Previous Chapter Next Chapter

Author's Notes:

This chapter is a backstory only for my OC, Dollface. How she came to be herself and how she discovered her cutie mark. How she met Zara and separated from her. Basically finding her own apprentice and moving to Ponyville to reunite with her friend. All that good good.

BROWNIES Side Story - Dollface's Legacy

It was raining in Wonderfree, the sky was gloomy, dark clouds where squished together in the dark grey sky. The harsh winds blew through the trees and bushes.

A light brown pony with light pink eyes was walking down the street, her hooves made light splashing noises on the sidewalk. Feeling the rain on the fur made her feel refreshed. She had moved her dark pink maroon mane out of her eyes by doing a small hairflip. Moving in a hurry, she galloped her way through out the town and into a small house.

Entering with a cautious look, she looked around to see if anyone was there. Quickly and quietly she walked in slowly, up the stairs to her room. She looked up at the clouds that swarmed the skies, sighing underneath her breath. The dull reality was shown in Doll's life as she lays on her bed, thinking about Zara. Her only dear best friend. She made Doll light up with a happieness that she's never felt before. Her head cocked to the side of the window, she began to rub her eyes with two hooves and yawned.

Her eyes became heavy, so she drifted off peacefully to sleep.

The next day had come, Dollface was out of the house pretty much by herself. It seemed like she was sewing in some patchwork in a blanket, the image being a embroided Zara and herself. The blanket was a dark red of color, different kinds of patches where sewn on very well, colors in a discolored pattern was formed by the colors of red, black, pink and so on. Dollface loved to sew nonstop, so far she's made quilts, blankets, and pillows out of numerous colors, the patterns being scattered or in a form of a picture. This time she was making a blanket just customed to Zara's favorite colors, animals and foods.

Dollface had met Zara to when they were little fillys in grade school. She had seen Zara get bullied by a popular filly known as Sunset Margarita, her mane was a color of bright red, her eyes was a dark grey almost like steel color, her medium short tail being a lime green, and her fur color was a yellow to kinda contrast. No one really knows how she got her cutie mark of a margarita glass with a sun backshadowing it. Everypony found her glorious or either stuck up, because she struts with such pride, her tail swaying from side to side and head held up high. The other ponys in school wanted her gone because of her stuck up attitude, others wanted to be like her.

Dollface had seen poor little Zara being pushed back up againist a wall, making her whimper in fear. Back in the day, Zara was known as a weak little filly for her and some others to bully her constantly. So, she was an easy target for her to easily be called names, kicked, and thrown at. But, today was the day it all stopped for little Zara.

Zara had seen a dark shadowy figure overcome her, the reaction was a quick flinch, looking up to see who it was. It wasn't Sunset this time, it was a different pony but with light brown shade of fur, large maroon pink pigtails, bangs swept to the left of her forehead. Zara shook in fear that it was a new bully. This filly had a warm smile upon her face, her light pink eyes blinked every six seconds as she tilted her head, still smiling. "Are you okay?" Her voice sounded very calm and mellow. The other filly looked down in shame, she didn't want to meet with the new mare's eyes.

"I'm not going to hurt you. I saw that bitch and what she did to you." Doll's facial expression switched to hate. Zara blinked a couple of times finally speaking up, "I-I am okay." "Good." Dollface shook her head, offering a hoof to Zara to help her up. But, Zara got up by herself instead shaking off some dirt from earlier. "I'm Dollface, hun. What's your name?" she asked still cocking her head from the side, it took a while for the other mare to answer with a soft but firm voice. "Scarlet Shadow. But, I want to be called Zara."

"Okay, we shall call you Zara!" Doll said with a giggle. This made Zara's mouth form a smile, feeling she found a friend to be with all times. "W-Will you protect me...from Sunset?" Zara asked, her head darting back at the ground, but her eyes still focused on Doll's eyes. "I promise. I will." Doll patted her head then stroking her hair, smiling.

From that day on, Dollface was by her side all the time. She'd shown Zara many things like the drawings to sewing kits. She even taught Zara to sew on many other things like patches and fabrics. Zara laughed at all of her jokes she made, shown her to draw and many other things. And she looked up to her a lot as a role model when she spoke as a actual hero. It was amazing to her.

A week passed on by as it rained on for about four days now. Puddles of rain forming rapidly outward in the streets, flowing outward to the drain sewer constantly. Dollface and Zara were reading some books, and writing some fantasy stories of their own. Dollface was far away from writing stories, instead she was designing some shirts of her own on a piece of paper. Some papers where scattered above her books which had symbols and animals. It was either crudely drawn of the animals in a gorey fashion but Zara didn't seem to mind.

Dollface turned her head at the voice she knew, scoffing, "Jeez, here comes Sunset the witch." Dollface remarked as Zara giggled at her joke. Sunset was trotting very slowly in a graceful manner, she had her crew with her they where also walking at the same speed. Alongside of her was two other female ponies being a white color, having a poofy pink mane, and the other a blue colored with a short brown mane. It's seemed like Sunset was heading towards Zara's path, but this time Dollface was by at her side.

"Having a gay old time with your new best friend, huh Zara?" Sunset mocked, having her old wicked grin upon her face. Dollface quickly shot right up, standing up in Sunset's face which switched to an angered look and eyes contacting Dollface's. "Leave her alone, Sunset." Dollface was warning her in a low voice. Zara was watching their movements from inches away. "Or what will you do about it? Cry and run home to your mommy?" Sunset then laughed, her crew of two ponies joining in. "No. I will. hurt you." Dollface quickly said, continuing, "You stay away from Zara."

