna do?" Luna questioned
"I'm going to end this, right now".
Awaken of chaos once again
It had been three days since panic set in and discord's statue had made it's way back to a cave deep in the ever free forest . Once there,the hooded criminals had been trying to open his statue, for almost 2 days.
"How long does it take to unfreeze a malevolent destroyer? its getting boring."
"Well it takes chaos but since we don't have any of that we'll just have to use ancient magic and that takes very long time"
"Well use it faster"
"I am, I'm already drained just doing this for two days I'm going over my limit"
"This is pathetic just like my old loser of a friend rainbow dash"
"Well i don't see you doing anything at all, all you have been doing is lazing about and complaining. I will free him then I the great and-"
"powerful yadda yadda yadda will get revenge and rule. How cliche Whatever, if someone can offer me power to fly faster than Rainbow then I'm headed straight for it"
"NEVER interrupt the gre-"
The statue cracked and exploded a bright light blinded them and threw them back against the dark wall.
"I swear I love chaos but you two are incessant bickering children.
Discord stepped lightly onto the ground filling up a cup with chocolate rain.
"Discord" they said in unison
His power was overpowering, staring into those crazy eyes made them feel dizzy
"Well i suppose you know who i am and i thank you dear for that ancient magic i feel stronger than ever"
He flexed his arms and fired a beam into a rock, the rock became a pile of pillows which he fell on
"We are here to serve you in exchan-"
"Yes I know for revenge, i heard you before. By the way what are your names."
"I'm the great and powerful Trixie here to-"
"And I am Glinda you better be as good as they say or im coming for you"
"Hahaha feisty i like yes i will be doing what i do best but this time, chaos will not be all that I'm spreading, ladies I will take over equestria and this time no one ever again will question my chaos
Wandering
Jack pulled a hood over his body and traveled to the nearest village he could see. It was a mess, houses broken in. He scanned the ground.
"Left in a hurry caused by some sort of creature with sharp claws" he stroked a nearby tree with his hoof. three large slices tore it in three separate pieces "really sharp claws" he walked into an abandoned house to find food. scavenging what he could he flew off into the sky. He sped onward trying to find any living creatures but as he scanned the ground he couldn't even see any animals. then something made him stop.
"these are magazines from twenty years ago !" Jack had landed onto a large pile only to find old and new items from his world. there were toys, newspapers, weapons even an entire car was found in the large mound. but something caught his eye. something that didn't look like it came from his world.
" TOP STORY Discords statue has been stolen and he is now free, evacuation has been called to order all ponies will be moved to Canterlot for safety he has built an army and is rampaging the villages do not face him he is stronger than last time."
Jack put down the paper.
"If Discords loose that would explain the abandoned villages."
He scoured for any more information. and found the evacuation map to Canterlot, he pulled his hood up and carried on walking.
A quest
"Princess Celestia more ponies are filling the streets we are trying to expand our land area but Discords army keeps attacking we are stuck!"
"Please hold out for a little more we must stand as a beacon of light in the fading world like I have done for so many centuries."
"Yes your royal highness" the guard flew out the window to survey the evacuation.
"Princess Celestia" twilight and the mane 6 galloped up to the princess " We are here to help"
"Yea we beat him once he won't stand a chance" said rainbow dash getting pumped for battle
"Yes princess we won't let you down".
"That is very nice of you girls but I have something more important for you. we need to find Luna, she had been missing for days after getting the elements of harmony she went missing when Discords army attacked Ponyville. You must find her its the only way to defeat him I cant go myself as I need to take care of Canterlot please find her."
Yes your highness we wont let you down."
"Thank you I pray you good luck."
The mane 6 galloped off to the direction of ponyville.
Chaos on the horizon
"Oh isn't it nice to finally have things your way?" he was lying in his usual throne being fanned by flamingos. Beside him Trixie and Glinda had also been relaxing. they were all being carried to Discord's new kingdom. A large monkey entered the room.
"Sir there are good news and bad news". The Large Monkey bowed his head
"what is it " Discord picked his nails waiting for the news.
"Well the good news is that we have picked up more allies diamond dogs, Windigoes an Ursa Minor and a Hydra."
"oh splendid I can't wait to see that hydra in action."
"An-and the bad news" The Monkeys Voice cracked slightly.
"The mane 6 are trying to find Princess Luna and the elements of harmony."
