Take 71 of Equestria's best car and bike racers and set them against each other on a global racing tour to determine who is the best of the best!

Now, 2 years since the start of the Equestrian Champion's Racing Series, a new-comer is accepted into the running. But does he have what it takes to become the best racer it Equestria?
