A Different Ending to the Final Battle.

"This is bad, isn't it?" Cozy Glow said right after Twilight's speech and her magic getting rid of the Windigos.

The centaur, changeling, and pegasus filly only watched as the rainbow friendship bean started its way towards them, no doubt going to stop them for good.

In the blink of an eye, Chrysalis used her magic to bring the bell up front, and with Cozy and Tirek noticing, the three used the spell they learned to activate it. Crossing their non-existent fingers (minus Tirek,) they hoped the bell would work.

The rainbow beam hit the bell, and the bell chimed, starting to absorb the magic.

Twilight gasped, her eyes starting to turn back to normal from glowing white.

Cozy started to laugh. "I told you, Twilight! Friendship. Is. Power!"

With one last chime, the rainbow beam completely incinerated, leaving no trace.

Chrysalis and Tirek smirked. While Twilight just floated above them in total shock.

“No it can’t be...” Discord muttered shocked.

“But it is...” Starlight whispered back equally as shocked.

Before anyone could break the silence, Tirek faced the bell towards Twilight, and used the spell to take her alicorn magic.

The young princess stopped flying and dropped to the dirt ground, causing all of her allies to gasp.

"Twilight!" Her five closest friends shouted.

"And now, for the rest of you!" Cozy said with an evil smirk.

“You gathered to defeat us only to lose what a shame.” Chrysalis boasted sarcastically.

“This shouldn’t take long.” Tirek cracked his knuckles.

The trio began walking over to the creatures, some ran off but others stayed to hold the fearsome trio off.

"Twi!" Applejack said with worry.

"Oh no! She's knocked out!" Rainbow said.

"Twilight!" Rarity and Pinkie shouted.

"Oh! You have to get up Twilight!" Fluttershy said, holding Twilight's limp body in her hooves with tears raining down her eyes.

Then Twilight groaned, her eyes visibly straining.

"Twilight?" Fluttershy called with hope. She didn't look up, but from the shakes from Tirek's hoofsteps increasing every moment, indicating the three villains were getting closer.

Twilight fluttered her eyes open for a moment all she saw was the villains getting closer before falling limp on the ground.

Empress Cozy Glow

Two months later

“Ah this is the life.” Cozy Glow sighed out in relaxation.

“Hmm I feel needy, oh Cutie Mark Crusaders bring me some nourishment.” Cozy Glow clapped her hooves.

“Yes Empress.” Applebloom sighed out in a blank tone walking out of the room along with her other two friends.

Cozy Glow sighed in happiness before calling out her number one assistant.

“Oh number one assistant, get over here, NOW!” Cozy Glow yelled out.

“Only Twilight gets to call me that.” Spike said in tears washing the windows before being grabbed by Cozy Glow’s magic.

“Well I’m your new boss, and I will call you as I please.” Cozy Glow commanded.

Spike then sweated in fear and spoke meekly “Yes Empress Cozy Glow.”

“Ah that’s better, I love it when you don’t fight it, it’s easier that way.” Cozy Glow said in a more calm tone.

“Whatever you say Empress.” Spike said in hopelessness after the battle ended Spike lost all hope, he had lost any happiness he ever had after Twilight and her friends were banished to Tartarus.

“Aren’t you happy. I spared you from going to Tartarus, and you still live in this castle, is that not satisfying?!” Cozy Glow asked angrily.

“Yes it is satisfying I just miss my friends is all.” Spike said putting his hands up in defense.

“Poor delusional Spike you thought they were your friends, BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA, they merely saw you as a servant, just some dragon that they can mess around with whenever they please, at least under my command you don’t have to deal with pranks from Rainbow Dash, or Rarity leading you on.” Cozy Glow argued with a smirk.

“Rarity didn’t lead me on.” Spike argued softly.

Cozy Glow then flew up to Spike and said “You did all her work and all she had to do was bat her eyelashes and you go weak in the knees and bend to her will.”

“Even if this is true how do you know all this?” Spike asked curious.

“I read the Friendship Journal and spied on the Lame Six before I was sent to Tartarus.” Cozy Glow answered with a smirk.

“Whatever, what did you need me to do anyway?” Spike asked curiously.

Cozy Glow then sat at the throne with Twilight’s cutie mark.

“Get me hot chocolate of course, your Empress commands it.” Cozy Glow commanded.

“Yes Empress.” Spike sighed out before leaving.

Cozy Glow then heard her wristwatch beeping and then rolled her eyes.

“Oh it’s my week.” Cozy Glow said to herself before opening the window and she used her magic to raise the moon.

“Perfect.” Cozy Glow smirked but not at the moon but the two figures on the moon.

Cozy Glow, Chrysalis, and Tirek split apart after defeating Twilight Sparkle and succeeding in being the first evil creatures to ever conquer Equestria. Before they did, however, they had a long talk, more like a meeting, where they discussed who gets what, who does what, and all that.

