This ones going to be a short one as it is something to keep you all entertained while I continue to write my other stories.

It was her lifelong dream to join the Wonderbolts, and Rainbow Dash would do whatever it took to achieve her goal. She received recognition around Cloudsdale and Equestria for winning the Best Young Fliers competition. Rainbow Dash even managed to score some personal time with the Wonderbolts themselves; first by winning the competition, and saving Soarin's pie at the Grand Galloping Gala. Though, it was debatable how close Rainbow Dash got with the high flyers at the Gala

Despite all that, the blue pegasus felt that she still needed to do more to join the Wonderbolts. Rainbow Dash would have sleepless nights, thinking of what that one trick or performance would be that would seal her destiny. She would need to do something that proved her value and worth to the group. A task that would make the Wonderbolts insist that she join a soon as possible.

And then it dawned on her. The idea hit Rainbow Dash at the Summer Sun Celebration. If she could raise the sun herself in front of all the other ponies, then that would surely be the trick that would get her in the Wonderbolts and not just that but it would make every pony admire her and would make the wonder how she could have pulled of an amazing feat but alas that didn't happen in quite it was the exact opposite of what she imagined. however it seemed like an easy task too that made perfect sense. The pegasus was in charge of the weather crew during the Winter Wrap-Up ceremonies, and the sun was related to the weather.

Regrettably, Rainbow Dash did not think the plan through, as she charged forward and past the stage where the sun would be lifted. Her friends called out helplessly to the blue pegasus, but she was determined in her motives. Rainbow Dash was able to locate the sun quickly, and used her Rainblow Dry move to spin and lift the sun off the ground. Once the sun was high in the sky, she flew in front of it, and took the same victory pose that Princess Celestia takes after raising the sun herself. It would be a very proud momunt of her life if it wasn't for the guards arrested as soon as she landed on the ground.

But it was also a huge slap in the face, an insult, to the white alicorn. As soon as Rainbow Dash returned to the stage for the expected cheers from her peers, Celestia's guard ponies surrounded her. The pegasus screamed and roared about being the best flier in all of Equestria, taking a defensive pose to the guards, warning them to back off. When the guard ponies approached, Rainbow Dash kicked, punched, and bucked as hard as she could to fight them off, but she was outnumbered. Celestia's guards wrestled the blue pony to the ground, with several even using electric shocks to try and subdue her. Rainbow Dash's friends looked on in horror at the painful screams and tragic wailing of their fellow friend.

That was around a year ago. Nowadays, Rainbow Dash's days are spent in a dungeon. Her front legs chained to the brick walls, and her wings chained to the cold, stone floor. It was a dark, dreary room that was a clash to her rainbow-colored mane and tail. The food provided for her daily meal is a small offering of water and a bowl of oats in which she had to drink out of a straw and the guards had to feed her it was dash feel humiliated and she was grateful for the fact that no pony ever seen her.

Rainbow Dash's friends pleaded Princess Celestia for mercy, but the best they could get was one small monthly visit each, for only a half-hour. Twilight Sparkle would regale Rainbow Dash in stories of their adventures and would sometimes read her the newest Daring Do book in the season. Rarity would bring over her beauty supplies and do what she could to give the pegasus a makeover. Pinkie Pie would try to liven the place up with balloons and streamers, but the guards would remove them after the party pony left. Fluttershy would use her special talent to comfort and soothe Rainbow Dash to boost her spirit as much as possible. And when Applejack would visit, the earth pony would just cuddle with her best friend, with gentle nuzzles and licks thrown it, along with shedding a few tears, letting Rainbow Dash that she loved her dearly and will always be by her side. Sometimes Princess Luna would come down to try to comfort the now depressed pegasus or she would enter her dreams and try and make them to show the good times she had with her friends, however Princess Celestia was different the only time she came down and visited dash was to taunt her and make fun of her and say that her friends were glad that she was gone and would even say that they had found a new pony to take over the element of loyalty and that pony would either be her old bullies, Gilda or Lightning dust these would usually give her nightmares for weeks on end.

But the punishment was too much at times for Rainbow Dash. She would often cry herself to sleep. The pegasus had lost everything; her freedom, the simple joy of flying in the sky, her chance to join the Wonderbolts, and (for the most part) her friends.

On several occasions she had tried to take her own life by not eating or she would keep banging her head on the wall behind but these attempts were futile she even tried to beg the guards to kill her but they always tried to stop her. The only other thing that she wanted more than ever was to simply hang out with her best friends without them seeing her chained up and to spend time with her number one fan that was if she still was her fan she hoped to celestia that she still liked her.

All because she went too far to reach for her dreams.
