Prologue: My Little World

I had gone to an audition for a classical band the other day, so today I went to a party with a couple of friends to celebrate my success. “A toast, to Ellz. May your life be classic." my best friend Marcus said as he raised his glass. "Cheers!" said my other friend, Gemma. The bar was lively, it quetened down when I tapped  my glass with a fork. "Thank you my friends for being here with me today. As with all our meetings, I’ll say this: I love you guys" I announced. We all hugged and I set off for my apartment, violin in hand.

As I walked down the street, I saw a woman standing by herself in the rain.  She looked as if she was crying. "Hey, are you okay?" I asked her. The second the words escaped my lips, the woman ran away from me. "Hey!" I called, running after her. "Hey! Wait up! Stop!" The woman dashed down a dark alleyway, and I followed. "Why is she running away from me?" I thought. I turned and went into the alleyway. Almost immediately I realised that the woman had stopped dead in her tracks. I stopped running and doubled over to catch my breath. Still panting, I straightened up and looked at the woman, who was facing away from me. I was about to ask her why she ran away, when she turned her head towards me and her eyes started to glow. I found myself captivated by the glow, unable to move or speak. Her jet black, shoulder length hair started to grow longer and longer, the ends changing colour. A rainbow coloured river of hair spread across the ground, then shot towards me. It wrapped itself around me in a rainbow coloured  tornado. The rapidly moving colours began to grow brighter until everything went white.

I woke up, barely opening my eyes. I felt dizzy, and the world around me seemed to be spinning.“Someone must have put something in my drink last night. That hair and the bright lights...that couldn't have been real..." I mumbled to myself. I decided to get up and take a look at where I was. I saw that there was an open plain as far as the eye could see and, fortunately, a nice lake to get drink from. I splashed water onto my face and looked at my reflection in the water. I saw a pony. I looked left and right and saw no pony. I realised that I was that pony.

My first reaction was to pinch myself, but since I had no fingers, I punched myself in the face. I didn't wake up, so that meant that this was real.

In my life before this, I had watched a show that I had to keep secret from my band, and I was low on money, so I had lived a very hit and miss life.

So maybe this was a sign of a new start.

I found that I still had my violin and my satchel, so I placed the violin into the satchel and slung it onto my back, before heading down the road, hopefully to Ponyville.

On the way I admired the landscape and noticed that it looked just like the cartoon. I was curious to see if I could still play the violin. In the show I remembered Octavia using her hoof to play her cello, so maybe I could play my violin that way as well. I brought my violin out of my satchel, picked up my bow and played the violin. To my surprise, I found that I was just as good as before. I realised I had actually forgotten to check my flank to see what my cutie mark was. It was a violin.

Maybe an hour of walking later...

I was getting kinda bored so I started counting what I could see in front of me. "Let’s see: a couple of clouds, a sun, a flying pegasus coming this way and a- wait..."  The Pegasus was quite high in the air, but it still heard me as I shouted “Hello! Can you help me please?” The grey Pegasus mare swooped down to me, and I noticed that she had a lazy eye and smelled of muffins.

“Hello there Mister. Haven't seen you before around here." She said. I introduced myself.”My name is Elliott but everyone calls me Ellz. Could you please tell me which way it is to Ponyville?”

“Well, if you go backwards you’ll get there in no time. I could go with you if you want.” The Pegasus replied. I smiled.“Thanks. Um, what's your name?" I asked. “My name’s Ditzy Doo, but everyone just calls me Ditzy.” She replied. I remembered Ditzy being a background character in the show and that she was really interesting in Fanfictions.

Roughly an hour and a half later…

Ditzy stopped and announced "We’re here!” Ponyville looked like a beautiful piece of art. “Hey Ditzy, is there any place in Ponyville where I can stay for a night or two?” I asked. “I haven’t got anywhere to go.” Out of either kindness or maybe pity for me, Ditzy offered to let me stay in her house. “Oh, thank you!” I said happily as I hugged her.

Later that evening...

"Well here's your room and bed." Ditzy said, sweeping her foreleg in an arch in the way that you do when you’re showing someone something. It was a nice sized room with a nice view of Ponyville. I thanked Ditzy again and headed off to sleep.

Friendship Is Magic

I awoke to find that I was still in Ditzy's house. "So I guess this isn't a dream after all, huh?" I thought as I pulled myself out of bed. I wondered why Ditzy was being so kind to me, but quickly dismissed the thought as I went downstairs.

Ditzy had asked me to look after her daughter and take her to school. I didn't know why she trusted me so much, but I went and dropped Dinky off at school and then went to walk around town to meet some ponies.

I had wandered around town a little bit before I bumped into a cheerful-looking pink pony. She told me that her name was Pinkie Pie, and I told her my name as well. "I'm sorry I bumped into you. I was zoned out for a bit there." I apologised. "Oh, it's ok." Pinkie said. "Uhh...” I mumbled, pawing at the ground with my hoof "I came from a distant land, and I'm new here. So, do you by any chance know where I can get some money?"

"There's a job board in the middle of town." Pinkie replied "You could try there." I thanked her and set off for the job board.

On my way there, I found a coin on the floor, so I decided to go and buy myself a snack at a nearby apple stand. I said hi to the orange pony behind the counter. "Well, howdy!" She said cheerfully "I haven't seen you around these parts before. You new here?"

"Yes, I only got here yesterday." I replied. "Well, welcome to Ponyville. The name's Applejack." She smiled. "My name's Ellz." I placed the coin on the counter "Uuh, could I have an apple please?" I asked. "Sure, sugercube." Applejack said as she took the coin and handed me an apple. "Thanks!" I called as I trotted away with my apple.

The first job I found was to help a pegasus called Fluttershy move a bear to a new cave. I went over to where the board had said her house was. A yellow Pegasus was standing near a tree. I walked up to her and cheerfully said "Hello there. You must be Fluttershy. I came here looking for a job." Fluttershy turned to look at me."Oh yes. Um, the job is a bit dangerous. Are you sure?" She whispered hesitantly. I nodded. “My name is Ellz, by the way.” “Nice to meet you…” Fluttershy replied quietly. “Um, the bear’s this way…” She started to walk away, beckoning me to follow. “Uh… so, Fluttershy. How are you doing today?” I asked to break the tension a little bit.

“W-well… I met a unicorn called Twilight Sparkle today, but I was too shy to talk much. I-I’m very shy around ponies I don’t know, and I have trouble talking to them…” She replied quietly. ”Well, you’ve never met me before, so how come you seem so comfortable around me?" I asked. "I really don't know why to be honest." Fluttershy responded. “I just get the feeling that I can trust you.”

After a while we had taken the bear to the new cave. "Thank you, Ellz. I’ll see you later." Fluttershy said as she paid me. I then wandered off to see what else there was.

Later on, I had gotten little job helping a unicorn called Rarity to find some gems. She didn’t want to damage her hooves as she had gotten a manicure or something, so she found the gems with her magic and I dug them up for her and put them in a cart.

When we brought the gems back to Rarity’s shop, she paid me handsomely.

"So this place is both your home and your shop?" I asked. “Yes. I've lived here for as long as I could remember.” The white pony replied. “Why do you ask?"

“It reminds me of an old friend of mine, that's all." With the day’s earnings nestled snugly in the saddlebags Ditzy had lent me, I set off back to Ditzy’s place for a well deserved nap.

Apparently there was some sort of celebration thing going on in the mayor’s building and everypony was there to see Princess Celestia make the sun rise. As I made my way inside, I thought “Maybe Princess Celestia knows something about why I'm here.”I had a feeling in the pit of my stomach that something bad was going to happen.

I was right.

An evil pony called Nightmare Moon appeared and plunged the world into an endless night and everypony was scared… but since I didn’t really know how to react to the situation I just stood there and she noticed me. She fired a bolt of lightning at me. A burning pain seared through my body as it struck me, and I fell to the ground. I could see Nightmare Moon escaping, and I was powerless to try and stop her.

And then everything went black.

Ditzy had found me collapsed at the party and had woken me up. I asked which way Nightmare Moon went. Ditzy told me that she had gone in the direction of the Everfree Frorest. She told me that I shouldn’t go after her due to my wounds, but I went anyway.

I galloped straight into the forest, with no worries at all.

That was until a manticore sprung out of the bushes and tried to kill me. But I managed to sooth the savage beast to sleep with my violin. I pressed on.

When I came across a raging river, a sea serpent emerged from the water and helped me across.

As I continued I came across a broken bridge, and with no means of crossing, I sat down and tried to think of some way across.

I was still there when Twilight Sparkle and the other ponies came along. “Why are you here, Ellz? You look like you’re hurt.” Twilight asked.

“I wanted to defeat Nightmare Moon, but with no way to cross this chasm, I was about to give up.” I sighed. Rainbow Dash flew to the other side of the gap to try and fix the bridge. While we waited, Twilight explained to me that she needed to activate the Elements of Harmony to stop Nightmare Moon, so I decided to go with her plan.

We trotted into an abandoned building. Twilight and I stayed inside while everypony else left. Out of nowhere Nightmare Moon appeared and started to battle us and I came up with a plan of attack.

“How about I charge at Nightmare Moon and you teleport to the Elements of Harmony?" I suggested to Twilight. She nodded in agreement and I charged and Twilight teleported. Nightmare Moon fired a bolt of lightning at me, sending me flying across the room and knocking me out again.

I woke up to find I was in the hospital. The doctor said I was lucky to have survived and said I had to spend a week in hospital to recover. Ditzy and Dinky came in to see if I was okay. They told me that Nightmare Moon had been defeated by Twilight and her friends. “Your sacrifice made everything possible.” She said. I was curious as what she meant. I noticed that the lightning had burned my tail off and left burn marks on my cutie mark. As disappointing as that was, I was glad to be alive.

And with that, I said goodbye to Ditzy and Dinky and snuggled into the crisp sheets of the hospital bed.

Apple Buck Season

When I woke up from the hospital, I was in pretty bad shape but I could at least walk. So, I decided to come out of the hospital to get a muffin to eat on my way home.

But as I was walking down the street towards my house, I heard a huge rumbling noise. I looked to see that there was a massive stampede of cattle heading towards town and everyone was running around in a panic, so I started to run away as well, but then Applejack ran in with her dog and quickly rounded up all the cattle before sending them back to where they came from.

As soon as everyone saw what was going on, they all stopped running and began to cheer Applejack on. Applause rang in the air as Applejack returned to town, and she blushed, bowing modestly to the cheering crowd.

I decided that I would get her a muffin as a present to congratulate her on stopping the stampede, so later that day, I went to Sweet Apple Acres and saw that she was bucking apples in the orchards. I approached her and asked “Do you need any help?” She stopped bucking for a moment and said “Nope, I’ll be fine by myself.”There was an awkward moment of silence. I took the muffin out of my saddlebag and put it on the ground in front of her. “Here,” I said, “I got this for you. To congratulate you on stopping the stampede and stuff.” She thanked me as I was walking away.

Since I couldn’t help Applejack, I decided to ask Twilight about Nightmare Moon and what had happened while I was unconscious. I was having trouble finding her, so I went up to Rainbow Dash, who was practicing her flying routines, and asked her if she’d seen Twilight or knew where she was. “I think I saw her go into the library a while ago.” She let out a little laugh “Where else would you expect her to be?” I thanked her and went into the library, where I found Twilight Sparkle sorting a pile of books. “Oh, hi there. Can I help you?” She greeted me when she noticed my presence. “Hey, Twilight. I’d like to ask you, what happened back then when I was unconscious?”

“Well, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and I used the Elements of Harmony to defeat Nightmare Moon and turn her into Princess Luna. Then Princess Celestia came in and Luna apologized for what she’d done. And then everything went back to normal.” She explained “And it also gave Pinkie Pie an excuse to throw another party.” She giggled. “Say, are there any spells that can get rid of burn marks?” I asked. At that moment, Twilight glanced at the clock “Oh, no! I’m going to be late for the celebration!” she exclaimed, gathering up a pile of paper with her magic before dashing out of the door with it in tow.

I decided to follow Twilight to the celebration, as I didn’t really have anything better to do.

When I got to the celebration, I saw a large crowd gathered in front of a stage. Twilight had placed the stack of paper onto a podium, and had begun a seemingly endless speech. Of course, before she was even halfway done, her other friends kept interrupting her and making their own very short speeches until Twilight eventually gave up and walked off the stage. The mayor was about to give an award to Applejack for her heroic deeds, but she didn’t seem to be there. A small while later, an exhausted-looking Applejack trudged towards the stage, climbed onto it, and wearily accepted the award, then dragged it away with her as she left.

I was worried about Applejack, so Twilight and I went to the apple orchard to see if she was ok. The orange pony was trying to buck apples, but seemed to be having some difficulty with it. She was very wobbly, kept losing her balance and missing the tree she was trying to kick.

We tried to help her, but she was being very stubborn and said she didn’t need any help. We saw that there was nothing that we could do to change her mind, so we went back to town.

The next day, the ground shook once more as another stampede approached Ponyville. The air was filled with the smell of fear as ponies ran about and hid in their panic, desperately hoping for Applejack to rush in and help them.

But she didn’t come.

I had tried to help as many ponies as I could, but even with my help, a lot of ponies were hurt in the stampede. I helped to bring the injured ponyfolk into the Hospital, where the Nurses got me to run about and bring them medical supplies so that they could help their patients.

Meanwhile, Twilight had gone off to the apple orchard to see if Applejack had changed her mind. After finishing my work at the Hospital, I went down to the orchard as well, just in time to catch Applejack breaking through her stubbornness and asking for help harvesting the apples. So, me and the other ponies worked together to harvest the apples, and before you knew it, the job was done.

I was exhausted after all that, so I walked back to Ditzy’s house (As she was still kindly letting me stay there) and snuggled into my cosy bed.

Griffon the Brush Off


Today, I had wanted to go to a park and relax for a bit. That didn’t quite work out as planned because Pinkie Pie ran past me so fast that I nearly fell over. I wondered why she was in such a hurry, but I quickly dismissed it. I had come to relax, and that’s exactly what I did until I remembered that I was supposed to be doing something with the Mayor. I got up and made my way over to the Mayor’s building.

The Mayor told me that they were having auditions for musicians that would supply music for Princess Celestias big gala party thing that would take place in a couple of month’s time. The Mayor asked me if I would like to audition, and I gladly accepted.

A lot of musicians had come to audition and they were all very good. There was a lot variety when it came to both the music and instruments, as the musicians were playing on things from violins and harps to guitars and drums. The music was beautiful and the Mayor said that all the other auditions would take place over the course of the coming months.

As I walked out I noticed that Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash had just gone into a joke shop, but I had to go see Fluttershy and see how she was doing. When I got there she asked if I could help her with a family of ducks that needed moving from one pond to another. She asked so nicely that I couldn’t help but accept. It was a nice walk and it gave me time to talk to Fluttershy "Hey Fluttershy, why do you live outside of Ponyville?"

She glanced at me “Oh, well you see, when I first came here, there wasn’t anywhere in Ponyville that was quiet enough or had a big enough garden. So I went and set up home near the forest.” The yellow Pegasus said calmly. I wanted to ask her something else, but it wasn’t important at that moment.

“Okay, while I guide the ducks, you have to clear the path and make sure nothing is in the way.” Fluttershy instructed. I did as I was told. But just then, a griffon strode towards us and demanded us to move. She barged right through me without even apologising, and then she  went up to Fluttershy, shoved her and started shouting at her, which caused the ducks to run away in fear.

I dashed protectively in front of the terrified Pegasus, reared up and pushed the griffon away with my forelegs. “Hey! Leave her alone! She never did anything to you!” I shouted. I was surprised at how angry I was. “You can shout at me, or hurt me, but I won’t let you hurt my friends!” I hissed. The griffon huffed, turned her beak up at us, and then flew away. Fluttershy was almost in tears, so I went up to her and hugged her tight. “It’s okay.” I soothed her, gently stroking her mane “Don’t worry about that griffon, I won’t let my friends get bullied by a big meanie like her.” I released her from the hug “How about I buy you a snack?” Fluttershy nodded, blushing slightly. “Thank you, Ellz.” She said quietly.

As we were having lunch, it occurred to me that Fluttershy was much more fragile than I thought.

Later on I heard that Pinkie Pie was going to throw a party for the griffon, who’s name turned out to be Gilda. I also found out that she and Rainbow Dash were friends in flight school.

I had a very evil plan in store for Gilda, but it seemed that someone had beaten me to it.

At the party, Gilda got electrocuted by a buzzer, had trouble blowing out candles that re-lighted themselves, ate really spicy cupcakes and got hit by exploding pies and whoopie cushions. And then she tripped my prank.

She opened a gift box and got hit by a pie filled with peppers and some weird plant I found, which made half her feathers come off. Gilda got angry and went to leave, trying to bring Rainbow Dash with her. Rainbow Dash refused and stayed with her true friends.

To celebrate, I thought that I would get a cake. I planned to share some with Fluttershy, and I asked her what kind of cake she wanted. I ran out to get her some carrot cake, which turned out to be her favourite.