Sunset grinned then gave a laugh to what she said. "I'm not going to stay away, you little brat! I am not going to ever leave her alone." Sunset snarled, biting back. It was dead silent as Dollface continued to give off a angered look, warning her for real. Sunset took a step forwards before charging completely at Dollface who took immidate action.

Instead of punching her, Dollface was given the time to grab her in a chokehold and slamming her down quickly as possible. Sunset grunted as she struggled her way out of Dollface's tight grip. It almost seemed to choke her out as she struggled violently. Dollface let go as she saw Zara's face fill with fear and excitement at the same time, afraid of losing her. Throwing Sunset hard to the floor, Sunset was out of breath trying to breathe. "I warned you, and I will warn you again. Stay away from her." Dollface this time made Sunset run off in fear, being heard panting down the hallways.

She panted quietly as Zara quietly approached her, putting her hoof on her back and stroking her dark pink mane. "Thank you.." Zara shyly said, Dollface nodding. "No probs, Zara." She gave a small wink at her dragon eyed friend.

A month passed on by, there was absolutely no sight of Sunset near Zara and Dollface. Everytime the mares passed by Sunset, Dollface would glare at Sunset who would make a dirty look towards her. But, there was no interaction with Zara in any other way whenever she was alone without Dollface. That was a really good sign. Every year, Zara and Dollface would be by each others sides, standing up for one another. Their friendship grew bigger and bigger each day it was amazing.
---
Until they got older, it was all hell for Zara's parents. Zara was more demanding, rude and stubborn because of the enviroment around her. Her parents had thought it was Dollface influencing her to rebel.

A murderous hatred started to manifest inside the depths of her heart, sanity turning into insanity. Slowly, waiting to unravel that hate inside of her. While Dollface turned into a heartless pony carefully, but more hate for the world than Zara would manifest. They were perfect duo for each other. In all of honesty, the girls thought they were going to be together forever.

Not up until now. Sitting at the table with suppiles to go with the crafting they where doing, Zara was having fun like they always do. Dollface shifted her body a bit, asking Zara a bit strange question, "Do you think your parents like me over here, all the time?"

Zara froze, seeing the sight of her two parents are the door. "They're home." she just stated. Dollface quickly grabbed her bag but was stopped by her father's powerful word of "Stop right there, young lady!", freezing in place, her fear building up inside. "Zara, what did we tell you about her? That she is a bad influence?" her mother made Zara's ears go down.

"We already told you a THOUSAND times about this! We are sick of your behavior, you are always defying us!" the father shouting, while mother had her hooves on Dollface's tail almost pulling it. "Don't you hurt my best friend, you meanies!!" Zara quickly shot up, going to smack mom's hooves of her tail. Mom gasping at the language she just used. "Scarlet!!" her face red with anger. "ROOM NOW! Dollface, I'm sorry you cannot see my daughter anymore!" Mother was pushing her towards the door, trying to make her leave. Then, she completely shoved her out the door shutting it afterwords.

Dollface didn't get any time to defend herself towards them. She had wish they would just die of old age or something. But, that was going to take forever.

Dollface just didn't say word, just walked onto the road that was ahead of her, looking back at Zara's window. Zara looked down from above at Dollface with tears in her eyes, pressing her hooves and face againist the glass window. Dollface after that never came to school, she just stayed home all the time. Laying in bed, all alone with no family beside her. Closing her eyes while a single tear ran down her face, figuring she was never going to see her best friend again.
---
A year rolled on by like nothing to Dollface, it was the same routine everyday. Get up, check the garden and water it properly, make breakfast and clean up. She felt like a robot everyday, as if her brain shut off in the process. Dollface didn't know who she was anymore. A little baby dragon that she found was abandoned out in the fields only kept her company every day from her mind.

Still crying from the pain that built up inside of her from the separation of her and her only friend. Doll hasn't seen her since a year ago. She headed into town with a little limp in her back hooves, carrying a red bag alongside with her and a cloak on her back to hide her face. Galloping as fast as her legs can take, heading into a small mask shop. She took her hood down to reveal her face. "Evenin' madam! Anything I can help you with?" the shop owner greeting her with a small smile. "Yeah, you can. I need a...mask with something to my name." she quietly said while looking down. The owner made a confused look, asking her, "What's yer name, miss?"

"D-Dollface." she sounded hesitant in her words almost like she was stuttering. "Dollface? What a nice name, I have the perfect mask for ya. Wait here, I'll go get it." the owner smiled trotting back to the backroom. Dollface took a quick look around the entire shop, seeing a stallion who had white fur and a brown mane. Something inside of Dollface just snapped inside, she had a idea that made her face turn into a malicious look. Feeling like she had just been reborn again for the first time.

She blinked but quickly made a move to him, without holding back she stabbed him in the back, making the pony gasp loudly while slowly sinking to the floor. Dollface grabbed the stallion's back legs and dragging him outside to an alleyway, with her snickering in the process. Then raced back inside the shop to see the owner smiling at her, she brought her eyes down to the spot she just stabbed the stranger, but no blood. "Here ya go miss, this is new so no one really bought this, I was gon throw it out but you can have it for free." the shop owner said, dusting off the mask.

Dollface's eyes lit up like the stars in the sky, a smile formed onto her face. "It's beautiful, mister!" she smiled at him, taking a good look at the mask which looked a bit bigger than her head, and having a doll like face with x's for eyes instead. Dollface took it placing it on her face, she felt complete as a cutie mark appeared on her flank same as her doll mask's face. "Ma'am! Yous gots yer cutie mark, congrats miss!" the shop owner pointed at her mark while Dollface looked down to see, giving a surprised gasp. "Yes! And it's thanks to you!" she hopped up and back outside.

