Unconsciously, I swiped the hoof from bothering me only wanting to sleep in from studying about " The World of Dragons" last night.

"Graze!"

I instantly shot up looking both left and right trying to get an understanding of the situation. I looked at Ditzy who had a smile on her face from being successful at awakening me.

[ Dear Celestia, why does everypony bother me from my sleep?!]

" Uhmm.. Graze? You got a lil something there.....and also all over your book," Ditzy pointed a hoof to the edge of her mouth showing me the location of that 'something'.

I wiped my hoof at the same spot only to be disgusted at the sight and touch of semi-dried up drool.

I then looked down at my book only to see a page fully wet and covered with the same liquid.

" Why did Mr. Charge make you even read that chapter?" Ditzy questioned me as I yawned and blinked.

" *Yawn* I really don't know but I am now prepared for anything.... Which is strange because of all this bucked up shit we go through everyday, I won't be surprised."

" Well now that you're up, we can deliver the mail and head straight to Mr. Cross' class."

CloudChaser now awoke from his bed with a strange feeling to any other pony but familiar to himself. He wiped his eyes with a hoof  as his ears twitched at the word 'mister' and sighed.

" For Celestia's sake, I'm only twenty one! I am not Mr. Charge!"

Mr. Charge's ears twitched and his eyes opened wide stopping him from correcting a few test papers. He pulled out a small journal from the desk which he sat behind and flipped to a certain page entitled The List which read with a few comments by certain names :

" Wait. What? Don't we have Maths first thing on a Thursday morning?"

Ditzy blinked in confusion and then chuckled," Oh yeah, that's right, you slept through the announcement! All of Cross' and Charge's students a.k.a us, are having a class with dragons!"

" Dragons?! Really?! Well let's get going! Even though Charge will be there, anything with Chaser is always epic!" I then grabbed Ditzy wanting to head out of our room as quickly as possible.

She planted her hooves firmly on the ground preventing me from pressing on.

" What are you doing?" I asked actually wanting to go to class.

" Uhmm Graze?"

" Yeah?"

" Clothes.... also you have morning wing," Ditzy said chuckling.

I stared at my sprung wings and smiled," ...... So what? You're my marefriend ahahahaha you've seen worse."

Ditzy rolled her eyes ( Kinda creepy and cute which I must add) chuckling at my previous statement as I changed into my black and white 'uniform'. One might call it a uniform knowing that I wore it everyday.

" Okay, now that's over with, we can deliver the mail," I said.

" Aren't you forgetting something?" Ditzy asked.

I twisted my head looking at my clothes and my saddlebag," Uhmmm..... Am I?"

Ditzy then made a smooch sound with her mouth as she blinked her eyes in the cutest way imaginable while pointing a hoof at herself.

[ Let me handle this.]

" You do know that I just drooled all over my face and book right?"

"...So what? You're my coltfriend, I've gotten worse."

" Sssstttt, ouch, that burns," I said laughing. I trotted over to Ditzy and pulled her into a kiss holding it for a few seconds enjoying the moment.

I broke our moment together and asked," Happy?"

Only did she walk pass heading towards the door. With a flicker of her tail at my face, she said one word," Very."

I followed her out the door as I thought to myself," Celestia, I love that mare."

After finishing our delivery throughout the school, we were now inside Chaser's class as he began his speech.

" Alright ponies, since we are literally teaching you, Why not teach you about the outside world a bit? With that said and with the principal's permission, Charge, Cross and I will be teaching you about dragons. "

Mr. Charge then took the spotlight and looked at all of us students," Now, I cannot stress this enough, whatever you do, DO NOT BE FRIGHTENED AND ALSO ACT CALM! These creatures feed off emotion, so if you're scared they are scared."

Legit chuckled and raised his hoof," So... What if they are horny?"

" Then I am sorry for you and your grandfoals. These creatures are very dangerous and will intend for shit to hit the fan when possible........ Anyways, if you are not up to the challenge, leave now and head to your respective class," Cross answered.

Suddenly, approximately half of the class left leaving a few comments such as:

" Screw that, one of my friends were killed by a dragon."

