Twelve years after defeating the Dark Master, Malefor, and bringing peace to the realms, Spyro and Cynder have mated and are expecting an egg. However, they soon receive word from Ignitus that their quest to restore peace may not yet be finished and that their enemy has found a new target in a land called Equestria.
