Roggernola charged its core and used Power Gem on Fletchling while Treecko came right at Froakie with Crush Claw.

Both created copies of themselves making Applejack's Pokémon missed them entirely.

"Nice your Double Team timing is perfect! Now Bubble on Roggernola!"

Froakie fired massive bubbles at Roggenrnola where the Rock Type held its ground.

"Ok, I think that's enough for today, your Pokémon are looking great!" Applejack said.

"Thanks," Ash thanked her then he and the others heard someone clapping and that someone was Alexa.

"Those Pokémon are sure looking good," She added.

"What on earth is that!?" Rarity exclaimed as larger Pokémon showed up,

"This Aumaura evolved form, Aurorus."

"It's huge!" Bonnies exclaimed.

"Amaura and Aurous, they're alive."

"Now, that's a big discovery," Twilight said as none of them realize that Team Rocket was watching the via the video drone.

"A restore ancient Pokémon eh?" James was intrigued.

"Now that would be handy to have," Aria suggested.

"Here's the deal, Amaura, and Aurous, we'll grab both of them," Duke said.

Much Later Team Rocket broke and found Amuara and trap her inside and tried to Aurous out.

"That's the least of our problems!" Sonta worried seeing Jaden and Sunset.

"We heard you screaming." Sunset said then saw Duke, Mewoth, and James. "What are you doing here?"

"The jig is up! Let's scram!" Mewoth exclaimed as the ran to their truck and got inside.

"I'll take Amuara any day, step on it!" Duke exclaimed as their van left with Amuara.

"Jaden! Sunset!" Applejack called as the others ran to them. "What happened?"

"Team Rocketcame by and stole Amaura and took off!" Jaden said.

"Oh no, we got recovered Amuara now or else," Thanly said.

"Or else what?" Rainbow asked as Twilight took off without anyone noticing.

"Amaura can't handle warm climate, the longer it's stays it will grow weaker and weaker."

"We got to save it," Fluttershy said then realized something. "Where's Twilight?"

Meanwhile after Jaden told them Amuara was taken by Team Rocket, Twilight called out Flygon and asked it to find them.

"We got to find Team Rocket and fast!" Twilight said. "Amuara can't handle warm weather for too long, we need to find them before it's too late!"

Then out of nowhere a Magical Leaf was fired at them, forcing Flygon to land.

"Who did that?" Twilight asked as suddenly a Snivy came out and challenged her to a battle. " A Snivy? And it's want to battle. If that what it wants. Flygon, use Iron Tail!"

Flygon used Iron Tail on Snivy which it did serouis damage which Snivy into a tree making dazed.

"Now go, Pokéball!" Twilight threw a Ultra Ball at it and Snivy was capture, the ball kept shaking until it stop and showed a white flash. "Sweet I caught it and with Snivy's help we can find Team Rocket."

"What's going on with Aurous?" Rartiy asked as Aurous headed out.

"I think it Aurous is somehow able to read Amaura's magnetic waves," Zane suggested.

"That's great, it can lead straight to them!" Rainbow said. "We need to help it and saved Amaura!"

"Right!" The others responded as followed it.

Back with Team Rocket

"Did someone trun on the AC because it's freezing in here!" Duke said as all of them were feeling cold.

"I think it's Amuara!" Clyde thought.

"I heard stories that Amaura or Aurous can only endure in warm temperatures for so long so they exhaust their body temperture."

"Well I'm not about to become a icicle!" Adagio exclaimed as she turn the Heater. "Now that's better!"

Just above them Twilight, Flygon and Snivy were on top of them.

"Got'cha! Now Flygon, use Hyper Beam on left tire!"

Flygon fire its Hyper Beam on left tire on it van causing it to explode stopping then in their tracks.

"What was that!?" James said as they got out of the van.

"We got flat!" Aria said seeing. "And from the look someone used Hyper Beam on it!"

"You got that right!" Twilight came down and faced them.

"Prepare for trouble, you know us well!"

"And with our style, you should've been able to tell."

"Then let's see what you got!" Duke said as they brought out their Pokémon.

"We need to hurry!" Clemont exclaimed. "Let's do this fast!"

"I don't think so!" Aria exclaimed as Croagunk roared.

"Chespin let's go!"

Chespin fired sharp pins at Inkay which landed successful hits.

"Quietly!" Alexa whispered as she, Bonnie, and Rarity tried to onboard Team Rocket's van.

"Oh no, you don't!" Clyde and Excadrill threatened them.

"Out of our you ruffian!" Rarity said. "Chimchar, use Flame Wheel!"

Chmchar cloaks itself in flames and charges right at Excadrill.

"Counter, Bulldoze!"

Excadrill uses Drill Run and knocked off the Flame Wheel.

"Did you really expect you get the drop on us, give up while you still can!"

Then Aurous came forward and use Blizzard to trap both Clyde and Excadrill in ice.

"Finish this before it's too late!" Rarity shrieked.

"No problem!" Twilight agreed. "Flygon, Snivy, Dragon Pulse, and Magical Leaf."

"And Pikachu, use Thunderbolt!"

"Now!"

Woobbuffet used Mirror Coat and absorbed all three attacks and send them right back , before it made contact Aurous created a shard of ice, and the knockback attack shattered it.

"Now it moves!" Jessie shrieked.

"Wobb Wobb!"

Aurous used Blizard and Team Rocket was on the ice.

"I need a blankie!" Sonata said.

"Thank you, Aurous!" Sunset thank it then call out Riolu. "Riolu use Rock Smash!"

Riolu ended them flying with Rock Smash.

"WE'RE BLASTING OFF AGAIN! AND FLASH FROZEN TO BOOT!"

"Krow!"

Team Rocket disappeared in a white flash!

"Just try and hang in there," Fluttershy said as they carried Amaura, and then it fell out. "Oh dear, its body has gotten help."

"We need to get to the lab, now!" Rainbow said the Aurous walked to it and lay down near it. "Any idea what's it doing!"

Aurous unveil a cold front making everyone freeze.

"Of course, Aurous is chilling the air to help Amaura cool down," Clemont figured it out as Amaura was good and healthy.

"Thank goodness," Fluttershy was reviled.

Very much later...

"Amaura's body temperature is back to normal, we are grateful for your help," Thanly said.

"That's great. Right, buddy?"

"Pika Pi!"

"Your all better yay!"