Dollface's facial expression disappeared, then it switched from happy to stoic again, heading straight for the alleyway. Seeing the pony lying on the ground groaning from the pain.

She knew exactly what her destiny was, who she was.

After discovering her cutie mark in a mask store, she wondered what made her snap inside. Was it the fact that she hated the other ponies? Or was it because she missed Zara? Dollface didn't like to spend her time thinking, rather it's a waste of her own time. On the other hand, the other pony cornered in the dark shadows of the alleyway made her smile. Seeing this one made her feel good from the bottom to top.

She thought this was the beginning something anew, something greater than what she had before. This was her chance to see her only best friend whom she loved so much. She was going to find her no matter what gets in the way. She began to slowly make her away towards the victim, choking out the words "W-What do you want with me?" he said with trembling. Dollface stood silent saying nothing.

The pony trembled at her silence, "Oh god! Please don't, I'll do anything for you please my life-" he was interrupted by an angry glare at him. "What makes your life so special that I need to spare it?" she snarled, "Your life is nothing but a fairytale lie, ponies like you make me sick." she was continuing with each step, coming towards the pony. "F-Fairytale? You must be a sad pony who only wants-" his words were interupted Doll's heavy strike of the hoof. Her smack caused the male to whimper.

"I'm going to kill you out of fun and boredom." Doll was breathing heavily in between her words. Continuing on, "I'm not sad, just missin' my friend whom I want to see but her parents ain't gonna let me over to see her. I'm gonna take it out on ya." she gave a grin. The stallion cried a plea but Dollface wasn't buying his little "sob story" that he was giving out. "Ha! You think I'm gonna let you go because you have a family? They don't care about you, they only care for themselves that is what they all are, fakers." Doll said while she flipped her hair twice. "I know my family loves me! You're just trying to mess with me!" he exclaimed, making a small echo in the damp alleyway.

"SHUT UP!" Dollface shouted in anger, the other pony unable to see it through the mask. As she said that, she took a crowbar that was over to her left, whacking it straight at the other's left eye. Her willpower to stop was close to zero, she couldn't stop hitting at the other's face. She didn't see the blood coming out like a waterfall, or see that he was finally dead. She kept hitting and hitting until his face was no longer seen, just a pile of disgusting mesh. She was covered in the pony's blood, wiping off the blood away from her mouth.

Clenching the crowbar in her hooves, she slid the bar into her bag quickly dragging the body over the fence. The body was slightly heavy once she put it over her back to carry, but she didn't mind. Just to make sure he was really dead, she checked his pulse. Dead and gone.

"Ain't no one gonna miss you now." she stood over the body, whispering to his ear. Standing over a six feet hole she previously buried long ago, she kicked the body into the dark pit. "Scum, just all of you. Faking your lives away like nothing is going to go wrong?" she hissed, lighting a match up and throwing it in the pit. Watching every single inch of the dead corpse burn, engulfed by the flames. Figuring out that she killed her first pony only lasting a few minutes. It's not enough for her at all. She needed to find a way to make her kills last a bit longer, torture wasn't her type of style.
---

Minutes turned into hours upon the town of Wonderfree, Dollface was on the run and stalking other ponies. She was doing this all day, watching her steps and making sure she was quiet as a mouse. Successfully, she yanked the mare's tail very roughfully making the dark green pony yelp. The mare disappearing into the dark shadows of the alleyway. Reacting without hesitation, this pony somehow managed to fight back at her, giving Dollface a powerful punch in the ribs, making her groan.

The mare made a run for it as Dollface charged towards her, tackling her to the stone ground. Dollface got a grip on the pony's hair and smashing her head flat on the ground. Blood was oozing from her forehead and was knocked out because of Dollface's strength. Dollface could hear her own breathing once it went silent, seeing the blood stop bleeding after a few minutes. She took the pony by the hair quickly dragging her back to the house leaving still no blood trail behind. Just her luck, there was no pony around to witness this crime.

Dropping the mare in front of her house, she ran into the house quickly to retrieve a bucket of water and acid she had kept in her pantry for a while. She had all the time she needed to grasp for her "experiment". Before she could continue on, she put on her doll mask she just got, having a little blood on it from the last victim. Once she did, grabbing the buckets and heading to the small basement. She was quick on her feet, and only had little time to grab her victim and head to the basement.

By the time the victim woke up, it took her minutes to realize she was in a darkened room. She tried to look around her environment, but it was too dark for her sight. A sudden click of the light illuminated the whole entire basement. The green pony finally caught her kidnapper in her sight, being frightened. The same brown pony had her mask on, standing silent in the corner. Her victim tried get free but realizes she is in rusty shackles tied to the damp and cold ground.

"You little bitch. Trying to escape from my clutches? Not this time." Dollface snarled. "I'm gonna have some fun, seeing you in pain." she added. Grabbing the bucket of acid, she lifted it at an angle to splash it upon her victims body. The mare screamed in excruciating pain watching her fur and skin melt altogether at a fast rate, some of her entrails showing. Dollface put the bucket down over in the corner, then throwing the water bucket onto her but no affect. Dollface observed the green one, seeing that half the skin was gone and patches of hair missing. Once the acid finished eating away at her, Dollface grabbed her trusty axe and large hammer.