When we’d finished our cake, we sat at the edge of the room and watched the other ponies starting to make their way home. “Hey, Fluttershy. Are we…friends?” I asked quietly, looking towards her. “Of course we are. You stopped Gilda from making me cry.” She replied. I noticed that she started to lean on me, but I did nothing to stop her. She rested herself against me, and it felt odd, but it also felt soft and warm.  

Boast Busters


I was awoken suddenly by a series of loud noises that sounded like explosions. I flew out of my bed and threw open the curtains so ferociously that I almost tore them off of the rail. I stared out of the window, scanning the world outside for source of the noise, expecting to see falling bombs and demolished buildings. With a sigh of relief, I saw that it was only a bunch of fireworks going off, showering the street with colourful lights. A crowd had gathered around the source of the fireworks.

I rushed outside to see what all the fuss was about.

It turned out to be a unicorn called Trixie, or “The Great and Powerful Trixie” as she called herself. She was boasting about her “talents” and everyone was getting irritated. Eventually, Applejack, Rarity and Rainbow Dash had had enough. One at a time, they stepped up onto Trixie’s stage and tried to outmatch her.

Applejack performed amazing tricks with a rope lasso, but Trixie used her magic to tie her up. Rainbow Dash used her speed and agility to try to win against Trixie, but she used her magic again and zapped Rainbow Dash with lightning bolts. All of Trixie’s cheating was starting to get on my nerves, but I managed to hold back my anger.

Then it was Rarity’s turn. She took a simple curtain and turned it into a beautiful dress! But then, Trixie ruined it all by cheating again and turning Rarity’s hair green!

I had reached my limit. I charged out to the front of the crowd and stamped my hooves. “THAT’S IT!” I snarled “You’re using magic to cheat! Well, let’s see you go against my violin!” I bounded onto the stage, whipped my violin out of my saddlebag, and began to play.

I played with all of my skill, churning out beautiful melodies that I was sure would win over the hearts of the audience.

For a while, it seemed like I was winning. It felt great to bask in the glory of the moment. That was until I glanced over to Trixie and saw her flash a smirk at me. She used her magic to grab five different instruments and start to play them all at once!

I still played the best I could, but as the speed and ferocity of the music grew, my violin’s strings were starting to suffer under the pressure. Just before we reached the end of the crescendo, my strings snapped, and my music abruptly choked and died.

I had lost.

My dad had once told me to never get angry for no reason and to avoid conflict as much as possible. But at the rate this was going, I’d have to go against that.

It’s safe to say that everyone was annoyed with Trixie, but they couldn’t do anything about it.

Later that day, a savage Ursa Major stomped angrily out of the Everfree forest and started rampaging around Ponyville! Trixie tried to send it away with her magic, but it was no use. Just before the cosmic bear swallowed up Trixe, Twilight finally decided to use her magic. She made the Ursa go to sleep by giving it a giant bottle of milk before sending it back to its cave. It turned out that the ‘Ursa Major’ was actually an Ursa Minor, and only a baby.

Twilight told us that she was afraid that her friends would abandon her if she showed off her talents. We told her that it’s ok to show what you’re good at, but it annoys everyone if you go too far and rub it in their faces.

I put my foreleg over Twilight’s shoulder. “You used your talent to save somepony’s life, and the whole town! Why wouldn’t they want to be your friends?”

Dragon Shy

After I woke up, I’d found that I was low on money, so I decided to go and see if Rarity needed any jobs done for her. Luckily, she did have a job for me: Bring her some dragon gems from the top of a nearby mountain. I gladly accepted the job and started to make my way towards the mountain.

As I trotted in the direction of the mountain, I saw Fluttershy running about. She looked like she was in a panic, so I stopped and asked her what was wrong. “There’s smoke coming from the mountain!” She cried, slightly out of breath.

Before I could even ask if she knew if it was a fire or something, she ran off, so I decided to continue my journey to the mountain.

I slowly made my way up the mountain, which proved to be a bit difficult seeing as I was only an Earth pony and had to climb up the rocks. “Why couldn’t I have been made a pegasus?” I huffed to myself as I scrambled up another boulder.

All was going well, until I came to a gap between two bits of the mountain. I cautiously peeked over the edge and saw that I was really, really high up. I went back a few feet away from the edge, took a deep breath and galloped towards the edge. I sprang over the chasm with ease, then carried on up the mountain path with a newly found sense of elation.

When I finally reached the top of the mountain, I sat down for a bit to get my energy back while looking around for the dragon gems. I couldn’t see any gems outside, so after I got my breath back, I trotted over to a large cave with smoke pouring out of it. Peeking inside, I saw a huge pile of glittering treasure, topped with an even bigger dragon. I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do, but I saw that there was tons of treasure, so I thought to myself “If I only take a little bit of treasure, this dragon will never know it’s gone!” I crept inside the cave and scooped up a few gems in my forelegs. Just as I was starting to tiptoe out, I heard something growling behind me. I whipped round and saw that the dragon had woken up, and was bearing its huge, sharp teeth at me. I tried to convince the dragon to let me have some of his treasure, but he was having none of it. He flicked me idly out of the cave with a single swipe of his tail.

I decided to try again, and this time I whipped my violin out of my saddlebag and rushed back into the cave. I started to play my violin to the dragon, my goal being to soothe it back to sleep, but apparently dragons hate violins because he reduced my violin to a pile of ash and then flicked me out of the cave again!

Outside, I was slumped over trying to think of what to do next when Twilight and Co. showed up.

They all told me that they needed to get rid of the dragon too, so we all decided to have a go at it.

Twilight tried to persuade the dragon, but failed. Rarity tried to use her charm against the dragon, but that failed as well. Then Pinkie Pie tried to make it laugh and, predictably, also failed. Then Rainbow Dash went and kicked it in the face!

After that, it got angry and started attacking us! We all struggled to dodge its teeth, claws and fiery breath. I tried to distract it by shouting and waving my forelegs around, but it thwacked me with its tail and sent me smashing into a boulder. I was momentarily paralyzed by a pounding pain in my back, and I could only watch helplessly as the dragon continued to attack Twilight and the other ponies. Suddenly, Fluttershy gathered up her courage and flew right up to the dragon and told him off!

“But the rainbow one kicked me…” The dragon whimpered, tears starting to form in its eyes.

“And I am very sorry for that.” Fluttershy replied.

And with that, the dragon started to cry and swiftly flew away. I never knew it was possible to reduce a dragon to tears like that, but I guessed the things I had heard about Fluttershy being an amazing pony were true.

As the other ponies made their way back down the mountain, Applejack kindly carried my aching body back to Ditzy’s house. I thanked her and went inside.

Then it occurred to me that I would need to buy a replacement violin.

Stupid dragon!

Look Before You Sleep

I awoke to the sounds of birds singing and… I turned my ears towards the window.

…Manual labour?!

I sprang out of my bed and rushed to the window, instantly regretting it because of the huge ache in my back. Quickly glancing over my shoulder, I could see that a massive purple bruise had developed all over my back. “I’ll have to take it easy today…” I mumbled to myself as I opened the curtains. As the morning light flooded into the room, I opened the window and poked my head out.

There were ponies all over the place, and the air buzzed with activity. Some ponies were sweeping, some were gardening, and some were pruning the trees.

I later learned that everypony was cleaning up Ponyville because there was going to be a storm soon, so they were tidying up to reduce the risk of things getting damaged.

Everypony was grouped with other ponies of the same type, and since I was an Earth pony, I joined a group of other Earth ponies to get rid of rubbish and branches that had been stripped from the trees.

While I was searching for things to clear away, I found a key on the ground that had a cupcake keyring attached to it. Assuming it belonged to Pinkie Pie, I went to her house to return it.

The bouncy pink pony greeted me warmly as she opened the door. “Hi Ellz! What’s up?”

“Hi Pinkie.” I said. I got out the keyring and held it out in my hoof. “I found this key, is it yours?”

Pinkie Pie looked the key over. “Nope, that’s not mine. I’ve never even seen that key before.”

“Oh, okay then. Later, Pinkie.” I waved a goodbye to her.“I guess I’ll hang onto this for a little while longer then.” I thought to myself as I trotted away.

That morning Ditzy had told me that I would need somewhere else to stay for the night as she and Dinky were going to visit relatives, and she would rather I wasn’t all alone in her house.

I went around town and asked my friends if I could stay at their houses. Twilight said that she was having a sleepover with Applejack and Rarity, and that she didn’t have another spare bed. Fluttershy said something about eagles and mountains so I couldn’t stay over, and Rainbow Dash’s house was in the sky, so staying there was completely out of the question.

I hadn’t asked Pinkie Pie yet, so I returned to her house to ask her. She said that I could stay for the night, but only if I helped her with some jobs the next day.

Later on in the day, just as I’d been told there would be, there was a massive storm. Everypony rushed back into their houses, and I made my way back to Pinkie Pie’s, as I had been wandering around Ponyville trying to clean stuff up.

When I got back to Pinkie’s house,  she was waiting for me with the door open. When I stepped into the house, the warmth inside washed over me, and I instantly felt relaxed. “Make yourself at home!” Pinkie Pie smiled as she closed the door.

“Hey, Pinkie.” I started as I looked around. “What do you do for a living, anyway?”

“I work in the bakery downstairs, and Mr and Mrs Cake let me stay up here.” She replied.

“What kinds of things do you bake?”

“Oh, all sorts of yummy treats! But most of the time, I like to make cupcakes!”

“Cupcakes, huh? Have you got any cupcakes I could have?”

“Yeah! I’ll go and get some!” She then rushed off downstairs, only to return a minute later with a tray with an assortment of various different cupcakes on it of seemingly every flavour imaginable.

While we were eating our cupcakes, we sat down and talked about each other. “Have you got any pets, Pinkie?” I asked, picking up another cupcake.

“Yes, I do. His name’s Gummy.” She suddenly grinned and pointed towards me. “There’s my little Gummy!” I looked round to see the little toothless alligator attempting to eat my cupcake, but failing miserably due to his lack of teeth. I broke a piece off of my cupcake and gave it to Gummy, and then I grabbed the alligator and handed him to Pinkie, who fussed over him like he was a puppy.

“So, what does your cutie mark represent?” She asked me as she tickled Gummy’s tummy.

“I’m good at playing the violin, so I guess that’s what it means.” I said, looking at the violin on my flank. I then told her about how the dragon from the other day had burned my tail and violin.

It turned out that Pinkie had a musical instrument as well: A guitar. She got it out and played a song called “Kung Fu Ponies”, and it rocked!

She asked me to go into the basement to fetch and old drum kit so I could join in with the music. When I got down there, I was met with a giant, snarling… Franken-Muffin? It growled and tried to eat me, when Pinkie Pie jumped in the way and smacked it in the face. “No! Bad muffin! No snack for you tonight!” At that, the Franken-Muffin shank into the corner and whimpered.

“What is that thing?” I asked as Pinkie helped me to look for the drums. She then told me that about two years ago, she had tried to make an new flavour of muffin by charging it with electricity, and the muffin had grown into a giant muffin and had come to life, so she’s been keeping it in the basement ever since.

After we had finished playing with the instruments, we tried out a cake that Pinkie had made. She said that it was experimental, and that made me nervous, but I decided to eat the cake anyway.

It turns out that the cake was so sugary and sweet, that it actually made my eyes see everything in rainbow colours. Pinkie Pie had ended up on her back, and she thought that she was on the ceiling.

I thought that it was safe to say that Pinkie’s not going to make another one of those again anytime soon.

bridal gossip.

I woke up from pinke pies house after I stayed at her house for the night (the other fan fictions) and I saw this pony walking in from ever green forest and I walked up to her and asked how she was and she said she was zecora and she asked how I was and I said my name was ellz.

I took her into town but every pony was missing and zecora said that this happens every time she comes here so I asked what she needed and she said she needed some sunflowers, a couple of apples and hoove full of grapes for a potion she was making and I said I would get them for her.

She went off into the forest and went shopping. 10 minutes later… okay got them all now to the forest. Before I could go, some of the other ponies asked me why I wasn’t scared, including pinke pie and I said “because she isn’t scary. I don’t understand why you’re scared of her?” after that I delivered the said stuff to zecora through the woods and on the way I saw pretty blue flower.

I put it in my pocket for later just in case. I saw zecora in forest again heading back to town as she forgot a ingredient in town but I gave these to her any way and then I headed back to pony vile were I had to help pinke pie with something.

She said that I needed to test a sauce that pinke pie made called “the pinke pie explosion of delicious ness” I asked about the explosion part and she said it’s a bit spicy. Yeah she fibbed that as it actually made me breath fire. I quickly went to the ice cream that pinke pie had set and slammed my head into it.

I saw ditzy and her daughter come back and they let me back into her house and she didn’t mind but oh well I get a place to sleep tonight.

The next morning…

When I woke up I yawned and said good morning to ditzy and when I spoke I found that I was speaking backwards. Ditzy took me to twilight and when we got there all of twilights friends were there and they all had problems:

Twilights horn was wobbly, rainbow dash became rainbow crash, flutter shy’s voice went to guy mode, rarity looked like a fur ball, applejack was the size of an apple and pinke pie couldn’t talk.

They all assumed it was zecora but I tried to convince them but speaking backwards does make it impossible but thankfully ditzy can understand backwards talk so she talked for me. i'm not even going to ask how you learn that.

Ditzy said it wasn’t zecoras fault but twilight wanted to carry out an investigation but however apple ack and apple bloom were gone so we went into the forest to find them. When we got to zecoras we saw she was making a brew and we fought it was apple bloom stew.

So we charged in and confronted her, spilling the brew everywhere and she said ( I think) “ you will make my anger explode” and there was yelling and then apple bloom came in with some ingredients for zecora and explained this whole mess. Apparently when we all touched the blue flowers in the forest called poison joke and basically it’s a plant that pulls jokes. Zecora was making an antidote but we spilled it so we helped zecora get the ingrediants she needed.

All the ponys had there antidote bathes but I had mine last since there was no room in the bath for me. So everyone got cured and then it was my turn and I got cured.

After that, I got assigned a job by the mayor.  See in a week the princess is coming and she wanted me to collect some ingredients in ponysha (Russia but ponyfied) tomorrow to make fire works for her visit. After being told that I went to ditzy house and took a nice long sleep.

pony sickles

Okay so today I’ve got to go to ponysha to collect a couple of things the mayor has asked for, so I brought a coat and a map and a big lunch for later and then I set off to ponysha.

To get there I took a underground train to a harbour and then took a boat. This whole trip there was boring as hell. Note to self, bring a book or my violin next time.

So the trip was long and there was no one to talk to except a massive pony, with a cutie mark of a dragon for some reason, called rictor. I talked to him and he told me that he needed to go and defend hid village from a wizard that was scaring everyone into giving him there money.

We were both going the same way do I went with him. He told me he was hired by the village to take down the wizard that was scaring the village. I was heading there because there’s apparently a type spicy berry that makes for excellent fireworks and some odd leafs that make fireworks go out with a bigger bang… or something to do with lighting but I don’t know?

When we got there the wizard had turned some pony’s into stone after the attack last and will be coming back to finish the job tonight. Rictor says he will go and take down the wizard now and bring the wizard back as a prisoner.

I went with rictor as he said he needed someone with a map… and lunch as well as he forgot about lunch. I gave him half and he asked me if I had any fighting skills and I said no so he gave me some smoke bombs if we need to escape. i asked " so what's with you? you don't seem like a ordanary pony." he told me how he was trained by his father to be a master of the sword and close combat. he told me that his cutie mark represents a dragons burning passion to what ever it does. i was very surprised.

We got to the cave and it was guarded by skeleton ponies but rictor slashed them in 2 before they could draw their swords and then we entered the cave. The wizard turned around and fired lighting, fire and ice all at once to form elemental golem that was almost indestructible.

Rictor told me to attack the wizard and he would distract the golem. He attacked but the golem attacked and rictor blocked for his life. I charged at the wizard and leapt and since the wizard needed to concentrate on the golem to keep it alive. So the wizard unsummon end the golem and froze me to a ice cube.

Rictor ripped of the cloak and revealed it to be… a spirit?!  The spirit was angry at the village for building on there sacred land and destroying a sacred monument.

Rictor made a deal with the spirit: the spirit unfreezes the ponys and in exchange rictor will find the spirit a new home.

After that, I woke up in village and the villagers gave me most of the materials needed for the fireworks and so I headed back to pony vile and when I got there, I asked pinke pie if she had any of that hot sauce left and she gave me some and it worked for the fireworks.

The bang was so powerful it made all the leafs on a tree fall off, the colours looked like a nuke of rainbow awesomeness and smoke looked kind of weird as it looked kind of like a dragon but it was still awesome. So after that I went back to ditzy’s for sleep.

Today I was going to be busy as hell. I had to get a new violin, make the fire 100% not likely to explode for no reason and help zecora with some potions and something that rainbow dash wants.

Let’s get the violin over and done with. On the way I saw the mayor and asked about the gala audition and she said that tomorrow you can audition and with that done I went to get my violin.

Violin check, now for the fireworks.  The mayor or someone sent over a pony called henzo to help with the fireworks as he apparently is the best fireworks maker in all of equestia or something.

