Looking over at the large city, Blaze thought to himself “There it is: The largest city in all of Equestria and as Vinyl said, it took about a month but it was worth it because of the countryside and I met with Trixie again. She wasn’t too happy at first but after I said that I was sorry for what I said she began to lighten up. She was still stuck up but at least I made her happy”
Blaze began to walk into the city.
“Winter has definitely arrived. The nights are longer and there seems to be more rain then ever” Blaze spoke to himself as he continued looking into his bag.
“Hmm... I don't seem to have that much money so I guess I'm roughing it tonight” he said as he searched the best he could. All he could find was a side ally with little cover but he sat down and tried to get some sleep. He smirked as laid his head down “Goodnight Celestia”
Later it started raining heavily.
“Great its raining this is all your fault” some pony moaned.
“Hay, she started calling me slow. Hmm I'm the fastest stallion in equestria!” the other replied. “Well Soarin, if you just shut you mouth he wouldn't be soaked” the other replied in a tired tone. Soarin was about to speak when the other stopped him.
“Who's that?” asked the Pegasus looking at Blaze.
“What are you going on about now spitfire?” soarin replied.
“Him” spitfire ask pointing at blaze. “Wait I recognise him” she paused to think. “Yeah, that's Blaze Blue. I recognise him form the wanted poster”
Spitfire and Soarin walked up to Blaze who was fast asleep. As they got closer he began to wake up.
“Who are you and *yawn* what do you what?” asked Blaze who was half asleep. Blaze stood up “Well?” he re-asked and then spitfire punched Blaze. Before he could ask why she punch him again, “What are you doing spitfire?!?” Soarin asked in shock. He had never seen her so angry
“I'll make you pay for my father you filly rat!” Spitfire said enraged.
Blaze got up and in an aggressive tone, “look i'm sorry-” before he could finish Spitfire screamed “You lier” before she punched him once again. Then she picked him up and forced him into the rain and slammed him into the wall. Blaze screamed in pain as his mane began to shrink.
“You broke my father’s spine and thanks to you he can’t fly. Do you know what it’s like for a Pegasus that can't fly?!?”
Blaze was still screaming.
“No you don’t do you!” screamed spitfire as she threw him back into the shelter. Blaze’s mane was very low. Blaze tried to stand but he couldn't. His breathing was weak
“Time to pay fire mane!” spitfire said as she raised her hoof preparing to strike
“Stop it spitfire! He’s had enough!” yelled soarin as he stood in the way “Look at him! He can’t even stand” soarin continued.
“Get out of my way soarin!” Spitfire yelled. Soarin shook his head “Look, I'm taking Blaze back to my room in the hotel. He needs help and if you’re not going to help then go!”
Spitfire groaned and began to walk away.
“Ok Blaze, the hotel isn't too far away and its pretty sheltered. It just there. Crossing is worst part, do you think you cam make it?”
Blaze nodded as Soarin picked him up.
“Ok lets go” Soarin grunted as they began to walk though the rain. Blaze screamed as his mane got even smaller.
“Hold on. Just a couple more steeps” Soarin said as he continued but as they made out the rain Blaze collapsed.
“Blaze? BLAZE!” yelled Soarin “Come on! Don't do this. Come on!”
Blaze’s heart had stopped due to the pain.
Soarin screamed out, “SOME PONY! ANY PONY HELP!”
“Hold on” yelled a voice. It was Spitfire. She pounded on Blaze’s chest
“Come on! Don't die now”
After several rounds, Blaze began to breath and he opened his eyes. He was very weak though.
“Phew” said both of them as they picked up Blaze
“Thanks” Blaze said a he slipped back into unconsciousness
“Quickly Soarin, he needs rest” Spitfire commanded.
“Yeah, lets go” agreed Soarin as the two Pegasi carried Blaze back to their hotel.