Hearing the pony groaning in such agony, Dollface swung her hammer straight at her left cheek making them yelp and forcing to the ground. A huge bruise formed in moments of time. However, the victim managed to survive such a strong swing from Dollface, which surprised her. Groaning in such pain and agony, she gathered some strength from her legs and swung underneath Dollface's legs making her fall straight on her behind, and dropping a bucket of some strange liquid on the ground. This made Dollface screech in surprise, noticing the bucket on the ground. The victim gave a small victory laugh as Dollface got up quickly as she could to retrieve a knife.

Dollface swung around since her back was againist her victims face, and gave a pretty powerful stab in the pony's chest. The mare gave a cry of pain, her eyes bulging out with tears filling in. Looking up at the disheveled brown pony, seeing her eyes glow with such anger was scary enough causing her to whimper, lips quiver. Her heart raced as she spotted the blood running down from the knife, feeling as it was going to jump out as her eyes felt heavy and heavier by the second. She was dying, holy shit! She was really dying right here and now.

Suddenly, she was hit with a dose of adrenaline and her eyes shot open to see Dollface injecting and pulling away from her. "We aren't done yet, you dummy." she said smiling. "Besides, pretty ponies like you need a "small" makeover..." she added, this time her smile disappearing. She saw that she had pliers and small scalpel in her hooves, she shook her head in fear trying to back away. Dollface places her pliers down on a small table, beginning to place the knife upon her free left cheek then dragging it down to make a large gash in the face. The mare could not make a sound due to the piece of clothing being stuffed into her mouth.

Her screams were muffled while she saw the pony cut up her face up. There was nothing she could to prevent this, but there WAS one thing she could defend herself. Without any of the hesitation, she quickly struck Dollface's hand away then quickly punching her. Her giving a scream of pain that was just addressed to her now. She slowly turned her head back to her victim, getting a furious look on her face. "So, you want this the hard way?" she spat in her face yanking her scalpel away which was still dug into the skin and flesh.

This made the mare scream again in more agony. Her forehead was thumping, an headache forming from all the pain. "I didn't think you're quite the fighter. You had me blown away since the beginning! I'm very shocked. But, now we both know what must be done." she exclaimed while sliding her doll mask up onto her forehead. Dollface closed her eyes, having some gloves in her hoof and began to put them both on. Barely any strength left the victim to moan out some words, which caught Dollface's attention. "What? What's that you say?" she mocked, looking over to her.

"Y-You're not gonna g-get away with this...if you get caught I'll be happy that y-you'll be executed..." the pony said, coughing up some mucus mixed with small drops of blood. "Oh my sweet, I'm already on my way to hell. Hell is where I'll reunite completely with an old friend." Dollface calmly said with a sick grin across her face. Dollface gave a unsettling laugh while she got her hammer again.

"This is the time." where the last words she said before unlocking her chains and yanking her to face the floor, and raising her hammer in the air. She gave a good strong hit on the back of the mare's head, crushing her skull in which made blood and brain matter spread all over the floor. The pony was finally dead. Dollface stood over a matter of 15 minutes, staring down at the body with such pride.

She was happy that she fully killed a pony within the forty five minute range. Snapping out of her daze, she took off the gloves she was wearing now speckled with blood, and began to clean the body up by stuffing the body into the bag she came down with.

"Just like all the mares in this town. Scum as much as the stallions." she mumbled underneath her breath as she carried the bag to the large hole. She kicked it into the shallow darkness, watching it fall down into the pit.
---
After she saw the body fall, she slowly made her way back inside the house and heading to the shower. Barely noticing her small bruise, she rose her hand to her face feeling the tenderness on her cheek. She was hit hard in the face, having to give credit to her victim for fighting back. Rubbing it for a few seconds she put her hoof down continuing to clean herself off, watching the blood drain down the pipe. She had no remorse or recollection of her two victims, she didn't want to see them in her mind.

She stepped out of the shower then heading upstairs, getting under the covers, feeling the warmth of her bed, and then she shut her eyes.

When the morning came, a loud knock was heard from downstairs. She ran down the stone steps to answer her door, seeing the sheriff himself. Knowing who he was, he gave a greeting at her by a wink. "Evenin' Doll." he chirped in his happy tone. "Howdy, Sheriff Thunderbolt. What are you doing here so late in the afternoon?" She seemed confused, her head slightly cocking to the left. "I am here on behalf of the city. Reports are coming in like batshit crazy. Ponies are going missin'. Just wanted to inform ya that there's been over 30 ponies missin'." he stated fixing his sunglasses.

"Oh god, that's terrible." She faked her reaction, playing it cool. "Oh yeah, so lock yer self up!" he exclaimed, then giving her a nod goodbye. Dollface watched him walk off back into town, then shutting the door locking it. "Thirty ponies...that must be connected to Zara's parents missing..." she mumbled to herself, thinking. She stopped in her tracks realizing something, then giving a small wicked grin. "Holy fuck. You little sneak, you finally killed them!" she gave a small laugh, her smile growing bigger. It was amazing how she killed her parents finally, Dollface wondered if they could see each other but has some doubts about this.

"We should all meet in Ponyville east from here..." she looked at her clock. "But how can I get out of here? Kill more ponies?" she asked curiously. Giving a second to think she finally thought out a plan. To get the hell out of here after she gets her goal done which to kill two hundred ponies. She may or may not achieve it, but she sure as hell knows that Zara will finish off anyone in this town. She felt the excitement that came over her, overjoyed thoughts of reuniting with her flooding her mind. A tear escaped her left eye as she wiped it away.
---
Galloping into the town of Wonderfree with her usual cloak on, she slowed down to walking. Her eyes searching through the crowd of colorful ponies, deciding which one to kill next.