He put a special coat that only explodes if in the air. Fireworks check and now for zecora. She wanted me to help her gather ingredients for her potions. Nothing special but she said it would halve the time it took.

She then asked me a very alarming question: “what’s earth like” I was shocked! How did she know?! I told her I didn’t know what she was talking about and she said I can sense your aura and it is not of equestrian but of earth (I can’t rhyme).

She said she would not tell but I told her that I have no memory of it.

“When I got here, all I remembered was that I used to be human and that’s it. I don’t know why I’m here but maybe it’s to start a new life here” zecora replied with “or maybe destiny?” With that said I finished the job and told zecora “thank you for keeping my secret”.

Now for rainbow. She said it had something to do with speed. When I found her she asked me to time how fast she can fly around pony Ville. She raced and her time was 11 seconds. I asked why she needed my help and it was because that rainbow dash hates recording times herself so she asked me to do it. (Why am I not surprise?)

I decided to help with the decorations but some pony (I think bonbon) told me that we needed more flowers so I started finding some flowers. On the way I saw flutter shy but she was running back for some reason? Anyway let’s find some flowers. Found some (the whole world is flower central!) and now to find pinkie.

I found pinkie… with an accordion, a pair of bongos and bagpipes. No comment. This is pinkie after all but she seems serious. But then again it is pinkie pie. Maybe it’s for a party or something.

I wonder were ditzy is. I needed to ask her how long I was staying with her in her house. Found her and we started talking about accommodations. She said that if I supply some money into the house, I can stay for as long as I like and we had a nice rent of 45 coins a month.  (That’s £45 a month in actual money)

I did ask ditzy why she’s letting me stay and she said “it’s because you have nowhere to go so I’m giving you a home” I did think to myself that ditzy is really kind, even in comparison to flutter shy, ditzy is such a good friend.

I decided to go to sleep a bit early today. The jobs I have done and the zecora thing made me tired but on the bright side I did get a lot of money so I’m set for the month.

The next day…

You ever get that feeling that something really bad is going to happen? Well it happened! I woke up because I heard flutter shy screaming (for such a quite pony she sure can scream) so I ran over and saw these weird bug things that were adorable but were causing trouble.

They seem to only eat large amounts of food despite their size so I got a cake from pinkes shop and lured them out but twilight and rainbow dash and applejack came along and said they had the same problem.

We tried a ton of methods: we tried applejacks round’em up attempt that worked but there was 1 left and it made zillions in a second, we then tried the rainbow twister but that failed then we tried my method… fireworks! The idea was that it would scare them but I discovered why no one uses ice berries in fireworks.

I fired one and the blast actually froze most of them but it missed quite a few how went to the main town. We tried twilight’s method of making them full with magic but that made them eat everything else!

It was all over until pinkie pie started playing: accordion, flute, harmonica, and a couple more instruments at the same time! At this point I give up putting logic towards pinkie pie.

So she led them towards the forest and then every pony started rebuilding. Many shops and houses were destroyed but flutter shy had a brilliant idea. She asked the beavers of the forest to help with the reconstruction. They did help and pony vile was rebuilt in a day.

This has been a long day so I went back to ditzy’s for sleep.  The end.

A new character approaches/ winter wrap up

Before I start I just want to say I hate the winter wrap up episode. This story is only loosely based on the episode.

I woke up to find that it was winter in pony vile. The interesting thing is that it came almost out of nowhere but I digress. Every pony started to gather in town and discuss what to do with the snow.

And then everyone started singing. Yeah… I decided to see if zecora was okay. The forest can be tricky to get out off when it snows apparently but I also heard of a creature that only comes out during the snow.

I was packed and ready to go. As I went through the forest I felt like I was being watched by something. I was a bit curious but I had to check up on zecora as I was kind of worried about zecora, as she hasn’t lived here that long and from what I understand, where she comes from it never snows or something.

I noticed that small puddles had frozen but the weird thing is that they could be picked up and used as a mirror. I decided to take it with me and see what zecora had to say. As I travelled that being followed feeling got worse and worse.

I made it to zecoras and she said all the snow was beautiful sight, something she had rarely seen. I asked her how she was and she said she was okay but it was freezing in her home. I brought some spare wood that I had from the fireworks and said “use this to make a fire but I don’t have a lot.”

Zecora asked why I had a mirror in my pocket and I told her that a puddle of water had frozen into a natural mirror. Zecora examined and said that “this is the work of a perma freeze seed” she added that these seeds were used by old tribes to make shields to defend themselves. I was curious to hear more but I heard a odd noise outside.

I checked and there was nothing and the I was grabbed by a massive bear with a scar on it’s face, obviously from a fight. It attacked but zecora helped by using some illusion magic but it didn’t work as the bear had a roar that froze zecora in place.

It looked all over until a pony of such strength and stopped the bears claw in place and then flipped the bear into a couple of trees. The bear got up, charged, jumped in the air and this pony jumped in the air a basically did flaming punch that sent the bear flying all the way into the mountains.

The pony fixed up zecora and introduced himself. “My name is Tyna and I’m looking for pony ville. Would you mind taking me there?” my reply was “why are you heading for pony vile?”

Tyna said he wanted to start a casual clothes shop but had no money so he was going to get a job in pony vile to pay for his dream. It surprised me considering the fact of what he just did to that bear but I digress.

I took Tyna to pony vile and it occurred to me that Tyna has no place to sleep. I asked that and he always sleeps in a tent. I thought it was odd but I’m not a good camper. I told him that a good friend of mine called rarity how might have a job for you. Tyna was happy and smiled although it was one of those creepy smiles.

i introduced rarity to tyna and told her about him. she asked what can tyna do and he replied with " i can make dresses quickly and due to being skilled with knives, i can chop fabrics into the right shape and size in seconds" rarity didn't beleave him but he pulled out some clothes he had made. rarity said " not bad. a bit rough around the edges but not bad. i will take you under my hoof and teach in the ways of fasion. you'll start tommorow."

with that sorted i decided to find flutter shy but apparantley she has disapperad and everyone is looking for her. she was last seen near the lake west of here. i went there and tried finding her and i saw some hot water springs so i went to relax. it was a bit steamy but it was relaxing.

coincidently i saw a pony in the water with me. it was flutter shy. i was surprised and asked why she was here and she said " thsi is a little area that opens up every year and i always relax at these times so i come here and relax and so does angel.

angel was relaxing on top of flutter shys head a scoched up. " ya know flutter shy people are looking for you" flutter shy replied with " lets relax for 5 more minutes" i knoded and we relaxed.

a courple minutes later we both got out and went back to pony ville. everyone was glad to see flutter shy and i decided to go back to ditzys and sleep.

mistletoe bloom

“In pony vile there is the tradion of mistletoe. in pony vile, a kiss under the mistletoe represents togetherness of friendship and love that burns passionately for all time.” From princess celestia.

The book I was reading was about the legends and stories of equestia. It was interesting how important friendship was in equestrian history. I knew it was important but not this important but that’s beside the point. Flutter shy, ditzy and me were collecting mistletoes for the Christmas holidays.

We started by going to holiday hill, a area of equestrian that grows plants that go with the holiday that is coming. It was all maintained by a unicorn called cloud nine. She is a kind pony with a odd power. Her emotions determine the cloud that follows her. When she’s happy the cloud is sunny and calm but when she’s sad it’s grey and raining.

We needed to collect enough mistletoe for everyone in pony vile. 1 for twilight, 20 for pinkie pies Christmas cakes, 1 for flutter shy, 1 for apple jack, 1 for rarity and a couple dozen more for everyone else. There was a slight problem though when we got there. There was only enough mistletoe for half of the order.

I asked cloud nine about this and she said “ my garden’s not as well as last year. I recommend going to the next town over. They have plenty of spare mistletoe I think.” We went to next town over and as we walked I asked flutter shy and ditzy if they’ve ever kissed under the mistletoe. Flutter shy said no but ditzy said yes. Ditzy said “the person how kissed me was um… you know I forgot. ”

Flutter shy said “I’m not really into the mistletoe kiss thing. It seems too risky”. I said “look when you’re under the mistletoe, you give a little kiss and there it’s done no big deal”.  Flutter shy replied with “no it’s just that most people that kiss under mistletoe end up together”.

Normally I would say something about this but considering what can happen in equestia, it wouldn’t surprise me if it was true.  Ditzy had a idea “what if you 2 kiss under the mistletoe”? our reactions were “WHAT?” I was curious and asked “WHY US?”  Ditzy replied with “you 2 are friends aren’t you and you do like each other right?”

Living with ditzy in her home has taught me that she can be a bit random and she actually helps with some of pinkie pies more random cupcake recipes but this was surprising. I did say yes to the question but after that we headed to get the mistletoe.

It was kinder awkward to say the least though ditzy seemed fine. I asked flutter shy were the mistletoe was and she said it’s at a farm up ahead. We got there, collected the mistletoe and headed back. It started snowing on the way and it became very difficult to see which way we were going. Ditzy flyed upwards to see ahead and saw some lights.

The lights were coming from the holiday hill. We went there to escape the storm and when we got it turned out that cloud nine had used her cloud to create lighting to show were every pony should go which is rather nice of her.

We went the holiday hills but as we got there, flutter shy passed out, probably from the cold. I carried her and ditzy lead the way. When we got to the holiday hills cloud nine let us stay in her home. She checked flutter shy and she said “she passed out due to the cold. She’ll be a minute or 2 to wake up. I’ll make some hot chocolate”.

Flutter shy woke up and she was laying next to the fire to warm up. I brought her the hot chocolate and she said thanks to me and cloud nine for saving her.  She said “I have no idea why I passed out. I’m sorry if it I was any trouble.” I said “no worries. You are my friend and will do anything to save a friend’s life” we looked up and there was mistletoe.

We decided to get it over and done with so we did a quick kiss and that’s all. It was nice and tasted like strawberries and roses for some reason but it was nice. Ditzy came in said “what did I miss” I replied with “hot chocolate and mistletoe but nothing much” ditzy oddly enough, got the berries from the mistletoe and but them in the hot chocolate and then drank it. Odd.

We got ready to leave. I pulled the cart with the mistletoe, ditzy kept watch in the sky in case of blizzards and flutter shy pulled along the smaller cart of mistletoe.

We got back to pony Ville and delivered the mistletoe. Pinkie made her cakes and everyone else had their mistletoe and I went to bed but before that flutter shy said “you are a really kind person you know that right?” with that said I went to bed dreaming of sweet dreams... and roses.

new years party extravaganza

one new years eve, pinke pie was throwing a massive party and the mayor asked pinke if she could organise a festival for everyone in pony vile and pinke replied with " okey dockey".

now i've never doughted pinke pies party skills but this a fairly big event and so i offerd my services to pinke pie for help and she said " sure. just orginise the music, the entertaiment and most importantley the music". "you said music twice" i replied and pinke pie said "thats because it's double super important okay dockey".

the music was no problem. i'll just ask dj-pon3 to do the music easy enough i thought. i was wrong. dj-pon3 would gladly do the musc but she's a bit angry at octavia as they had a dispuat over which kind of music was better: dj music or classical music. " to be honest, i like both in there own ways" dj-pon3 said " okay look i'll do it. i'm just not in the zone at the moment."

with music set i decided to cheack on booths. there were a lot of differant  activites so i had to test them all out. first was the spa girls and they did manicures and hair for the party and to be honest i kinda liked it also it looked nice. next apple jacks and her apples i said hi to apple jack and she said " howdy ellz, have a apple on the house" the apple was delishous and very sweet. 2 down a lot more to go.

next was doctor whooves and ditzy. they were doing a kareoke stand. ditzy even made a prize for the occasion: a giant muffin. " well that's impressive, dare i say muffin tastic" ditzy said " nice pun but whooves here is not a pun fan" and whooves replied with " now hang i never said that. i said that they annoy me"

well kareoke tested now for tynas... knife throwing? " tyna". "yes" repliesd tyna. "knife throwing really?" tyna started to explain why it was a good idea but i said " well tyna i just don't want anyone getting hurt. what about clothes macking or sewing?" tyna replied with "rarity already had that coverd". "well why don't ya team up with rarity then"?

tyna liked the idea and went of to rarity.

40 minutes later...

entertainment cheacked and now i'll give pinke the good news.

she's excited and now the festival begins. it was fun and exciting and it seems everyone is here i think. crud i just forgot about fluter shys booth. i went over and aploigised and she said " it's okay no one usally uses this one" the sign said leaf painting so i gave it a try.

10 minutes later...

"crud this is trickey". apparantley leaf painting was a lot harder then thought it was going to be. the leafs were fragile but somehow fluter shy could paint beuatiful and detailed paintings on to them. i asked why she wasen't with everyone else she replied with " i can't dance. i have 4 left hoves as the saying goes"

"i comepletly understand fluter shy but what about singing because ditzy and doctor whooves set up kareoke" and she said " i'll go sure". when we got there, there was a lot of ponies singing and all that and it was quite funny. doctor whooves and ditzy sung through the rainbow zone, zecora and the mayor sung thriller, and me and flutter shy sung fireflies.

it was so fun and awesome and i was very surprised that everyone singing voice was awesome. zecoras sounded like mickeal ponson, ditzy sounded odd but awesome and flutter shy sounded like an angel.

it was time for the awards: rainbow dash won fastest pony, twilight won smartest pony, apple jack won strongest pony, zecora won scariest pony, flutter shy won best animal helper etc.

i went to back to ditzys but before i did, ditzy won an award for best mail pony and apparantley i got nominated for an award but got no reward. oh well of to bed.

call of the cutiemark

today was supposed to be a relaxing day. i was gonna explore a bit and see what i could find, since even though i've lived here for a courple of months, i still don't know that much about the land around me.

that was the plan but i got a message from zecora saying " dear ellz, i have worrying news about your future". i went over to zecoras and when i got there i was surprised at what i was seeing: zecora was floating in the air, her eye's glowing bright green with magic. i tapped zecora on the shoulder and she went unchournchus. i looked after her until she woke up and when she did she said " i must show you something".

she stired a caldrun and it showed me images of the future. " put your head into the caldrun" zecora said. i did and when i did i saw my future: i was in a church and i was wearing a tux and all that stuff you would wear at a... wedding?! i could't say anything but only watch. i saw the groom, well hidden in the bridal dress. she stood in front of me and as i was about to see how it was then the vision ended.

i pulled my head out and asked "what was that" zecora replied with "the future". "so i get married in the future?" and with that zecora replied with "what are you talking about" and i told her what i saw. she was confused. i tried again and i saw something: i was sitting on a hill as the sun set but i was with someone... it was flutter shy. is she the one i married? and as i was watching the land was disappering. what was happening?

zecora said it was the end of the world. " it won't happen for about 25 years". " i think it might be that the elements of harmony might be broken." she then added that ether twilight, applejack, rainbow dash, pinke pie, rarity or flutter shy might not be there in the future possible due to... issues. i knew what she meant and i asked "could any pony take command over a element if the old owner was gone?". "i don't know" zecora replied.

i left but i put that thought away for later. could it happen that one of friends could be gone in the future? i tried to think of something to do so i went to see apple jack. apple jack had been having trouble with apple bloom over her cutie mark. " hi apple jack" and she replied with " oh hey ellz. do ya reacon you could help me with apple bloom?". "sure but what's the ocassion?" she told me about apple bloom and the cutie mark. she would of helped but she had to do some work on the farm.

i took apple bloom and decided to help with her cutie mark. she was a bit annoying but i told her " if you want a cutie mark so bad then why don't you practise on one thing rather then a ton?" i got out my violin and played her a tune called cara mia adio. she asked if she could learn to play an instrament so we started at dj-pon3 store.

