Nightmare Godzilla had a twisted grin on his face, setting his sight's through the orb of the illegal abandoned genetic's lab, as he smiled. He opened a portal to the lab, and saw what had transpired there. He looked around the genetic's lab, coming across a secret compartment, which he used his power's to magically open. Inside the compartment, were many Black Nanopod's that had been lost for decades. Good thing this operation had created more of this process, as he smiled. "Good.....this is exactly what I need......I'll let the King, and Queen of the Sharklantean's have everything else.......after all.....they won't leave this place alive" Nightmare Godzilla cackled, before vanishing through a Blood portal, closing it behind him.

Inside the blank shadow's......two green reptilian eyes, stared through the inky blackness, before the growl of a familiar creature was heard, vanishing beneath the small pool.

Fever Swamp was a very horrible, place. The heat was intense, as Starlight, Creature, Sassy Saddles, and Angel Scratch were carrying lot's of food, and water for their investigation. They found it super tough to navigate this swampy land. The air was hot, humid, and swampy. They travsered through mile's upon, miles of jungle, just to find what they were looking for. Creature walked around the area, as his reptilian skin could handle the humidity, while Sassy Saddles, and Starlight Glimmer were wearing sporting bra's, and short's as they slashed the leaves out of the way, along with Creature. Angel Scratch didn't really feel much of the heat, because her wing's kept her cool when she flapped them.

"UUUGGGHHH.......This Swamp is almost IMPOSSIBLE......is this why they call this place Fever Swamp, because it's so hot, and humid?" Sassy Saddles asked, as Creature smiled.

"Yup, there are part's of Equestria's jungles that can be super hot, and humid. Back in the day, when young other ponies try to live as a tribe in this swamp.....the tribe was wiped out by the lethal humidity heat waves that heated up in this area. It usually caused a strange disease back in the day, where many of the mare's would go into a jungle fever heat, that made them fuck their stallion's to death, later getting it's name Fever Swamp. Look's like since the Pegasi have more control over the weather, and because of the planet being revived from the Great Disaster.....it look's like the heat has lowered more in this area, and the Jungle Fever disease has been completely eradicated" Creature explained, as Sassy Saddles whined.

"I HATE THIS HEEAAATT.......AND HUMIDITY.......I DON'T DESERVE TO BE HERE!!!!!!!!!!" Sassy Saddles complained, as Starlight Glimmer rolled her eyes.

"You wanted to come to a place called Fever Swamp, what the hell were you even expecting? Now quit complaining bitch" Starlight Glimmer scowled, as Sassy Saddles turned her head away, and replied with a loud "Hmph". They both continued through the murky jungle of Fever Swamp, before coming into the swamp territory itself. Starlight Glimmer continued to map out the place with the other's looked at the creepy swamp. Underneath a fallen log in the swamp river.....two reptilian eyes watched them with peculiar interest, and observant behavior. The huge crocodile snout was above the surface for a few minute's, before sinking, and disappearing beneath the swamp water's.

The more all of them continued to get to there destination....the more creepier it got. The forest itself grew ominously dark, and the place became more foggy. It only got odder, as the temperature went from hot, and humid, to cold, and wet. "Um......what's going on here.....why is it so cold all of a sudden?" Sassy Saddles asked, a little bit confused about the temperature. Angel Scratch stepped forward more, slowly closing her eyes, and letting her wing's feel the air around her.

"Angel.....what is it......is there something you sense?" Creature asked, as she flapped her wing's forward, feeling a small icy wind blow around her.