" I'm out! I need to urhmm... study."

" I'm always horny, so I can't risk it."

Charge, Cross and Chaser watched raising their right eyebrow simultaneously as everypony who wanted to leave to have left the class.

*Slam*

" Good, now that all the pussies are gone, we can enjoy this smaller class," Charge said," The dragons we will be dealing with are not fully grown. Actually, if my memory serves me correct, they are your height."

" Okay everypony, you have five minutes to relax while I tell Luna about the coordinates so that she can transport us there safely, she is the only one powerful to carry fifteen ponies at a time," Cross explained looking at Luna who only sighed.

"Oo! I will get Spike!" Twilight said rushing out of the class as Dark followed.

" Spike?" I asked," Wait! That was the baby dragon I saw?"

[ Note: When I was a mare for a day, that was literally one of the first dragons I saw, re-read if you don't remember]

Dark nodded," Yeah but what my dad told is that these dragons are a bit more different than Spike. A bit less... urhmm... goofy, yeah that is the correct word."

" Spike is not goofy! He is very helpful in the library," Twilight said protecting her number one assistant as they both exited the room.

[ Pussy-]

< -Whipped>

Ditzy and I chuckled at the couple which now left the room.

" Hey Graze!" Chaser called out trotting towards me.

I turned my head directing my attention towards the jacketed pegasus," Yo bro what's up?"

" Ha, at least you don't call me sir," he chuckled," Well, actually can we talk outside for a moment?"

" Sure why not?" I responded exiting the door.

"FlutterShy, I do wonder how the dragons would look like. *Gasp!* Probably I can ask a few for their gems!" Rarity hoped.

" I hope they aren't too big and....a-and scary!" FlutterShy said  hiding behind SeaBreeze.

" Don't worry about any big mean old dragons, I will protect you," SeaBreeze said with a little doubt in his voice.

" My my FlutterShy what a gentlecolt you have here!" Rarity complimented SeaBreeze. She stopped in her hoof tracks picking up small details of such conversation.

"--can we talk outside for a moment?"

Rarity saw as both I and Chaser left the room.

" What is Graze up to?" Rarity asked herself and headed towards the door, placing an ear upon it only catching slight details.

"-- I don't know what to do if Cross finds out!" Exclaimed Chaser.

" I don't think you can do anything, it wasn't your fault nor Luna's. There really is no pony to blame if Luna likes another pony else and her reason seems legit."

" Did someone call my name?" Legit said trotting towards the source of his name being called.

" Shh! I am getting some nice gossip out of this!" Rarity said. Yeah, of course it was Rarity, the one with all the rumors and gossips. I couldn't understand why such a mare of her standards would be single until now.

"Did you hear that?!" I asked.

" Yeah, we can talk about this later, I think somepony is a little bit too interested in our conversation. Let's get back to the class, I think everypony should be ready by now."

I nodded following Chaser to the classroom.

Upon entrance, we saw Legit closest to the door than anypony else.

[ Must be him who was listening!]

I trotted at Legit who only stared at me," Uhm, Graze? Anything wrong?"

I shot him a glance followed by a bemused expression," What did you hear?"

" Nothi--I was just --"

" What did you hear? I will only ask you this a second time."

" Nothing bro! I swear!" He pulled me in closer as he spoke in my ear and whispered," Rarity was here a few moments ago," He returned to normal volume and continued," I only heard my name bro."

I facehoofed remembering using the word 'Legit'. Note to self, only use that word when making a joke.

" Sorry man, no hard feelings right?" I lent out my hoof which was then bumped with Legit's.

" Nah it's cool, I totally understand."

I smiled then directed my attention to Rarity, FlutterShy and SeaBreeze as I trotted towards them.

I only caught a small piece of their small talk before it was hushed," Also he said something about Luna and Chaser! I bet they are going out.... Shh! Here he comes!"

" Hey Graze, what's up?" Rarity said trying her best to mimic my way of talking.

" Don't what's up me Rarity, what did you hear?" I said in a serious tone.