"come in, come in, jams are on the house" she said and i asked if there was any instrument apple bloom could play. " it takes patience and hard work to master music but i can teach her. let's start with umm... the drums!" apple bloom tried and she didn't really like it mainly because she was too small to play so then we tried a guitar. she liked it but it was tricky for her.

we tried every instrament but she could't get a good flow as dj-pon3 said. try rainbow dash she said. she's gotta help with your cutie mark thing said dj-pon3.

we went to rainbow dash and she helped with apple blooms mark... sort of.  she tried: baseball, karate, judo, running, bungee jumping, hang gliding and archery! " um rainbow dash do reacon that this could be dangerous?" i asked and she said " oh yeah but that's how i got my cutie mark with adrnaline and speed!" i replied with "next you'll be saying to do bear wreasling". " actually that's next on the list but pinke wanted apple bloom for something." so with that i took apple bloom to pinkes. pinke had been told by apple jack to teach apple bloom how to bake.

with that i decided to explore. i walked, enjoying the sceanary as i went, it was just... breath tacking. i walked for a while and came across a hole. i explored and found a underwater lake, filled with diamonds and other kinda gems, which looked really nice as it reflected of the water and there even was a skylight to lighten everything up. the water was cold but it took a short amount of time to warm up. " this is just perfect. this will be my own bit of paradise. should i tell anyone though?"

it was getting late so head back to ditzys asked her something. " her um ditzy, would you like to go out for dinner, to celerbrate you tacking in me. i just think you derserve something nice" ditzy blushed and said yes.

i still had a fairly decent amount of money left after the fire works thing and i have an idea to earn money in the process: flutter shy said that she needed some help moving animals and rarity needed diamonds so i'm preaty safe for a while.

i took ditzy to a restraunt called roma de delishous, a roma themed restruant. ditzy and i enjoyed it there as we celebrated her tacking me in. i told her i was gratful for tacking me in and how glad i was to have a friend like her. at the end of the meal i took ditzy to the underground lake. she had the same reaction as me. she liked it a lot but i asked something " ditzy, why did you take me in?" she said " you seemed like a pony down on his luck. i took you in because you seemed in preaty bad shape as well".

after that we went back and went to sleep.








fall weather friends

today i needed to earn some money and quick! the dinner i got for ditzy last night went a courple of coins over board but i was in luck as rarity needed some help with diamonds and tyna was just gonna help. i got to raritys boutique ( probaley spealt that wrong) and she asked if i could help her with bringing some diamonds back to her boutique. as we walked the path looked like the path to my little part of paradise. i was right.

we got there and i asked " when did you find out about this place?" she replied with " about a week ago. why do you ask?". telling rarity that this was my little part of paradise, she said " oh well, i won't damage it that much i just need a dozen or so" i nodded and me and tyna got to work. tyna found some underwater gems and i found some in the tall rocks ( stalagmites or something i dunno). with the gems collected we headed back to the boutique.  rarity payed me and said have a good day.

okay now for flutter shy. i helped her with some animal feeding. this was odd as she could usally feed any animal so what was differant about this one? it was a manticore. " HOLY CRUD!" i shouted but the manticore was injured. it's paw was broken so flutter shy looked after it until  it got better. " so what do you want me to do exactly?"  "well i need to give the manticore the medicine but manti dosen't like the taste" said flutter shy " so you give him the medicine and i'll lullaby it to sleep" added flutter shy.

the plan was going very well and i was about to give the medicine and when i did it got angry and started to lash out. flutter shy was about to get hit by the manticore but i jumped in the air and took the hit and went unchournchus. i woke up to find that i was at the doctors with flutter shy. " oh good your awake" said the doctor. "your friend brought you here and told me what happend. i must say that was a risky sacrafice". "what do you mean?"

flutter shy stepped in and said " if it had hit me it would of been much, much worse. it would of..." i didn't want flutter shy to crie so i said " don't worry flutter shy. cheer up, that won't happen. just don't worry okay?." i hugged flutter shy tightly. flutter shy whisperd " thanks".

we decided to head up to apple jacks farm and found there was an event going on. i took a seat and flutter shy was asked to keep score. from what i could gather, apple jack and rainbow dash wanted to prove how was the best or something. it was fairly exciting to be honest. they kept tying in points, there skills were evenly matched but at the end it all lead to the falling of the leafs, an event were ponies, unicorns and pegisi race against each other through a forest of falling leaves.

i wanted to enter but due to the injuries i could't so i instead i registerd as a blimp partroler, a person that keeps track of the rules of the race and keeps a look out injurys.

the next day... i think (a bit woozy from the injury)

okay so i went up in this blimp with some surprising ponys: cloud nine, flutter shy, whooves, leeroy winkins, and jeff the something. so the race began and it had passion from apple jack and rainbow dash. both wanted to win and nothing was gonna stop them. i cheered for both of them. it was actually fairly tricky to see if anyone was cheating but it was nice up here.

i started talking with whooves about the new years day. " hay um whooves right?" i said and he replied with " yes i am that whooves you are thinking of or maybe time's are just flying by. oh well.". i asked what he thought of ditzy and he said " was a fine young lady. i do hope to meet her in the future, maybe for dinner?" i did ask an important question though ask whooves if he knew about dinky doo, ditzy's daughter. he was actually surprised " a young pony bringing up a little filly on her own with no help from anyone? she's a very kind person i assume with a strong heart i'm guessing.". i nodded. he smiled.

"i'll see if i can set up something" i told whooves. he smiled and we shook hoofs and continued watching the race but it was almost over. how will win? apple jack jumped on to rainbow dash but they crashed and almost everyone crossed before them. i went down to congratulate them. i had gotten a fairly large amount of money from rarity for the diamond job so i said " ice cream for apple and dash" and then pinke, appering out of nowere said " oh lets get some cakes with that. i'm buying!".

it was a fun night and as i was heading home i saw flutter shy and decided to say thanks before going off to sleep. " hay flutter shy. i just want to say thanks again for getting me to the hospital." she replied " oh it's okay. um ellz do you remember when we were under the misletoe?" i replied with " yes i do. it was nice." we both blushed, hugged and went back to were we sleep.

( authers notes: due to reasons of the next episode: dressed for succses... i think, i won't be macking a story based around that episode. instead i'll think of something else and this means i can bring in a old friend and a new one a well...)

victor's power

i decided that i would try find permanant job today but before that ditzy gave me some breackfest. " anyone for pancakes?" said ditzy. " yes please mama" said dinky doo in an adorable voice. " hey ditzy. mind if i join?". "sure" said ditzy in a very happy voice. ditzy was a really good chef and the pancakes really showed it, though a bit sugary for my taste ( though that may explain why dinky doo is a bit hyper). i said "thanks" and went of to see if i could get a job.

there were only 2 jobs that suited me: music teacher and violin prof as posted by dj-pon3. the music teacher job says " good pay and hours can be discussed" and the violin prof one said " teach the todlers the violin skill. teach 2-3 lessons a week and pay can be discussed".

"let's try the music teacher job first" as i said to myself. i asked the head master named josh winston about the job and he replied with " well we don't have any other people applying at the moment. i'll set a apointment for tommorow. just bring anything that might help your case so to speak". with the appointment set i decided to walk for a bit. walking reminded me of of times i had speant with friends, both here and on earth. as i was walking i saw a familiar face.

"victor?" i said. " ellz my friend. so how are?" victor said in a russian accent. " i'm doing great at the moment. what about you? how's the spirit thing going?". he had told me that he has succesfully found a home for the spirits... except one.

victor took out his sword and it started to talk. i was surprised and then victor expalined. while sorting out the sprits home, a sprit called florere had grown to like victor and decided to live inside his sword.

" she has been a great compainon over the journey here." victor said but the sprit said " ah yeah it's been good traverling. hay can i show the trick?". victor got out his sword, poured some water on it and pointed his sword at the water and it started to turn into flowers. " holy crud. that's amazing!" i said in amazement. victor explained that sprits all have a certain power given to them early in life, simalar to a cutie mark in a way.

" look if you have trouble saying my name, then just call me flora." said flora. i replied " well okay then. hay victor do you have a place to stay or something"? he said he was camping outside of pony vile, near the lake. as we were talking, a new letter got posted on a bullitein board. it read " come see the masked ones, a show you will not regret." we agreed that we would go to the show but before that i decided to show victor around town.

i took him to sugar cube corner, a nice little backery/cafe. victor got himself a muffin and some hot choclate while he was there, wating the muffin in one bite and downing the hot choclate in a single go. i also introduced him to some of the citizens of pony vile as well. he enjoyed talking to bonbon and dj-pon3 and seemed to hit it off well with golden harvest. i aslo introduced flora to zecora and they seem to like each other.

now i could't introduce victor to twilight, rarity, dash, flutter shy, apple jack or pinke due to some clothes thing so i decided to introduce him to ditzy. ditzy was at home today, with dinky doo playing some games. i knocked on the door, with ditzy opening the door a courple of seconds later. "hi ditzy this is..." before i could finsh ditzy said " hi victor long time no see".

so after that ditzy explained how she knew victor.

when ditzy was teenager, around 13 years old, she sighned up for the student exchange program. she went to ponysha and got put in the same class as victor. ditzy got bullied but one day victor came along and stopped them from harming ditzy any further. from the bulling she sufferd a broken wing so victor took ditzy to were she was staying.

he even helped look after ditzy and teach her about the cultur of ponysha. after about half a year or so ditzy went back to pony vile but gave a bracelet to victor so they would always stay connected and never forget each other.

victor got out of his pocket the bracelet and ditzy got out hers. they hugged and a tear ran down each of there faces. memories of the past came flooding back into there heads. victor was ditzys first kiss, and ditzy taught victor how to make muffins.

" ditzy my friend i have missed you so much over the years. not a day went by without thinking of you. tonight we shall celebrate. we shall all go see the show and go for dinner to celebrate.". ditzy nodded and got dinky doo ready to go out.

we headed out to the show first. the show was these three sister, all earth ponies performing these acrobatic skills, that were really amazing to watch and to top it off they also had speacal effect skills that made the show so much better. one trick was they would catch on fire, and fuse together to form a dragon doing the can can. no jokes. at the end of the show, the performers removed there masks to show there faces and reveal there names.

the left one, a yellow lady pony with purple hair and a cutie mark of rose with thorns. the next one, ambridge, was a green pony with creepy eyes and a cutie mark of what looks like a skull with it's tounge sticking out. the final one called fig was the small red pony with cutie mark of the three girls together. they bowed towards the audeiance and everyone clapped in celebration.

we then went to sugar cube corner and got some cubcakes. i got a vanila with straw berry muffin, victor got a dragon spice muffin, dinky doo got a choclate chip frosting muffin ( seriously how does this kid still have teeth) and ditzy got a muffin flavored muffin. don't ask.

after that we all went to a nice open plain and looked up at the stars however by that point dinky doo was falling asleep. " i'll take dinky back home" i said " you 2 stay here and enjoy". i took dinky back home and tucked her into bed but she asked to read her a story. so i tried and here it goes.

" once there was a pony, lost on a road, no worries but in trouble because he had no clue of what to do. then a pegisis came along and gave him a hug and lead him towards a happy place full of friends and adventures so he decided to stay with the pegisis knowing that..." by that point dinky doo had fallen asleep. so i went to victor and ditzy and told them that dinky was taken care off. we sat and stared at the stars. it was nice. a perfect way to end a fantastic night.

on the way home i asked victor " do you like like ditzy?" and he responded with a simple nod. when we got back, ditzy was surprised with dinky doo still being asleep but she decided it was better to sleep now and ask tommorow. i also went to sleep, hoping that tommorow will be a good day.




musics ear.

" okay let's see. violin. cheack. lunch cheack. okay i'm ready for the job". i was kinda excited about getting a proper job in pony vile. granted it would only be 4 lessons a week with about 5 pupils how sighed up but i was excited. the first lesson was to see if i could actually teach a class, or in this case a really small class.

i was walking down the street and i saw twilight and pinke arguing. i had about 20 minutes to spare before i actually had to go to school so i went to see what the bother was. " hi pinke, hi twlight. what's with the arguing?". twilight said in a slightly angry voice " pinke say's she has some power called pinke sense when she dosen't". "but i do have pinke powers twilight".

twilight said in a even more angry voice " prove it then!". pinke was about to say something but then her tail twiched and she hid under a table.

i was curious to see what was going to happen but i had to get to school quickly so i could make a good impression. when i got there i went to the head master how explained everything. " now mr ellz i beleave?". i nodded with slight worry and excitment. " music class feels more like a club then a actual class. only a few students go during the school days. that's were you come in". i replied with "what do you mean exactley?"

he said " you seem to be able to form friend ships with people quite fast so you seem like a good music role modal for the kids. what do you say?" i shook the head masters hand and went of to the music class. i was really excited to see what the class was like. to my surprise it was really nice. there were small keyboards and a set of drums, a guitar and some flutes and a microphone.

after about 10 minutes, i sorted out the class to look nice for my class how just happen to be coming now. it was a small class of about 6 young ponies but i at least reconiized some of them. dinky doo and the cutie mark crusaders were there along with 2 other ponies. one was called margret, a white fille with black eyes and wore a scarf for some reason. the other was a young boy ponie called paul. he seemed to be very happy even before the lesson started.

we started the lesson by introducing our selves. " hello. i'm your teacher ellz or elliott, ether one is fine. so how want's to introduce them selves first?". margret stood up first and said " i'm margret. it's nice to meet you all" then dinky doo started to introduce her self " then paul " hello mr elliott. hay do you like 80's music?" i replied with " i actually love 80's music." paul smiled. the apple bloom, sweetie belle, and scootaloo all said together " WE ARE THE CUTIE MARK CRUSADERS!".

okay let's give out the instuments. " okay everyone pick your instraments" scootaloo picked some drums, apple bloom picked a flute, margret picked singing, dinke doo picked a keyboard, paul picked a guitar. everyone was ready except sweetie belle. " mr elliott do you have anything else to use?" i decided to cheack around a bit and found a spare violin in the back. sweetie belle liked it.

" okay so know everyone pick a song you want to play. how want's to go first?" paul's hoof rocketed upwards. he started playing a song called " a yellow submarine" he didn't sing but he played the song really well. next scootaloo tried her hoof at a song called " dragon force" it was very fast paced and i found myself bobing my head to the rythem.

margret decided to sing a song called " philistine". it was catchy as hell and margret had a great voice, considering her age.

apple bloom tried playing " cubcakes" but the flute kept flying across the room. when she did get to it, it was bad. " very nice apple bloom. sweetie belle it's your turn." the problem was sweetie belle didn't know how to play so i showed her what to do.

" okay so you tune it here and play here okay?". she started playing and to my surprise she wasn't that bad but it just didn't seem right.

dinky doo started playing and i was surprised. when dinky played, she was completly differant to how she normally acts. instead of being cute and adorable, she became cool and smooth. to top it off, she was playing a song called " equestia rocks" and seemed to know how to play right off the bat, with no lessons what so ever.

it was getting near to the end of the lesson. " okay so thank you students for giving me a wonderful first day." they all said at once " your welcome". it was home time and that was the only lesson today, and it was breacking up for summer so i only had to do the club sessions and i was good. as the parents came to pick up there kids, i saw rarity and i thought i'd say hi and tell her the good news.

" hi rarity. i just had sweetie belle in class today." she replied with " oh really. did she sing well?" i was curious by what she meant by that exactly. "um rarity sweetie belle didn't sing today. is she a good singer because i had this idea for music class ya see." she replied with " she's a lovely but bless her soul, she get's terrifed of singing in front of people." i had a plan.

"what if i give her stage fright lessons, free of charge." rarity smiled. "i'll give the lessons over the holidays. you can join if you want."

ratity replied " that's really nice of you ellz." after that i decided to go have my lunch. in the open fields the sun's warmth feel's better then usual. i sat on a hill, passing the time until the sun fell. as i was eating, a pigeon came along and joined me. i offered some of my sandwich and he liked it. i went to pet him but he flew off. i left my last sandwich there, just in case if he gets hungary.

i just rememberd something. pinke said her pinke sense comes from twichs and such, and she did use her pinkie sense this morning. as i was walking i saw a letter. it read:

we need to talk. zecora.

i went over to zecoras to see what she wanted me for. i got there and she seemed really happy, riviling that of pinke pies happy levels. " ellz, do you remember the visions you saw?" i nodded. " well i have found out about the end of the world thing. every 5000 years a darkness sweeps over equestia, consuming everything. every 5000 years a new element of harmony is created to counter it. you might be the key to this new element!"

" zecora, even if we do find this element, how do we create it? the elements of harmony are powerful and surpass even celestia and luna for crying out loud." she replied with " a new element is bassicly the soul of the pony that created the element. the reason twilight and her friends can control it is because there souls have been shaped into that of the element."

" what's this key thing you metioned? i don't get that?"

" simply put, you might of been sent here to make this new element or find the pony that will create it by setting them on the right path. do you know anyone that might be a new element?" i thought about this for a while. " what about victor? he's brave and has rememberd a lost friendship for years. or what about tyna? his insainity could lead to a element." zecora replied with "only time will tell."

i walked out, being both happy and sad. happy because there was a way to stop the end of the world and sad because a new element needed to be created. as i was thinking to myself i notced a pigeon was following me. it was the same pigeon i gave that sandwhich to. it must of liked me as it followed me to ditzys. i named him honey and told him to meet at that hill again. after that i went up to bed to sleep.


sonic rainboom

okay so today i didn't have much planned. ditzy was at work, twilight was sorting out books with spike, fluttershy was helping rainbowdash with some air stunt, apple jack was doing some work on the farm and rarity i'm not sure about but it's best if i leave her for now... i think.

i decided to check on victor. i haden't seen him in a while and i had nothing else to do so i may as well say hello. i made some breckfest and went of, looking for victor. now victor wasn't that hard to spot in a crowd, not because of apperance but because he was a lot taller then most ponies, hell he even come's close to nightmare moon's height. so it should't be that hard right?

i cheaked the main shops so then i tried the forest area, assuming he was at his camp site or something. i went over and victor wasn't there but flora was. " moring ellz"  said flora in a joyful voice. "morning flora. hows the whole living here thing going." she replied with "great for me but victor is, well how can i put this... over the moon?" she told me that victor had gone to a small lake near here.

i walked along and saw the lake with victor nearby. " hello vic. how are you today?" he smiled, like a small child that had eaten too much sugar. " ellz my friend i have wonderful news" victor got out of his pocket a small bag of gems but that was the wrong thing, then a tresure map but that was the wrong thing and then a small box containing a ring. victor said " once i get to grips with everything, i shall propose to ditzy, and i want you to be the best man at the wedding".

oddly enough, this had happend before to me when i was human. my friend marcus had told me about his plans and asked me to be the best man at his wedding. though that was a long time ago. " victor that's... really good news! who thought victor, the dragon slayer, was also a lady's man" victor laughed and asked a question. " so do you have anyone speacal at the moment?" i nodded and said " well i like fluttershy a lot but then again there's also zecora how i have a lot of respect and honesty towards. what would you do?"

victor said some strong words after that "my friend, love is like a sword. like a sword you must strenghen your bond with it but also like love you must care for it and know when to strike, other wise that chance is lost forever" i understood these words. the time to strike was not know but soon it would be the time to strike. " so victor, how would you propose any way beacuse i will help you with everything."

