Princess Celestia wishes to rebuild the alicorn race. To do this she hires Steven Styx, a professional in pony evolution, Principia Peony, a "Vertically challenged" psychologist with very strange theories about the mind of ponykind, and Steel Genes, a pioneering geneticist who has very suspicious ties to Griffonia.