" I do not believe I understand what you are talking about."

I stomped my hoof," Lies! What did you hear!"

Ditzy heard the stomp of my hoof and hovered towards me placing a hoof on my back," Calm down Graze, there is no need to get upset over small stuff. We should get going anyways, I think Charge and the others are about to leave."

I snorted like a bull and followed Ditzy. I glanced back to see Rarity smile as if though she had won.

I averted my attention away from her and headed towards our teachers as Charge began," Okay, now remember, no overreacting, do not be frightened and please for once some of you, grow a pair."

Chaser looked at Luna and said," Luna, would you kindly?"

She nodded with a smile as her horn was engulfed with a deep midnight blue aura.

A slight glare was seen from Cross to Chaser who couldn't be less bothered.

*BBBZTTT PING!*

" Okay class, here we are!" Cross said.

" Urhmm... where is here exactly?" Vine asked.

" Why of course, the middle of a field! Ha! You don't expect us to be using dragons anywhere near the school," Chaser laughed.

" Okay... But, why is there a giant circle with an even small circle on the field?" Light said looking at the design of the field.

" Oh that... well urhm... you see, that's actually a really cool design we liked so we asked Omnius to imprint it where we would battle!"

Omnius appeared by the three teachers," I really do bucking hate my job."

" You're getting paid for it," Charge added.

" Not paid enough."

" Hold on a sec, did you just say battle?!" Ditzy and I asked.

" Well how else did you expect to learn about dragons? Have a tea party? Read a book?" Charge added looking at me.

* BZZZTTT PING*

" I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU GUYS FORGOT ABOUT US!" Dark shouted.

" Yeah!" Spike added.

" How did you even know where we were?" Ice asked curiously.

" Oh, it's nothing really, I just picked upon the magical trail Luna left behind and followed it," Twilight smiled sheepishly.

Chaser entered the middle of the conversation and interrupted all of us," Okay! Now that we had our little fun, maybe we can begin our lesson by stop ignoring the dragons behind you."

The entire class then turned around and saw a large group of dragons ranging from different heights, colour and description. Only of the whole group four stood out to be the biggest. I was guessing that those belonged to Charge, Cross, Chaser and Omnius.

"Wow," We all said.

" Rule number one and probably the most important rule of dragons--" Chaser then pulled the right side of his jacket revealing a nasty deep scar,"-- always respect them."

One of the four bigger dragons walked towards Chaser. The dragon was...urhm...unique as one pony might say, no scales, no wings, just slender,sleek, elongated and one big eye. Very serpentine like yet it had legs and claws.

" Ha! Hey big guy, show me some love," Chaser said lending out a hoof.

The dragon then lent out it's claw which somehow transformed into a hoof and bumped with Chase's own!

Mr. Charge then looked at the weird scene take place before him," Right... That's fucking creepy..."

" Hey! Don't speak to Morph like that!" The dragon known as Morph then growled staring at Mr. Charge moving closer and closer to him.

" FUS RO DAH!!" Mr. Charge shouted with a loud boom sending the dragon to quiver behind Chase," Learn your place bitch."

" Now the second rule is that your dragon and you are most likely going to have to be compatible with one another," Charge said.

" What the hay do you mean as compatible?" Ice said.

The largest of all dragons walked and stood at the side of Mr. Charge. This one actually looked like a dragon colored ebony black with almost devil like wings and a single white scar which contrasted with other part of it's body.

" Meet Draco or as I call him 'Badass'," Charge introduced his dragon. Wow.... The similarities were unbelievable, it was like looking through a draconian mirror.

[ Hey look! It even has a book... Like Mr. Charge]

The dragon then stared at me gripping the book and threatening to throw it... Like Mr. Charge.

Cross stood up with his wingless dragon looking almost metallic with its scales polished and grey," Thirdly, dragon's have different types. Hypothetically speaking it is safe to say they are also compatible elementally. For example," Cross pointed his hoof at the metallic dragon," My dragon here is a steel type."

" And how are you steel?" Dark questioned.