"That's very interesting.....from what I could feel, and sense.....the reason why this part of the place changed, is because this cold fog used to be part of a huge ice cold temperature for stasis chamber's. It looks like this used to all be part of the jungle, but when the Great Disaster happened, the jungle turn back into a super hot area......except here. The swamp is colder than it should be, and now we know why the Jungle Fever of this habitat was eradicated. Even after all that nuclear radiation.....the density of the stasis explosion was so thick, and cold, that it survived everything. In order for a stasis chamber to cause this type of explosion.....there had to be multiple chamber's"

Angel Scratch explained, as Creature had a more serious look on his face. "If that's the case, it's sound's like the people running this illegal genetic's lab had to be experimenting on creatures.....but what were they making, and why did they want no one to find out?" Creature pondered, before they heard a loud fleshy roar. They heard flesh like moaning, and growling as thousand's of shadow's approached them from the eerie fog, hearing the footstep's grow louder. Creature sniffed the air, and immediately recognized the scent. It was different, but it was still the same.

"Starlight....Sassy Saddles.....please tell me the two of you brought some sort of weapon's?" Creature asked, as Starlight pulled out her magical staff, charging herself with it's mystical energy, while Sassy Saddle's pulled out two pistol's, making sure she had enough ammo.

"Of course we did.....why did you ask?" Starlight Glimmer asked, as Creature pulled out his sharp claw's, and bared his huge pointy shark teeth before speaking.

"Because were in for one HELL OF A FIGHT!!!!!!!!!!" Creature snarled, as he stood ready.....then their enemies attacked. Out of the darkness ran thousand's of gigantic Megladon Sharklantean's, except all of them were completely zombified. They were huge, super creepy, bloody, had a few bone's exposed, and were completely terrifying. Angel Scratch had to use a lot of her power's as she, Creature, Starlight, and Sassy Saddles fought for their lives. Angel was very thankful to the recent training by her father, because it was helping her keep them alive. Her Rainbow Stun, and her laser beam's were effective against these creature's, but they were everywhere.

Creature shoved, slashed, and headbutted them, doing his best to dodge all of them, and destroy them at all cost's. These Sharklantean's were a little tough, and it was hard for them to fight these creature's off. There was so many, and they were in many number's. "WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOU, OR BITE YOU......IF YOU DO YOU'LL DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!" Creature roared, as they continued trying to bash through the Zombie Sharklatean's. One of them charged at Creature, but he headbutted the zombie into a tree, using his claw's to rip it's carcass open, letting rotten shark blood spew onto the ground.

More Zombie Sharklantean's charged, but he used his claw's to rip their eyes out, and slash them into a bloody mess. Starlight Glimmer used her magic staff, using it's power to form an energy blade on it as she wielded the powerful weapon like a ninja. A Zombie Sharklantean charged at her, as she gave it powerful attack's, before puncturing the knifey blade into the Sharklantean's eye, and through it's skull. The Zombie Sharklantean shrieked in pain, as Starlight Glimmer yanked the blade out, before using speedy slashes to slice it to pieces.

Another Zombie Sharklantean charged at her, as she planted the blade into the ground, before doing a small pole dance across it, kicking the Zombie Sharklantean, before slicing it with a cross shaped pattern, making the creature explode with zombie blood spraying everywhere. Another Zombie Sharklantean approached, as Starlight raised the staff over her head, and moved her hip's in a fluid like manner, before slicing the creature in half. She swung, and twirled the blade into many circles standing in battle stance, while pinning the staff to her back, and into her arm's, staring forward with alertness. More of them came, and she fought hard.

Sassy Saddles, managed to gun them down, doing her best to hold out, especially when many tried to eat her. She was glad these were automatic pistol's.....otherwise she would be dead. Angel Scratch used her Rainbow Stun, Laser, and wind power's to blind them, but most of her power's just vaporized their enemies. Finally they had punched a hole through the horde, toward their destination. "I'VE MADE A HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!" Angel Scratch yelled, before Starlight leaped like a ninja, and landed like a panther with her staff charged.

"ALLOW ME!!!!!!!" She yelled, as she charged up a Sharklantean energy beam, before unleashing the powerful oceanic magic, wiping all of them out immediately.

