Before the story begins, there’s something that everyone should remember. One is that there’s nothing more fun than telling a random story about your life, (or something about it anyways). Second is that kindness goes a long way, and that it’ll help you out in the long run. And lastly; thunderstorms are the worst. Which brings us to this story right... now.

The Crystal Empire is basically at its worst times right now. Why? Well; aside from the pandemic, quarantine, and the like; the entire kingdom was doing just fine, and everything was peaceful. Well.. at least until King Sombra returned, and then some vicious storm clouds rolled in to make matters worse.

Because of the storm, everypony took shelter and hid in their homes until the storm went away. Sombra however; was basically left outside in the storm, and he’s getting really drenched out there. Considering he had no choice, and no other options, he’s decided to go and see if his old enemies would be able to help him out in his time of need. At first they rejected. But then Flurry Heart whined and begged for her parents to let him in. Reason is simple; Sombra is clearly getting drenched, and of course, Flurry Heart has been taught the meaning of kindness by one of her aunt’s friends: Fluttershy. With that, the two parents opened the doors for King Sombra, and then letted him inside.

After that, Sombra shook off all the water he was covered in, and then thanked them for not leaving him out like that. Shining Armor wouldn’t have agreed to do so, but since the Crystal Empire was basically at its worst, he thought otherwise and decided that anything could happen at this point; even an old villains return. With that; Shining Armor directed everyone to Flurry Heart’s bedroom, and they all sat around the floor in order to stay away from the front door in case it were to get opened up somehow and let in any storm that is outside.

“So”, Cadence began. “What’re we gonna do now?” Shining Armor replied, “I don’t know, but I really gotta finish training the guards first. However; since it’s raining right now, I don’t think that’d be a good idea at the moment.” Flurry Heart then babbled something, and then starts whining. Sombra; surprisingly; translates, “so; basically you’re gonna go to a playdate with the Cake Twins in order to make amends. But because of the mean old scary thunderstorm, you can’t. And so with that, you’re left with nothing else to do; right?” Flurry Heart nodded and starts crying a little. Cadence sighs and then starts leaning to calm her daughter down. “So”, Shining began again. “Anyone here got any ideas on how to pass the time?” Sombra replies with; “I can think of something”, and starts to tell them a story.

Sombra has begun to recount on how he’s gotten to the Crystal Empire, and decides to describe it in better detail. Here’s how it goes... .

“Okay; get this. When I first regained my form, I’ve decided to go and visit Ponyville. Reason being is simple: A. I needed to eat something because I was hungry. B. I was thirsty; so having a drink from Ponyville Cafe couldn’t hurt. And C. I was thinking about getting revenge; so I needed to stay at a hotel for a while until I’ve thought of a plan.”

This made the royal family look at each other with concerned looks. Before Sombra could continue; Cadence began to ask; “so; why were you thinking about getting revenge?” Sombra replied with; “simple. I wanted to get revenge because, A. This was my kingdom first. B. I was living here first; so this just basically makes it my home first. And C. I was still angry that someone so powerful as me have gotten defeated by a bunch of low ranked heroes, and basically someone who’s a bride, plus someone who’s gotten taken by Queen Chrysalis. That is all.”

All three of the family nodded their heads, but then Flurry Heart got up, and pointed to her glowing horn while looking defiant. Sombra replies with; “you may be powerful now. But you clearly have a lot to learn about controlling your powers. Remember when you broke the Crystal Heart?” Flurry Heart’s eyes got wide, and then she starts to cry because she’s thought about that time she almost destroyed her own home, and because she was embarrassed too. Sombra replies back with; “geez kid. And I thought I was loud.” Flurry Heart flew up and tries to hit Sombra because of that remark, but missed. With that; King Sombra grabbed onto Flurry Heart, and pulls her close to him. “Look kid; how about you don’t try to hit me for the next hour, and I’ll probably get you something sweet to eat, (albeit with your parent’s permission of course). What do you say?” Flurry Heart thought for a moment, and then nodded her head while wiping away her tears. “Okay then”, Sombra began; “that’s good”, and then proceeds to sit Flurry Heart down on his lap. With everything taken care of, he clears his throat, and continues... .

“Anyways, like I was saying; I was in Ponyville because of those reasons. So since I was feeling like I needed some things; I’ve decided to go and get my personal needs done and over with first.” Sombra then describes on how he was treated in the Ponyville’s bakery: Sugarcube Corner. He described that he was feared at first, but it eventually dwindled down, and he was then treated like any other normal customer; albeit with some extra care of course. But then; he starts to describe on how he’s gotten his beverage.