Eventually she spotted a small little light red filly with short white hair, and a short tail. Her cutie mark was a match and flame on her flanks. Dollface blinked at her appearance, she loved children but thought of her goal, plus Zara. She made her way on over to the small little filly who was collecting flowers. "Hello, little pony." she greeted, the red mare jumped at her greeting in fear. "W-Who are you?" she asked Dollface. "My name is not a concern, but call me...Mira." she placed her hoof on the filly's head. 'Oh, okay Mira!" she smiled at Dollface.

'Why don't you come with me, I have some cupcakes." Dollface said with a smile, trying to lure her back. But, the filly stopped her smile, thinking she shouldn't go with her. "I'm not supposed to go with strangers.." she mumbled slowly, her eyes looking up to her. "Ponies tell you things to scare you. I'm not gonna hurt ya." She snarled a bit. "You sure?" her prey asked curiously. "Yeah, I'm sure little one." She nodded.

The filly hesitated for a mere second, but then agreed to follow Dollface to wherever. "Where are we going, Mira?" the red pony asked, but Dollface was quiet as she began to walk back to her home while the filly followed her. She let the filly inside of the house, following in and locking the doors. Absolute silence filled the room as the filly turned to Dollface who had a uneasy smile, looking at her with a blank stare. "Didn't your parents tell ya about strangers? About not going with them? Are you that dumb?" Dollface stopped smiling, her face turned cold. The filly now seeing her expression made her fell so terrified, she felt paralyzed in her legs.

Dollface gave that unsettling laugh she always does, and the filly began to run trying to find an exit. She was panicking, trying to breathe but barely when she was running. A sudden press of a button made the small filly fall into a dark deep pit that Dollface had made. Dollface walked on over to the pit, looking down at the red pony. "Ya ain't gonna escape, ya dumb filly." She said with her fake southern accent. "W-What are you going to do to me?" the small victim said with trembling fear, "I'm gonna kill ya and your parents. Play with this while I fetch them." As she said that, Dollface threw down into the dark pit, a hacksaw.

"What the hay am I gonna use this for?" she blinked at her opponent who now was giving a frown from above. "You really ARE that dumb for a small child. What do YOU think I gave that hacksaw to you for? Cut wood with it?" she hissed. "Ya use it to play with it, you know..start sawing into that flesh of yours." she continued, adding on. "C'mon, just use it for starters while I fetch your stupid parents." she kept on staring at her with a blank expression. The filly gave a cold shiver down the spine, staring back down at the hacksaw that was just thrown into the corner. She heard her footsteps fade away from the kitchen, hearing a door slam.

It felt like hours compared to minutes, the victim staring blankly at the cold and rusty hacksaw. Then, she looked up to the sounds of steps and two thuds on the wooden floor. Dollface looked over, addressing the filly to get in the small bucket to lift her up. Eventually, the mare did as she was told and got in the bucket slowly being ascended up to the surface. There she saw two ponies, one being a female white with black hair and the other a darkened red with blonde hair. The filly widened her eyes in fear, but remembered how cruel and mean they were.

"Oh. It's them." she said emotionless, her eyes listless and hair flat. To Dollface's surprise, she was shocked at the little one's sudden change of behavior. "You don't seem so surprised about them, little one." She gave a glare at the parents. She slightly mumbled "What did you two do to her?" then looked back at the filly with concern.

"You little brat, you got us into this mess! Why did I ever give birth to you?!" the mother shouted, giving her own daughter an angered expression. "I knew you were a mistake, I should've never agreed to have you, you little bitch!" father then exclaimed, looking the other way. Dollface watched the filly's expression become more saddened, disappointed more. Then, Dollface took a minute of silence before hitting the parents both in the face. "SHUT UP, SCUM!" she shouted furiously, her voice became hoarse. The parents coward back as Dollface turned to them, getting the filly's attention immediately.

"You shouldn't be so mean to your own daughter! You're nothing but scum, and always will be!" she said giving another hard smack across the father's face. A moment of silence filled the room for a few minutes. Dollface turned her head to look at the little filly who now had eyes on her. Scared for her life before Dollface could say, "You look sad. What can I do for you?"

This gave hope in the other's eyes, she gave an unusual smile that her parents never saw before. It was revenge. Murderous. She wanted payback for their sins they commited. "Kill. Them for me." the filly's voice sounded malicious, cold and filled with hatred. Then Dollface gave a small warm smile at her then heading to the other side of the room. Grabbing the chainsaw, she could hear the parents talking to their daughter. "YOU LITTLE TRAMP! YOU WOULD SELL US OUT FOR THIS??!" the father violently shook in this imprisonment of shackles, shouting so much that his voice cracked.

Dollface held the chainsaw in her hooves, trying to ignite the engine to work while the parents struggled. "Tell me, what's your name little one?" Dollface asked, still her focus on starting the tool. The filly took a deep breath and exhaled out. "Redberry, I'm still a blank flank...in a way..." Redberry looked down at the floor, ashamed. "You shouldn't be ashamed, Red. I have a friend who was a blank flank, and I really miss her that why I am killing your parents for my goal." Dollface huffed, still trying to jumpstart the engine.

Redberry blinked, now interested in what her "goal" is. "Goal?" she said curiously, looking over at her parents who now gave up. "My goal is to kill everyone off, you know the works. It's gonna take two years and ponies are already missing." Dollface finally managed to get the engine to work, panting in breath. 'Why not get out of here?" Red tilted her head a bit, seeming rather confused. "I can't just leave, I need to kill them all so it can become a total ghost town!!" she shouted over the loud sounds of the chainsaw, and sliding her mask down on her face.

