Months have passed since the night Anon spent with the Crystal Empire’s princesses ‘sealing the deal’ with them, and things were much better than they were before. Well, in their way anyway. With a deep breath and a sigh, he continued on his way, ignoring the stares he was getting. He stopped at Shining Armor’s statue and looked up at him. He saluted out of respect, then continued.

As he was making it to the castle, the guards didn’t put up resistance and even bowed as he passed by them, nodding to them. He still felt weird about being bowed to, but he brushed it off, not worrying about it. He could feel the guards staring at him once his back was to them, but again, didn’t worry about it.

He looked up, seeing Flurry through one of the lower windows, waving to him while cradling her midsection. With another deep breath, he continued into the castle, ready for what they were gonna do.

He was gonna be a father soon and whatever the future was gonna hold for him next, he’d accept it as long as he was with his family.
