"I'm not sure but that's not the point, debate!" Monostallion ordered

"So uh, I may be seated between the mastermind and Rufus but what should we talk about?" Queen Haven asked

"Let's figure out all suspicious points and see where we come up with" Hitch suggested

"Agreed" Zipp said

I'm not sure where we're gonna start with but maybe I can figure out what's wrong or right with the clues in front of me so I pressed on the Nonstop Debate button with a few others joining as then me and a few others moved forward

"The body was discovered in the Plant Room" Alphabittle thought

"That much is obvious" Sprout said

"The murder weapon wasn't found there" Queen Haven thought

"The culprit could've sewed it back" Rufus said

"Can you confirm that the laceration was the thing that actually killed Posey and not the strangulation?" Dazzle asked

"Well, uh, I do have to admit I made that teeny tiny mistake because I couldn't see if there was spikes on it" Monostallion accepted embarrassingly

"Well, that's one mystery figured out" Rocky said

"Okay, so what's next?" Jazz asked

"How about we talk about the alibi's of those who were free that might give us a hint" Phyllis said

"Alright then, let's do it" Izzy said

[Make Your Argument]

"Okay to start off me and Rocky were together the whole time in my room" Jazz said

"I can confirm that" Rocky said

"I was in my room preparing songs for the party and when I finished I wanted to get a snack" Pipp said

"Well, I was in my room until Phyllis went to get me and ask if I wanted to go around so in the end I had an alibi" Izzy said

"I was napping the whole day until the party began" Rufus said

"To be honest I was also napping if you don't count that one time Izzy came to talk to me" Queen Haven said

Wait somepony said something wrong, well, I am gonna fix this

"No that's wrong!" I called out

"Yes you could've been napping but what you said about Izzy was not true" I said

"Well, it was not true but it was also true" Izzy answered

"Seriously?!" Skye yelled out angrily

"Yes, I spent some time with Queen Haven but it wasn't for long" Izzy explained

"Oh, now I get it" I said

"Still, that means Rufus was the only one in his room" Phyllis said

"What! I know for a fact that I was napping!" Rufus said angrily

"Yeah, yeah, that's what they all say, if that's so how did you get out of your room so easily" Phyllis said

"Excuse me! Are you saying I was wrong?" Rufus asked

Oh no, I have a bad feeling about this, I gotta break this

I then pressed the button as me, Rufus and Phyllis went to the front

"I was in my room the whole night" Rufus said angrily
"You could've gone out and killed Posey!" Phyllis yelled out angrily

[Affirm Phyllis]

"She's true you know Rufus" I said

"Well, that's not possible I was the one who started the BDA with you along with Dazzle!" Rufus said angrily
"I'm afraid that's not possible since there could've been a chance somebody else could've done it" Phyllis said

[Deny Phyllis]

"That's not possible if that happened how would there be a BDA" Phyllis said

"Whatever the point, I didn't do it" Rufus said
"Are you saying someponies found the body before?" Phyllis asked

[Deny Phyllis]

"I'm gonna change your mind about this!" I yelled out

"Actually, that's not possible, sure somepony else could've found the body but if you look really deeply at the rules there need to be exactly 3 people to make a Body Discovery Announcement" I said

"Dang it!" Phyllis yelled out

"So either there's a mystery pony who found the body before or it was the first time it was found" Zipp thought

"Correct Zipp" I said

"So, what should we talk about next?" Queen Haven asked

"I'm not sure, there must be some hidden clue the culprit left behind" Pipp thought

"As a war veteran, we should think about any murder weapons that could've been used" Sprout said

"Wait hold on!" I called out

After calling out that everypony turned to me

"I didn't find it but Jazz told me about it, here" I said

[Missing Kitchen Knife]

"A missing kitchen knife?" Alphabittle asked confused

"Yes, I know this might sound weird but the culprit and the victim could've had a struggle" I answered

"A struggle?!" Pipp asked

"Yes, there could be a possibility that it was a one on one duel" I answered

"Well, we know who won, right Sunny?" Izzy asked

"Yes, the victim lost and the culprit won" I answered

"Well, if that happened, there must be a clue that shows it was a struggle" Dahlia answered

"There is" I said

[Scratches on the wall]

"There were scratches on the walll" I explained

"Yeah, and they seem that small for a knife to be used" Izzy said

"Hold on, scratches on the wall, a duel, vines... What if the victim in the end used her powers to make vines appear" Zipp thought

