"OK, did you just say that you and our best friend, ARE ON A RELATIONSHIP!?" Glitter Drops shouted out loud.

"Shush, I want you guys the only ones who know our relationship." Neighsay whispers at Spring Rain and Glitter Drops.

"So.. Since tonight is the Gala, maybe she can be your prom date." Rain Drops gave Neighsay a blink which made Neighsay raise an eyebrow.

"I am not just going to ask her for a date but...."Neighsay reach out a ring on his pocket, and shows it to Tempest's friends."

"You gotta be kidding me." Spring Rain got her jaws dropped since she was shocked about Neighsay's opinion.

"How long have you been in a relationship?" Glitter Drops asked.

"For a year." Neighsay gave a simple answer. "Now tonight is my first... And only chance" Neighsay gets worried about what negative feelings or events they will encounter.

"If this is your only chance, she is your only target." Spring Rain blinked to him.

"You are such a flirt." Glitter Drops reacted.

"I hope it will go out like I planned" Neighsay feels confident enough to say it to Tempest.

"Well I hope this mare isn't such a flirt." Glitter Drops pointed up to Rain Drops which made her blow her lid.

"OK, Let's just get ready for the Gala." Neighsay left with excitement.

She's Here

When the sun has set, every creature went to the Canterlot Castle and celebrate the occasion. Neighsay appeared in a black suit with a red tie. Spring Rain and Glitter Drops where there by his side in case he needs company, well if Tempest isn't here yet.

An hour later, he was looking for Tempest. He asked every creature if they saw the dark orchid unicorn mare, but the answered a no. Neighsay gets worried when his mare wasn't seen. Then a few minutes later he saw Tempest getting some punch. She was in a teal gown and she was still wearing her scarf that she always wear in her poncho. Neighsay tries to get near her but he suddenly slipped.Tempest saw him and grabs him by the hoof, and Neighsay was in a surprised look.

"Glad I caught you."Tempest siad with a smirk.

"Oh great, I was hoping you come here for a date." Neighsay said it with a satisfied smile.

"I just caught you, and now your flirting." Tempest siad it with a smirk once again.

"Follow me, I'll take you to the balcony." Neighsay lends her a hoof as Tempest holds it as well. As Neighsay takes her to the balcony, she glared at the star with her aqua eyes, as well as Neighsay with his own teal eyes.

"Why are you still wearing your medallion?, I mean, your not wearing you Chancellor Robe.“ Tempest asked.

" Well, we EEA comrades always wear our medallions just in case of anh emergency, we always wear it in public, even in occasions like this." Neighsay answered. "What is the problem?"He asked.

" Nothing, it is just that... You look handsome in that suit. " Tempest said while she blushed. Neighsay put his left hoof around the back of his neck and blushed, as he looked away. He still remembers that he has to ask Tempest the wuestion but his only question is... When?

Second Break?

Neighsay And Tempest were enjoying themselves in the balcony, talking to each other, and chatting about them, but still, Neighsay doesn't know the perfect time to pop his question out to Tempest.

"Is this quiet?" Tempest said curiously.

"Too quiet" Neighsay observed his surroundings.

"As long it's just you, me, and a second break." Tempest answered.

"Second break?" Neighsay questioned. "How about, 366th break and second date?" Neighsay said a joke.

"We didn't even know how many times we were on break, ya little dummy." Tempest said as she pet him by the head, which made him chuckle. Tempest never seen a great smile coming from her own stallion. She glared at his teal eyes with her own aqua eyes. Then, there was a knock at the door. Neighsay opened the door and saw it was Glitter Drops and Spring Rain.

"Sorry, are we disturbing you?" Glitter Drops questioned.

"Don't worry, not even a single detaill you disturb." Tempest answered.

"What are you doing here?" Neighsay questioned.

"Checking on you." Spring Rain answered.

"I'll make some tea, thus is my room obviously." Tempest answered. They were having a great night until Glitter Drops questioned Neighsay.

"Did you pop it yet?" Glitter Drops questioned and whispers on his ear.

"Not yet." Neighsay answered back, with a whisper of course. Tempest barely heard them, especially the plan. They were enjoying the night in Tempest's room. Then, when the clock stroked midnight, alll of the creatures went home, and Tempest is still in her room.

" Well, this is a night I won't forget." Tempest said as she glared at the stars.

"Well, if this is a night you won't forget, then..." Neighsay started to glare at her and says: "Tempest, you are the most extraordinary pony I've ever known, I love you with all I am, will you marry me?" He pulls out a ring and offers her if she accepts.

"Yes!" Tempest cried out and hugs Neighsay really tight. Neighsay was also in tears, Tempest saw him.

"Hey, are you crying?" Tempest smirked.

"No, eyes are just... Watery from the idea" Neighsay answers curiously. "As long as you're happy, I'm happy."

"Now this is a night I will never forget." Tempest said, as Neighsay puts the ring on her horn with a piece of her broken horn.

"Where did you found it?" Tempest was in shock.

"I just found it rolling when I was on a stroll." Neighsay answered.

"Well, looks like a piece of me likes you." Tempest said and kissed him with gentle close eyes. This kiss last for less than 5 seconds.

"I love you, Tempest." Neighsay replied.

"I love you too, Neighsay. She replied back and leans in his shoulder. Now this their night that they won't forget.