"Well there is no point anyway, the elements can no longer destroy me I have nothing to fear."
"But sir what if-"
"I SAID THEY WON'T STOP ME AND I MEAN IT!"
The place was filled with a dangerous silence, the monkey had been vaporized and Discord's eyes were red. He slumped back into his chair.
" why am I getting angry? I'm getting everything I've ever wanted." He got another cup of chocolate milk.
"probably just the nerves it will go away, after all, chaos is on the horizon."
but it wasn't the nerves the second time Discord was stuck in a statue changed him in a way nobody could have foreseen.
The Pony War Saga: Battle For Ponyville Part 1
Meeting
Jack strafed to the left narrowly dodging the purple beam of magic. He raised his front hooves to block the flurry of orange speed kicks aimed for his face. Shooting up he narrowly avoided the pink ball of fury slamming him from behind. only to dodge a flash of rainbow streaking through the sky.
"These ponies give me no rest." He grumbled as he dodged yet another kick aimed for his chest
"This Pegasi good girls don't drop your guard".
"Yea yea yea he won't take me down, that's for sure and what does he have to hide under that hood"
"Please dear you have to handle this gracefully"
"Whoo this guy can dodge this is fun!"
Rainbow dash kicked two nearby crates towards Jack which he proceeded to dodge using his wings. Pinkie Pie bowled into him sending him into a tree. Twilight and Rarity slammed him with more beams of magic and Applejack lassoed him to the tree.
"Wow, I didn't think we'd actually beat him "
" Now tell us Pegasi where is Fluttershy."
" Yea before I give you a black eye"
" Now now rainbow we just want answers"
"Fine, so pegasi where is Fluttershy?"
"I'm not a pegasi"
"Yea you are"
"No" he flicked his hood back "I'm not"
* silence*
"well?"
"You..... you're a Alicorn?"
"yes my name is Jack"
"That's a strange name"
"For your world in my world its actually pretty plain"
"Your world?"
"Yea earth"
"No way Alicorns come from Equestria"
"Yea I'm actually a human"
"wait then what would you want with Fluttershy"
"I told you already I don't know where Fluttershy is"
" Really? how can we trust you, you're a human"
"Do you even know what a human is? "
*silence*
"Twilight what is a human"?
"I don't know much I've never seen one in person not even seen a pic-"
"Don't worry guys we can trust him"
"Pinkie why can we just trust him"?
'Because we can. Just trust me"
"So you want us to trust you to trust him that he does not know where Fluttershy is"
"Yes Dashie I feel he can help us"
"Well Pinkie could always tell things unexplainable... so Alicorn, will you help us"
"I can't say no can I"
"Yea you can't, applejack untie him"
"Alright then but my name is jack."
"K Jackie"
"My nickname is longer than my name you know"
" I know silly but it flows better."
"Alright lets carry on to Ponyville"
"Yea It's a mess Discord and the main army left but they keep prisoners there. We may be able to find Fluttershy and Luna"
"Then we will go"
The mane 6 galloped towards the ravaged ponyville with an extra member leading the way.
Battle plan
The group approached the campsite. large number of the Goblin guard gathered around dim fires trying to get warmth from the nearing winter.
"Alright lets go!" Rainbow dash sped forward as fast as her wings could carry her only to be yanked back by a lasso
"Hold on sugar cube we gotta plan things out"
"Yes AJ is right we need someone to make a distraction with water. I read that goblins are afraid of water."
"What about the trolls water isn't gonna scare them"
"I'll take'em out myself" Rainbow Dash stood on her two legs and pranced around throwing air punches
Jack shook his head " Actually I was thinking of using wits. Trolls are slow and will go blind or turn to stone when exposed to sunlight."
"So?"
"So we wait it out. The sun will go up in a few hours, we will have to distract distract the trolls surrounding the camp so that they stay in the sun. Pinkie, You and twilight collect water and wash the goblins towards the east. Rainbow I need you and Rarity to open the cages and then guide the prisoners to the west AWAY from the goblins. applejack I will need you to help me with the trolls."
"Wow you can sure think on your feet."
"And how will we stop the trolls they are facing away from the sun, they only go blind or turn to stone if they see the sun?"
"Well I already settled that. Rarity i need a large blanket."
"Cotton, wool or silk. ohh I know maybe a nice red velve-" Rarity droned on on until Jack interrupted.
