*Orion's POV*

I never expected to die so soon. I was only 25 years old, living a normal life in a normal city. But fate had other plans for me. A freak accident involving a gas leak and a faulty electric wire ended my existence in a flash of fire and pain.

But death was not the end for me. I woke up in a strange place, surrounded by darkness and stars. I felt a powerful force pulling me towards a bright light. I had no control over my body or mind. I was being reborn.

I opened my eyes and saw a new world. A world of magic and wonder. A world of ponies and other creatures. A world called Equestria.

I looked at myself and gasped. I was no longer human. I was a Pokémon. A Mewtwo, to be precise. A psychic type, with incredible powers and intelligence. How did this happen? Why did this happen? I had no answers.

I sensed a disturbance in the air. A wave of dark energy swept over the land, causing the ponies to panic and flee. I looked up and saw a black figure in the sky, with a horn, wings, and a crescent moon on her flank. She was laughing maniacally, as she declared herself the new ruler of Equestria.

She was Nightmare Moon, the corrupted form of Princess Luna, the younger sister of Princess Celestia, the benevolent ruler of Equestria. She had been banished to the moon for a thousand years, after she tried to overthrow her sister and plunge the world into eternal night. But now, she had escaped her prison, thanks to an ancient prophecy.

I felt a surge of anger and fear. This was not the world I wanted to live in. This was not the world I deserved to live in. I had to do something. I had to stop her.

I used my psychic powers to fly towards her, dodging her blasts of dark magic. She noticed me and sneered.

Nightmare spoke "Who are you? What are you? You are not from this world. You are an abomination."

She fired a beam of dark magic at me, but I deflected it with my barrier.

"I am Orion the Mewtwo. And I am here to stop you." I said.

I fired a blast of psychic energy at her, but she blocked it with her shield.

Nightmare spoke "You are foolish to oppose me. You are nothing but a pawn of fate. You have no free will. You have no purpose."

She charged at me, ready to strike me with her horn.

"I am not a pawn of fate. I have free will. I have purpose." I said.

I met her charge with my own, ready to clash with her horn.

We collided in a burst of light and sound.