"MOVE.....MOVE......MOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!" Creature roared, as they all pursued into the genetic's lab, sealing themselves behind a broken steel door. They all managed to get inside, but the door itself was busted. They desperately tried to get the door closed, but a horde of Zombie Sharklantean claw's were desperately trying to pry it open. "THE DOOR'S BUSTED!!!!!!!!!!" Creature snarled, as Starlight let out a huge puff.

"FUCK THIS......." She snarled, as she charged a small energy blast through the crack's from her staff, and fired it at the Zombie Sharklantean's, using a powerful ice spell to freeze it shut. ".......That will hold them.....for now" Starlight panted, as Sassy Saddles tapped on Starlight's shoulder, pointing forward.

"I think there are a few in here as well" Sassy Saddles pointed out, as a few Zombie Sharklantean's charged from inside the complex.

"OH FOR FUCK SAKE'S!!!!!!!!!" Starlight growled, as she charged in with the staff's energy blade at the ready, using fast paced ninja slicing skill's, making them collapse to the ground, burying the tip of her staff's blade through a Zombie Sharklantean's head, making blood pour out of it. She gutted, and sliced the Zombie Sharklantean's, ending in a Spiderman like pose, holding the staff within her left hand.

"Damm.....my Queen sure is badass" Creature chuckled, as Starlight softened up from his compliment.

"Aw.....your too good to me my King" Starlight cooed, as all of them explored the genetic's lab. The most strangest part about the place, was that the inside of the area was not frozen at all, or covered in ice. There was dry blood everywhere, along with many pony skeletons. The lab went underground like it did with the Stables, except it had more to it. There seemed to be a small empty pool, along with a strange military like genetic's equipment, before they spotted the broken cryo stasis chamber's.

"Interesting......" Angel Scratch puffed, as she stared at the cryo stasis chamber's. ".....when these cryo stasis chamber's failed, the people in charge not only kept the cryo energy in a fog like form, but they also pumped it deep into the air above.....I wonder why?" Angel Scratch asked, as they finally came to a stop. They found the heart of a genetic's lab itself, seeing bottles of many different DNA test tube, along with deceased Megladon Sharklantean's.

"Oh my god......what is this?" Starlight Glimmer asked in shock, as Creature stared around the place with a snarl.

"These filth.....they were experimenting on Sharklantean's......MEGLADON SHARKLANTEAN'S!!!!!!!!!!!" Creature snarled, as he felt rage burn through his core, but his wife helped him calm down for him to stay focused.

"There's a computer here that record's everything.....it's encrypted, but I can hack in" Angel Scratch smiled, as Creature stared at the Kaiju hybrid.

"Do it" Creature nodded, as Amber cracked her knuckles, before beginning to use her finger's to hack into the computer database. She smiled, as the computer changed.

"I'm in.....oh wow....there's a lot of information here" Angel Scratch realized, as Creature looked at her with interest.

"Why didn't they take there data with them......if it's that precious, why did they leave their research behind?" Creature pondered, as Starlight looked at her husband with sincerity.

"Maybe they didn't have a choice" Starlight Glimmer complimented, as Angel read the blueprint's, and plan's.

"According to this, it seems these people were experimenting on Sharklantean's to create their own type of organic, pony made Kaiju to combat all of the ones in Equestria" Angel explained as Creature rolled his eyes.

"Of course.....even when the Earth Defender's came here peacefully, there were even Equestrian creature's that were too jealous of them being in control of nature, and not the other way around" Creature sighed, as he rolled his eyes. Angel Scratch began reading what she found.

"Look's like there's nothing important on just locating specimen's.....yadda yadda......WAIT......I THINK I FOUND MANY INTERESTING THING'S THEY MENTIONED!!!!!!!!!" Angel gasped, as Creature stepped forward.

"Go on" Creature said boldly, as Angel Scratch began reading what she found.

"Log entry #034.......Our process to create our new Kaiju army had slowed to a crawl, and we are unable to proceed. We have also created many barrel's of toxic waste.....said to be transported to their original place called "Terra". We have gained a genetic substance from a mad scientist of that world who has loaned us many Black Nanopod's for our project. Our procedures, will now go properly back on schedule" Angel read, as Creature groaned.