"That sounds...kinda genius...this town is really amish and backwards." Redberry looked up to the ceiling. "Sounds like a rock farm I hear somewhere east or west..." Dollface said. "REALLY backwards." She then added. Redberry watched her raise up the chainsaw and started to work though her mother's body, while she gave a cry of horrible agony. She saw the blood splash all over her, including Dollface's mask. The father watched in horror as his wife was just split into two parts. "This is what the scum gets as payback. And you're headed to hell where you belong, to BURN in flames." Dollface just stared at the father, standing there with her chainsaw in hooves.

Then in a spite of furious anger, Dollface slashed straight through the father making him into two just like the mother. A pool of blood started to form immediately underneath the corpses. Dollface slid up the face back onto her head, staring down blankly then facing to Redberry. The father's body made more of a mess than the mother did all over the floor.

"You can kill me now..I'm worth nothing now." Redberry said, having a solemn voice. But Dollface didn't repond, no movement whatsoever.

"Join me." she said, no hesistation within her voice. This made Redberry look back up to her, shocked. "J-Join you? Like what you do?" Redberry's voice trembled, not sure what she was up to this time. "I'm being serious, I'm not really tricking you into anything or using you as a pawn." Dollface blatantly had said. "Think about it, you by my side with me...surviving to get to Ponyville. To meet my friend." she continued, sounding soft in her words. "We can beat the scum, eradicate them one by one. How about it?" she looked over to her, waiting for an answer. Redberry gave some thought, how she COULD get revenge on those bullies, and other ponies in this god awful town.

Redberry looked up at her one more time, giving a genuine nod of approval. "I'll do it on ONE CONDITION." her voice sounded firm, assertive which made Dollface salute her. "Yes, ma'am!?" she almost cracked in her voice. "Let me call you sis. Like family, ok?" she smiled. Dollface nodded, hugging her.

"You really sure you want to do this?" Dollface pulled away, looking at her. "I am. Plus...what's your real name?" Redberry questioned. "My name is Dollface, if you like to...you can call me Mira still." Dollface smiled at her, stroking her short white fluffy hair.

"I will!" the filly chuckled softly, so did Dollface. She pulled her into a tight hug, as they embraced that cold night.

The next morning peaked up on the duo, making Redberry wake to the sun that was facing on her. She jumped off the bed and headed to the kitchen to get something to eat. Dollface, on the other hand was still sleeping. Something caught in the corner of Redberry's eye, it was a paper. She picked it up to look at it, noticing it was a wanted paper for the mysterious "Masked Murderer". Did someone see them kidnap all the victims, her parents? The filly shook off the feeling setting the paper down with shaking hooves.

Redberry felt the fear overcoming her, she probably knew they are going to get caught. She wanted to wait until her partner woke up, and so she did. It was an hour that slithered by, and saw "Mira" come into the kitchen, seeing her sitting down. A confused look was placed on Dollface as she asked "Are you okay, darling? Did you eat?"
"No.." Red sounded soft.
"Do...you want me to make you something to eat?" Dollface asked her, still looking at her face.
"I-I.." the filly stuttered.
"What is it??" Her voice rose in confusion.
"I'm scared.. that we will both get caught..." Red stared down at the wooden table.
"We won't. I promise. Trust me, we won't. I won't let them all take you away from me. EVER." Dollface sounded determined, strong.
A tear formed in the filly's right eye, beginning to cry. Dollface went to her softly petting her head as Red just started to sob within her chest. "It's okay, darling. We won't, that's a promise I will keep for us." Dollface said, hugging her tight feeling bad for the poor filly.

Dollface was the only family Redberry had left, and she wanted to stay by her side no matter what happens.
---
A year rolled on by so quickly as the duo captured over 100 victims in total with different methods of slight torture, tools and creative method of killings. Redberry ended up getting more and more creative making Dollface impressed. They started to trust one another as the time passed on, being by their side each time with a new victim. Redberry became loyal towards Dollface, and was willing to do anything for her. Redberry didn't really care that Dollface was either using her, she had a sister by her everytime to cuddle and do jokes with.

In fact, Redberry did suggest that they do funny puns and jokes about the victims. Dollface agreed, to her it sounded so much fun to do. The victims felt so low, so degraded about the jokes that they both made. They both would laugh at the pain that was made through the faces of the victims. Most of the victims fought back, and the rest didn't.

Dollface had a soft spot just for her, just like she had for Zara. She loved her just like as she loved Zara. She felt excitement overflow her mind, she had her little sister. Redberry reminded her of everything of Zara, it was really freaky but she didn't care. She was extremely happy for some odd reason. Dollface had finally found someone, while Redberry found her best friend to "play" with.

Within that week Dollface and Redberry stopped their killings for a bit, deciding to take a small break.

Even though the year rolled on by like nothing, about only half of the hundred ponies that where left, fled the town to either Ponyville or somewhere else. Wonderfree, the once happy lively town now a empty void of nothing but dust and tumbleweeds.

Dollface and Redberry still remain in the emptied town, a plan was about to crack right out in the open for them. Not knowing the horrors and wonders of what would unfold.

