The darkness grew larger as the shadows coverd her dying body. She layed there, with no hope of ever escaping this prison. Mare Do Well didn't have much time left, she was bleeding severely and no amount of treatment could heal her wounds. She was going to die.

"Scootaloo wait up, you know I don't like going into the Everfree forest alone!" announced Applebloom.

"C'mon Applebloom you just need to be faster, and more adventurous." Scootaloo stated

The two had been wandering the forest for hours searching for the hut of Zecora the zebra. Not yet finding the hut, Applebloom became worried, and wanted to return home. The young phillies explored the wood for a whle after that when they came across a strange looking cave. By this time it had become dark and the ponies were frightened.

Applebloom did not like the idea of spendng the night in that cave. " Umm Scootaloo, Applejack always tells me not to go into somplace unsafe."

"Don't tell me your scared." said the trying to be brave pony.

"No im not scared, it's just......" muttered Applebloom

"It's just what?" rudely shouted Scootaloo.