"And how do you think it's possible?" Skye asked

"I'm not sure if I said it correctly but there was glitter on the ground so all you had to do was stomp on the ground and a vine would appear" Zipp answered

"Yeah that's possible, sometimes I use that too if I want to eat" Hitch said

"Still, that's a good theory" I said

"Especially with a certain clue" Izzy said

"True" I said

[Glitter on the Ground]

"There was glitter on the ground" I explained

"Wait, I thought the glitter would disappear if it was used" Zipp said

"Well, when Investigating I stepped on it so it actually didn't disappear" I corrected

"How could it not disappear?" Dahlia asked

"I'm not sure but there's gotta be a reason for it" I explained

"Agreed, and we'll know if we continue on with the trial" Zipp said

"True" I said

"Okay, what should we talk about next?" Izzy asked

"Well, this might seem weird but I saw something the previous day" I explained

"What did you see?" Dazzle asked

[Mysterious Figure]

"I got it!" I yelled out before explaining "Well, when I was talking with Hitch the previous day I saw somepony slipping away, I of course asked Hitch if he saw something to which Hitch said I might be hallucinating but I have a feeling this is also useful for this case" I said

"Well, I have to trust you with that, what if it was the killer who slipped past you two" Zipp thought

"So, somepony must've seen Sunny and Hitch walking by so they either ran in super speed using their Ponypad or they wore a cape" Dahlia thought

"Wait a minute, we haven't thought about that" Rufus said

"About what?" Dahlia asked

"Well, if you remember the settings of our Monopad you would see that somepony could've made somepony else really slow or the culprit could've made himself run in super speed" I said

[Flashback Start:]

"And then there's the settings which can mess up settings in a pony's chip which I've added in their heads with my mysterious powers so you can do for instance make a pony run really fast in order to have them run straight in a wall or really slow to make sure you can kill them" Monostallion explained

[Flashback End;]

"Right, I forgot about that" Dahlia said

"Still, that's a good idea Sunny" Zipp said

"True, and since we haven't seen a cloak for anypony except for Rufus we can only assume they either asked one from Rufus or that idea is out of the window" Izzy thought

"So, everypony's still suspicious?" Pipp asked

"Yes, including those who were in their rooms without an alibi" Hitch answered

"Okay, guys, maybe I can help, what if those who were working on the party told us their tasks to see who is suspicious" Phyllis thought

"Good idea" I said

"Well, Sunny and I of course were making smoothies" Skye explained

"I was training to sing songs as you all knew" Pipp said

"I was working on the tables" Alphabittle said

"I got some microphones and CD's for songs to sing" Dahlia said

"Dazzle and I were working on the drinks" Zipp answered

"I was focused on guarding Sunny, Skye and the food" Hitch said

"Well, I was focused on getting flowers for a few tables" Sprout said

"And I was focused on checking on the preparations, I even went to get Izzy that one time" Phyllis said

"Did you go to her to kill her?!" Sprout asked in shock

"No, of course not, I asked her if she would like to check up on you, I thought she got to you" Phyllis answered

"Well, she didn't" Sprout said

After Sprout said that Phyllis turned to Izzy angrily

"We're gonna have a big talk when we get back" Phyllis said angrily

"That's besides the point, let's just ask the helpers who were together if they saw something weird" I suggested

"That must be me, I didn't see anything weird, the only thing I saw was Posey coming to the kitchen rather weirdly" Hitch said

"Hold on a second, Pipp, you said that you went to get something to eat" Izzy said

"Uh, yeah, why?" Pipp asked

"Well, I know for a fact that Sprout and Hitch were the only ones that were guarding so either you came in when Sprout wasn't looking or you actually killed!" Zipp said angrily

"Well, that's not true, I didn't kill Posey, you have to trust me!" Pipp said

"Yeah, Zephyrina, it's to early to decide for that" Queen Haven said

"Okay, okay, but you're still on the suspects list" Zipp said

"Okay, let's review the case from what we already know, maybe there's gotta be a clue somewhere we're missing" Dahlia suggested

Okay, while we do that I should listen really carefully to what's gonna be said

[Make Your Argument]

"Okay, we all already know that we splitted up to do tasks" Izzy said

"Me looking around, Dahlia and Alphabittle in the storage room, Sprout in the plant room, Izzy in her room and Haven's room for a moment before gotten out by me, Hitch, Skye and Sunny in the Kitchen sort of and Zipp in the Kitchen and AV Room" Phyllis explained

"While others stayed in their rooms except for me, Alphabittle and my mom" Pipp said