It had been awhile for the duo for it has been a week since most of the ponies disappeared in Wonderfree. In fact, it was a ghost town. Just being empty, just like it deserves for all these years. It wasn't until long while Dollface and Redberry had just buried in the last available lot of their own gravesite. Red was of course scared once she looked over the entire place with tombstones that ressembles a crude cross just stuck in the dirt. Now she figured, she must made a big mistake about the killings. But, even if she did find the time to turn on Mira, her own sister whom she declared as family not too long ago. The filly, of course decided, this must be fate for her and Mira.

Everyone was going to pay for what everyone did for Zara and Dollface. It was long before all of them are now buried six feet under the soil. Such a shame that two psychopathic killers murdered them all in cold blood. Now, the exciting part is to find Zara with her new sister. Perhaps, maybe she could find Zara in the east or centural parts of Equestria.

With a sigh, Mira then pulled her mask off revealing her eyes to be a pink, hair dark pink put into pigtails. Redberry watched her from afar and walked up to her. "Mira..uhm..I have a small question.." She said a bit softly, rubbing her leg a bit. "Yeah?" Dollface replied after. "D-Do you think..I mean..how are we ever going to find Zara?" Reberry looked up at her, her purple eyes blinking with a confused look.

"Ponyville. It's a place I know she'd be in...because she was planning it from the start after she planned revenge on half of the town." Mira looked away, "Walking might be a bit too much for us but we can take breaks." Then she gave a secure nod at Redberry before sitting down. "So..walking..huh?" Red looked down at the ground, "Okay then..I guess we gotta pack whatever right?" Redberry glanced up at her mentor once more. Waiting for a answer.

"Yes, dear." Doll turned to her and then used a hoove to pet her soft white hair. "You'll love Zara, I promise okay?" She did indeed smile at her sister, which was a rare thing for her to even do. "Wait..what about the ponies who ran away?" Redberry tensed up again at her own question, freezing in place. Mira took both of her hooves and placed them on her sister's face, squishing them together. "Do not worry, my dear sister. That's even better, more fun for us with her..perhaps they ran to Ponyville."

"Ponyville, huh? Maybe Canterlot too?" Redberry suggested thenMira nodded at that, before thinking "Hold the phone...what about..there was one pony who ran..she had yellow fur, mismatched mane and tail. I remember that.." Red pulled away. Come to think of it, that pony sounded really familiar...it even made Mira think for a second before a grin had formed. "Oh, I'll explain that special pony later, okay?" The mare stood tall over Redberry, grinning from ear to ear. "Now, c'mon. We must get this train going." Mira referred them as a "train" because her group was expanding.

"Alright, I suppose." Redberry nodded before heading back to her place to grab stuff. It didn't really take the filly long on grabbing stuff that was her all. All she grabbed was her favorite brown sack with a light green blanket with pink flowers on it. Now, she was grabbing a few books for the way on down there. Just for entertainment and maybe explore her own imagination.

As she grabbed three books for the road, she didn't realize that tears were falling down from her eyes. As if she was leaving forever, the agony in her heart ached. Then, looking around to see a room empty. No more laying down in her bed, no more cuddling with the blanket. Everything was so...deserted. Then, out of the blue she dropped her belongings and cried for a solid good few minutes.

Redberry cried for what felt like hours, but really for thirty minutes. Then she stopped wailing and silenced. Wiping her tears away, she thanked her room for being so good to her, all these years. A small sniff escaped the little one before she picked her belongings up again and put them into the bag. This was the only time she must've cried or maybe it was her first time. She didn't understand much about sadness or depression either so she felt "down" as she called it.

It hurt little Redberry knowing that her father and mother hurt her, always insulted, and sorta beat her. Knowing that, she was happy and felt...free. For the very first time in her life, she was escaping this old life and into a new one with her only sister. But, she felt her heart sink as she realized she maybe was never coming back to this place ever again. The place where she grew up in, played in school here, and other filly things.

She stared at the walls for a while before taking a deep breath and walking out of the house. On her way out, she saw her parents room, heavily decorated with jewlery and clothing, was now empty or had nobody in it to have argue with each other. Standing there, in the door frame by herself, she had no one telling her to get the hell out or even scream at her once she stepped in.

"I always hated you."

She quietly let out. Tears coming down once more. "Why did you scream at me?...Why did you even hit me?" She asked the room itself. Hitting, sudden, with her hoof on the plank floor. "WHY?!" She hit again much harder this time. "I didn't deserve it.." She cried out, sniffling a bit. "I HATE YOU! I ALWAYS HAVE!!" She screamed, before taking a bat that was left in the corner of the room. It was the same bat her parents used to strike her with. Then she swung hard at the wine glasses, breaking them into itty bitty pieces.

"You're supposed to protect me! Not hit me!!! I just wanna be loved by you and--and--I TRUSTED YOU!!" here was, wrath, anger, and fury read in her eyes, face and actions. She didn't care if she got cuts from the shards of glass, she just swung another round at the collectable plates that her father collected. All the years in collecting, smashed into larger sized pieces.

Breathing heavily with a bat in hand, she looked over at the plates. "You piece of shit. You can rot in hell." She dropped it, before walking out of the room and heading back to Mira's place, the farmhouse.
----
Dollface was of course, packing her blanket, pillow and placing her mask back on her face again. Turning to hear hoofsteps from Redberry. "Hey hunny, what took you so long?" The mare asked very sweetly, trotting over to her then petting her hair once more, making Red calm down. "Nothing..just...I had some..business to take care of." The filly nodded and sat on her sister's bed.

"Alright then, I guess. You ready for the trip?" Dollface asked, looking over to see Redberry curled up. She turned over to reply with a nod. "Alright good then. Let's get going, okay?" She said, placing her hooves around her sister before lifting her up to put her on her back. Redberry was caught a bit off guard but didn't say a word since she didn't mind.