" Oh you mean you don't know? LikewhenIshovedthatmetalrodupyourass," Cross said quickly confusing Dark.

The dragon laughed at Dark mocking him and bro-hoofed [ clawed] .....And Bro-clawed RedCross," Hahahaha, whew! Thanks Meta."

" And finally," Omnius said as a slightly overweight orange dragon with an even lighter shade of orange used it's tiny wings flying quickly at him," This is D-nite. Dragons in the wild love to battle and since these dragons are learning just like you, you will help them by having a somewhat friendly competition."

" Friendly?" I asked staring at the four of them.

" Well, basically they are going to duke it out and top dragon will have to face one of us." Omnius explained.

" Only one?!"

" Well yeah, our dragons are going to battle it out as well and if two of you students actually win, those two will face each other."

" So, with that said it's time to find your partner!" Chaser said pointing at the eight younger dragons that were our height.

" Wait, wow, back the buck up, there are only nine! And like fifteen of us." Light pointed out.

" Well, tough luck for those the dragon's don't pick," Charge said only speaking the truth.

The entire group of students both mare and colt alike ran towards the group of dragons, breaking the first rule, to not overreact and to treat them with respect.

I sighed watching the action unfold as Vine stood by me," Why aren't you going for one?"

" Oh me? Well because I already have one," Vine then used her hooves to draw a circle with small circle's inside and stomped on it.

Vines, bark, leaves and roots all merged piece by piece intertwining around another soon forming into the figure of a wooden sleek feminine dragon, hair and scales with different shades of green and a small lily placed behind it's ear," Meet my dragon, Lily!"

" Wow....Wait, how is that a dragon, I mean... What can it do?"

" Well I don't want to spoil the fun now would I?"

" Well I wish you luck and hope you kick some well deserved ass! I have to go get my dragon now!"

" Thanks Graze and good luck!"

I then walked off where the dragons were only to find that all had been taken! I saw Ice and his icy winged blue dragon, Frigid which were both showing off their ice tricks.

Dark and his black and purple dragon, Shock which shocked him as they shook claw to hoof.

Light and his two headed, black and white dragon, Chaos which was trying to help Light who was busy punching himself for some unknown reason.

Legit and his normal blue and red dragon, Suave who were staring into each others eyes, INTO ONE ANOTHER'S SOUL!

CrackShot and his earthbounded brown dragon, Terra were both busy using the earth as their playground, levitating stones and other material.

Breeze had his blue and white dragon, sleek in figure and might I add, extremely fast dragon, Ace.

Twilight and her somewhat comical dragon, Spike were busy chatting with one another.

Some weird pony wearing shorts with his purple and cream coloured dragon, Dratata were interacting with one another.

But where was mine?! Everypony except me had a dragon already compatible with, lucky bastards!

I walked back to Ditzy disappointed feeling that life was unfair to me," Why... Why do you keep doing this to me Celestia?"

Ditzy then comforted me as my dreams were shattered," Don't worry Graze... There will be another time."

I whimpered not wanting to say any words. I was that sad and dream crushed until I felt a slight brush at my leg," Not now Ditzy... I am mourning..."

The brushes at my legs continued," Uhm.. Graze, that's not me."

My eyes opened wide at the comment coming from Ditzy. I looked down and saw nothing other than a orange and black draconian head bent down and rubbing against my hoof.

I smiled uncontrollably  at the sight of the creature as it stood up reaching a little below my height and hugged the scaly creature.

[ Nothing more beautiful than a colt and his dragon.]

I broke the hug and looked at the dragon," Wait... I have to name you! Uhrmm.. How do you like Kill?"

The sleek dragon then shook his head pointing a claw at it's eyes and blinked showing off a slight feminine touch.

" Oh right... You're female... How about Valor?"

The dragon looked bemused at me.

" Still to masculine... Hmm Ditzy what do you think?" I then placed my hoof around Ditzy.

I then watched as the dragon come between us, splitting us apart showing a bit of jealousy.

I chuckled at the sight," Wow, jealous much?"

Ditzy then pulled me away from the dragon saying," No my Graze. Mine not yours."

