After a few hours have passed, Flurry Heart woke up; albeit groggily since she just got up. Still feeling stiff from sleep, she tries stretching; after rubbing the sleep from her eyes first of course. She heard and felt a pop; mainly because she was not only stretching her hooves, but also her wings as well. With a slight discomfort and pain coming from one of her stretched wings, she began crying, but softly this time as she was still in a slight bit of pain from her stretched wing. Afterwards; she began to see if the door was unlocked. She soon found out that it was, but something was off... . How? Well for starters; she doesn’t hear anything. Secondly; the atmosphere seemed; eery. And lastly; she could somehow sense that something was wrong, but couldn’t figure out what... .

However... as Flurry Heart was about to call out for her parents, her parents have already beaten her to it; by scaring her. This made Flurry Heart scream and cry because of that prank. Cadence giggled and says in a motherly tone; “sorry honey, hehe. But it was just too funny to not perform. You’d understand right?” Flurry Heart has now gotten cranky after that, and decides to hit her mom in the muzzle; which didn’t hurt at all. “Now now Flurry,” says Shining Armor from behind his wife; “there’s no need for violence. And cmon now; it’s funny; right?” Flurry Heart wasn’t having it, and just made a noise to signify that she was indeed cranky, and not happy about it whilst crossing her arms/hooves. Both of the parents just sighed, and then Shining Armor says, “we’re sorry honey. Now cmon..” he began as he starts reaching for his daughter; “let’s get you something to eat huh? What do you say?” Flurry Heart responded by smacking her father’s hooves, and flying away aggressively. With that in mind; both of the parents led their daughter to the kitchen so she can be fed.

Once everyone has arrived to the kitchen; the parents then proceeded to put Flurry Heart into her high chair again, and went off to go get everyone something to eat. Meanwhile; Flurry Heart is just angry at this point, and starts thrashing about angrily because of her mood.

Once dinner was finished; albeit hastily due to the fact that their daughter was still unhappy; the parents have decided to just leave their daughter alone for the remainder of the day/night. Unfortunately; they’ll soon find out that this night is gonna get a whole lot worse... .

Flurry Heart; still angry about her parents’ prank, goes to her pile of toys, and attempts to play with them. But unfortunately; due to her anger boiling over; she’s now smashing her toys on the ground, and throwing them everywhere; albeit not at her parents of course.

“Woah”, said Shining Armor from the sidelines; “I didn’t expect our daughter to hate us that badly for it.” Cadence responded with a glare to her husband, and states; “well... I technically did tell you that it was a bad idea.” Shining Armor replies with; “no you didn’t.” And then Cadence responded with; “well yeah... . But that was after we pranked her. And besides...”. Flurry Heart was too busy with her “anger problems” that she didn’t notice that her parents were fighting.. yet. Cadence continues with; “... it’s called common sense. You should’ve stopped me you know, and then stopped yourself.” Shining Armor then replies back to his wife with; “true.. but then again Cadence, it was your idea. So don’t you even dare bring me into this.” Both Cadence and Shining Armor then touched faces with each other, and began staring each other down with low growls emanating from them as they did so. With Flurry Heart now done wrecking her toys; she then turned to look and see what that commotion was in the background; only to see that both of her parents are mad at each other. With that in mind, she let out a sad whimper; hoping that her parents don’t do anything hurtful to each other; as she has unfortunately heard them fight before. She doesn’t know how that she can sense it, but she can tell right then and there that if there’s anymore fights like this, then there won’t be a mommy and daddy anymore. Both parents; having just heard their daughter whine; turned to look at her with mad looks. But it soon faded as they then saw their daughter looking like that she was on the verge of tears. With that in mind; both parents said their apologies, hugged each other with slight tears in their eyes, and began to go back to their daughter’s room to calm her down.

Once they went into the room; they then sat down on Flurry Heart’s bed, and looked at her whilst one of them is calming her down. With Flurry Heart whimpering, Cadence then said whilst calming her baby in a motherly tone; ssssshhhhh, it’s alright Flurry Heart, calm down. There’s no need to cry now. We’re not fighting anymore; it’s okay.” Flurry Heart made some sad noises, then starts to try to wipe one of her tear filled eyes so she can try to calm herself down. Shining Armor then said; “yeah sweetie, so quit your crying now; you’re alright. Calm down, you’re okay now; I promise.” Flurry Heart wriggled around because she was still feeling cranky, and nods whilst sniffling because she’s not completely calm just yet. “M-me had bad day”, Flurry Heart whined. Shining Armor sighs, and then says, “I know baby; mommy and daddy had a bad day too. But hey, it’s okay. Do you know why?” Flurry Heart shook her head no at that response, and then her dad replies; “because we have each other. Because with family; everyday is a good day; even the bad ones. You get it now?” Flurry Heart shook her head no again and sucks on one of her forehooves. “You will eventually”, Shining Armor said as he then leaned into his daughter, and raspberried her belly; causing Flurry Heart to laugh from that action.

With Flurry Heart all calm now; everypony then went to bed, and hoped for a better day tomorrow; which actually happened. The end.