"During the preparations, Posey came to me and tried to go inside the Kitchen" Zipp said

"A while after that Queen Haven went to eat as I joined in with her" Alphabittle said

"You didn't tell us about this!" Sprout said in anger

"Now I did" Alphabittle explained

Alphabittle is right, but there was somepony that was also correct, I should also give her props

[Queen Haven's Account]

"While others stayed in their rooms except for me, Alphabittle and my mom" Pipp said

"I agree with that!" I yelled out

"I know this might sound weird but Queen Haven and Alphabittle also definitely went to the Cafeteria" I explained

"Didn't we just say that it was impossible to go there?" Skye asked

"For Queen Haven yes, but if Alphabittle went there too, she might've been able to get food easily" I explained

"Oh! Now I get it but I also don't... Why?" Dazzle asked

"The truth is Hitch and Sprout possibly would only have had people who were working at the party go in the room, so it could've been possible thay Queen Haven actually didn't go to the Cafeteria alone but she had somepony as company, isn't that right Alphabittle?" I asked

"Yeah, it is, I just wanted to have a little lunch after the preparations, it was tiring me out" Alphabittle said

"That might be true, but it was during lunch that you asked Haven a few suspicious questions, right?" I asked

"Uh, yeah, why'd you ask?" Alphabittle asked

"I'd like to know why you said those things?" I asked

"Oh, well, uh, that's because I wanted to be sure she's not gonna betray me" Alphabittle said

"But you asked it in the weirdest way possible!" Queen Haven said

"Hold on if none of them did it, then who's the culprit?" Zipp asked

"So far the suspicious people are Alphabittle, Rufus and Sprout

"I'm not the culprit!" Alphabittle said angrily
"I'm not the culprit!" Rufus said angrily
"I'd never make war again so I'm not sus!" Sprout said angrily

"It's not me!" Sprout, Alphabittle and Rufus said in unison and anger

I just made things worse, three of the most suspicious ponies are now suspicious, I hope I can hear them easily

After taking a deep breath I sighed in relief and pressed the Mass Panic Debate button

[Mass Panic Debate Start]

"Why would you think I'm sus?" Alphabittle asked
"A magician would never kill! Unless a trick went wrong!" Rufus said angrily
"I'm just a deputy in charge!" Sprout said

"Because you asked suspicious questions" Queen Haven answered angrily
"That would make you suspicious" Zipp corrected
"Don't forget you also made war" Hitch said

"The culprit must've cleaned up all the evidence" Alphabittle explained
"Still, I'd never go that harsh" Rufus said
"Yeah, but that's not the point for now" Sprout said angrily

Wait there was this one clue me and Izzy found and tested, let me listen to that again and make my decision after that

"The culprit must've cleaned up all the evidence" Alphabittle explained

[Rekt Smoothies]

"I got it!" I yelled out

"Actually, the culprit didn't clean everything up, they just cleaned up tidbits" I explained

"Such as?" Alphabittle asked

"Tables, chairs and more except the stage and what me and Izzy found on that was a few cans of smoothies" I answered

"What does that have to do with this case?" Sprout asked

"Well, one of the cans of smoothies was rekt or to but it simply it was spiked" I answered

"Somepony must not have liked your smoothies!" Rufus joked

After saying that Rufus once again gained a slap on the back of his head from Dahlia only for Rufus to glare at her

"But what has that to do with this case?" Zipp asked

I know what the mystery behind that is, somepony should explain that

[Leaving Ponies]

"I got it!" I yelled out "The truth about this is from a few ponies leaving the AV room and going to the toilets" I explained

"Now that you mention it, the smoothie was disgusting" Rufus said

"All I'd like to ask is what kind of smoothie did you guys drink?" I asked

"Will that help?" Phyllis asked

"Hopefully" I answered

"I drank the apple cider one" Dahlia answered

"I drank the Pina colada one" Skye answered

"I drank Banana strawberry smoothie if you ask" Phyllis answered

"I just drank water, wouldn't wanna get woozy at the job" Hitch answered

"I drank the Pina colada one" Rufus answered

"Same, I also drank the pina colada one" Alphabittle answered

"As a queen I was forbidden to drink any alcoholic smoothies so I just drank water" Queen Haven answered

"I drank some Pina colada one too, Sunny" Izzy answered

"Me and Zipp also drank some water" Pipp answered

"Agreed" Zipp said in agreement

"I also drank Pina colada and what disgusting it was" Jazz answered

"And I also drank water" Sprout answered

"I drank some water because I didn't want my throat to get sore from all that alcohol" Rocky explained