"Look's like they had an in on Terra for a small bit, before he died in the Great Disaster" Creature explained, as Angel searched for other report's, before pulling up a different file.

"IT CAN'T BE!!!!!!!!!!!" Angel shouted, as she showed the profile picture of one of their experiment's to the other's.

"ATOMIC!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?" Starlight Glimmer, and Creature said in shock, as they stared at the picture in shock.

"So that's why Atomic exist's......he wasn't born.....he was bred in this laboratory" Starlight realized, before Angel Scratch put her hand up, and read the profile.

"Specimen 08795 A.T.O.M.I.C. Our recent succesfull creation......a Megladon Sharklantean which can consume, and use toxic waste to heal, and also make it's home environment. All of our other specimen's have studied this creature's behavior. We managed to dissect thousand's of Sharklantean's just to create the specimen. Further report's have revealed that all Sharklantean test subject's have devised hostile anger to it's creator's due to memory flashes of being dissected. Our scientist have agreed to ship the specimen overseas in Cargo Ship Alpha for it to be in a much better relaxing environment, to calm the creature......"

Angel explained, as Creature knew what was going to happen next. "Read on Angel.....I am very certain this pieces together of what happens next" Creature explained, as Angel continued reading the profile.

"......Update: It is reported from our offsite facility, that Cargo Ship Alpha never made it to it's destination. We have hired boat pirate search parties to find our vessel's, but any trace of the vessel has vanished. Report's of the project are to report it missing, and to not reclaim our missing property, to avoid confrontations from other oceanic creature's" Angel finished, as she shrugged.

"So the boat that carried Atomic went missing......Creature.....do you know what happened?" Sassy Saddles asked, as Creature nodded.

"Indeed.....when I first met Atomic I had fought him in a toxic poisoned radioactive part of the sea. It didn't take long for all of that to vanish, because Atomic absorbed all the toxic radiation that was in the water. When we went back to discover later what was onboard the cargo vessel. The crew members had come upon a heavy monsoon that rocked the ship. From what we could tell of the wreck, the ship had taken a beating from the monsoon, before the rear of the ship slammed into an island rock, which capsized the vessel, and sank it in a small area of the ocean......Atomic was the only survivor" Creature explained, as Starlight sighed.

"Man.....he was really lucky" Starlight whispered, as Creature turned to his wife, before giving her a reply.

"Precisely" Creature replied, before he turned his attention to Angel.

"Angel.....do you have a flash drive to download the file? We really did not have anything to remember Atomic by in the Sharklantean kingdom.......and I think it would help put, an old friend's answer to rest" Creature explained, as Angel pulled out a flash drive, and downloaded the file of Atomic.

"Done.....look's like they really had no security measure's to ensure on this computer before they left" Angel explained, before pressing an odd button that opened a huge part of the genetic's lab.

"What the hell?" Sassy Saddles mumbled as in a murky despicable swamp like water, were piles of crocodile bodies.

"These are Equestrian Crocodiles.....but what are they doing here?" Starlight asked, before Creature spoke to her.

"Look at the skeleton specimen size for the later ones" Creature told them, as Starlight compared the fresher crocodile skeleton's compared to the older one's.

"Whatever experiment's they were testing.....they needed a bigger croc" Starlight realized, before Angel noticed something.

"Strange.......that swamp pool over there lead's to the outside.....but no Zombie Sharklantean has attempted to go into the Swamp water, or here.....they just want to go through the door" Angel explained, before Creature spoke.

"Becasue of the breaches in their skin. Mega, and Atomic were both Megladon Sharklantean's, without their mini healing factor's, or the proper protection of the flesh, if these Zombie Sharklantean's try to swim in the fresh water, they would catch a small, but terrible virus that would infect their bodies, killing them quickly" Creature explained, as Angel pulled up the file of the Megladon Sharklantean's.