"Anything will do, as long as it is shiny"
"ahh well Jack that is my specialty. Alright it will be done soon but I need to get back to my house."
"Alright I will take you there now Twilight I need you to collect that water like the last time you fed the Ursa Minor use that same trick."
"Wait how did you know about the Ursa Mi-"
but Jack had already left.
Home Sweet Home
"So how long has it been scince you defeated him?"
"well that was probably three years ago. back then when we were having fun it stopped when Discord returned a few months ago wrecking more havoc in ponyville. In a matter of weeks he took over city by city with his new powers until Canterlot remained."
Rarity sighed deeply "Seemed like only yesterday we were performing in Hearth Warmi-"
"-Ing Eve where all of you starred as the main characters".
Rarity looked at Jack suspiciously "How did you know that?"
Jack struggled for an answer other than the truth when something caught his eye
"RARITY!" Jack swooped forward and carried Rarity into the air. Two creatures emerged from the now fallen house and flew to the sky. Jack swooped down dropped Rarity and went back up in time to see them attacking from both sides. spinning he narrowly avoided the dark shadows and slammed his hoof into the nearest thing that he could see. It dropped into another house crashing through a couple of stories before no more noise was heard.
"Rarity" Jack flew away form her position to not harm her in the battle.
Jack strafed using his larger wingspan to move more quickly and to fly faster. but the creature did not falter. it copied his every move mimicking is attacks and dodging his swoops and kicks. the second one had woken and began to rise slowly from the abandoned house. Jack changed his pattern.
He swung his front hoof at the creature, it dodged effortlessly, but it did not see the wing smash into it from the other direction. Jack breathed a sigh of relief, unknowing that the first assailant had risen, he began to fly back to Rarity when it ambushed him from a cloud digging its claws into his fleshy neck as Jack spiraled out of control, it threw him to the floor where the poison began to seep. the creature then flew back to the unicorn to take it prisoner. Jack's eyes began to waver, before he closed his eyes he heard a scream followed by a bright flash of blue, then everything went black.
"You've gotta wake up darling we still have a far off way to go before reaching my house." Rarity flicked her hair back and nudged jacks face. He woke up with a start
"Rarity, the creatures, you screaming, blue light. are you okay?"
"I am fine don't worry about me, who says a pony can't take care of herself anyway your wound is getting worse, we better reach as soon as possible. I've already dealed with those ruffians. If it doesn't hurt too much I hope we can keep going, my mane got ruffled when he attacked me and I want to look my best when i defeat evil."
Jack smiled remembering the diamond dogs "alright lets head out." he stood on all fours getting back the movements to his legs "pins and needles" "It wasn't poison, just a sleeping agent. they obviously don't want to kill us."
The rest of the journey was uneventful. they hid from patrols and managed to get there just in time.
"Alright time for that blanket." she started walking towards the door Jack eyed around to look out for any scouts when he heard a scream.
"AHHHHH. Out of all the things that could happen, this is THE! WORST! POSSIBLE! THING!"
Jack rushed in ready for a fight only to see Rarity lying on a couch
"whats wrong Rarity?" he surveyed the area only to see nothing
"ahh darling sorry to trouble you my place is a mess everything ruined, I bet those thieving little creatures stole my works ohh when I get my hands on them." Jack sighed as Rarity continued to rant on and shout
"I will not have this I need to clear everything up do you hear me EVERYTHING"
"Rarity we kinda need that blanket to you know save ponyville not that cleaning isn't important but...."
"Yes you are right I will make that and afterwards we clean" she immediately shook off the anger and began to work on the shiny blanket
"let me tell you this will be the most fashionable weapon ever built When all this-"
Jack had stopped listening, he was thinking about his past life. I can't remember a thing, who am I? What am I doing here? and how do I know who they all are and their adventures? Before long he had drifted off to sleep
"Jack? Jack!" he woke up to a smiling Rarity looking him straight in the eyes.
"how long was I out?" Jack rubbed his eyes
"half an hour, but never mind that its done!" her eyes lit up with glee
He stared at it. it certainly was shiny even in the moonlight it glowed like a lamp
"Perfect isn't it?" ive designed it so that it can be used as a cape and on the inside an inside out camouflage its perfect!"
She jumped around with glee. Jack smiled " alright time to get back to the others.
