2 years after the events of Fallout Kaiju

Comet Trail raced across the beautiful blue skies with lightning fast speed. He, and his Kaiju friend had been in Equestria, and thanks to the newfound power; the plant life, and animals had returned, replacing the radioactive wasteland's that were no longer there. Thank goodness for the Goddess of Life, and the Ruler of New Equestria. He let himself soar through the open air, feeling the wind across his face, while a specific song played in his head.

Comet Trail headed to a spot he had scoped out a while back. It used to be the Blood Forest, but it had now turned back to the Everfree. According to what her parent's had explained, the first sign that Nightmare Godzilla's plan to be set in motion is if their was a small sign of Blood Magic taking over the Everfree forest. Come Trail finally arrived, as he slammed into the ground. He waited a few second's as he heard a strange whirring in the air as a small turtle shell with blue spinning energy blades hovered above the ground. The blue energy blades were replaced with hovering thruster fire, as the Kaiju Turtle came out of his shell.

He had two twin tusks on his cheek's, twin clawed spike's, and a rather hard shell. This Kaiju's name......was Gamera. "Took a little while for you to come, be glad the Ancient's, and Godzilla asked for you to be here" Comet Trail spoke as Gamera nodded.

"I helped them out during the war, and I owe Godzilla a favor, besides anything to get rid of the Ancient Kaiju prisoner once, and for all" Gamera sighed, while looking around.

Gamera was the God of the Kaiju's universe, like Godzilla he answered to the Ancient's....and them alone. They both walked into the Everfree forest, seeing it had gotten bigger after all these year's. They began to search around, spotting most of the strange Everfree creatures in the forest. They found almost nothing, until Comet Trail came to a stop. He spotted something near a small area, as he investigated. A small part of the grass was rotten, and blood red. "Hey Gamera......could you come here a second?" Comet Trail asked, as Gamera turned his attention to the hybrid.

"Found something?" He asked

"Maybe" Comet Trail told him showing him the blood spot on the grass. Gamera reached out his claw's, feeling the warm blood. "Wounded animal.....or what we feared?" Comet Trail asked. Gamera used his heightened senses to scope the small tiny blood spot that wasn't there on their last scouting trip.

"It's as we feared......Blood Magic, straight from the Nightmare Realm itself.......his plan has been set in motion" Gamera replied, as Comet Trail nodded.

"Then we need to hurry back......FAST!!!!!!!!" Comet Trail growled, immedietly taking to the skies, and using super speed to fly, like his father's, toward his intended destination. Gamera tucked himself back into his shell, and flew high into sky with built in organic rocket jet's to keep up with Comet Trail. The darkness was here.....and it was only just beginning.

New Equestria was the biggest, and most futuristic community ever created. Thousand's of friendly ponies, Kaiju, and more creatures had come together in this huge, yet rather simple country. The place was basically Canterlot, and Ponyville fused into one place. The huge capital building was the Castle of the Queen, and her daughter. Inside the throne room, two thrones were placed side by side next to one another. Princes Little Pip sat on the smaller left throne taking care of her official business, while the Queen was taking care of important matter's.

New Equestria had many attractions. The restraunt of the Tasty Treat was moved to the area. The Cadet Military academy run by Rocky, Anguirus, Blackjack, and other candidates also happened to be next to the Friendship school for all ages. The New Equestrian Jazz club, run by head mare Velvet Remedy, and her husband Calamity. The Batpony Strip Club, run by Batponies Rainbow Dash, and Flutterbat. Fluttershy had found an artifact not long ago to change back into an Anthro Bat Pony simply because she missed it. Their was also the new Botique run by, Spike, Rarity, and other of their top fashion client's, and old diva's.

Their were also a few homes scattered here, and there. Mansion's, Skyscraper's, and small towns that housed all creatures. Their were furniture stores, and more shop's for everyone's need's. Princess Little Pip was talking with some of the city council members when Comet Trail, and Gamera burst through the door's, panting loudly before bowing. "Princess Little Pip.....we have certain report to give to you immediately" Comet Trail panted, as Princess Little Pip was in a small formal get up, while rolling her eyes at them.

"I thank you my Kaiju scout's.....but it is simply would be best if your report wait.....I have some business matters to attend to for our society" Little Pip told them in her soft, yet firm politician like voice she used as a princess.

"Your Highness...... THE OMEGA PROTOCOL IS UPON US!!!!!!!!!" Gamera told her, as many gasp's exited out from other creature's lip's within the castle. All of them, including Little Pip who was very wide-eyed with a serious expression on her face, stared at them completely.

"Gamera.....are you certain?" Little Pip asked, as he looked her with dead seriousness in his eyes.

"It is confirmed your majesty....it was a very small spot, but it was definitely a piece of Blood Magic, slowly trying to turn the Everfree forest into the Blood Forest" Gamera explained, as she immediately dropped the contract's she was signing with the city council.

"City Council......leave the castle.....now, Gleaming Shield, Rainbow Blitz, Gamera, Comet Trail.....report to the royal meeting room immediately. I am going to contact my Mother, and the Goddess of Light. They were discussing matter's in Terra, but this changes everything" Little Pip ordered, as Gamera, and Comet Trail bowed respectfully.

"Yes your majesty" They bowed, while following her order's. Little Pip closed her eyes, and used her horn to slowly find her mother, and send her the magic telepathic message. Queen Twilight Sparkle arrived wearing her ruler dress, while looking professional. Amber was next to her as they both approached Little Pip. Twilight Sparkle had changed over the past two year's. Her mane was long free, and flowing like Celestia's when she ruled, and so was her horn. She approached her daughter, as she gave her a small hug, before looking at her normally.

"Quickly" Twilight stated, before teleporting them inside the royal meeting room with the other's.
