Timeline:
On the day of Twilight's coronation, Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow successfully unlock the power of Grogar's Bewitching Bell, allowing them to use it to make themselves all-powerful. They then betray Grogar and drain him of his magic, revealing him to be Discord in disguise.

Twilight reveals to Luster Dawn that today is the Friendship Council meeting, and one-by-one her friends arrive: Pinkie Pie, now married to Cheese Sandwich and having to watch over her son Li'l Cheese, Rarity who has just opened a new boutique in Yakyakistan, Rainbow Dash, who is now in charge of the Wonderbolts, Applejack, who has taken over the duties at Sweet Apple Acres, and Fluttershy, who continues to run her sanctuary with help from Discord.

But alas our ponies have defeated these fools already, and now unveils the time after the coronation of Twilight.

Approximately, it has been 3 years since the coronation of Twilight...

Twilight makes it just in time for her coronation, but the ceremony encounters many problems. After the group share a laugh about the disastrous ceremony, Twilight decides to establish a Council of Friendship so she can maintain her relationships with her friends by convening once every moon, while Celestia and Luna retire to Silver Shoals.

The end of the peace times, however was near, as War the Minocorn, borne anew from Ti'rek's horn and Nightmare Moon's mane, came into being, once again.

War stood much larger than the other ponies in Silver Shoals, where he arose first...

(PS Ponies in my verse are 1/2 the size of a adult human, but Celestia is around 5'5'')

"IM GONNA KILL SOME PONIES!!!!!" He screamed as he approached Luna and Celestia, alerting them as he approached.

Celestia narrowed her eyes, "Ugh just when I thought retirement was boooring..." She lunged fast at War, whose horn glowed bright suddenly. *BOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!* A huge explosion occured as Celestia lay beaten slightly, of course, being the Princess of all of Equestria, she was not yet licked, and lunged once more. "EXPLAIN YOURSELF fellow pony!" she screeched as Luna attacked War from behind. "HYAA!" The attack was useless, as War had teleported behind Luna, and blasted her with the same attack he did Celestia. "AGHHHHHHH!" Luna fell on her haunches, looking scared.

"I am War,APOPHIS The Draconequus OF WAR!"
*Thunder surrounded the area as Celestia and Luna looked at each other knowing they needed to run*

War-APOPHIS charged up a huge Kamehameha like Ki-Beam (except that it was RED) and aimed it at Celestia and Luna!
"WAAAAAAAAR HAAAAAA MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE .........."
By then Celestia and Luna started flying in hopes of escape.
"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!"

*The blast destroyed half of all of what was once Silver Shoals*

Celestia carried a half unconscious Luna away, heading for Canterlot...
