The wind whistled through the leaves as they skittered across the ground, occasionally passing under a falling hoof or claw and becoming nothing but fragments of their former selves. Down that quiet road, called Mane Street by the ponies in town, a white unicorn and a purple dragon walked with a steady pace. Not too fast, not too slow.