"Strange....they weren't labeled as Zombie Sharklantean's....according to these files, and log entries....they were originally going to be part of a new super soldier experiment. Then......O-Oh god......" Angel stuttered, having a pale horrified look on her face.

"Angel.....what is it?" Creature asked, before she continued reading.

"According to this log, the Megladon Sharklantean's they had created were injected with liquified Black Nanopod's, changing the original recipe for their project of gene therapy. Not only did it failed, but it report's that many of the Sharklantean's bodies not only started rotting, while they were alive, but it also broke their mind's. The result after that was the Zombie Sharklantean's. According to this the Zombie Sharklantean's either ate the scientist.....or injected them with the same liquid Black Nanopod recipe they had been injected....and everyone killed each other, when they locked themselves in here" Angel explained, as she opened another secret door, behind them in the gentics lab.

"According to this, everyone out in the area were the one's that we saw.......are the broken Sharklantean's. The other survivor's that were injected with the serum hid in here" Angel squirmed, as blood was everywhere in the secret room. Many more Anthro pony skeleton's were in the room, with the walls, and floors stained with massive blood. There were severed boney finger's, toes, leg's, and arm's. There was a one armed Anthro Earth pony, that was hanging on a noose in the room.

"Sheesh....other than the one person on the noose.....I can tell by the bones that these other ponies killed each other after they lost their mind's" Creature explained, before Angel looked at them from what seem's to be a small note on a paper tied to the skeleton. Angel read the sheet of paper, before turning to Creature.

"This was the person who was behind the project. He had sent a beacon out to tell the people he was working with to shut down the project, and no one to ever come back to the facility. He also noticed that someone had ruptured the cryo stasis chamber's for them to slow the process of their insanity in this room" Angel explained as Creature sighed.

"So they all went in hear to die. This person let himself take the painless way out, by hanging himself, while the other's ripped themselves apart" Creature explained, as Angel shuddered from what else she read.

"Eww.....it also explain's in his closure, that he hung himself so that the insane one's could.....eat his rotting flesh before they killed themselves.....NASTY!!!!!!!!!" Angel squirmed, as Starlight, and Sassy Saddles quickly went into a corner, and vomited, before Starlight panted, wiping the smell from her mouth.

"You'd think out of hearing many disgusting thing's over all these years that is the one that makes me puke" Starlight panted, as Creature sighed.

"They should never have tampered with Sharklantean life....alright, let's get out of this room......Angel make sure you close the door behind us.....no one goes in there again" Creature ordered, as they nodded.

Sassy Saddles, and Starlight Glimmer managed to clean themselves up, from throwing up earlier with a few hankerchiefs that Sassy had brought earlier. Angel continued a final search, before she came across one last file. "Um.....I think all of you should take a look at this......." Angel stated, as she looked at one last file of a creature they did not recognize.

It looked like an Anthromorphic Crocodile with Razor sharp claw's with a long jaw of razor sharp teeth, and it's huge body with dark green skin, and a long tail. "I think we found out what they were trying to create" Creature realized, as Angel searched the file completely.

"The specimen's name was Croc Reptile. According to this, it was the only specimen besides Atomic they successfully created. Here it say's that it escaped the facility a while back.....but never left Fever Swamp" Angel explained.

"Then it's still around here. It must have been feeding off the Zombie Sharklantean's to thrive in this swamp. Since it's similar to a Sharklantean according to these files, it would stay in pure "Frenzy" mode just to survive" Creature explained, as Starlight Glimmer spoke.

"We could probably take it home....and have it start over, but we have to find this thing.....FAST!!!!!!!!!!!" Starlight Glimmer realized, as they quickly downloaded the data off the computer, before charging out of the steel door. To their suprise, when they opened the door.....all of the Zombie Sharklantean's were dead, as a very angry Crocidillan growled at them. Creature faced his enemy, his instinct taking command to fight this creature.
