One fine day at the Rainboom Lair, Rainbow Dash and Trevor looked at recent events that happened as a new guy who goes by Fasttrack had crashed the racing event earlier.

"Although he was a late comer, he won the race fair and square," Trevor said looking at the footage. "The prize money should keep him off the streets for the time being."

"I don't think that Fasttrack did for the money," Rainbow said otherwise. "I said he did for the thrill."

Then the Rainboom Wave went off.

"Speak of the devil," Rainbow said then headed to her Sky Streaker.

...

"Keep your hands, at 10 and 2 at all times," The Driver instructor said as Scottaloo was taking her driver's license test.

"Sorry about that," Scottaloo said then saw Fastrack and Torando's car speed by them. "Holy crap!"

Meanwhile

"Your fast, Tornado," Fasttrack exclaimed. "But I'm faster!"

The Speedster revved up leaving the Sky Streak behind.

"Oh, we see about that!" She engaged the afterburner and caught up with him.

Both vehicles passed through the bridge and into the highway, the Sky Streaker was tailgating right behind him.

"Surprise!" Fasttrack enacted his afterburner that Blinded her Tornado and send her crashing into a lake.

"Try buffing that hunk of junk out."

Fasttrack left the scene in his car.

"I'm so dead," Tornado said being screwed.

The Next Morning at Sanders Tech.

"What the hell happen?" Twilight asked looking at the damaged Sky Streaker.

"Fasttrack caused her to crash, into a lake," Rainbow said. "But not the best time for sentimental value, knowing him, he will be looking for the next rush, and this one jackass, where need we need wheels to take him down. So, Trevor what do you got?

"This," Trevor opens a hatch showing a prototype. "It's a prototype that team was working on for some time, I suppose I can have retooled it to make a Sky Streaker II with some new tricks supplied by us."

As the gang workaround to nightfall, Twilight was studying something.

"What's that?" Applejack asked.

"Some of Fasttrack gear that Rainbow handed to me, to study," Twilght said. "The little guy injects some kind of nano-virus into machinery taking it over like a parasite controlling it, I aim to make sure that all our vehicles is protected by virus attack."

At Rainbow's House.

"Scottaloo, the driving school tells me, that you had quite the heavy foot," Rainbow said.

"Sorry, I was nervous," Scottaloo said.

"This Rainbow go again," Rainbow answer her phone and that the caller was Sunset.

Fastrack is at it again

"Please tell me it's ready?"

Not yet, we're getting there.

"Sorry, Scotts, heroes stuff," Rainbow left her house.

"Give'em hell, Dash!" Scootaloo exclaimed then slipped into Rocket Blade costume. "Time to show Fasttrack what true speed is."

...

"What in the hell would he chase after a bullet train?" Rainbow asked while on her motorcycle.

"It was scheduled for a money transfer from the Treasury building," Sunset said in her earpiece.

"How long until the new and improved Sky Streaker is ready?"

"Not sure but keep him busy for the time being."

Meanwhile, Fasttrack placed one of his bolts on the bullet train carrying the money and the grab the cash, then Tornado came down right beside him.

"Nice two-wheeler!" Fasttrack exclaimed then tried to crash into her but miss.

"You're not getting the drop on me, a second time!" Tornado smirked then got on Fasttrack's car leaving her bike on auto pilot.

"Hey, no hitchhikers!"

While Fasttrack was trying to shake her off, Rocket Blade flew down to see the two.

"Damn, I really need my own set of wheels," She saw Torando's bike and then hop on.

...

"Cyber Witch, in position, do it!" Tornado gave her okay.

"Alright, here goes nothing," Cyber Witch said then threw a Dyna-Sparkle Star at the engine of Fasttrack's car then it blew forcing him to eject.

"Not bad, ladies, but you're in for quite a surprise," Fasttrack said then looked at a motorcycle.

Meanwhile, Cyber Witch used her magic to stop the car.

"What the-" Cyber Witch exclaimed. "It's a junkyard truck!"

Then Fasttrack passed by them on his two-wheeler.

"Take a bus, losers!"

"How in the heck did he get a bike already?" Tornado asked.

"He doesn't use nanotechnology, he is nanotechnology. Where is the bike?"

"I had it on autopilot, but it been shut off."

"The only that would be if someone had put it manual controls," both of them saw Rocket Blade riding on Tornado's bike. "Of course."

"Guys," Sunset came through their earpiece. "It's ready."

"Now we're talking, lower the chassis, time for a test drive," Tornado said. "And don't worry I bring it back in one piece."

...

"Alright," Rocket Blade tested out the Clouder Chaser. "Let what this puppy can do."

She revved up the engine and did her best to follow Fasttrack only to lose him in a junkyard.

"Stole Tornado's ride and I lost the jerk."

Without realizing Fasttrack came by a plant one of his darts caused the motorcycle to spin out of control and crash into a pile of cars.

"You look a little young to be driving," Fasttrack looked down on Rocket Blade from atop. "You even have a driver's license?"

"No, but here's my permit!"

Rocket Blade threw a Thunderbolt at him but missed, then came to him and gave a spinning kick to his face.

"Not bad, kiddo, but here's another trick I learned in the machine shop."

Fastrack's metal arm formed an energy blade then the new and improved Sky Streaker came in.

"Holy."

The hood dropped showing Tornado.

"You traded up, time for a rematch!" Fasttrack finds the nearby car and modified it to his liking.

Wasting no time, Rocket Blade descends into the passenger seat of the car.

"Nice landing," Tornado said.

"Nice ride."

"Eat my dust!" Fasttrack exclaimed then boosted out of there the Tornado followed right behind him.

Fasttrack's car gain eas out in front but the Sky Streaker came right behind him but overpowered as the car was behind it. Tornado slammed on the brakes causing the Sky Streaker to crash right into Fasttrack's car making him spin out of control firing out of the car and returning it to normal.

"No one beat Fasttrack!" He shouted.

"Oh crap, road rage!"

"You hear me," He slammed on the ride. "No. One!"

Tornado came out of the car and hit his blindside. Fasttrack formed his energy blade came right her, but she avoided it and a punch to the stomach.

"Have to admit, that's one sweet ride you have!" Fasttrack got inside.

"He's jacking you!"

"Don't worry, kid! He's about to be in for a surprise."

Fasttrack tried to inject his circuits but got elecotued.

"What's happening! I'm stuck!"

"It's nanotechnology, Fasttrack with a little Cyber Witch tweak."

"Still got the car."

"I wouldn't do that if I were you."

"And why not?" Fasttrack asked then got ejected out of there and landed face first.

"That's why, now who's the fastest!" Tornado exclaimed.