" well i had this one idea. first i would get the most beautiful flowers i can find, then i would take ditzy to this lake here while it's at night and then get out some really nice dinner where i propose with flora using her magic to make the the ring appear out of the lake." i was really happy for victor but he also said " but you see i'm a awful cook so maybe you could help?" i nodded and said " sure but pinke and applejack are out of town so maybe we can do this tommorow." victor said " it is not the right time yet but tommorow will be that time!"

me and victor walked back to camp where flora was waiting " well vic, how'd the planning go?" victor replied with "well i've planned it through and ellz here will help us with the cooking" and flora replied with " i thought i was cooking!". " well being a sprit you have no arms so cooking is kinda out of your reach." i had a question about this " what about that wizard then? she or he could make a body."

flora explained the whole spirit thing " well i may as well explain that. as with ponys, spirits come in three types and just like pony's, unicorns or pegisi we have to learn these abilitys. i happen to be a elemental spirit ya see so i can control the earth and water and such. the one you came across must of been a body spirit which is bassiclly like the ghost from fairy tales. the last one is preety cool as friend spirits can posses objects at will, were as i had to use a spell to go into victors sword.

now any questions?"

it was almost the time for music club so i had to run back quickly to get to the school but however i reacon it was pointless because there was two students there: margret and paul. i didn't want to say club was cancelled today so i went on with it anyway. " okay class or pair i guess, today were going to do a duet singing today" paul was very excited but margret seemed tired but it was hard to tell because she wore the scarf all the time.

" now how knows a good duet song? anyone, anyone? what about you margret?" she said in a happy-ish voice " till we ain't strangers anymore" i smiled and said "excellant choice" okay so paul didn't sing last lesson and margret did so i was excited to see the outcome. margrets voice was well kept and sounded kinda creepy but paul's voice was very carm but maybe too calm. "paul and margret i have to say... that was awesome!"

i gave them some stickers as a reward and they liked them a lot. it was coming to the end of the lesson so i said " well today was a good lesson. remember over the holidays i'll be teaching lesson's on thursday. if you want you can join." after that i went to get lunch. " let's see what to get. a apple sandwich or a..." just then there was a massive explosion that was heard throughout equestia. it created a rainbow shockwave that shatterd all the windows in ponyvile.

me, berry punch, lyra and bon bon sighed up to clear up the mess. while i was cleaning i found something unexpected. the pigeon from yesterday had been injured, with a piece of glass through the wing. i rushed to the vet. " well this is a serious injury. it will take about a month to heal up. do you mind bringing it here every week for cheack up?" along with that she gave me a book on how to look after birds.

i went to ditzy about the pigeon to see if it was okay. " sure but use the attic. there's a window there and i think a old bird cage from when i was younger." so i went back to ditzys and looked for the bird cage. there wasn't one so for now i used a courple of boxes, and a courple of cups to make a bird cage. it looked like the same pigeon from yesterday so i just called it honey. honey liked this home a lot. i left some food and some water.

it was late as the sun was setting and fluttershy had come back from helping rainbowdash with a stunt. " hello fluttershy. how's your day been" she smiled and said "it was great. i learned to cheer, i saw rainbowdash do a sonic rainboom and she saved raritys life all in one day!". we both smiled and i asked something " um fluttershy..." "please call me shy" said fluttershy.

" well shy do you mind if i ask but were can i get the best flowers from? victor is planning something for ditzy and i needed your advice." fluttershy replied with " well i know of some plants called lover's delight. there called that because they show true love and can be found at wonders cave" i hugged shy and then went off to applejacks about the food.

on the way i saw victor and told him about the plants and was excited " excellant my friend. tommorow we shall head off."  i replied with " tynar could come along. he a great traverler and i haven't actually talked to him in a while." victor nodded and so i set off to applejacks... again.

when i got to applejacks farm, applejack was laying down and relaxing. " hi applejack." and applejack replied with "hay ellz. we haven't talked in a while. what brings ya by?" i explained the situation to applejack about victor and ditzy. "hmm... well i have a recipe for applepie that could work." i looked over the recipe and it was perfect. " thanks applejack." i hugged applejack and then went off to mr and mrs cakes.

i got to mr and mrs cakes and asked if they could cook the applepie recipe. they started macking the pie and i paid them before hoof so there would be no problems. the pie would be made by tommorow. i then went over to tynar. " hay tynar do you reacon you could help with some gathering"  tynar replied with " oh sure buddy, just let me pick out my mask for tommorow." "mask?" i asked.

" well you see i find that i've worked better in the past courple of months wearing masks of monsters and deamons." tynar said in a very creepy voice. " well okay then. meet at victors camp outside of ponyville at noon." we nodded and i went to tell victor the news. i found him and he smiled. it was all agreed that tommorow we would go at noon to wonders cave.

i went back to ditzys, feed honey the pigeon and then went to bed. today was exausting and yet tommorow i know it will be worth it to see victor and ditzy happy.


wonders cave.

today was going to be tricky. i had done some reserch on this cave we were going to and it wasn't good. apprantley during a experdion to the cave, a group of traverlers had gone inside for refuge and never came out. they cheacked the cave and had found no trace of attack or any bodys to as well so there was that to consider.

me, tynar and victor all agreed to meet at victors camp. on the way i saw tynar and started to chat with him but i got side tracked by something "morning tynar, ready to go to wonders cave?" he replied with " yeah sure. second time for everything i always say." from that i could gather that tynar been before but for a differant reason. " ya see a while ago, i went there because there was this dagger that granted skills in fighting so i went and failed but this time it will be mine.

tynar was always a creepy pony, what with his creepy smile, his fasination with daggers and his oddly enough the amount he had in comman with rarity always kinda creeped me out. we walked over to victors as we were gettiing ready, so was victor. " my friends are you ready?" we both nodded. i brought a map, some muffins and torch just in case and tynar brought with him 2 daggers, a grappling rope and a mask with lights on it.

victor was bringing, first aid and his sword with him.

the cave was a hours journey and finding the flowers would add another half. we set off, no worries what so ever. " okay victor i forgot to tell you that i had a pie made for the dinner." and tynar asked " what are you 2 talking about?". victor expalined the situation " you see i'm planing on proposing to ditzy so i'm getting everything we shall: flowers, dinner and a ring. i got the ring and ellz here got the pie and the location of these flowers."

then tynar added " well what about presintaion? i've got some fireworks and i do a preety good fire show." me and victor both nodded and victor said " umm i'll go with the fireworks." tynar smiled in a creepy way.

about half way trough the journey tynar said " were almost there. i can feel it.". tyna was never a serious pony. when he saved me in everfree forest, he was a bit of a jocker and a very happy jocker at that but as we got closer and closer to the cave, he got more and more serious. " hay tynar did something happen at the cave?" he sighed and spoke.

" when i went there all those years ago, i went with a friend called adam. he was not only my friend but also my brother. we went into the cave to get this dagger that could grant power beyond that of princess celestia her self. we thought it was easy as we were preety good at free running and climbing so we thought it was easy. we found the dagger but we got attacked by this thing that injured me and killed my bro. i ran off in pain. from that day i promised my self i would get that dagger to avenge my brother."

victor put his hoof on tynar and said " if this is all for vengance then you had better hope your heart is pure enough to control your vengance or other wise your actions will be blind and in fury." tynar replied with " no it's not that. i was planning on trading the dagger with princess celestia to bring him back." as he said this a tear ran down his face. at this point tynar was only focused on the cave.

we got there after a hour of travel and we saw something that had us curious: a crying pegasis. i walked over, with the wings of this pegasis covering the body. the body moved and relised how it was: gilda ( oh great).

know i'm all for forgiving and peace, no one hurts my friends but gilda was injured, with bleeding " um gilda?". the griffon woke up in a rage " oh it's a loser pony. what do you want?" she said in a angry but scrachy voice.

tynar said " look your injured, we have health do you want healing or not?" gilda replied with " why would i except help from a pony? your all a bunch of whooses and cowards!" and then victor got out his sword " say one more word and it will be your last". gilda was scared. " look i'm sorry. it's just the whole thing in pony vile and the party and losing my best freind... you don't know how it feels."

i felt sorry for gilda. losing a friend can be horrible. i looked at gildas wound and it was a deep cut into the body. " flora can i ask a favour?" flora replied with " sure what is it" then gilda got confused about what was happening. " flora, can you send a message to zecora asking for help" i didn't know the range of a spirits powers but it was worth a shot. " sure give me a sec". flora was using a spell, that allowed her to teleport to zecoras.

after about 10 minutes, flora came back with good news. " zecora got the message and is sending a doctor over". " ellz my friend, what about the flowers?" i thought about this. " okay here's the plan. tynar and i will go into the cave while you stay here with gilda." victor asked " why me." and tynar said " well for one i've been here before and most of the bridges can't surrport your wait."

me and tynar set out. " okay the flowers are located at the top of the cave and the dagger is located near the bottom. we should split up. i'll take the daggers and you take the grappling rope. meet back in 30 minutes." i nodded and we seperated.

i had to use the grappling rope to climb up to the top. it was scary, with the dizzy heights and the thought of death but i pressed on. after the climb, there was a old tree that i knocked over to make as a bridge.

i got to the top, and what was there was open field. with the flowers i was looking for. i grabbed about 5 and set down to to the entrance again. when i got to the entrance tynar wasn't there so i went to cheack on him. i slowly went down to the bottom, not wanting to breack the rope. then there were some minor jumps and leaps but they were small jumps.

i got to the location of the dagger and saw tynar fighting a undead warrior.

i charged in and rammed the beast, giving tynar plenty of time to defeat the beast. " hay tynar do you have the dagger?". tynar walked over and grabbed the dagger and said " now let's go". we both got to the entrance, with no pain and luckly no blood lose. by the time we got out, the doctors had already treated gildas wounds.

the doctor said " well gilda you won't be able to fly for about a month or so and your blood lose was quite large so i recomend tacking it easy for a while. do you have anywere to stay?" she said " well without my wings i can't get to anywere so no at the moment." i said " i know area out side of pony vile that would do. it's a bit cold but add a pillow and a blanket and it's do great for a while." she smiled and tear ran down her face. " thank you so much".

1 hour later....

"okay gilda this is the place i was talking about." gildas eyes opened and saw this underground lake. she smiled and said " why are you being so nice to me? i haven't done anything for you and i almost made one of your friends crie. just why?" i replied with " i'm doing this because you would of died without victor, tynar or my help and know one deserves to die like that, alone and bleeding."

i left for mr and mrs cake how should have the pie done by now. i went over and saw that the pie was ready. " thanks mr and mrs cake. tell pinke pie i said hi." i went to give the cake to victor along with the flowers. i met up with tynar along the way and asked what's going to happen know " i'm off to see the princess. see you in umm about a month or 2." we shook whoofs and he went off. i met victor and gave him the cake and flowers. " excelant. tonight i propose and tommorow hopefully i get married."

later that day...

victor had asked ditzy out for dinner by the lake. pinke pie was looking after dinky doo while ditzy was out. i was near the camp, ready to play the violin when the signal is given. ditzy and victor were sitting by the lake eating pie. " i got these flowers for you" said victor. ditzy sniffed them and they started to glow. that was the cue to start playing. i played a soothing song called " sunset romance" and then victor popped the question. " ditzy you are more to me then just a friend. you are the person that love for all eternaty. will you marry me?"

ditzy started crying tears of love and happynes " yes victor i will marry you." they kissed under the moon and the stars, and nothing could breack there love.

i went back to ditzy's house to cheack on dinky doo and pinke pie. they were having fun, playing hide and seek. i went up to bed but before i did i cheacked up on honey and she seemed fine and healthy. the wing had healed enough for flight but not long flight so another day or 2 and she will be ready to go home.

today has been exasusting so this good night sleep is really going to hit the spot.

eye's of beuaty

with victor setting up his wedding with ditzy, tynar going to canterlot to meet princess celestia and the fact that music club room was suffering from a termite problem, i would have nothing to do today.

i went down for some breackfest and saw ditzy, happier and full of life, along with victor how seemed full of energy and ready for anything. " so victor, how was last night?" i asked. he replied with " perfect. i don't remember having this much fun in years." vicor was happy and so i was happy for him.

dinky doo came down stairs in the typical dinky doo manner " morning mama". " morning muffin" said ditzy doo. ditzy then had to explain the whole marrige thing to dinky " dinky doo, this is victor." and dinky replied with " hello mister".

"hello there dinky doo" said victor. " you see dinky me and victor are going to get married because we love each other."

dinky smile turned into a even bigger smile. "yay for mama." she hugged victor and ditzy in a loving hug.

i went off looking for anything, when i came across fluttershy how seemed upset about something. " what's wrong shy?" she replied in a sad voice " angels gone missing." i hugged her and said " look i'll help you. i'm returning the favour for bringing me to hospital." before i went i got honey. i was thinking that a bird could help find a missing person.

" so were exactly did you lose angel anyway?" she frowned and said " the ever free forest. but angel never goes that far so we should be safe from manticores, cockatrices and dragons.... i hope." and now i was worried. we got to one of the entrances of the forest. " i haven't been down this path in a courple of years." fluttershy was smiling but a tear ran down her face.

"what's wrong." she smiled and said "nothing, just a memory that's all." we entered the forest, going down the path. fluttershy still had a tear down her face." fluttershy please tell me what's wrong." she stoped walking and explained.

(flash back start)

" a courple of years ago, i had a friend called rose. we were really good friends. we shared everything together from secrets to dreams. one day me and rose went to the everfree forest. we sat under a tree and started talking about the future."

" rose what do you want to do in the future?

she sighed and said some worrying words " i want to stay here. my dad and mum are moving away." she started crieing.

fluttershy also cried. " your my only friend though. who will i talk to, who will i spend time with, who will i hug when i'm sad?"

rose said " i have a gift for you to remember me by" she got out a box with a rabbit inside " this is angel. she's a rabbit i found outside of my house with a bad leg. i healed it but that's beside the point. look after this creture, and share your kindness with everyone

she hugged and they sat under the tree, spending there last moments together.

(flashback end)

i had no words. fluttershy was sitting down, crieing about her past. i didn't know what to do so i just hugged and said "you still remember her don't you?" shy nodded. " then you will always have that person with you. i lost a friend once but i still remember him." she stood up and wiped her tears away. her eye's were still beuatiful and she still had her smile.

after this, i will make fluttershy feel better. " look how about after this i take you out for dinner some time?" she smiled and said " i'd like that."

we continued through the forest, on a path tha had only been walked by a courple of ponies before. i know this because the ground is still fairly well built, with no sign of damage what so ever. there was a clearing up ahead so we walked a bit faster.

the clearing contained a massive tree, growing blossoms and surrounding this tree was roses and near these roses was a certain white rabbit was there. "angel!" said fluttershy in a happy voice as she picked up the rabbit to hug.

" so shy, i'll head back now." but fluttershy asked " ellz would you like to go on a date?" i smiled and could barley stand from excitment " sure fluttershy. where should we meet?".

" i was thinking we meet at a cafe called " paradise" and have dinner there and then go to the spa."

" that sounds fun shy. i can't wait."

the only problem i had was i had nothing to wear and i wanted this night to be wonderful. i asked victor and ditzy, how had just come in from wedding planing and deciding on everything and i asked if victor had a spare tux or something.

" hmm i may have something in my sack hang on ( cheacks sack) ahh here it is. it was what weared for my last day of school. it's probaley a size too big but it will fit."

i tried on the tux and it was a size too big but it still fitted very well. " so what's the occasion?"

" i'm going on a date with fluttershy tonight."

" my friend, you helped me greatly with my proposal so if it get's to that, i will help you."

" thanks victor. you are a good friend."

i went to the cafe, and waited for fluttershy. she came in a gorgeus dress that made fluttershy even more beautiful then usual.

" you look amazing fluttershy."

" thanks ellz. you look very... smart tonight."

" well i aim to please."

we entered the cafe, and a waiter came along. " good afternoon, miss fluttershy and sir ellz. here is the menu for this evening. would you like some tea while your waiting, on the house. cafe policy"

i said " yes please"

"one for me as well if it's no trouble."

me and fluttershy looked over the menu. " i'll be having the strawberry explosion what about you ellz?"

