20 years have passed since the events of Luna's return and the Equestrian Bureau of Investigation has been fighting a losing battle against three gangs that have taken control of Ponyville.They've sent in Oakheart, a retired baseball player and one of their undercover operatives to infiltrate the gangs, figure out how they work and how to bring them down.