One of the things they agreed upon, was that the sun and moon still had to be moved, no matter how annoying it was going to be. Cozy was optimistic about her sleep and had a history of struggling to fall asleep during the day. Chrysalis and Tirek agreed with her after a quick thought and decided it would be best to lower and raise the sun and moon in Celestia and Luna's place. With their newfound power, it should be easy for them.

They settled on taking turns, none of them wanting to have chores integrated into their new lives, but decided not to fight about it. So they decided to switch every week, taking turns to do the job.

This week was obviously Cozy's, evident by the calender she had the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and Spike set up who were now her top servants, by highlighting every third week neatly with a highlighter.

It was a little pretty when she lowered the sun, she had to admit. Ponyville with white graceful snow gently falling and creating a giant white sheet floor with the various lamps and house lights illuminating the dark town.

Closing the window gently, she made her way back to the throne, her throne, and she sat down and sighed, stretching her hind legs out a bit.

Scootaloo then came back with grapes.

“I have some grapes for you, Empress Cozy Glow.” Scootaloo droned out.

“Perfect, drape then above my mouth as I eat then from the vine.” Cozy Glow happily commanded.

“Yes Empress.” Scootaloo droned out once again without question as resisting Cozy Glow’s orders wasn’t worth it but she at least made them do simple tasks.

As Cozy Glow ate from the grapes she thought about Tirek and Chrysalis. Although she would deny it she missed them a lot.

She missed Tirek’s snarky remarks and Chrysalis’ over dramatic speeches as ridiculous as they were.

Ah well this isn’t too bad I guess. Cozy Glow thought with a bit of a sad frown.

Queen Chrysalis

Chrysalis was content in her hive, she had it all, her minions, her regality, and her throne. She was content.

She no longer thirsted for Starlight Glimmer’s suffering as she got everything she wanted, besides she just knew that wherever she was she was miserable without her precious friends.

“Ah this is the life, Ocellus what is the most recent reports.” Chrysalis asked with sadistic glee.

Ocellus shyly spoke “Well Discord has been turned to stone as you asked but why do you want him as stone didn’t he free you and get you closer to Tirek and Cozy Glow?”

“Those two are merely my allies and second of all, Discord merely used us as pawns for his little plan to boost Twilight’s confidence in this state he will learn not to mess with Queen Chrysalis.” Chrysalis yelled out.

“Of course your majesty, my apologies for ever questioning you, we also have reports of Lord Tirek stealing magic from creatures, as usual.” Ocellus said mournfully.

“Good job Ocellus you may go to your chambers and remember never defy me or your friends suffer.” Chrysalis said pointing to the prison with Yona and Silverstream in them.

“Yes my Queen.” Ocellus bows in fear before leaving to her chambers.

Pharynx then shows up with a bow.

“My Queen I know it may seem suspicious but I would like to visit my brother, I know it may seem suspicious but I miss him.” Pharynx requests with a sad frown.

“Such honesty Pharynx, you have been very loyal since my return to power, if you continue to show this loyalty I will consider letting you visit that traitor.” Chrysalis answered the pleading changeling.

“Thank you my queen.” Pharynx said in joy before flying off.

Chrysalis then walked through the dungeons she was going to visit her most hated prisoner Thorax.

Thorax then woke up and began speaking “Hey Chrysalis thought you wouldn’t be visiting.”

“I came to make sure you don’t escape traitor.” Chrysalis seethed in anger.

“You know if you treated your subjects with respect they would love you instead of fearing you.” Thorax argued angrily.

“How dare you assume they fear me, they respect me. I am a great leader” Chrysalis yelled pounding her hooves on the bars.

“Really because the look on Ocellus’ face tells me otherwise. You made us attack innocent ponies to feed off their love that’s just horrid.” Thorax argued.

“I was providing for my hive, ruling Equestria was a bonus.” Chrysalis argued annoyed at the green changeling.

“Really because you just seem to care about power, if you accepted friendship we’d all love you more.” Thorax said softly.

Chrysalis began seething with rage “I’m done with you. Here is your food.”

Chrysalis then teleported leaves to Thorax who ate them solemnly.

“Oh Chrysalis if only you knew how great friendship was.” Thorax said solemnly.

“Friendship is a disease that has infected the hive, but now things are going back to normal.” Chrysalis smirked.

“You mean before you had friends.” Thorax said with a smirk.

“Cozy Glow and Tirek are allies not friends.” Chrysalis denied.

“Sure they are.” Thorax said with a smirk.

Chrysalis then walked off beginning to think about Tirek and Cozy Glow could they truly be her friends.

No impossible they are mere allies nothing more Chrysalis thought to herself though was that really true?