" probaley the grape a-la salad"

for the most part, a pony's food does consist of flowers and fruit and veg, but it's better then what i used to eat as a human.

we gave are orders over to the waiter how then went of to give the orders.

" so fluttershy, when did you find out about this place?" i said.

" oh me and rarity went here after are usual spa day and i thought you would like it."

" well i like it a lot. it's got a nice, nature feel to it."

the waiter brought over my salad and fluttershy's strawberry explosion. nom, nom, nom.

" this salad is delishous shy. try a bit."

" well okay but only if you try a bit of mine."

we both tried each other's food and the reaction was the same for both of us: "delishous". we both liked each others food and i hadn't had this much fun eating food for a long time.

after the main course, we had some ice cream. i was always a massive ice cream fan which is probaley the reason why when i was on earth, my friend got me a giant tub of ice cream for my birthday. it was a day to be remembered.

i got some vanila ice cream and fluttershy got a apple sunday.

" so fluttershy, what would you say if i said i liked you?"

" i would say that's really sweet."

" no i mean like like you."

" i already gave you a anwser. i think it's sweet. i like you a lot as well. you saved me from a manticore, you helped my friends, you helped ditzy get married all because you wanted to help your friend. i like you because of all you've done."

i smiled and finshed my ice cream at roughly the same time as flutter, so we split the bill and went off to the spa.

to be honest, i've never been to a spa before but if rarity and fluttershy like it, then i'll give it a try.

the first thing we did was take off our clothes which i guess wearing clothes in the first place was kinda pointless considering that almost no one in pony vile weres clothes but i digress. the first thing we did was have a mud facial.

" um fluttershy quick question. how does mud help with the face and stuff." and fluttershy replied with " i think's something like the nutrieants cleanse the face."

it was actually fairly relaxing and then we got to massaging. this felt so good on my spine. all i could think of was floating in the air on the clouds. next we tried a sauna. i always liked steam for some reason. i don't know maybe it's because they remind me of clouds. fluttershy seemed to enjoy it a lot, with her main all steamed and such.

after all that we drank some herbal tea and set off. i took fluttershy hill outside of pony vile were you could see quite a deal of everything from lakes and forests to canterlot it self. it was a wonderful time.

"umm flutershy do you mind if..." before i could finsh my sentance, fluttershy kissed me. it was a long kiss, and a loving one at that. after she stopped i said " wow. your a really good kisser fluttershy."  

" it's thanks for tacking me out tonight and being friends."

it was getting late. " when should we meet up again?" she replied with " how about next week. my schedual full for the rest of the week." i nodded and went back to ditzys. i saw victor and he asked " how did it go?" and i replied with " it went amazingly wonderful tonight."

i went up to bed were honey was waiting. it was almost time to let the little guy go. for now i'm going to dream land.


the big day.

today it was happening. the big day, the tying of destinys and the final form of love: the wedding day of victor and ditzy.

i was incredibly excited mainly because i've been to wedding before and that was for some relitives how's marrige lasted about as long as a fly's life so that was dissapointing but this time i knew it was gonna be better because i knew both of these people and i cared deeply for them, they truly loved each other and they were meant for each other.

today i had breackfest with victor and dinky, seeing as ditzy had gone to the wedding reception to pre cheack everything.

" so victor, are you excited today?" i asked and he replied with " too be honest i'm nervous. i've never been married before and i don't even have a best man at the wedding." said victor nearvously.

" well i'll be your best man then victor. to help with the nerves."

" really ellz, you would be the best man at me and ditzys wedding?" i nodded and victor smiled.

until the wedding at noon, i had nothing much to do. i decided to check on gilda to see if she recoverd enough to fly.

the underground lake was still as beuatiful as when i found it the first time and gilda was there, after recently getting up.

" morning gilda."

" huh... oh hey ellz. sorry about that i often wander off a bit when i wake up. so what's with the visit?"

" oh i came to see the injury but it seems fine from my point of view. oh and i brought some spare breackfest over."

" aww thanks. and yeah i'm back in tip-top ( hear's a crack noise) OUCH!"

gilda's wing started to hurt again. the pain was preety bad for gilda so i decided to get fluttershy for asistance.

i ran over to fluttershy's house as quickly as possible and got there in about 15 minutes. i knocked on fluttershy's door and waited a bit. she opened the door and said " oh hi ellz. what's wrong?"

" fluttershy can you please help someone. she's injured and need's your help."

" oh okay sure. let grab some supplies first that's all."

we then ran back to the underground lake. fluttershy had a happy look on her face for some reason. she did like helping animals and it was fun for her but i'm not sure if she'll help gilda.

shy saw gilda and said " what's wrong with her exactly?"

" i don't know. she was fine one minute and then her wing cracked and now she's like this."

gilda saw the pegasis. " hay do i know you from somewhere?" and fluttershy said " well yes. you bumped into me and almost shouted at me but ellz stopped you." and then gilda eye's widend and she said " oh right now i remember. i'm sorry about that. i was a differant griffon back then and i've turned over a new leaf."

fluttershy smiled and said " well i'll take your word for it. now please let me start on the wing."

the problem as explained by fluttershy was that there was a rare sap stuck to gilda's wing. the sap had stuck around a nerve a near the wing so the only way to get the sap of was with a odd bit of medicine.

she got out a jar of bugs and said " now gilda this will tickle a bit." gilda nodded and prepared for the bugs.

" okay so how bad is this going ( bugs released) HAHAHA man that tickles. what are these bugs anyway."

" there a sap eating bug called chomper beetles. they only eat sap so there perfect for injury's like this."

after about 30 minutes, the sap was eaten and gilda was incredibly grateful " thank you fluttershy. i owe you big time." and fluttershy replied with " oh it's no problem. you should be able to fly now. i have to go now, i'm meeting up with twilight and everyone else for a get together."

gilda prepared for flight by going outside and i watched her prepare for flight.

gilda took off in the air. she wasn't as fast as before but she could fly.

" so were now gilda?" i asked gilda.

" i was thinking i could stay here, get a house and see what happens from there." said gilda in a happy voice.

" for now however i'm gonna make me a sky bed and take a nap, maybe meet up with dash and explain everything."

" that sounds nice gilda. i gotta get to victors wedding now."

i waved goodbye to gilda and set of to the wedding area, set outside of the lake were victor and ditzy proposed. makes sense i guess but i would of gone with something like sugar cube corners or something... but i digress.

the wedding didn't start just yet as all the guest had to arrive and such.

on ditzys side were her father, her mother, her bro and 2 sisters and 5 cousins and on victors side was flora and victors bro makarov.

"were's the rest of victors family and such" i asked ditzy.

" oh well you see victor's family is very small to say the least. victors mum was in hospital but victors bro is here to take pictures for her." said ditzy.

" speacking of victor, were is he?" i asked.

" he's out back. getting ready. could you bring him in. you know the saying, it's bad luck for the bride and groom to see each other."

i replied with " sure ditzy" and with that i headed out back to get victor.

i saw victor on log waiting for to be called. " hello victor. i been asked to collect you for the wedding now"

" oh. hey ellz. i'm ready. i was just thinking about what lies ahead for me and ditzy."

" do you mean honey moons and such or other stuff?"

"actually me and ditzy were talking and we would like to ask a massive favour of you, could you look after dinky doo while me and ditzy are honey mooning."

" umm... crud. when are going exactley?"

" about 3 days."

" give me some time to think about this okay?" victor nodded and we hugged. i brought victor to the wedding.

first went ditzy and her maid of honour, dinky doo. i could't see ditzy face under the veil but dinky seemed happier then i've ever seen her before. then came victor, with me as his best man. he was happy and proud pony and one i would proudly call my friend.

i handed the ring over to victor and then i sat down. then the whole marrige speech thing, oddly enough from vinal scrach, and then they both gave there speechs. first was ditzy's: " victor, no matter what, i will love you for all eternaty. my love will be everlasting and nothing will change that."

then came victors speech " a thousand years from now, one thing will stay the same. that i love you ditzy and that is a promiss i will keep till the end of time."

they both put on the rings and kissed with passions that made there cutie marks glow.

i shed manly tears and for a very good reason that day.

after the wedding the party part started but i still had to talk to ditzy and victor about the looking after ditzy thing but that could wait. now if you exscuse me, i'm gonna help my self to a piece of cake.

1 hour later...

after the party, i found ditzy and victor. they were next to each other nuzzaling each others neck.

" ellz my friend. so have you thought about it?"

" oh please ellz. i love dinky doo but i can't take dinky due to " certain things" if you know what i'm saying."

" well i'd be happy to but please write down anything i should know about dinky and i'll be fine"

victor and ditzy hugged me and said " thank you" together.

with that sorted, i decided to walk around a bit seeing if there were any pony to talk to. i saw fluttershy and decided to talk to her about some things however fluttershy asked me something before i could ask her.

" hey ellz. how was ditzy's wedding?"

" oh it was good and all, very sweet and they do truly love each other. also the cake was preety good. i saved a piece for later but if you want it that's fine."

" oh no thanks but pinkepie would..." and before she could finsh, pinke appeard out of nowhere and ate the cake.

" how did you..." i asked pinke pie.

" well you wearn't going to eat it and i heard fluttershy say no so i took the chance and ate it. oh and i'm a ninja."

" make's sense" said fluttershy.

" oh fluttershy have you asked ellz yet?"

" asked me about what? i've already told shy about victor and ditzy's wedding. in fact i was gonna ask if she had any book's on baby sitting."

"why?" asked fluttershy.

" i'm looking after dinky doo while victor and ditzy have there honeymoon. let's not talk here, let's get some tea."

we went off to sugar cube corners for some tea. i started to explain the situation.

" you see, while victor and ditzy are gone, i'm looking after dinky doo and i was hopeing you might have a baby sitter book or something."

before fluttershy could speack, pinke pie said "i'll help you look after dinky doo tommorow. it's my day of tommorow and i know fluttershy will be at the spa with rarity tommorow so i'll help ya tommorow."

" that's very nice of you pinke pie. have you baby sitted before?" and she nodded.

we drank our tea and had a fairly relaxing time. " so what happend today if i may ask with you 2?"

fluttershy said " well rarity got captured by diamond dogs and me, pinke, twilight, dash, applejack and spike all went to save her but she had all ready defeated them with her whining."

" i'm sorry but did you just say rarity defeated diamond dogs with whining?" shy nodded " okay that's a odd way to beat someone."

pinke asked something unexpected " so what was it like when you 2 kissed last night?"

i almost chocked on the tea and asked " how on equestia do you know that?" and fluttershy responded with " well she is pinke pie." there was no argument to that what so ever but i did anwser pinke's question " it was a sweet and very soft kiss."

after that moment, i went back to ditzy and victors place and they gave me a small list of things to do for dinky doo:

1) she alway's has pancakes in the morning.

2) she like's having a bedtime story read to her before going to sleep.

3) dinky like's being called muffin but i don't know if it will work for you and dinky but it might help.

i went up to bed to sleep and tommorow i would be baby sitting dinky doo with pinke pie. i don't where ever i should be happy or scared that pinke pie is helping me. good night.

3 stories, 2 weeks, 1 dinky doo

( a note from the writer: this chapter will be 3 small stories taking place over the 2 week's in which ditzy and victor have there honeymoon but each story will be based around the following charecters: dinky doo being friends with sweetie belle, gilda trying to make a friend and tynar meeting a princess.)

dinky doo's private world.

dinky doo woke up to the smell of pancakes in the morning. she walked down stairs quietly, like a cat creeping up on a mouse or a scout how is scouting. she saw ellz preparing some pancakes the best he could but was having a bit of trourble not burning them, as the pre burned pancake smell was in the house.

" moring mr ellz." she said as she snuck up on ellz.

it made him jump and he replied with " morning dinky doo. just macking some pancakes." said ellz.

"it looks like you could use some help. here let me try." said dinky doo.

dinky had learned from her mother how to make pancakes in case of sickness or if dinky wanted to surprise her mom with breackfest in bed on weekends where ditzy deserved a breack. after 10 minutes or so, dinky doo had made pancakes.

at that time ditzy and victor were ready to go. they stayed for breackfest to spend some time dinky before they left for 2 weeks for there honey moon.

dinky hugged ditzy and victor and said " have a great time were ever your going mum and dad!"

ditzy and victor waved goodbye as they went.

dinky was a surprisingly mature little pony for her age. she knew about love and marriage very well and could look after herself. " so ellz, what do you want to do?" asked ditzy.

" hmm... how about we play a game or someth..." and just then pinkepie came in out of the sofa of ditzy's living room.

" how... what... when did you get here pinke?" and she said " about 3 seconds ago. anyway i brought some stuff to do. i brought tic tac toe, snacks and ladders, how to make really over the top paper air planes and etc."

" yay let's play paper airplanes." said dinky doo. dinky doo made a paper plane with some muffin and heart pictures on it while pinkepie made hers with cupcake and party pictures and i made mine with musical notes.

we went out side and sent them flying across the open wind, like birds except ours crashed after 20 seconds... except dinky doo's who's paper plane went incredibly far and out of sight.

" i'll go and get it." said dinky doo as she ran off before pinkepie could say " wait you silly fille!"

dinky looked around for the plane and saw no sign of it. she walked around, her head hanging low from sadness until she bumped into sweetie belle by accident. " oh sorry sweetie belle. i wasn't paying attention." said dinky.

" oh don't worry about it. i was just looking at this paper plane..."

" with muffin and heart pictures on it?"

" um yes. is it yours."

" yes it is. i've been looking for it. can i have it back please?" sweetie belle handed back the paper airplane.

" so what are you doing today sweetie?" asked dinke doo in a happy voice.

" oh nothing really, just trying to get my cutie mark that's all." said sweetie belle in slightly depressed voice.

" well you helped me get my paper plane so i'll help you with your cutie mark."

" really dinky? if it's no trouble..." and dinky replied with " don't worry your little head. now what should we do first?"

" how about painting?" dinky nodded and they went to dinky's home.

as dinky walked in she was greeted by pinkepie and ellz both saying " are you okay?"

she nodded and sweetie belle said " dinky's gonna help me with my cutie mark if that's okay?"

before anyone could anwser, dinky and sweetie belle went up stairs to try arty stuff.

"so what first dinky doo?" asked sweetie belle.

dinky got out pieces of paper with shapes cut out in the shape of foods, instuments, sports and etc.

" well we could try macking a big poster with lot's of pictures and courlours on it! what about you sweetie belle?"

" sounds fun. let's give it a go." they started and it was fun. they had gotten messy from the paint granted and by the end of it dinky looked like rainbowdash but without wings, but it was really fun.

after a while, sweetie belle asked " do you mind if i take a courple of these home?" and dinky replied with " sure. just don't try and paint yourself with it. trust me it's difficult to get off once it drys and such."

the dinky asked a very odd question " hay sweetie belle, do you want to sing with me?"

now normaly, sweetie belle would of said no but she instead decided to sing together.

they sang a courple of songs including here come's celestia, luna dances tonight and a courple of other songs to pass the hours. when sweetie belle had to go, dinky asked something. " sweetie belle, are we friends?"

sweetie belle simple hugged her new friend. that was the anwser dinky doo wanted.

she went to bed later that night, knowing she had acomplished something better then any muffin could ever do.

though a muffin right now would't be that bad.

next story: gilda, the sky's the limit.

gilda was sleeping on a cloud bed she had made after healing her wing. it was nice getting back on the clouds and flying again. she really didn't like walking and always tryed to fly as offen as possible.

" ahh a nothing to do day. perfect." gilda said.

while she was doing nothing, she saw a pegisis crash into the everfree forest. the crash caused a tree to fall over and smash into the ground with a powerful smash.

" oh crud. this looks bad. i better see if how the hell that pegisis is."

she travelled into the forest, carfully though. she didn't want a repeat of what happend last time.

she came across the crash site to see a surprising face indeed: princess luna her self, incredibly injured but not bleeding and still slightly chournchus.

" how goes there, friend or foe?!" said luna in her canterlot voice.

" umm me gilda. i'm a friend i guess." said gilda nervously. she helped the injured princess to her hooves and carried her on her back.

"now luna please hold very tightly. i'm gonna start flying in a courple of seconds." said gilda in a strong voice.

luna wrapped arounf the griffon. " okay i'm ready, but were are tacking me anyway?"

" well duh were do you think? canterlot of course.. now hush up now. i need to get ready to fly."

gilda took off but due to luna's weight gilda was slightly slowed down.

" geez luna, your a heavy pegicorn or what ever you call your self."

" i'm sorry for that. and thanks for helping me."

"what exactly happend anyway. you flew and you crashed. care to explain?"

gilda made a cloud platform and let luna rest and explain.

" as you may know, i was on the moon for thousand years. that made my flying a bit rusty so i practised a bit and thought that this would be easy and no problem. i just wanted to fly again that's all, you kmow to feel the wind in my face and dive through clouds but with little practise, i crashed into the forest. i thought i was gonna die for a while. the idea of death is a cold and awful thought." said luna as a tear ran down her face.

gilda hugged luna and said" ahh don't think about stuff like that. focus on the good parts, even if there small, it's better then thinking about something like that. for example, a friend that i've known for years probaley hate's me now... but that's the past and i've got to get you back to canterlot in the present." said gilda.

before they went luna hugged gilda and said " your a good person gilda. would you like to stay for dinner at canterlot, my treat?"