“Okay; before I begin this part of the story on how I’ve gotten my drink, let me warn you: for one thing, there’s fighting involved. Two; it’s that there’s some harsh words involved, but I’ll definitely make it kid friendly. Three; there’s a bunch of broken stuff. And lastly; there’s a few involvements with the royal guard. On that note; here I go....”.

With that; Sombra proceeds to tell them the story on how he got into a fight and won; albeit with some broken furniture into the mix. Nevertheless; he got his drink, and starts to head off to a nearby hotel to stay in.

But before he could even begin; Sombra heard something. He looks down to see Flurry Heart shuffling and whining slightly. With that, he asks; “anything wrong kid? If you want I can give you back to your parents; even though they’re already here with me.” Flurry Heart wiggled a little bit, before saying; “sowwy. Me no comfy.” With that, Sombra said; “oooh”, and then resets Flurry Heart on his lap. “Better?” he asks. Flurry Heart giggles, then says; “uh huh. Dankies.” Sombra then said; “no problem”, and pats her belly. “But if you think that you’re using your diaper on me, or have gas, then you’ve got another thing coming; okay?” Flurry Heart laughs at that remark, and says; “owkay”, and wiggles again. Sombra laughs a little, then says; “okay then; let’s continue..” and begins the next part of the story... .

After he’s told the “hotel” part of the story; he then begins to tell them on how he literally got into the Crystal Empire, but pauses. “Okay now”, he began. “If any of y’all aren’t feeling comfortable with me telling y’all this story, and or stories; be sure to let me know; okay?” All three members of the Royal Family nodded, and gestured for Sombra to continue. “Alright”, he began; “let’s continue.”

He then starts to tell them about how he got into the Crystal Empire... .

“It wasn’t really easy to say the least. How is basically simple. Since I still have my villain status; ponies either ignored me, or feared me. I mean; I get that I was a villain and all, but it seemed like that I was a monster to them. And oh boy how I could’ve kept my mouth shut.” Flurry Heart looked confused and looked up at King Sombra. With that; Sombra pats Flurry’s belly, and says; “it means that I got a train ride to the Crystal Empire, but me and the passengers have gotten attacked by an actual monster on the way to your kingdom.” Flurry Heart got the memo and said; “oooh.” before starting to shake in fear. With that the two of the parents gotten worried, and Cadence started asking; “is the monster gone?” Sombra sighs, then says; “if I’m being honest; I’m not so sure. Far as I can tell, that monster is gonna come back for me soon; since it’s probably got my trail, and it’s gonna come after me once it’s got a plan; I’m sorry.” All three of the royal family sighed, and Cadence says; “it’s alright; we usually get attacks like this about three times a week. So I’m sure that it’ll be no problem; okay?” Sombra then says; “alright; if you say so.” He then clears his throat, and says; “well; since y’all know on how I got here; wanna know on how I got in?” All three were curious, and nodded for Sombra to continue. With that; he does... .

“Okay; so after the monster attack, I had to go and trek my way to the Crystal Empire kingdom on my own. Reason is because, A. The train was pretty much wrecked at that point. B. I didn’t wanna stick around in case of another attack; or for in case it gets colder. And lastly, C. The other ponies were either too hurt, or afraid of me to make the journey with me. So; with no other options, I messaged a medic to get to the location of the wreck, and made my way to the kingdom on my own by following the tracks. Now; how I literally got in was the hard part...”.

Sombra then tells them on how he’s tried asking the guards first, but they denied him entry. Next; he tried to complain. Didn’t work, and they shooed him off. Lastly; he tried threatening them. Again; they wouldn’t budge, and they stayed in their place and shrugged him off. So; with no other option; he negotiated. After that, he was in. The end.

“Woah”, said Cadence in a little bit of surprise; “I didn’t know that you can do that. Huh; I really should try that the next time me and my family come and go to the crystal empire. Last time we did; our guards wouldn’t let us back in, and it took like nearly half a day just to get us back into the kingdom. Sombra blinked, snickered slightly, then asks; “well why didn’t you hire better guards? That could’ve helped; right?” Shining Armor sighs, then confesses; “thing is; ever since you were ruler back then, our economy was really good. But now that we’re taking over; our economy stunk. Sombra got an idea, and asks with a smirk; “like your daughters’ diapers?” Flurry Heart got mad, and then hits Sombra, but it didn’t hurt. Sombra then said; “alright kid, relax. It was a joke; okay?” Flurry Heart sighed, then says; “owkay.... sowwy baba.” Sombra then says; “don’t mention it”, and pets her head.

