Lily Blood Mane is a earth pony mare that has a thing for anyone's blood and she made a partnership with Pinkie and her cupcakes made out of ponies. Lily Blood Mane sells drinks that's made out of that pony's blood. So when you buy Pinkie's cupcakes, you can order Lily Mane's drinks with it.