" hell yes! sorry about that. i haven't had decent meal in courple of days." said gilda

" well i make sure your filled for a month. you can even stay the night if you want to." said luna.

gilda returned the hug to luna, picked her up and put luna on her back and set of for canterlot.

by the time they got there, the sun was setting. gilda landed and was greeted with some hostile company.

" halt there. what bussiness do you have here?!" said a guard.

" luna here is injured and she need's medical help now!" said gilda in a strong voice.

the guards allowed gilda in with luna, and was taken to the royal doctors.

along the way they saw princess celestia.

" what has happend here?!" said celestia.

" she crashed into the everfree forest while flying. i found her and flew her here myself." said gilda.

" well that's very kind of you miss..." replied celestia.

" name's gilda." anwsering celestias question.

" well gilda, you saved my sisters life and we must celerbrate. come to the dinner hall in about 10 minutes. we shall have a feast in your honour. you will also stay here tonight in the finest comfort as well." said celestia.

gilda smiled and bowed toward celestia.

after 10 minutes, gilda went to the dinner hall next to luna how had recoverd enough to walk, though preety much being a god does have it's advantages.

they went into the hall and every bowed towards luna and gilda as they entered the room.

gilda sat next to luna and the captain of the guard.

celestia stood up and proposed a toast to gilda.

" a toast to gilda, the griffon that saved luna's life!" said celestia.

"CHEERS." said everyone in the hall. then they started eating.

the captain asked gilda a question.

" so how did you get princess luna here anyway?" said the captain.

"oh i carried her here on my back. must of been about 50 miles from here to were she crashed." said gilda.

"WHAT?! that's... that's.... a true testiment of power. have you ever thought about being a royal guard?"

gilda almost chocked on the offer from sheer shock.

" being a royal guard?! they only pick the strongest pony's in equetia for that, and i'm not even a pony, i'm a griffon."

the captain got out a book about the best captains that had ever served under celestia.

the book was interesting as each of there captains had served princess celestia and her parents as well but the final captain was not of pony, pegisis or unicorn but of griffin.

" my dad knew him back in the day. he was loyal, proud and never turned down a fight. he was the strongest there was in all of equestia, being able to punch through rock and carry a dozen soliders as well. his name was a mystery though so we just called him thunder wing, the brave."

gilda thought about this for second. she was strong and fast but she had never thought anyone other then the people that picked on rainbowdash when they were younger.

" i'll give it a try. how about tommorow?" said gilda.

" well of course gilda. i'll teach you how to fight and defend." said the captain.

after the feast, luna showed were gilda would be sleeping.

" okay this room is next to mine and it has a large bed, a bath and all that other stuff you might need." said luna.

"it's really nice luna. i've never had anything like this before." said gilda as a tear of joy ran down her face.

" there is one thing i haven't given you yet though." said luna with a smile on her face.

luna planted a kiss on gildas cheek softley but with passion. gilda blushed and didn't know what to say. she simply smiled and went to bed.

gilda's life begins a new but that's a differant story for another time.

tynar day in the sun.

tynar had walked to canterlot at a slow pace. he didn't have to hurry. he had no reason to hurry as the princess didn't even know that he was coming. actually that might be a problem as the princess only allows entrie to friend, family or people with urgent news corncerning the princess or the city. tynar would have to be sneaky or use perswasion and lying to get to the princess.

on the way he saw a group of traverlers. he went up to the traverlers and asked them a courple of things.

" hay there. so are you lot heading towards canterlot?" said tynar.

the main person, called axle said " yes we are heading to canterlot. if your heading the same way, then we could travel together. it's safer in groups then on your own."

" well sure. i'm heading there to make a deal with celestia about something so i may as well tag along." said tynar.

as they traveled, tynar found that these were a famous group of performers called the flaming dragons, a group of performers that used fire and weapons in there act.

" so you guys use fire and stuff in your performance right?" asked tynar.

" oh yeah defintaley. we used to be mages but it got boring so we took up this job instead. it's way more fun then studing all day and practising spells that we will never use, like macking fly's appear and such." said axel.

" lunch is on! how wants soup." said inferno, a strong stalion how could set himself on fire and feel no pain while doing it.

his cutie mark was flower that was on fire.

" this soup is really good but a bit spicy." said tynar.

" well i use a lot of spice and stuff but you get used to it quickly when i'm cooking." said inferno.

" that's true. when i started i could't eat inferno's food with out a cold drink but now i can eat it no problem." said flare bolt, the pegisis of the group. she used fireworks and explosives and her cutie mark was firework flying in the sky.

so after a while they all knew each other fairly well. they had become friends and grew close to each other.

" hay tynar, you said you wanted to be a performer didn't you? show us what you've got tynar." said axel.

" yeah come on tynar." said inferno and flare bolt.

" okay fine i just need a second to set up." said tynar in a happy voice.

tynar placed daggers into the ground, and got a dagger and placed in his mouth.

the performance started and it was amazing. tynar jumped about 10 feet in the air and smashed on the ground, sending the daggers flying into the air and then proceded catch each blade with is mouth before the they landed.

inferno, flare bolt and axel were impressed.

" impressive" said axel. " very good, could use some fire but that's just me." said inferno.

flare bolt said " that's incredible, considering your a earth pony." she smiled with a proud feeling for tynar.

they setted of and in a hour had made it to canterlot.

" tynar you may as well come with us. we get to meet the princess and you need to talk to her and it's probaley the only way you will meet her." said axel.

" oh sure, why not." said tynar. some guards came along to ask questions.

" what's your bussiness here. say now or face prosacution" said a guard in a powerful voice.

axel explaned the situation.

" ahh i see. what about the other pony with you then." said the guard.

" i'm here to make a deal with the princess. it's of urgent importance." said tynar.

the guards took inferno, flare bolt and axel to the festival area and took tynar to the princess.

" okay mr tynar, here is the princess royal libary. she's here most of the time, looking back on the past and such." said the guard.

tynar entered to see the princess reading a book. " hello there tynar. what bussiness do you have here?" said celestia.

" i'm not gonna ask how you know my name but i want to make a trade with you." said tynar. he got out the anchient blade and showed it to the princess. " this dagger and in exchange i want you to bring my bro back to life." said tynar.

celestia looked at the dagger. " hmm. this a rare artifact, dating back to my grand mother alomst 5000 year's ago. it's a priceless family artifact but i'm sorry, resurecting the dead is out of reach of power." said celestia with sad face.

" your kidding right? your a god and you can't bring back my bro from the grave!?" said tynar in a rage.

" how many times do you think i've gotten that request over my reighn? life is short, so dwelling on the past is pointless. remember your brothe for what he did with and cherish those happy memories. that's the closest to being with him that you can do." said celestia i her regal voice.

tynar was upset but knew that celestia was right. remembering your times with the ones you love is the next best thing then to having them next to again. tynar was tough and he wasn't going to let this stop him from enjoying life and what's left of it.

he headed back for pony vile, on his own. it was late at night but tynar wasn't scared of anything, not even death itself.

after about a 3 hours, he set up camp and slept until the next day.

party of few.

the grand gala. a party of epic proportions and a grand event of cultur, sophistication and of course music.

the try outs for the gala music had completley slipped my mind, and considering that octavious and 9 other musicans were apparantley going, i didn't have my hopes up but that's not important now, i'm starving.

ditzy and victor were coming back today but not until late at night, so me and pinkepie, how was staying over to help with dinky, so i had to look after dinky and possible pinkypie if she passed out from sugar rush though considering pinke, thats very unlikley.

" morning pinke, morning dinky. what's the plan today then for you 2?" i asked in a joyful voice.

" well i was gonna take dinky doo down to sugar cube corners and teach her how to make cupcakes and stuff. why do you ask?" said pinkepie.

" well i was gonna cheack with the mayor about the gala music tryouts..." is what i was saying but pinkepie said " haven't you heard? the gala try outs ended last week." said pinkepie.

i was kinda surprised but i simply asked pinke if she knew anything and she replied with " octavious told me she got a letter saying about the tryouts but that's all i know. maybe the mayor forgot to send your letter."

" yeah thats why. oh well, life goes on. say is fluttershy doing anything to day?" i said.

" well she didn't say anything. but i think she has to prepare for the gala tommorow so it be best not to disturb her. rarity asked me if i could be a clothes tryer but i didn't want to. maybe something to consider?" said pinkepie.

" okay i'll help rarity. i may as well, i got nothing else to do." i said.

as i walked over to raritys clothes shop or boutique as she called it i saw something kinda weird. on the ground was a key that had text on it saying " return to rarity." so i headed over to raritys and when i got there i knocked on the door.

" welcome to carasell boutique were every garment is sheack unique and manifique." said rarity.

" morning rarity. just came here to say that pinkepie is not gonna be here today so i'm your modal for the day."

" well okay that's fine. just stand over there and i'll get the first set of clothes ready." said rarity.

the first set of clothes rolled in and unlucky me, i had to try on dresses as apprantley i was about the same size as pinkiepie.

" okay so dresses first? ahh crud." i said and rarity replied with " what's wrong ellz? your usally a lot happier then this."

" ahh it's just i didn't get to go to the gala and now i've got nothing to do tommorow." i said.

" well you could always throw your own party. pinkepie usally throws one but as you know pinke is going as well." said rarity.

" that's not a bad idea. thanks rarity. now let's get to the dresses."

after 30 minutes of trying on the first set of clothes, we then tried on the next set and the next set ( writer here. screw this. fast forwarding 2 hours.... i'm gonna take a nap now. back to story.)

" okay rarity so this is the last one right?" i said.

" oh sure. hey do you mind if it take a picture of you for my scrapbook?" asked rarity.

" sure i don't mind. is this something you do with all your modals or something?"

" preety much. oh if you do plan to throw a party, then i have some spare confetti and stremars from pinkepies last party."

" thanks rarity. these will help." i said to rarity.

i set of to sugarcube corner to ask pinkie how she usally throws a party. how the hell does she throw a party almost every week and more importantly how does she not go unchournchus is a question also but that's beside the point.

i entered the shop and saw pinkie pie and dinky doo.

" hello there ellz." said dinky doo. " hi ya ellz." said pinkie pie.

" hay dinky doo, hey pinke pie. do you mind if i ask a question?"

" sure go ahead." said pinke pie.

" well i was planing on throwing a small party for me, victor, ditzy and maybe a few more ponies..."

" and you want some advice. and yes the pinke sense told me that so it's true. i would recomend fizzy drinks and sugary foods like sweets, choclate, muffins and a ton of cakes. if we make enough cupcakes, then you can use them for your party."

said pinkie pie.

"thanks pinke pie." i said to pinkie.

with food set up, i decided to walk to my bit of paradise, or the cave i guess, for a little relaxsation. that place always was carming. plus the water was relaxing as well for some reason, probaley because it was fairly warm most of the time due to the skylight. on the way over i bumped into a certain pony.

" tynar, is that you?"

" hay ellz. how's it with you?" said tynar.

" good. no complaints at the moment. what about you how was the trip?"

" well it was okay. i met a group of performers but i didn't get my bro back. stupid celestia can't bring back the dead and yet can create the sun and control it as she pleases. she's another useless ruler, just like the last 1."

tynar's words were angry and very spiteful but i guess he has a point. if celestia is so powerful, then why could't she bring the dead back? " look tynar, i don't think you should say stuff like that about celestia."

" well why not?! she's just another ruler how gonna just gonna be there just to be the center of attention. i'll be glad when she goes away that's for sure but i won't live long enough for that." said tynar.

" well you seem kinda annoyed. i 'm heading to the underground river, you can go with me if you want."

" ahh... oh what the hell, i may as well." said tynar.

we went over to the lake and relaxed for a bit. " tynar i'm sorry about your brother."

"no i'm sorry for being angry. it's just i was sure the trade was going to work." said tynar.

" so trading a old knife for the ressurection of your brother."

"it's more then a knife. it's apprantley a old knife that belonged to the royal family. it's supposed to give you fighting abilitys but i haven't noticed them. but then again i am a badass already so it probaley won't affect me."

" well at least you met up with a performing group along the way."

"yeah they were preety cool."

" hay tynar, i was planning on having a party tommorow, since me and a courple of other's can't go to the gala. interested?"

" well i might as well. got nothing else planned."

time lapse of a day... i think.

fluttershy, rarity and everyone else had gone to the gala and i was still setting up the party back and ditzy's, with a bit of help from dinky doo. victor and ditzy were going to be back in about a hour or so i guess this could be a party for them. though the list was only of a courple of people so it was gonna be a small party to say the least.

" okay the streamers are set and so are the decorations. dinky doo, how are the muffins?"

" there all set. can i have one please?" said dinky doo.

" sure you can. i may as well have one as well. i mean what's the harm gonna be anyway?" i said to dinky doo.

at that moment, DJ-PON3  came in and said " pinkiepie told me you were throwing a party for ditzy and victor?

" umm yes. why are you..."

" i'm the dj for your party! just think of the dj part as i owed ditzy something a while back and i want to pay it back that's all."

" well sure. just set up your dj stuff anywere and i'll get tynar for the party

i set off to get tynar for the party. he said something about being on the outskirts of town so i went to look for him.

after about 10 minutes i found tynar. " morning ellz." said tynar.

" tynar it's about 6 a clock in the afternoon."

" oh well i was having a lay in that's all."

" ahh never mind, look the party is almost set up so you should head over and such."

" well sure. may as well go as i have nothing else planned."

with that i headed back to ditzy's house and i luckly saw ditzy and victor.

"victor and ditzy, how was the honey moon?"

" it was fantastic holiday, esspechally last night." ditzy giggled and gave victor a qucik kiss on the cheek.

" well it seems you 2 had a lot of fun over the honey moon."

" well we did ellz. how about you then anything speacal happen while we were gone." said victor.

" well dinky doo made a new friend and tynar went to canterlot. that's all i guess."

" aww dinky made a new friend. i'm so proud of my little muffin." said ditzy.

"well i need to head back to the house i forgot my violin for something. bye" i said to ditzy and victor.

i got back and told everyone to get ready which wasn't really that hard since there were only about 3 other ponies there.

we waited patiently for ditzy and victor.

after about 10 minutes we heard knocking on the door and waited to surprise ditzy and victor. we turned the lights off and waited.

the door started to open and the lights turned on. "SURPRISE" said everyone.

"LET'S GET THIS PARTY STARTED" said DJ-PON3 how then started playing a song called pony rock anthem.

ditzy and victor almost had the life scared out of them but were happy to see there daughter.

" hi mum and dad." said dinky as she hugged ditzy and victor.

" hi muffin" said ditzy. " dinky doo i missed you." it was a sweet moment. then the party started.

ditzy did some shufferling, victor did some 80's style dancing, dinky doo went thriller and did the moonwalk and tynar was doing breackdance where as i did some rather basic salsa stuff but the whole party was fun, exciting and enjoyable. it was a nice time and i was glad to see everyone so happy.

after the party, i went to bed and thought about everything that happend and how much fun everything was. i went to sleep and hopefully will have a happy dreams.

( note: i'm going to do the haloween episode for the next chapter and finaly concluade all of this for my final chapter.)

nightmare night.

( now i already said this but i skipped the discord episode mainly because i have no clue what kinda story i could make. that and discord drives my insainity to dangerous levels so let's get to the new chapter, shall we?)

okay so today was nightmare night, the pony equal of haloween and also my favourite time of the year. though that maybe because i watched way too many horror films when i was on earth but still it was nice knowing that one major thing from earth was here and almost was exactley same as well. hopefully i can have a great time doing my favourite part of haloween and that's reading old horror stories.

so the plan for today is simple: get some horror stories and read them and hopefully not get any nightmares in the process.

i went down stairs and saw that tynar had passed out from eating one too many cupcakes. i'm not entirely sure what i should do here. on the one hand i wake up tynar and he might be grumpy or something and on the other hand i could just leave him to rest and such. i'll just leave him for now.

i saw ditzy with dinky doo and victor how all still seemed tired from last night but were awake.

" moring all."

" morning ellz. there was some mail for you today." said ditzy. she passed me the letter and it was from... fluttershy? okay.

"thanks ditzy." i said. the letter read:

" hello ellz. i was wondering if later you could come round my house for the nightmare night.  if it's no problem with you?

okay so the plan for today was first get some horror stories from twilights and maybe get some breackfest on the way then at night go to fluttershy's for something. maybe it was a sleepover or something, i dunno.

okay let's get some breackfest first though. i went over to sugar cube corners to get me some breackfest pancakes. they were a speaciality of pinkie pie and always wake people up, even if they feel rather tired or hung over and luckily for me i was not hung over but i was tired. i went in and asked for the pancakes and it quickly occured to me why there so wackey upy: pinkie covers them in a sauce she invented simply called " rush." and the name fits. after eating the pancakes, i felt like i had eaten a night's worth of muffins in a minute.

as i was eating, rainbow dash came along for a bit of chating.

" hello dash. happy nightmare night."