"Well, I had a sore throat after the preparations so I also drank some water" Dazzle explained

"Okay, so the people we can get on the suspects list are Skye, Rufus, Alphabittle, Izzy and Jazz, they were probably the ones who left for the toilets" I explained

"So, there was just one drink that was rekt?" Izzy asked

"Yes, I'm still not sure how that could've happened so from what I can assume you guys are still on the chopping block" I said

"One question Sunny, why'd you say that the sick ones are on the chopping block?" Zipp asked

"Well, there could be a chance somepony is lying" I answered

"Okay, so from what we know so far, Skye, Rufus, Alphabittle, Izzy and Jazz could've killed Posey?" Sprout thought

"Yes" I answered

"Is there any other possible clue we could talk about?" Dazzle asked

"Maybe we could check Posey's movements" Zipp suggested

"Good idea" I complimented

After saying that I went off of the Minigames section and to the Settings section and what I saw there was Posey was slowed down

"Okay, we now know for a fact that Posey is slowed down by the culprit" Posey said

"I'm so lost, there's not even a clue that could help us!" Rocky said in defeat

"We all are, there's gotta be something we're missing" I said worriedly

I then went to check the Truth Bullets to see what we hadn't talked about only to see that there was two evidences

"I think we've not talked about the whole plant room" I said

"This is so not useful" Rocky said in defeat

"Monostallion, we didn't figure it out, could you help?" Dazzle asked

"I'm afraid I can't, but there's something you're overlooking" Monostallion said

"What is it, I'm sure it'll be useful" I said worriedly

"Find that out for yourself" Monostallion suggested

"Fine, I'll figure it out myself" I said

[Past Recollection]

Let's think back to what we have talked about, first up was the preparations of the party where everypony except Izzy, Rufus, Queen Haven, Jazz and Rocky were preparing for the party, there's nothing wrong said there the only thing was Izzy forgetting to tell me about being gotten by Phyllis and a while before she also went to Queen Haven, then there's the talk about the people who did their tasks with only Pipp, Sprout, Zipp and Phyllis all alone while the rest did their tasks which was also not suspicious and then we came to know that Skye, Rufus, Alphabittle, Izzy and Jazz got sick and the pony who was on the list 3 times was Izzy so I need to ask her a few things

"Izzy, I know you wouldn't do anything bad but you were in all three possible things" I explained

"Wait, I was?!" Izzy asked

"Yes, and that would make you suspicious" I answered

"Oh dear" Izzy said worriedly

"With that being figured out, do we all agree Izzy did it?" Rufus asked

"No we don't because I didn't do a thing!" Izzy said worriedly

"I have to agree with her, she doesn't seem like the kind to kill, and besides she was with Queen Haven, me and Sunny before" Phyllis said

"Seriously, you always think you can handle us but she did do it!" Pipp said angrily

"Yeah, this is suspicious so I have to agree" Zipp explained

"If you're saying Izzy is sus, I'll agree" Skye answered

"Sorry Sunny, but you're wrong!" Dazzle said

"I'm not wrong! Guys hear me out!" I called out

"There's no point in stopping them, we're split!" Hitch said in defeat

"Hold on!" Monostallion called out

Just then we all turned to Monostallion in shock and worry

"What now?!" Hitch asked in anger

"Did you say split! I thought I heard that! Which means it's time for a Scrum Debate!" Monostallion explained

"A what debate?" Dahlia asked

"A Scrum Debate, keep your ears open seriously, it's where you guys who are split will debate on who has the right answer, that's all there is to say so would the author start the music now?" Monostallion asked

With everypony at each other's throats we can't win this so me and a few of the other not sus people have to win this, it's my one and only chance

Then Monostallion pulled out the key before turning it around before the podiums flew up in the air and splitted us up

"I would never lie about something this bad" Izzy corrected angrily

"The most nicest people can also be the meanest people" Pipp said

"Sorry bestie but the nicest people are impossible to make mad except if they come from a twist villain movie" Jazz said

"I've checked all the clues and Izzy was in every single one" Zipp said

"It's impossible for Izzy to kill, she doesn't have the almighty strength" Hitch corrected

"How is it impossible for Izzy to kill?" Sprout asked

"It is impossible for Izzy to kill since she gets distracted easily" I answered

"Are you saying Izzy being the culprit is out of the window?" Dazzle asked

"No, there's still a chance that she's the culprit but that's really small" Dahlia said

"So it must be somepony who stayed at the party?" Skye asked

"I'm afraid it can't be those who stayed at the party since that's still near impossible" Rocky corrected

"Still my daughters are smarter than you think, the killer could've went out the party before 11 PM and faked being sick" Queen Haven explained

"We didn't say that the killer left at 11 PM so that decision is still on our minds" I corrected

Izzy is Safe:

"This is our answer!!!"

