2 hours passed for the girls and Murray who were still exercising. Then Anthony came in and saw the Crusaders, Applejack and Murray.

"Hi girls, Murray! What are you up to?" Anthony said.

"Exercising Anthony! You should try it!" Murray said.

"If you say so." Anthony said as he joined in.

Then Greg came out and saw everyone exercising.

"Hey! This looks like fun!" Greg said as he joined in also.

Then finally Jeff came out and saw everyone exercising.

"Hi guys! Exercise!!" Jeff said as he joined in.

"Hey! A few ball games! I give that a go!" Anthony said as he tried lifting the ball but it was heavy.

"Ohh!! Murray what kind of ball is this?" Anthony said.

"That's a medicine ball Anthony it's really heavy." Murray said as Greg pulled Anthony back up.

"I'll say. Oh well. I've had enough of that anyway." Anthony said.

"I say Murray? Don't you think you should take a bit of a break there?" Greg said.

"Well it says 15 minutes a day for a week. But I've been going for over 2 hours already! Soon I'll be as big and strong as Mr. Muscleman! And I'll be able to lift that weight!" Murray said.

"Uh Murray you do know that doesn't work that way right?" Applejack said.

"She's right Murray. Exercise makes you feel good and gives you more energy but you can't overdo it you know." Greg said.

"Yeah Murray and you shouldn't try lifting things that are too heavy for you." Anthony said.

"Im not overdoing it. Just look at me! I feel bigger and stronger already!" Murray said running to the mirror. "Im huge!!"

The Wiggles and the girls all said 'Huh?'

"Im Muscle Murray!! One of the strongest people in the world!! Murray said.

"Hmm. He so much wants to look like Mr. Muscleman but he thinks he can build himself up in just one day." Greg said.

"Yeah Murray needs to understand that he's needs time for the muscles to kick in." Sweetie Belle said.

"Hey Anthony catch this!!" Murray said throwing the medicine ball at him and caught it.

"Oh Murray it's too heavy!!" Anthony said as he dropped onto the beanbag.

"For some of us. But after I worked on my Mr Muscleman machine I feel so strong!! I reckon im ready to lift the heavy weight!!" Murray said.

"The heavy weight?!" The Wiggles and the girls said. Will Murray lift the weight? Can he do it? Only time will tell.

Can he lift it? We'll find out!