Cadence broke the silence by asking; “so; since that story was.. interesting; anyone gotten any other stories that they’d like to share? Honey?” Shining Armor looked at Cadence, then says; “maybe; but I don’t think that it’s okay to tell it in front of foals and fillies; especially our daughter.” Sombra then asks; “is it violent?” Shining then replied; “not really; just mostly grown up stuff; you don’t wanna know.” Sombra then says; “alright”, and looked towards Cadence. “Do you have any interesting stories to tell us? The storm’s not going away anytime soon.” Cadence thought for a minute, and looked like that she didn’t have any ideas. But suddenly; she does. “Oh, I got one.” Sombra then says; “alright then, go for it.” Cadence paused, then says; “but then again; it’s also not kid friendly too..”. Sombra sighs, then says; “then make it kid friendly.” Cadence starts taking a breather to prepare herself for telling this story, then she clears her throat. “Alright”, she began; “here’s how it goes...”.

Princess Cadence began to recall on how she and her pals from magic school nearly got in trouble for getting into a fight, and winning it outright in the end. But before Cadence can begin; Sombra starts to ask her; “hang on now... you got into a fight? A magic high school fight? Seriously? How?” Cadence got a little bit embarrassed by that question, and nods her head with a blush. Sombra then continues by saying; “wow; way to go princess, hehe. Good job.” Cadence got even more embarrassed by that cheer, and covers her face with her wings from embarrassment. Shining Armor then clears his throat, and asks; “aren’t you gonna start? Or do you want me to tell it?” Sombra looks towards Shining with a raised eyebrow, and asks; “you know that story already?” Shining Armor nodded his head, and replies; “yes I have. But I’m not gonna spoil it; yet.” Sombra then says; “alright”, and turns towards Princess Cadence; “please continue.” Cadence then took some deep breaths to calm herself down, regains her composure, and then starts telling the story.

“When I was a teenage filly, my friends and I were just walking to our lockers to grab our stuff; when suddenly we hear that these mean girls from one of our classes is picking on this new girl. Her name is unknown, but she does have a yellow coat with light blueish hair, dimples, glasses, a small mouselike pink nose, and a goofy smile whenever she’s smiling like a rodents’; in a good way.” Sombra snickered a bit, but gestures Cadence to continue. She took a deep breath before saying; “as for the bully... she was basically like Mrs. Cheerilee, but with a horn, and frills of hair instead of a smooth one.” Sombra then says; “ooh, so like the mean girls version of the teacher. Okay; I see where this is going.”

Flurry Heart got a bit uncomfortable and gets a little closer to King Sombra while leaning against him. Shining begins to ask; “what’s wrong?” and looks at her daughter. Flurry Heart begins to babble; “me no wike dis stowy. It mean.” Sombra sighs, then nonchalantly says; “well I mean, yeah. It’s a story about your mom and her friends getting into a school fight with a bunch of mean girls in magic school. If you don’t wanna listen to the story, you can either go take a nap, or just go play. You don’t necessarily have to listen you know; it’s okay.” Flurry Heart nodded, and babbled; “owkay”, before climbing up to Sombra, and holding onto him while laying her head down on his shoulder and sucking on one of her forehooves.” Sombra dawwed at that, and then turns to Cadence to gesture her to continue. Cadence clears her throat, and then continues her story.

After the story; Flurry Heart is now whimpering and covering her face against Sombra’s chest because she doesn’t like the story about the school fight at all. Cadence sighs, then says while smiling sheepishly; “I guess maybe I went a little far with describing the story huh? Hehe... oops.” Sombra sighs, then says; “oh you think? Your own daughter is just moments away from crying her eyes out; (metaphorically of course). Cadence then says; “I’m sorry. But how am I supposed to...”. Before she could finish her sentence; Sombra shushed her, and says; “but nothing, okay? Next time you tell a story like that, you make it as foal, kid, or filly friendly as you possibly can, alright? Don’t just describe in greater detail; make it kid friendly too, alright? Geez!” Cadence looks ashamed of herself, and says; “I’m sorry”, before looking down at the ground in shame.

After a few minutes of silence; Shining Armor then says; “alright. How about we take a break, and then we’ll continue the story telling circle; okay?” All agreed and nodded, then Shining Armor said; “great; let’s go.” With that, everyone got up, and then went to do separate things as a means to spend their break time, and such.

