Ch.23

" Come on Matt, we're going to be late getting candy!" Tom whines as Matt got his costume on. Both of the humans had been estatic to learn that they had a halloween in Equstria. They both were in their 20s but every year they would dress up and go out and get candy with the little kids. It pissed the parents off most of the times but they never cared. Each year Matt would pick something different, a spaceman one year , a cowboy another year.Tom was batman every year for some reason. This year wasn't any different he was sure.

Opening the door Matt saw one of the cuitest things Matt had ever seen. Applebloom was the Joker, with the paint in her face and the purple suit and everything. Sweete Belle was the Riddler, with the green suit and the hat with question marks all over them. Scottaloo was the Penguin, with the umberlla and the monocle and the suite. Matt was wearing a Master Chief this wear. He didn't see Tom yet but he guessed that he was still getting his suite on. The girls looked up at him and they all grinned.

" Wanna know who I got these scars Matt?" Applebloom said in a very Joker-like voice. " Riddle me this Matt." Sweete Belle said. Scootallo laughed just like the Penguin and said in a english voice, " Where's the bat?" Matt almost passed out from the cuiteness. AWWWWWWWWWWWWW! He thought as he laughed at the girls. " Hey have you seen Tom girls. " I'm Batman!" A gruff voice said behind him making Matt almost jump out of his suite. He turned around and no one was there. " I am the dark knight!"

The voice sounded like it was coming from everywhere. " Come on Tom come out!" Matt said, his friend did this every year. He turned around and Tom was right in his face, scaring the shit out of Matt again. If he was taller than I would think he really was Batman Matt thought as he looked at his friend. Rarity had done a very good job, the armor, the cape, and the cowl looked like it did in the movies. Tom looked down at the girls, opening up the cape and casing a shadow on them.

" Prepare for Justice Villians!" He charged the giggling girls and chased them around them room. They realized that they outnumbered him so they turned around and jumped him. While the girls and Tom played the door smashed open, revealing Pinkie and Twilight. Pinkie was Batwomen this year, a lot of ponies were dressing up after the stories that Tom told them, and Twilight was Gandalf the White. " What are you waiting for everypony? We got candy to get!" TOm and the girls cheered and ran out with Pinkie.

Twilight rolled her eyes was gave Matt a peck on the cheel after he took off his helmet. " You know your too old to go trick-or-treating." She told him, he chuckled. " If you told Tom the he would TP your house without a second thought. Why are you dressed as Gandalf?" Twilight grinned at him as they walked around town. " You know that story is becoming very popular all over Equestria, they might make a movie out of it."

" Tom's probably going to demand the movie rights."

" He did bring the story to Equestria." They both laughed and Tom, Pinkie and a bunch of kids came right up to them with a mountain of candy. " Twilight" Tom asked her " Can you get this cape into a glider?" She looked at him funny but nodded yes. Tom's grinn got to Pinkie Pie praportions. " Then do it!".....

Later in the night....

Matt waited in the opening where Princess Luna would appear toscare the kids and take their candy. Luna loved this time of year because no one was scared of her. Okay, they were scared, but it was a fun scared. The kids were giddy with excitement as they waited for her to show up.

They were putting candy on her statue as well as Matt, he wanted to play the part. A thick green fog surround covered everything. Matt grinned, he knew that his was fake and he was scared. Luna came out of the fog as nightmare moon and started to yell at the kids about the candy and stuff. Matt wasn't listening, the only thing that could think about was where Tom went....

" Are you sure this is a good idea Tom?" Rainbow Dash asked as they lined up one of the pumkin catapults that they had borrowed. " If your right and Twilight's spell works this is not only a good idea it'll be a awwsome idea!"

" What if it doesn't work?"

" Then tell then that I still want my name on credits when they make the pony lord of the rings. Now pull that fucking lever!"

Rainbow pulled the lever and Tom was catapulted through the air. Lets hope this works Tom thought as he spread his cape. To Toms delight the cape became a glider and he flew toward the clearing where he knew Luna and all of the other ponies. He soon saw that Luna was there and he quietly landed behind her, and at the perfect moment too, because she yelled, " I am Nightmare moon!"

Tom grinned and towered over her. Making his cape into a glider again he shouted in his best Batman voice." I'm Batman!" Luna couldn't of jumped any higher as Tom hit the ground laughing with the rest of ponyville.....

The rest of the night was really fun with Luna being the life of the party. Then the entire night was made. Big Mac was walking through the crowd going to Rainbow Dash, who was talking to Matt, Tom, and Luna. He looked really nervous as he got her attention. " Um Dash"

" Ya Mac?"

" ya know that I love ya right?" Dash smiled.

" Ya Mac, and I love you too." Mac gulped and got out a ring. All of the ponies gasped and Rainbow looked like she was about to cry with happyness, her hooves covering her mouth.

" Will ya marry me?" Rainbow nodded yes and started to cry.

" Dear Celestia yes yes yes!"

All of the ponies and the humans cheered. Tom picked up Mac and spun them both around and then grabbing Rainbow. You know with this means Mac?" He asked as ponies were congradulating them.

" what?"

" You get a bachlor party! And I'm going to make it awesome!" Mac tried to surpress a groan but it came out anyway. He loved Tom like a brother but he didn't want him to buy him a stripper!.....