"Wait a minute, I just realized something, we didn't talk about when the culprit left the party" Sunny said

"That's true, there has to be somepony who must be lying and they could also have made things difficult for us to figure out" Zipp said

"I wish I hadn't said she was banned from the meeting, it's all my fault" Phyllis said worriedly

"Don't worry mom, we'll figure out whodunnit all we need is a good brain and more" Sprout suggested

"Yeah, didn't you go to a trial before?" Rufus asked

"No, but I was supposed to but I escaped before I could, especially since a certain news reporter said 'Pony full of Baloney'" Queen Haven answered

"That must've been my fault" Dazzle said

"That's besides the point, does anypony remember any time points?" Skye asked

"For what?" Phyllis asked

"For when you guys left?" Skye asked

"I'm not sure maybe Phyllis would know" Rufus answered

"I'm not sure either but I do know it has to be somewhere between 9 and 11 PM" Phyllis said

"How long does a struggle mostly take?" Dazzle asked

"Well, seeing that Posey has been slowed down too far I'd assume for her a few seconds, if you don't count the vines" Zipp answered

"Ouch! No wonder she had no time to react" Izzy said in shock

"Nobody would've had the chance if they were slowed down a teensy tiny bit" I said

"Whoever the culprit is, they went way too far" Hitch said

"Agreed" Sprout said

"Okay, we've talked about every possible outcome, so what's next?" I asked

"I'm not sure, maybe we should review all the alibi's" Jazz suggested

"Good and guys, I was with Jazz the whole time so don't ask us" Rocky said

"Well, Izzy was with almost everypony, me and Sunny, and I was with Alphabittle and a small alibi of Pipp" Queen Haven said

"I sort off had an alibi with Skye and Sunny, but that was just to guard" Hitch said

"Excluding the time we were together" Sunny thought

"True" Hitch said

"Does it count if I have an alibi with most other ponies?" Phyllis asked

"It depends" Zipp said

"Anyway, I was with Zipp and Dazzle during the whole preparation" Dahlia answered

"Yes, that's true" Dazzle said

"Well, even if it's suspicious I was with Skye at the second to last preparations" Sprout said

"So the only ponies who were alone were Rufus and maybe Pipp" I said

"Okay, we need to have them explain everything" Dahlia suggested

"Why? I was seriously training!" Pipp said angrily

"Now, you're making me suspicious again" Rufus said

"Yeah, I know for a fact I didn't do it!" Dahlia

"Same" Alphabittle said

"Okay, then let's ask Phyllis what you guys did" I suggested

"Well, Pipp, Alphabittle and Dahlia were working and Rufus was in his room the whole time so yeah, this is gonna be impossible to beat" Phyllis said

"So, I really am the culprit you believe in?" Rufus asked in shock

"Yes, I'm afraid so unless somepony can explain to me what clue they found!" I answered strictly

That's when things in the trial room got silent as we all turned to each other in worry that we might never find the culprit but unless I can fix this we're stuck here

[Monostallion's Talk Show:]

"Wowee! I can't believe it they didn't find the culprit but I'm sure they will so all you need to do is guess who it actually is puhuhuhuhuhuhuuuu!!! Also there's another fangan in the works and when it's out you can check it out, also I was thinking what if we put a second cast in a castle! Ooh, that's gonna be so exciting, especially since that cast almost doesn't have story arcs so the author needs to figure out their story arcs so for those who want to help plan ideas you may comment them below, also spoiler alert for those who didn't see the post the cast will be of: Misty, Sparky Sparkeroni, Cloudpuff, McSnipps Alot, Fifi, Primrose, Ruddy Sparks, Sweets, Sugar Moonlight, Thunder Flap, Zoom Zephyrwing, Toots, Windy, Peach Fizz, Glory and Seashell and I'm also working on a pretty awesome sister which you may not know who is Monopegasi which means it will be a pegasus, pretty suspicious right, also I'm sure that the pegasi will be the Monomi type of Character so I'll try as hard as I can to make that Monomi thing not work but even if it does work, well I'm gonna have to tie her up in ropes every trial anyway let's get back to the trial