After Cadence and Shining Armor have gone to the bathroom and grabbed a snack, King Sombra playing with Flurry Heart for a bit and having a bit of combat training with a royal guard, and Flurry Heart playing with King Sombra and acting all cute in front of the guards that’re by her room, all four of them have met back into Flurry Heart’s bedroom, and are discussing on what they should do for their other storytelling circle.

After what seemed like five minutes, Flurry Heart looks as if she had a story to tell, but hesitates. Sombra turned to Flurry and asked; “what’s wrong?” Flurry Heart started to blush, and flew up to King Sombra to whisper something in his ear. Soon after that, it was his turn to blush. The parents were asking him what’s wrong, but he kept denying it. After some persuasion, King Sombra sits down on the ground, sits Flurry Heart down on his lap again, and starts to clear his throat. “Okay now... before I can tell you this story; keep in mind that it was not your fault for Flurry Heart having a story like this, and it doesn’t mean that you’re bad parents and all; it’s just that she’s somehow came up with that idea for a story, and decides to just go with it.” Both parents nodded their heads in agreement, and slowly sat back down on the ground as well. “Okay”, King Sombra began as he clears his throat one last time; “here we go...”.

Flurry Heart; after taking some deep breaths to calm herself down, begins to babble, and pats Sombra’s lap to get him to translate for her. After that, King Sombra cleared his throat, and then begins the story.

“Okay, get this. When I was playing with my plushie: whammy, I was just minding my own business, when suddenly I heard a knock at the door.” Sombra stopped and waited for Flurry Heart to continue. She starts babbling again, and then Sombra continues by translating; “and apparently this angry looking mare doesn’t seem too happy with my auntie, and came in without introducing herself.” Flurry Heart hesitates a bit, and then starts to continue the story; albeit with a look of worry and anticipation.

After the story, Flurry Heart looks like that she’s just about to break down in tears. Well; in this case, she did. And it was loud; loud enough for almost the entire kingdom to hear. And that was just because of the story that she just told to not only her parents, but to her enemy too.

After about five minutes of crying, Sombra then began to say with a slight chuckle; “woooow. I didn’t expect the story to be like that. And I thought mines was bad. But it turns out that yours is even worse. Geez kid; way to go. Nice. Good job. Awesome.” Flurry Heart blushed due to embarrassment from that statement, and then turned to hide her face into King Sombra’s chest again with a slight whimper.

After another five minutes, the parents have completely calmed down, and then began to regain their composure. Afterwards; Cadence began to speak; “okay... . Well that was interesting. Anypony else here have any ideas? Shining?” Sombra turned to him; with Flurry Heart now hiding her face on one of his shoulders, and then says; “yeah kid; what story do you have in mind?” Shining Armor looks nervous; with beads of sweat forming around his forehead. After a couple minutes, he regains his composure, and starts saying; “maybe... . But I don’t know if it’ll work or not.” Sombra just shrugs, and then states; “so what? Just make it as kid friendly as possible. If not; then skip the parts that you can’t do, okay? That’s what I did for my bar fight story; now it’s your turn.” Shining Armor nodded; having agreed to King Sombra‘s tactic. He then began to take some deep breaths to calm himself down, and then says; “alright”, before gathering the others closer to him. “Here’s how it goes...”.

Shining Armor was about to begin his story; when suddenly he pauses, and then asks; “anypony sure that y’all can handle my stories?” Cadence rolled her eyes, and said; “cmon honey; it’s not the first time I’ve heard your stories. You’ve literally told me a war story that one of your royal guard friends have told you. So I think I can handle it. Your daughter however; not so much.” Sombra replied with; “yeah. And you do not wanna hear my wartime stories; trust me.” Flurry Heart gulped and shuttered at that statement. Sombra then began to ask; “so; we’re doing this or what?” Shining Armor sighs, then says; “okay.. I guess so. But if it starts to get a little un-kid friendly, let me know okay?” Sombra nodded, then says; “go on.. go for it.” And gestured Shining Armor to begin his story. With that, he says; “alright”, before taking a deep breath before continuing; “here we go...”.

“So”, Shining Armor began; “when I was still captain of the royal guard in the Canterlot royal legion; I was pretty happy with being recruited and all; especially knowing that they can allow visits from my family. Usually older generations of royal guards wouldn’t allow that, and I don’t know why.”

