Rainbow Dash was in the kitchen checking her shopping list for Christmas when two fillies approached her. They were her twin daughters Ragtag and Shooting Star.

"What are you doing mommy?" Asked Shooting Star

"I was checking our list for Christmas shopping, and it looks like some things are missing. Looks like I'm going to have to go to Ponyville Mall to buy these missing things," Dash said then the twins'eyes sparkled.

"So you mean you go to Ponyville Mall? Can we go too?!" Ragtag said

"Yes, our friends said Ponyville Mall is beautiful with Christmas decorations, we really want to go, Mom!" Shooting Star said

"I don't know girls, I'm just going to do some quick shopping ...."

The twins then stood in front of their mother making pretty puppy eyes.

"Please?!" The twins said

"Okay alright, we're going to Ponyville Mall, just wait for your father to come and we'll all go to Ponyville Mall together"

"Yay !!!" The twins then jumped happily.

Rainbow Dash and Soarin headed to Ponyville Mall along with their daughters Ragtag and Shooting Star.

The twins were so excited to see the Ponyville Mall Christmas decorations, after all he was always very handsome this time of year.

"Wow, Ponyville Mall looks better than last year!" Ragtag said

"Yes! I can't wait to start shopping!" Shooting Star said

"Calm down girls we'll have plenty of time for that and we have some fun here too," Soarin said standing next to his wife.

"Well let's start shopping for things on the list first, and then we can have fun together here," Dash said.

So the four ponies went to start Christmas shopping

Shopping was not too long, and soon after they had finished buying everything on Dash's list, the four pegasus were strolling through Ponyville Mall looking for something to do.

Suddenly then the twins spotted a huge cane lollipop next to the huge Christmas tree in the middle of Ponyville Mall.

"Mommy! Daddy! Can we go there? I'd love to try that lollipop!" Ragtag said

"And then can we take a picture in front of the Christmas tree? Please?" Shooting Star said

Dash and Soarin rolled their eyes.

"Of course you can girls," Dash said.

The fillies then quickly ran to the Christmas tree to take a picture.

"Dad can you take our picture?" Shooting Star said

"Of course honey" Soarin said as she reached for the camera in his bag.

He then took a picture of the fillies, and soon after he asked a stallion to take a picture of him with Dash, and then one of the family.

"These photos look great Soar" Dash said

"Now we can lick that huge lollipop, right Shooting Star?" Ragtag said

"Yes!"

The two foals rushed to the lollipop and gave it a good taste.

"Wow, this is the best lollipop I've ever tasted!" Shooting Star said

"It's better than Sugarcubbe Corner candys, no offense to Aunt Pinkie," Ragtag said.

"Ok girls now we better go home, we need to prepare things for Christmas" Dash said

When the four ponies arrived home they began to prepare everything for the best night of the year. The Christmas. The twins loved this time of year as much as they loved Halloween and the new year.

They were now helping their father decorate the house while Rainbow Dash was in the kitchen preparing meals for Christmas dinner.

"Daddy can I put the star on the tree?" Shooting Star asked

"Of course honey, come here," Soarin said as he took his daughter in his hooves and lifted her up to place the star on the Christmas tree.

"It's getting so beautiful, I can't wait to open the Christmas presents!" Ragtag said

"Me neither, I think this is the best part of Christmas" Shooting Star said

"You both know this is not the most important part of Christmas don't you?" Soarin said

"Of course we know daddy, we just got a little excited" Ragtag said

A few minutes later the scent of Christmas dinner that Dash was preparing was making the three ponies in the room drool with hunger.

"I'll confess to you both, I know what the real meaning of Christmas is. But my favorite part of it all is eating the delicious food your mother makes every year," Soarin said and the fillies laughed.

"Maybe we should ask Mommy if the food is ready, Daddy seems to starve," Shooting Star suggested, and her sister nodded.

With that the two fillies ran to the kitchen where their mother was.

"Mommy!" The fillies screamed

"Hi girls, by the way your father already sent you here to check if the food is ready right?" Rainbow Dash said

"No mommy we came on our own, besides we are also starving when the food will be ready?" Ragtag said

"If I say yes will you help me set the table for supper?" Dash said and the twins nodded.

"Good!"

Soon after the four ponies were sitting at the table to eat the delicious food Dash had prepared. Soarin seemed to be the most hungry of all, he was almost drooling on his plate.

"Very well ponies attack!" Dash said signaling the three ponies to start eating.

The four ponies were savoring Dash's delicious food. Soarin was still impressed with his wife's culinary gifts.

Shortly after they had finished eating it was finally time to open the Christmas presents. Shooting Star and Ragtag were very lively.

"Ok Ragtag this is your gift and this is Shooting Star's gift," Dash said handing the presents to the fillies, who quickly began opening their presents.

"Wow I can't believe I got Daring Do toys!" Ragtag said

"And I got a princess kit! Oh that's the best gift ever!" Shooting Star said

"The girls look like they loved their gifts" Soarin said

"Yes, now come here that you need to open your gift Soar" Dash said leading her husband to the other side of the Christmas tree and pulled a gift out of there.

"Here it was made with every love possible I hope you enjoy it though" she said

Soarin opened the gift and inside it was a Wonderbolt jacket with his and Dash's initials "S + RD".

Suddenly Soarin pulled his wife into a warm, loving hug.

"Dashie this was the best gift I got from you after our wedding and when we had our daughters. Thank you."

"No problem Soar"

"Here, this is my gift to you. I hope you enjoy it" Soarin said handing the gift to Dash. She jerked it open, and she almost cried with excitement at what was in the box.

It was a book that contained everything the two had ever lived together. When they first met, when they first danced at the royal wedding, when Dash became a Wonderbolt, when they started dating, when they first kissed, when Soarin proposed to Dash, when they married, Dash's pregnancy, when their daughters were born and the list goes on ...

Rainbow Dash had a tear of joy coming from her eyes, so she hugged her husband as tightly as she could, and then kissed him on the cheek.

"That was the sweetest thing anyone has ever done to me, thanks Soarin"

"No problem Dashie, I love you"

"I love you too Clipper"

They were about to kiss but were interrupted by two fillies.

"Wait you can't do this yet!" Shooting Star said

"What but what do you-" Dash started

The fillies then took a mistletoe and hung it over their parents.

"Now, you can go on now!" Ragtag said

"Ragtag, Shooting Star, you two such filthy fillies" Dash said with a smile

"Well ... So where were we, Miss?" Soarin said seductively

"In the part where I will kiss you goofball"

The two then shared a soft and sweet kiss under the spot, while the fillies said "awwwwww"