As Dollface carried her and her own stuff, she looked back at her house. This wasn't going to be easy on the path she took but it means to find her best friend and take down Sunset Margarita, then so be it. She had many surprises for Zara in the near future. As Redberry sighed, Dollface began to walk herself out out Wonderfree, now a deserted town from the fleeing last ponies and dead ones. The grown mare didn't seem to stop or look back anymore since it was gone, no long the same vibrant town it once was.

If anything, Dollface silently cried as her sister had already fallen asleep from her angry outburst from earlier. But it seemed like it didn't matter now because a new life was waiting for them. Silent tears from Dollface herself had fallen, this was her first time ever crying as well. But unlike Redberry, she knew what it was for. It was for her own childhood home, her only parents were dead because some pony was looking for goods in the house. Mira swore revenge that day since the older stallion spared her, and she was going to get it.

Quickly she started to speed up, trotting her way down the dirt path and into the forest. She knew that the forbidden forest was indeed scary. But, really she didn't mind the forest, for her, she didn't mind it since Dollface found it peaceful. With a sigh, she kept on walking noticing she was slowing down now in her tracks because she reached the Everfree Forest finally. It took the both them to walk about a solid hour or less, it wasn't that bad.

Mira finally went to a large tree, sitting down underneath it. Placing Redberry down on the ground next to her, watching her curl up happily. Then Dollface pushed her mask straight up above from her face to breathe. Huffing a bit, Dollface shakes out her mane and tail. Making a slight soft and pleased sigh [a horse sighing in happiness], smiling a bit. Redberry's one left eye opened and saw that Mira, her sister was content for once.

Then Redberry woke up to sit up straight. "Mira, you look really content." Red looked up at her, "Like happy content." She added on. The brown furred mare looked over and grinned at her, nodding her head. "Yes, because we.." She paused before softly making her voice softer. "are finally free." She added on, pulling her small filly sister closer to her. "Happy because of you and me going to Ponyville, finding my other sister, Zara." Nuzzling her softly.

Redberry let this happen, she didn't mind this at all. In fact, she nuzzled right back. Now, Red was also happy to hear this, rubbing her small nose into her older sister's fur. Giggling as Mira sighed happily. "Enjoy this while you can, Red, because this would be the very rare moment that will ever happen..after this, we need to be serious about this plan. Okay?" Doll looked at her sister, who nodded in return.

"I'll cherish it, Mira. I promise, it will be a good and happy memory forever." She purred softly, closing her eyes. "Alright then." Dollface smiled down at her.
---
Only an hour had passed on by, of course, Mira and Redberry were on the road again through the forest and through Ponyville with both dark brown cloaks on to hide them. Which made them look suspicious, and no one came up to them yet. Of course, Dollface had the mask on whichmade everyone scared and shut the windows to their houses.

Ponyville was a little less colorful due to the ponies disappearing from left to right, but no one seemed to have noticed it. Dollface heard about this, and was a little too excited. She was whining a bit and actually trotting around the town.

"Mira..please keep it down..Don't you know you'll blow your cover?!" Redberry hissed at her sister before Dollface shut up finally. Red gave a sigh of relief. "Since we are in Ponyville..hungry?" Dollface asked her sister, heading over to a stand. The lady at the stand was a little terrified at the aloof brown mare. But, Dollface handed a bag of bits for the lady, "May we get some of the fruit? We are new here." Doll said while pushing up her mask, forcing a smile on her face.

For some odd reason the lady at the stand nodded, calmly she started to fill a few bags full of apples, pears, bananas, grapes and more fruit. Dollface gave her about maybe 250 bits in money. It shocked the lady because it almost bought out her whole stand out, but she didn't mind. "I apoligize for scaring you, it wasn't my intent." Dollface smiled again, her deep smooth voice was there, it calmed the lady, clearing misjudging Dollface from afar.

Handing over the few bags, the lady smiled right back "Such nice young mares, is that your sister, sweetheart?" She asked, she had that old and sweet voice. Dollface was very fond of elder ponies for they are sweet as icing on a cake. They reminded her of her own grammy, and grampa. Or Gram and Pa. "Yes, Ma'am." She sung a bit happily, a faint red on cheeks. Redberry shyly peaked out to see the old lady, eyes glistening at her.

This made the old mare laugh a bit, before taking the bag of bits and put it away. "Thank you, darling." The older mare said after. Waving a goodbye as Dollface and Red both headed off, waving back. "That lady was nice." Redberry clearly stated that as Dollface walked down a road to find out a small abandoned house on the hills. It was close to Ponyville. "She was. And this is perfection." Dollface went stoic again.

Opening the door to see inside was cobwebs and dust on the shelves. The house had two rooms and one bathroom. It was quite a large place. "Wow. Some paint and some fixing up would work, huh Mira?" Redberry looked to her older sister. "Yes, a bit of wallpaper and some..other stuff." Dollface then went to the master bedroom to put all of the bags on the bed and her items. Huffing a bit, climbing ontop of the bed.

"Jeez...my legs hurt bad.." She sighed and curled up. Then she closed her eyes before falling asleep.
----
Meanwhile, Redberry had set her stuff into her room and on the bed. She even felt a bit tired from the walk from the forest. At least she had her own room this time too. So, she lays in her covers before shutting her eyes.

Both Dollface and Redberry were not sure how this mess became to be, but this was a decided fate for the both of them. Not knowing what would lie ahead from them.

Or did they...?