This made King Sombra think about what Shining Armor had said, and then he began to ask; “you don’t think it’s because their families are reluctant of having their family members being in the royal guards are they? Cuz that’s what I’ve been thinking.” Shining Armor chuckles, then responds with; “no.. not really. To be honest; my parents were a little hesitant at first, but they eventually got over it.” King Sombra nods, then says; “ah.. okay then. That makes sense.” After what seemed like minutes; (despite it being only five), Shining Armor then clears his throat so he can continue his story...

After a few more minutes; (which in this case is actually ten), Shining Armor chuckles a bit, and rubs his head sheepishly whilst saying; “sorry about that; hehe.” All three blinked, and then King Sombra started to say; “well.. I mean I guess that counts as kid friendly... I think. I’m not so sure anymore.”

Shining Armor nodded his head too, and then says; “well... since that story was out of the way... what do y’all wanna do now?” All of the ponies thought for a minute; before Flurry Heart’s belly started growling. With that; she babbles; “I’m hungwy.” and starts to clutch her belly while whining. “Alright”, Sombra began; “let’s get something to eat.”

After the ponies got up; they all went out of the room together, and into the hallway to get something to eat. Unfortunately; things are just about to become a whole lot worse...

While Flurry Heart is in the kitchen eating her mashed peas in her high chair; (despite hating them still), she noticed that the storm clouds were getting bigger; which causes her to feel uneasy and begin whining. Shining Armor took notice of this, and asked his daughter with a slight coo to his voice; “aww, what’s the matter? Is that old scawy stowm bodering you?” Unfortunately this made Flurry Heart whine louder and try to hit her dad despite being bound to a highchair. With that, Shining Armor said; “got it; not in the mood.” and went to go help Cadence with the dishes that the maids have left for them. Meanwhile...

“Wow..” says Sombra while looking out the window in the kitchen; “it’s raining really hard out now. Now I’m glad that your daughter letted me in when she did; I don’t think I’d survive long enough out there if that happened.”

Just then, a loud boom of thunder shook the entire castle; causing everypony to be startled; especially baby Flurry Heart. However.. this also made her scared more; as she then began to cry from that scary noise. With that; Sombra sighs, walks to Flurry Heart, and lifts her out of her highchair whilst patting her back saying; “hey hey, you’re alright, calm down, it’s just a noise. It’s not like it’s gonna hurt you; right?” Well.. almost as if on cue; lightning struck the side of the castle; causing a loud boom again, and a bright flash of light before disappearing. With that, Flurry Heart began crying very loudly, and King Sombra starts to say to himself; “I should’ve kept my mouth shut...”.

Almost just as suddenly as he said that; the rain started hitting the windows of the castle pretty hard, and it’s starting to increase in volume by the minute; not to mention that the winds are picking up too. And the sounds of them are increasing in volume as well; so is the debris that’s being picked up by the wind too.

“Wow...” said King Sombra; “we really should do something about this situation here. Wanna tell another story?” Loud boom of thunder sounded, and Flurry Heart starts crying loudly again while holding onto King Sombra and covering her face in his chest from the noise. “I’ll take that as a yes”, he began. “Let’s begin.” With that, Sombra pats Flurry’s back, and begins his story...

“Once upon a time there lived a great sorcerer of thunder and lightning...”. Thunder boomed outside again; causing Flurry Heart to be startled slightly once more. “...well... he was a sorcerer of storms to be exact. His magic was unlike any other. When he used his magic, it would cause or create storms like no one could imagine...”. Thunder boomed again; only a little more quieter this time. This made Flurry Heart go “ooh”, and starting to suck on her hooves for being intrigued in this story. “So.. whenever somepony wanted some rain, he’ll provide it. Whenever someone wanted some lightning to study from, or make some cool effects, he’ll provide that too. He’ll even provide some thunder as well if there are some teenage pranksters out and about...”. Thunder boomed again quietly outside; which made Flurry Heart pout. Not because of the storm, but from the story. “Anyways... his name was Thunderstruck. How he became a sorcerer of storms was a mystery. Some say that he was born on a thundercloud. Others might say that he was born a Pegasus, but got struck by lightning, and somehow gotten some magic powers because of it.” Flurry Heart gasped at that realization, but eventually looked confused and asked; “goo?” Sombra cleared his throat, and clarified; “meaning he got struck by lightning, and it somehow made him into a unicorn with lightning flowing from his mane and tail.” Flurry Heart said; “ooh”, again, and then began to suck on her hooves once more as she was then again intrigued by this story.

