The everfree forest

     A cutie mark crusaders adventure

   Scootaloo awoke that day finding that she was sleep walking again and that she had knocked over just about everything in the kitchen. She started to pick up everything she knocked over when she felt something grimy on the bottom of her hoof.

    "UGH! What was tha...." Scootaloo stopped dead at the sight of what she had stepped in. There, laying on the floor, was the dead body of RainbowDash. Scootaloo opened her mouth to let out a silent scream before she hit the ground next to Rainbow's lifeless carcass.

    "BAHAHAHAH...Oh man squirt i can't belive you fell for tha....WOAH!" Rainbow flew over to where Scootaloo lay. "Hey! Squirt! It was just a prank! You okay?" Rainbow was starting to get seriously worried...Was the prank she pulled on Scootaloo to hard on her? "Oh no...What am i gonna do!?" Rainbow was starting to freak out a bit when...

    "BAHHH!" Scootaloo had jumped up and grabbed the back of Rainbow's tail yanking her down causing her to let out a scream. "C'mon! Do you really think i fell for that!? Today is the anual prank fest in ponyville! There is no way i would have fell for an amature prank like that!"

    "Oh...its on now squirt!" Rainbow laughed as she flew out the window. Squirt just sat there thinking of how much fun it was going to be pranking her friends once she got to school...Wait...SCHOOL!

    "Oh boy..." squirt sighed. She was supposed to be there half an hour ago..."Wait...why didnt my alarm go off?" Scootaloo ran over to her bedside to notice that her alarm, up in the right hand corner had the word SAT lit up in neon red. "Oh yeah! its saturday today!" she laughed to herself. "Well...maybe the rest of the cutie mark crusaders are still asleep!" She thought deviously.

    She headed over to sweet apple acres to find that Apple Bloom was helping AppleJack finish up with a few chores. "Okay...let the pranking begin" She looked around to see a few clouds and a rope. "Thank you Rainbowdash." She muttered evily "and thanks to Apple Bloom i know exactly what to do...She is gonna regret ever teaching me this." Scootaloo picked up the rope and made a little knot with it and chucked it as far as she could into the sky. Then it hit the ground with a thud "Man...How did she do it again? She picked up the rope...and threw....Wait no....She spun it a few times...i wonder if that helps any?" she muttered. She picked it up again and spun it a bit...She tossed it as hard as she could and then felt a tug. "Yes!" she yanked on the rope and a little cloud came hurtling down with it. She stepped on to make sure it was sturdy and then tied the rope to the ground with the cloud on the other end, the cloud then hurtled up into the sky.

   "Hey Apple Bloom would you mind tossin me that there barrel? got a few more trees to buck and then we are ready to head off." Applejack said. Apple Bloom dragged the barrel over to AppleJack and with a swift kick the apples fell from the tree. "Okay then...Shall we get a early start on our pranks on Big Macintosh?" Applejack asked with a devious smile.

   "Yeah! lets get goin! Hang on...is that? No..." Apple Bloom said.

   "What is it?" AppleJack asked looking where Apple Bloom was looking

   "That! Is that a rain cloud? But we arent scheduled for any rain are we?"

   "What in tarnation is that doing out here?" AppleJack asked. But before they knew what was going on the rain was pouring down on them...but it wasnt normal rain...It was brown... "Ch...Chocolate Milk!?!? Oh no...Does this mean that..." Appplejack gulped. "Discord is back?"

   "D...DISCORD!?" Apple Bloom was frozen to the spot with fear. When suddenly a head popped out from behind the cloud.

   "HAH! You should see the look on your face Apple Bloom!" Scootaloo cried out with laughter.

   "Aw...c'mon...how could i fall for that when i knew it was the day of the prank fest?" Apple Bloom said her cheeks turning red.

   "Apple Bloom you are such a chicken! You looked like you were about to pass out!" Scootaloo laughed, but then everything went bad...The rope snapped and Scootaloo went flying up light speed on the cloud "W....WOAH!" She was tipping around on the cloud and thats when it happened....she fell right off of it.

   "SCOOTALOO!!!" Apple Bloom cried

   "Oh no ya dont!" AppleJack shouted as she rushed over to where Scootaloo was falling

   "Applejack!? What are you doing!? If she falls that far she needs something soft to land on!"

   "I know! I'm lookin for somethin!"

   "NO!" Apple Bloom cried. And with that Scootaloo slammed into the ground and lay lifelessly on her side.

   "Whats going on here?" Rainbow asked as she flew in. Apple Bloom then described everything that happened but it didnt do much good because she was crying and had to choke the words through her sobs. But Rainbow got the sum of what happened. "okay...c'mon Squirt....You got em" and with that Scootaloo jumped up and started laughing extrememly hard.

   "MAN! You are easy to prank! But sorry i made ya cry and all." Said Scootaloo still laughing. Apple Bloom was at a loss for words.

   "Hey guys...im headed off to Zecora's hut....She said she needed help with a project and Twilight "kindly" volunteered me" said Rainbow rolling her eyes. "I dont get why it has to be today of all days though..." Rainbow sighed as she took off.

