Two months after setting out to save Equestria the Alpha's traveling has gotten them nothing but dead ends and irritation. A chance meeting with Trixie sets them down the right path, through some painful memories, and off to fight Discord and his minions. All is not as it seems when they discover a bigger plot buried beneath another and something even worse than Discord looming over the horizon.