But... before King Sombra could finish, Cadence interrupted him by asking; “are you sure this story will be kid friendly this time? Cuz your last story wasn’t, and I wanted to make sure.” Flurry Heart whined because not only did she not get to hear the rest of the story, but it’s also because she was interrupted by Cadence‘s question. King Sombra cleared his throat once more, and then replies; “it will be this time. It isn’t scary or nothing, so it’s fine.” Cadence asked again; “are you sure?” Thunder boomed again outside, but loudly this time; causing Flurry Heart to whine from being startled again. “Yes, I’m sure”, he continued. “Now please don’t interrupt me again; otherwise your daughter will be focusing on the storm too much. And that won’t be a good thing now will it?” Thunder boomed again outside, but quietly this time. Cadence sighs; looking apologetic, and says; “sorry about that; please continue.” She then shuffled back sheepishly with a smile and gestured for Sombra to continue. And with that.. he did.

“So... ever since that fateful day; Thunderstruck became the sorcerer that he is now, and his storms were still being made ever since this day. The end.” Flurry Heart began clapping and cheering; “yay!” because not only was Sombra’s story entertaining, but was also very interesting as well. And imaginative too. Eventually; after Flurry Heart was done cheering, the storm started to die down, and the clouds were beginning to move away. “Huh”, Sombra began; “what do you know? The storm’s moving away. Sweet. Wanna go outside and look?” Flurry Heart nodded, but frowns and asks; “one mowre stowy; pwease?” She then looked at King Sombra with big eyes; hoping that she’ll get one last story out of him. With a sigh; King Sombra nodded, and says; “alright kid, but just one more. I don’t wanna miss what happens after the rain has passed.” Flurry Heart got confused again and asks; “goo?” Sombra replies with; “you’ll see..” and clears his throat to tell Flurry Heart another story. Once the story is finished, the royal infant will soon learn what King Sombra meant by what happens after the rain. Only one way to find out...

Before King Sombra could show Flurry Heart what’s outside, he has to fulfill his promise to her. And so; with careful thinking, he began to tell her a story about a character that’s almost like Baby Princess Flurry Heart....

“Okay... so; once upon a time, there lived a sweet little princess; who’s mane and tail was all swirly, and was purple with blue streaks in them...”. Flurry Heart didn’t notice at first, but eventually caught on and says whilst pointing to her chest; “gah!” Sombra chuckles slightly, and says; “that’s right Flurry; it is you.” Flurry Heart giggled at that remark and smiles at him. After clearing his throat, Sombra continued; “and so... while this sweet little princess loves almost everything; there’s this one thing that she hates the most out of all of them: thunderstorms.” Flurry Heart gasped, and nods her head. Sombra nods too, and continues; “unfortunately; this pony is right in the middle of one. She didn’t know it yet, but she will soon...”. Flurry Heart starts sucking on her hoof because she was intrigued in this story, and slightly frightened. “When she was under the storm, it began to rain. And thunder and lightning roared out from the clouds over her; causing the little princess to cower in fear.” Flurry Heart gasped again, and says; “oh no”, with a slight whine. Sombra chuckles evilly slightly, and continues; “yeah... that storm made her quiver in terror; because of how frightening it was to her, hahaha.” Flurry Heart began to whine slightly due to how scared she’s getting. Sombra clears his throat, and continues; “she was quite frightened, sure... but there was one thing that the princess knew all along...”. Flurry Heart gasped, and looked on in intriguement whilst sucking on her hoof again. “What she knew is that in order for the storm to go away, she had to chant: ‘no no go away. Come back again another day.’ at least three times in a row in order to make the storm go away. And so with that; she chanted, and the storm went away. However...”. Flurry Heart raised an eyebrow and asked; “hmm?” while still having her hoof in her mouth. “She realized one last thing. When the storm went away...” King Sombra then opened the front doors of the castle, and led Flurry Heart outside to look at the amazing sight. Flurry Heart looked up at the sight, and gasped whilst saying; “oooh.” Sombra then finished; “the rainbow came out, and gave the princess a wonderful sight to see after something scary. So remember kid; behind something scary is a beautiful sight; okay?” Flurry Heart looked at King Sombra, and nodded; “owkay.” Flurry Heart then hugged King Sombra, and he hugged her back.

And so; with the rain finally gone; King Sombra stayed outside for a while with the family, and looked with Flurry Heart at the rainbow that is out. With that; the Crystal Empire is at peace, and everyone lived happily ever after. The end.