" back at ya ellz. so what are you planning today?"

" gonna get some horror storys from the libary and go over to fluttershy's for a sleepover."

" fluttershy invited you for a sleepover? aww that's cute. she usally invites me around every year but i guess not this year."

" i wonder why? say do you mind if i ask but do you know any good horror stories."

"sorry ellz but no. i'm not a reada. well i got to go, apple jack needs me for some work."

"well have fun i guess." and with that i left and went to twilights.

along the way, i saw rarity so i thought i would say hi.

" happy nightmare night rarity."

" a happy nightmare night as well ellz. um do you reacon you could help me here?"

"sure. what's the problem?"

" well i'm planning on collecting some plant's in the everfree forest for a dress i was macking and would aprciate some help."

" well okay. what kinda plants anyway?"

" well let's see ( get's out small list) 1 lion lily, 1 posion joke and 1 det'e bloomer"

with that we set off into the forest in serch of the said plants.

first one was the lion lily and the name was apropiate as the flower looked like a lions mane and was goldy brown or was browny gold? ahh oh well onto the next plant.

as i've already gone through backwards talking effects of the posion joke plant, i knew effects so i got some tweezers from rarity's make up bag and carefully picked up the plant and placed it in the bag.

next was the bloomer.

30 minutes later.

" hay rarity do you have any idea were this plant is?"

"well yes. zecora told me it's located near a little spring up a head."

" how is zecora? i haven't seen her in a while."

" she's seems fine at the moment though i can probaly guess that being here does make a person lonley."

" well she's probalye used to it, considering how everyone advoided her before."

" well yes, though some pony's are still scared of her but just a lot less now."

" well it's better then nothing." we continued to talk as we made our way over to the spring.

the spring it self was fairly small, big enough for about 1 pony but it had the plant we were looking for.

" so why is this plant called det'e anyway?" i asked rarity.

"well the french word for beautiful is det'e i beleave, so the name means beautiful bloom."

" oh. well it isn't blooming yet so maybe we should come back later."

" maybe but let me see if i can get a seed of it first." with the some eyelash twezers or something, rarity got a tiny seed from the plant and placed it her bag.

with the plants collected, we set back for pony vile and raritys fashion shop or boutique or however you want to say it.

" so rarity why do you need the plants as parts of your dress or something?"

" well yes. the lily is for a hat i'm macking for a odd fellow in canterlot, the posion joke is for a certain prince and the det'e is for a modal in canterlot."

" huh. well glad to be of help. by the way tynar might be a bit late today. he got knocked out from eating too many cupcakes."

" well that's not the first time someone's been knocked out from a cupcake and thanks again."

we went our seprate ways and i set out to finally get those horror stories from twilight.

so i went to the libary, and knocked on the door. the door opened to twilights assistant spike.

" hello there. haven't seen you before."

" same here. names ellz. your name is?"

" my names spike. i'm twilights assistant with everthing bassicly. any reason why your here?"

" oh i just came to see if there were any horror stories."

" hmm... i'm sure there was a courple in here somewhere. come in and sit somewhere."

i went inside and waited for spike to see if he could find the books. as i was waiting, twilight came down stairs.

"afternoon twilight."

" afternoon as well ellz. any reason why your here."

" oh well i came to see if you had any horror stories for nightmare night that's all. spike let me in and at the moment he's looking for them."

" oh that clears everything up. i do have 1 horror storie but's for little filles and such."

" oh. well thanks anyway. have a good day twilight. tell spike i said thanks."

"will do."

i set of for cave to take a nap to pass a bit of time. on the way i bumped into tynar who was in a cheery mood.

" afternoon ellz. happy nightmare night."

" thanks tynar. happy nightmare night to you as well." i sighed.

" ahh what's wrong? it's nightmare night for pete's sack! i finaly get an exscuse to scare the crud out of everyone."

"it's just i could'ent find any horror storys that's all. shame really."

" oh well the horror of the night is not what makes it fun. it's scaring the crud out of people, that's the best part."

" well there's to there own, that's what i say. well i'm going now, see ya later."

" see later ellz. "

so i walked over to the cave and took a nice peaceful nap to pass the time. so yeah... time lapse of about 3 hours later.

it was about night time and a i guess any of a good time to go to fluttershy's now. it was still fairly early for anyone to be trick or treating so the streets were still filled with pony's hanging decorations. i did see some fairly decent costumes along the way though: macontsh was dressed as i think a ninja and i saw zecora in a kinda witch/ shaman coctume and they both looked really cool.

on the way i did see tynar dressed up in a hocky mask with fake blood on to be extra scary. were do you even get fake blood anyway?

i ventured towards fluttershy's cottage and as i was, the moon was out in all it's glory. i'd never understood why people consider the sun so nice and preety. i'm more of a night person myself, and if i got the chance, i would lay on a hill and watch the stars back on earth but that was rare mainly because the smoke from the factories and stuff made it difficult to see the stars at all.  here however it was easy as pie. stars were clear and bright and the moon was beautiful as well.

i knocked on fluttershy's door and waited for her. the door opend to fluttershy with a happy face and hey angelic smile.

" happy nightmare night fluttershy."

"happy nightmare night as well ellz. do you want to come in?"

" sure. you invited me remember?" as i said this, i gave a hug to fluttershy.

fluttershy's home was surprisingly spacious and a fire had been lit as well. that was good as it cold outside.

" so ellz... how are you?"

" i good. a bit dissapointed but i'm good."

" what's wrong then? you can tell me." with that fluttershy sat down next to the fire with some tea. i walked over and sat besides her.

" well i was looking for some horror stories to read because of it being nightmare night and i could't find any."

" i had the same problem as well today."

" you read horror stories? that's a surprise."

" what's that supposed to mean?"

" well it's just that out of everyone, you seem the most... scared."

" i'm shy, not scared. though i can understand what your saying."

the room was silent for about a minute or so until i broke the silence.

" so shy do you mind if i ask something?"

"sure" said fluttershy nervousley.

" why did you invite me? why not dash or rarity?"

"well you've been really kind to me and i thought that maybe you would want to stay over, spend sometime together and so i could tell you something important..." and with that, someone was knocking on the door.

" i'll get that" said fluttershy. she walked over and opened the door to see twilight in a wizard costume and princess luna.

fluttershy was a bit scared to say the least of luna and luna being in canterlot mode did not help one bit.

fluttershy was being asked to give luna voice lessons. " well um luna if you were to go a bit calmer and quieter with your voice, then maybe your'll fit in more." said fluttershy.

lunas voive then changed from canterlot to a calmer and much more gentler voice. with that, twilight and the princess went back to pony vile and fluttershy went back inside.

" so ellz do you mind if i ask something?"

" sure go a head."

" well you know when we kissed under the misletoe?"

" yes i do. it was nice but why do you bring it up?"

"well it's just i've been doing a bit of thinking and i like you a lot. and i want to ask what do you think of us."

" well your more then my friend that's for sure. when i'm around you i get this sense of carm happyness, kinda like a bit of heavan and you mean a lot to me and i think i love you fluttershy."

fluttershy said no words but instead we kissed with a passion that was just like the fire in fluttershy's house. we didn't sleep much that night but i'll leave what happens until later.

25 years later.

i've now lived in equestia for about  25 years now, yet it only feel's like 10 years to be honest. a lot of things have happend over these years and i think you should know these so let's just start with twilight.

twilight became the most powerful unicorn in all of equestia, becoming just as powerful as princess celestia. she had been placed as the next person to be in charge of the sun and such when celestia finally passes away but that's not for a courple of years and if anything twilights mastery in magic had made her a hero across equestia. she had saved pony vile from a dragon attack and a flood and several other disasters over the years on her own.

apple jack and her family were still running the farm and the farm had grew over the years to be preety damn massive and the largest in all of equestia so that's a good thing but sadly time is a cruel person. over the years granny smith, apple jacks grandmother, had died of old age in her sleep. the funeral was long and sad. there was no person that didn't cry. even apple jack, the toughest pony i know, broke down in tears. it was a sad moment in life and while no one can truly recover from the death of a relitive, it's important that we remember the good moments rather then the bad moments of there lives as the best way to remember them.

okay let's see there was also rarity and tynar, how had turned raritys boutique into the largest fashion business in all of equestia and also to top it off they got engaged. it surprised everyone and to be honest i didn't think it would last that long but they've been happily married for a courple of years know and i'm happy for them. let's see what else was there....

oh yes rainbow dash became the leader of the wonder bolts and the best flyer of all time. she held about a hundred world records in flying and lead the wonder bolts to further glory and respect across the world. she started up a smaller group to help scootaloo as well. over the years, it was revealed that scootaloo had no parents there cause of death was still unknown but rainbow dash decided to adopt scootaloo as a sister. to be honest i thought they were already related but i digress.

scootaloo's team was called the dash bolts and were a big hit with young flyers and and young pony's in genral.

pinkie pie had developed a relation ship with princess celestia over the years. pinkie pies royal cupcakes were among celestias favourites and due to a princess liking pinke's food, sugar cube corner became massiveley famous and almost in a day, a shop opened up in canterlot and the business spread like wild fire. to top this off, pinkie pie had formed a decent relationship with the princess. they hanged out, they talked a lot and they had fun with each other as well. it was kinda weird seeing someone of celestias standerd and someone of pinkie pies personality together but they were really good friends.

okay there was ditzy and victor and there new son drake. drake was about 10 years old at the moment and was born as a earth pony, just like his father but inherited her mothers eye's. it was kinda tricky but victor had taught his son about how to take care of himself and ditzy taught him about the eye condion and how to deal with it. dinky doo on the other hoof had become the greatist scientist in equestia.

she invented nano magic, which aloud for doctors to fix nerves and cure a courple of major diesease.

she also invented mech wings, which could replace a pegasises wings if they broke beyond repair. these inventions alone made diinky doo the greatest scientist of her time.

okay there was also flora, the spirit that lives in victors sword went to live with zecora, how had been working on the elements of harmony or trying to add new ones at least. the powers of flora and zecora had made the plans for new elements but no one at the moment seems to fit the bill but still macking these plans was a lot of hard work for zecora and she and flora became friends out of this so really there's a bit of a win- win here.

lastly there was fluttershy how had a little fille called rose. she was beautiful young fille and i'm proud to say that i'm the father. me and shy got married and only had a kid a courple of years ago, but shy wanted a kid and how could i say no to her? the years with flutter shy have been the best in my whole life. there is one bad thing about all of this though...

zecora about 25 years ago a darkness would came and it's been 25 years now. twilght has received letters on this and the elements of harmony and zecora and me are going to meet the princess and discuss this issue.

we arrived at the castle and went into the hall with celestia. she seemed worried and fearful but so was zecora how knew what would happen before anyone else.

" i'm glad you could all come along" said celestia.

" the matter we addressing is dire and urgent so i'll let zecora explain this issue in better detail."

" my friends, this darkness comes one every few millenia and if not stopped will destroy the world as we know it."

everyone was at a loss for words as what to do but zecora had a plan.

" i have designed these new elements to add to the elements of harmony but we need some how is brave, someone how is caring, one how brings joy to other ponys and lastly someone how is a leader"

i put my hoof up and made a suggestion for the elements.

"i think ditzy and victor should have the elements of bravery and caring. victor has stood up to monsters over the years and ditzy has cared for me, victor, dinky doo and drake. they should be worthy candidates."

zecora replied with " we shall have to see but we still have 2 elements that are undesided."

after a while, rarity put her hoof up and said " tynar might suit the leadership element. he has many qualites that make him a good leader." she said.

" we shall have to see what happens about that but there's still the last element of joy."

" what about ellz?" said fluttershy in a nervous voice.

" he brings a lot of joy to my life and if that dosen't count then what will?" said flutter shy.

" well the darkness will appering in about a hour so here's the plan: fluttershy and rainbow dash i need you 2 to gather victor, ditzy and tynar and everyone else i need you to be ready for what will happen. if this fails then it has been an honour knowing all of you in this time and hour." we all bowed to princess celestia and headed off.

i talked to zecora and asked if there was a back up plan or anything that would help.

" there is a alternitive, grim may it be."

" and that is?"

" we have to use someones soul and sacrafice it to the darkness. the energy alone will destroy it but the person will die in the process. if it does get to that, i will use my own soul to stop it."

" what if mulitiple pony's gave up a fraction of there soul's, would that work?"

" well yes but it would leave those pony's in horrible pain and suffering."

" oh. well it won't lead to soul sacrafice, i just know it."

we smiled and headed out to the balcony, were the others were waiting.

everyone was nervous of what was going to happen. i was as well but i kept a carm face for the situation. whatever was coming, we were going up against it, no matter what.

after about 10 minutes, victor, ditzy and tynar came along with fluttershy and rainbow dash. we were all here.

we started to see if the elements were going to work. first was victor. the magic surrounded him and the element started to form. the gem formed a around victor and took the shape of his dragon cutie mark.

next was ditzy. the element again formed fairly well and it seemed to work. the element took the shape of ditzy's cutie mark of a muffin.

then there was tynars. the element would'ent form for some reason but instead it changed to a differant element: the element of memories. tynars past had shaped the element to this instead and it started to form around tynar.

my element was next.

it started to form like the other ones but something went wrong the element stopped forming and now we were worried.

it turned out that my cutie mark still had missing some parts of it so the element can't take on a proper shape. the problem was easily fixed as zecora had some voodoo potions that fixed it easily. the element now was forming the shape of my cutie mark, a violin, and it formed around me. everything was ready in about a courple of minutes, the darkness was going to appear.

it appeared and it was like a tidal wave of terror, it was swallowing everything in it's path.

the elements started to act and we stood together and floated upwards. the elements fired a a powerful blast that was pushing back the darkness but it wasn't going away.

" why isn't it working zecora?!" said celestia.

" it needs more power. my queen, join in use your power but i must warn you that if you do this, due to not being one of the elements of harmony, you will lose your godlike powers." said zecora.

without ansering, celestia jumped in the gave her powers up to up the harmonys power. the darkness disapperd into were ever it came from.

we all fell to the floor and pinkie pie said " LET'S HAVE A PARTY!".

twilight walked over to celestia to see if she was alright.

" my dear student twilight sparkel, i must ask you something of dire need."

" anything celestia." said twilight.

celestia took of her crown and gave it to twilight. " twilight sparkle, i want you to take over for me. i can't control the sun anymore and need you to take over as the new princess." and with that celestia passed away. with her immortality gone, her body finally gave and she passed away.

twilight was in tears over this. celestia was like a mother to twilight. everyone left to give her some privacy.

"we actually did? HALA FRIEKING U YA!" said tynar how then gave rarity a kiss on the lips.

" that was AWESOME!" rainbow dash. she flew around the castle halls doing flips and such to celerbrate.

"well should we head back fluttershy or what do you want to do fluttershy?" i said.

" well i think we should go with pinkie pies's idea and have a party." said fluttershy.

" well what are we waiting for th..." at that moment a, princess luna came along and everyone bowed to her.

" if your having a party, the use the gala hall. i'll make sure everyone in pony vile can get here." said luna how then went off.

twilight came out from the balcony, with the tears finally gone. apple jack comforted her.

" rest your head sugar cube, it's all over now." said apple jack.

twilight simply hugged apple jack in comfort. she was going through a lot at the moment and she needed a friend like apple jack at the moment.

pinkie went to set up the party with dash and me and fluttershy went back to the house to see rose again.

it was about a 15 minute trip back ,thanks to a carriot pulled by 2 guards, and we saw rose again but she was asleep in her little bed.

" so shy, what do you want to do now?" i asked.

" i'm tired from the elements so how about we go to sleep together?"

" sure fluttershy." we went up stairs, got into bed next to each other and went to sleep to rest and pass sometime.

4 hours later...

we woke up and went downstairs to get ready for the party. i put on the a tux and fluttershy put on a dress that rarity made for fluttershy a courple of years ago.

" you look beautiful this evening shy." i said.

" you look very smart as well ellz." fluttershy said.

before we headed of, we rang up a baby sitter for rose how came very quickly. we told him how long we would be gone for and then set off for the party.

when we got there, the gala had been decorated to seem just like a pinkie pie party and to have that feel to it. rainbow dash helped pinkie pie with the decorating and gathering the food for the party. twilight and apple jack came as well, though after apple jack had helped with twilights crying. ditzy and victor turned up as well along with rarity and tynar, so everyone was here and ready to party.

the party began and everyone was having fun. everyone was dancing and having a great time, even luna took to the dance floor and vinal scrach was playing the music with octavia as they were apparantley a DJ and classical music pair. awesome.

pinkie had even set up kareoke for anyone that wanted to sing. pinkie sang a song called "still alive". were have i heard this before? ahh well, tynar started singing with rarity some song called " endless possibilites" and they sing really well together. me and fluttershy sang together as well and we sung something called "thriller". sounds familiar.

me and fluttershy sat outside and looked at the stars. they were as beautiful as life it self.

"ellz?"

" yeah shy?"

" i love you."

" i love you two." and with that we embraced each other and let the stars watch us. the perfect moment in my life.

i'm with my friends, the night is beautiful, and i'm with the one i love. i hope this never changes.