The two female creatures then fought over me through a battle of tug-of-war. Nevertheless, I couldn't be bothered as I was too busy conjuring up a name.

" No Mine!" Ditzy said pulling me.

The dragon shook it's head and pulled me again.

" What are you stupid? He is a pony and my coltfriend!"

I then shouted directing all of my attention at the," A-ha! I got a perfect name for you, how about Valkyria?"

The flamed colored dragon nodded furiously accepting the name and pulled me away to get ready for training only wanting all the attention on her as we both walked away from Ditzy.

The dragon looked back and stuck out its serpentine tongue at Ditzy mocking her.

" Why you little--"

" So Valkyria! What attacks can you do?" I said attracting the dragon's attention.

Valkyria took in a deep breath and released a burst of flames at my face followed by a small puff of smoke.

I blinked my eyes wiping the charcoal colour out of my coat and laughed," YOU ARE SO COOL! Wait, look what I can do!"

I stomped my hooves creating a black circular flame spreading in diameter soon fading by the blow of wind. The small trick  marveled the dragon at sight.

" Pretty cool huh? I guess we are going to get along like best of friends! Probably kick the rest of the competitions ass too!"

Valkyria smiled and nodded happily as we continued to communicate with one another throughout the rest of the day.

Omnius and his dragon, D-Nite stood in the middle of the stage which had represented a ball," First up we have CrackShot and his dragon Terra! Versus Joey and Dratata!"

My friends with their scaly partners cheered as the battle was announced.

CrackShot stood on the left side and shouted," GO TERRA! LET'S SHOW HIM WHAT WE GOT!"

Terra stomped his foot and roared his battle cry.

Joey, the weird pony which wore shorts sent out his Dratata and shouted," MY DRAGON IS TOP PERCENT! COME AND TRY!"

Omnius looked at both sides as dragons were ready and so were their trainers," Begin!"

" Dratata take to the skies!"

CrackShot looked as the purple flew high and smirked," Terra! Use Stealth Rock!"

Terra roared standing on his hindlegs and stomped with them both simultaneously levitating pressurized and condensed rocks as a barrier spinning around him. Terra then aimed at Dratata and shot every single rock not missing one shot at the purple cream dragon which soon fell to the floor Knocked out cold.

[ It was Super Effective!]

Omnius raised his hoof signifying the winner to be CrackShot," Well... that was thee shortest battle...ever!"

" WOOOHOO CRACKSHOT! YOU WIPED THE FLOOR WITH HIS ASS!" I shouted as Valkyria flapped her wings.

Ditzy glared a shot of jealousy at the charcoal orange dragon and said to herself," Hmph.... It's only a dragon."

Omnius sent CrackShot and Terra back to the audience and called out Legit and Light to the arena.

For some battle music

Legit stood brave withSuave both staring at Light with his two headed black and white dragon.

" Come on out Suave!" Legit ordered pointing a hoof to an empty spot in the arena.

" Ha! Two heads are better than one!" [ That's not what yo momma said!] " Let's go Chaos!"

Omnius looked back and forth at the two dragons making sure they were ready. Once he was sure, he shouted," BEGIN!"

" SUAVE! USE TAKE DOWN!"

The blue and red dragon rushed the twin headed tackling it at full force sending it's body flying to the edge of the ring.

< Chaos has just taken a hit! Hopefully he can make a comeback!>

" C'mon Chaos! Counter with Confusion!"

Both heads of the dragon shook the pain off and focused on Suave lifting up the poor dragon and slamming him into the ground.

Suave's eyes were a bit messed up from the hit as they swirled in confusion," Can you still attack?!"

Suave shook off the confusion and nodded in battle stance," Good! Now use Hyper Beam!"

Suave lifted his head opening it's mouth collecting a bright yellow energy. As it was about to release the focused energy, his thoughts were confused not allowing him to continue with the attack. The pent up energy slowly died down yet  only some had back fired in it's mouth causing self inflicting damage.

[ Suave has hurt itself in confusion!]

" Ha! Chaos now it's time to use Dark Pulse!"