   "Scootaloo...that wasnt funny" Apple Bloom choked out still letting out minor sobs "I was really worried about you!"

   "Yeah yeah, do you wanna go prank Sweetie Belle or are you to scared to move?" Scootaloo teased.

   "Okay...Lets go!" Apple Bloom said grinning when she was sure Scootaloo wouldnt see. When they were half way to the gate they heard a low groan and Sweetie Belle jumped out dressed like a evil clown screaming like crazy.

   "Nice try Sweetie Belle....but you cant scare the prank master!" Scootaloo gloated

   "Awww...I thought for sure we had you there...." Apple Bloom said dissapointed.

   "You guys know...all you are doing is trying to scare me....they arent really pranks at all."

   "Well ya...but...weve never actually well....weve never pulled a prank...neither of us....so we sorta dont know how" Said Apple Bloom a bit embarassed.

   "WOAH! Never pulled a prank!? Oh man...You girls dont know what youre missing out on!" Scootaloo said. But then there was a scream that sounded faintly like RainbowDash. "Oh man! Someone pranked RD? And i wasnt there to see it!? Oh we have GOT to go see this" Scootaloo said as she re-mounted her scooter with her 2 best friends on back and they headed off towards Zecora's hut in the Everfree forest.

   "For this potion to work out something....first of all i need a wing" They heard Zecora saying as they got closer to her hut.

   "A wing? What is she talking about?" Sweetie Belle asked.

   "She is probably giving Rainbow a list of ingredients for a potion..." Scootaloo suggested.But then they saw the most horrifying sight ever...There...Strapped to a table was RainbowDash with one of her wings chopped off of her back. All of them froze to the spot.

   "My potion is now quite complete, now drink RainbowDash, drink." and with that she shoved a vile of the slimy looking green potion down Rainbow's throat. Suddenly another wing spread out of rainbow's side and she looked as good as ever.

   "Wow...That was a bit scary...But see? she was just helping Rainbow with something..." said Sweetie Belle. Zecura unstrapped Rainbow from the table and whispered some words to her.

   "Now Rainbow...You are here to serve me now...that is your only purpouse." Said a strangely familiar voice.

   "No...That couldnt have been..." the 3 crusaders said in unision. They looked over to see none other than Trixie.

   "Good job Zecura....you have served your purpouse..." Trixie said as she gave a wave of her horn and Zecura snapped out of what appeared to be a trance. Zecura fell to the ground and all of them recognized at once...She was dead.

   "Now then Rainbow..." Trixie said "You will go and find me the rest of your "friends" and bring them back here" Then in the blink of an eye RainbowDash was gone and Trixie was sitting laughing to herself evily. Rainbowdash came back with Fluttershy first who was forced to drink the potion. Then came Rarity, then AppleJack, then Pinky Pie. Each time one of them were forced to drink the potion the crusaders could only sit there and watch...They were frozen with fear and had no clue what to do. RainbowDash was about to head off again when trixie told her to wait. "I want to be the one to find Twilight....I want to see the horror on her face when i walk in...Twilight....She will die tonight."

   "No...this isnt happening!" Apple Bloom cried. Thankfully Trixie didnt hear her.

   "Now then...you 5...ill take care of Twilight...but you....there are pesky little rats that are to curious for their own good...the "cutie mark crusaders" as they call themselves...i want them dead....they will find out about this one way or another...and i dont want to risk them telling anyone. This ought to help us find them..." Trixies horn lit up and a crystal ball appeared wich showed exactly where they were. "THEY ARE HERE! DONT LET THEM GET AWAY!!!!" the 3 of them were caught in a matter of seconds by the 5 ponies that were much faster than them and they were brought back to Trixie.

   "Now then....You 3 are making things a bit difficult....so you must be...taken care of." she said with a evil grin. She lashed her horn and Sweetie Belle fell to the ground with a scream and blood poured out from under her chin as she fell dead onto the dirt. Then another slash and the same happened to Apple Bloom. Finally Trixie turned her attention to Scoodaloo. She walked up to her and stared down at her with blood red eyes...a killers eyes. She raised her horn and Scootaloo knew that this was the end...Tears started rolling down her eyes and she knew that she would never see her REAL friends again...just the puppets that Trixie made of them....This....Was how it was all going to end. Then she heard it...Laughter...She looked up to see something that looked like Trixie laying on the ground...but what was it....a...costume? She looked up and saw Twilight standing there

   "So...looks like we got the prank master now didnt we?" Twilight said laughing

   "What?" Scoodaloo asked

   "Yeah Scoodaloo, looks like we got to you good" Sweetie Belle said getting up.

   "You all planned this?" Scoodaloo asked

   "Yup" RainbowDash said "and i wasnt sure we would be able to get "the prank master" but it looks like i was proved wrong." she added laughing

   "Well then...you best watch your backs next year!" Scootaloo said now starting to laugh as well. So then the best friends set off out of the forest laughing.