The twin headed dragon stomped its legs emitting an energy of dark aura spreading to their foe.

< Oh that attack was not very effective against a normal dragon type such as Suave >

Even though the attack wasn't as effective as planned, Suave had taken a lot of damage from self inflicted pain and the psychic attack.

" Wait, psychic! That's it! You gotta pull this one through Suave, Use Crunch!"

Suave flew at amazing speeds unaffected for once by the confusion and bit upon the neck of the white headed dragon," Good job! NOW USE HYPER BEAM!"

From the spot where Suave bit, a bright light emerged from his mouth firing a powerful beam of energy. Such a powerful attack at close range was not meant for a dragon to withstand.

Chaos fainted upon the floor of the arena only wanting to rest from taking such damage.

" Legit and Suave are the winners!" Omnius declared.

Everypony who was there, even Mr. Charge applauded at the combo used.

Light ran to his dragon and picked him up with his unicorn magic and comforted the beast," C'mon Chaos, you did good. It's time you took some rest by Cross."

Omnius grabbed the paper and read," Next match! We have..... CloudChaser! Versus.... Me?!"

" Get your ass in there," Charge said pushing Omnius to his dragon taking the roll of referee.

Epic Music

Cloud and Omnius stood at opposite ends of the arena looking at each other allowing tension to rise.

" Are both ponies ready?!" Charge shouted.

" READY!" They replied simultaneously.

" LET THE BATTLE BEGIN!"

" GO MORPHEUS!" Chaser shouted sending out the slender dragon.

" GO! DRAGONITE! USE ICE BEAM!!" Omnius shouted demands as soon as the match began.

Morpheus used its flexible body to its advantage moving around the shot of ice dodging the attack.

" Morpheus! Use Transform!"

The sleek and dark blue body of the dragon wrapped around the orange dragon, bending, widening and using every ability it had to copy the exact form of Dragonite. We all watched as the battle became intense, two dragons of similar appearance and probably power yet only one was restricted from movement.

" Morpheus, Use Fire Spin!"

One of the dragon's roared emitting a vortex of flames trapping the other in it left to burn.

" Don't give up yet D! Use Surf!"

Through the scorched feeling of being burnt, Dragonite endured the pain slamming two of it's claws on the floor releasing a tidal wave of pure water.

Cloud looked as the wave of water rushed Morpheus causing immense damage to the dragon. The wave and water soon subsided leaving the true form of Morpheus on the floor unable to move.

" AGAIN DRAGONITE! USE SURF!"

The only orange dragon now repeated its last move surfing on yet another tidal wave

"Just what I was hoping for," Chaser smirked," GET UP MORPHEUS AND USE ICE BEAM!"

The one eyed dragon roared at the sight of the tidal wave shooting a concentrated beam of ice. The ice beam slowly froze the tidal wave, making it lose momentum and soon coming to a stop dropping the overweight dragon to the ground.

" NOW USE DRAGON RUSH!" Cloud ordered.

The dragon using it's natural ability grew wings and with the use of its flexible body wrapped around the slightly overweight dragon, restricting any movement and took to the skies gaining altitude.

" NOW DESCEND!!"

Morpheus obeyed it's masters command decreasing altitude with the body of the orange dragon flailing unable to move a muscle.

A green cone formed with purple streaks coming together forming somewhat of a drill like structure as it accelerated upon descent.

At the very last second, Morpheus flipped in mid air and threw the body of it's victim on the floor causing massive damage both to the dragon and the arena.

[ Ho-Holy SHIT!]

< Wow.... I mean, THAT WAS SUPER EFFECTIVE! DRAGONITE IS KO'D!>

Charge raised both hooves ending the match and pointed one to Cloud announcing the winner.

The audience went wild especially Luna for the victory of Chaser and his one eyed companion Morpheus.

Omnius rushed towards his friend who still had enough energy to get up and walk to the victors.

" Ya did good Chaser! I want a rematch though!" Omnius said lending out a hoof.

" No problem, anytime anywhere! But not now, it looks like you have to ref again!"
