On the outskirt's of New Equestria, Amber stood there with a serious face, staring at the twisted demonic face of Nightmare Godzilla before speaking in a cold tone, understanding what exactly was in front of her, or rather who. "I know who you are" Amber told him, as he stayed silent, waiting for her to finish her sentence.

24 hours earlier.

Amber had been at her own castle quarters for a long time. She mostly lived by herself, as she thought back to all of the attacks. She began to ponder her own thought's, trying to figure something out. She knew her father told her of a spell in Equestria that Nightmare Godzilla was trying to break, but what was the spell? The second thought that came to her mind, was how was he able to summon all these different demon's with different artifact's, and yet they obeyed him completely........why? She continued to think, until a crazy theory hit her immediately. Because of this crazy theory all of the pieces of the puzzle began to fall into place.

Amber stood up, as she let out a huge sigh, before taking a small hood, shielding herself from view. After a long walk in the dark rainy night, she finally stopped at her destination. The place she was at, was the strip club, that Flutterbat, and Rainbow Dash owned together. Amber went inside, as she made her way past the dancer's in their skimpy outfit's before going to the upstairs area, where Rainbow Dash, and Flutterbat was. Two guard's attempted to block, but she stared at them, letting them see her face. "I need to see Anguirus, keep this between us, and let nobody know of this" She whispered, as the two guard's nodded letting her through.

Anguirus was in a seperate office that was also the home he shared with his wife. She knocked on his office door, as she came in seeing him. "Amber.......what the hell are you doing here?" Angurius asked, as Amber sighed.

"We need to talk" She told him, as she closed the door behind her.

"Something tells me.......you know what is really going on" Anguirus told her, as she stared at him clear as day.

"You know who Nightmare Godzilla really is......don't you?" Amber asked, as he sighed.

"It's time you, Twilight, and Little Pip learned about the Great War, and how it led to what has happened now. The person who can tell you the full, complete story.....is your father. All three of you must confront him using your Amulet......it's time to reveal everything to all of you, show them, and be ready" Anguirus told her, as Amber nodded. She exited the office, and the strip club, waiting until morning. When morning came she went straight to Twilight's castle as she entered, walking toward's Queen Twilight Sparkle, and Little Pip.

"Hello Amber have you come with important new's?" Twilight Sparkle asked, as Amber nodded.

"I come with very important new's, and information that could answer all of our questions.....we know, and don't know. I must request this be a private audience with just us......and my amulet" Amber explained, as Twilight Sparkle's eyes widened, realizing what she meant.

"GUARD'S......." Twilight Sparkle shouted, as they approached her quickly. "......Lock me, Little Pip, and Amber inside of the royal meeting room, and make sure you are guarding the outside" She ordered, as the guard's nodded, before escorting them to the royal meeting room. After the three were inside, they all gathered near Amber who concentrated on their energy to see the inside of the tree where her mother, and father resided.

All of them woke up in the huge spiritual world, where the place was now stormy, instead of peaceful. What looked like gigantic lightning based off her father's Atomic aura, crackled across the sky, the wind howling across their faces. They both continued to walk forward through the storm, before coming across Godzilla, his back toward them, sensing who was approaching. "So......you finally figured all of it out, and you want to confirm what is really going on?" Godzilla asked, turning himself toward them, as Amber stared at her father with a serious look in her eyes.

"Father......I have to find out" Amber told him as Godzilla slowly nodded.

"I know........that's why this place is so stormy. The Ancient's, and I are ready to reveal what happened.....not just when the war started.....but before the beginning" Godzilla replied, as he lifted his hand into the sky attracting all the lightning in his hand. The entire atmosphere soon had clear peaceful skies, all of the wind dying down to a peaceful state. He created three glowing orb's that looked like his Atomic Breath, as he handed it to all of them. "There is no going back......you are about to see the answer's of the entire superverse.......prepare to open your mind" Godzilla told them, as he gave them the orb's as their eye's glowed blank white.

They fell into a small time bubble which began to play everything to them, as they watched the scene's, and setting's unfold in front of them.

300 million year's ago

All of them could see that the spell had worked, as they watched the very youngest day's of a combined planet Earth. On the surface of the planet, everything was filled with volcano's, magma, and lava with a bunch of dirt, and rock's that either formed, or were still forming. "Wow.......this world was so young" Twilight Sparkle realized, before hearing gigantic cracks from the ground, as million's of glowing Godzillasaurus came from the new young forming earth. Being part of the planet, the creatures yawned, opening their eyes for the first time, being birthed to the new young world. They all began to feed on all of the new G-energy radioactive sources that were pushing to the planet's surface from the Earth's young core.

Day's passed, as the new Godzillasaurus lived in the new volcanic world. One of these specific day's, they saw a Blood Moon form in the sky, as it combined with the young sun, creating a Blood Eclipse. Among this from the planet, a gigantic evil Godzillasarus was born. The gigantic creature attacked the other Godzillasaurus, as they fought back with their power. The battle mostly involved the two creatures fighting like dinosaur's, and bashing rock's against each other. When these creatures fought, Amber realized something from them. None of these creatures had any type of Atomic Breath at all.

Finally the fight continued, all of the Godzillasuarus fought against the evil one. Many of them died, and fought the creature during the Blood Eclipse. Finally the Blood Eclipse passed, as the other Godzillasaurus's destroyed the Evil Godzillasaurus with a new magical power that they had discovered. It's body shattered, but it's blood spirit creativity was captured. All of the other Godzillasaurus spoke in growl's, and sqwauk's, before taking the Blood orb with them, and guarded it during those specific times. All of them watched, as the entire scene faded to white, as Twilight Sparkle stared at Amber.

"That tiny blood orb, and evil Godzillasurus looked like it was a very ancient form of Nightmare Godzilla......do you think that's connected?" Twilight asked, as the whiteness began to receive new color, fast forwarding a few year's into the future.

210 million year's ago

The place was now a green area with life, and a rather deep ocean. In front of them was one big continent that they called the Ancient Land full of life, and power. The most biggest city meant only for Godzillasaurus was there full of life, and color. All of them went inside as it started off in the library. They came across a very, very young Godzilla who had to be no older than 10. He was rather medium sized Godzillasurus standing at only 75 feet tall, while studying some of the good magic spell's that had been created. This was not the only thing there as well. In the city was full of ancient human's, Alicorn's, Unicorn's, Earth Ponies, Pegasaus, and so many exotic lifeforms.

All of them were taught, or working with their own Kaiju magic, seeing new answer's to life. Godzilla was mostly focused on his work, doing the spell's correctly, while collecting, and writing many ancient scroll's. A second pair of Godzillasaurus footstep's was heard, as they saw who the second Godzillasaurus was. Amber, Twilight Sparkle, and even Little Pip were shocked to see who it was. Approaching Godzilla was a very young, maybe the same age as Amber's father, was SpaceGodzilla. Godzilla immediately turned around, as they both had a small arm wrestle, before laughing. "G'rakta" Godzilla smiled, as he hugged his brother.

"G'rakta" SpaceGodzilla smiled, as both of them hugged one another, before letting go.

"It's good to see you have everything, did you take the test, and pass?" Godzilla asked, as SpaceGodzilla sighed sadly.

"My magic test for the Ancient's failed. I really, really, really want to learn about life giving magic, but no matter how hard I try, or study, I'm barely able to do it. Barely passing the exam isn't enough, but at least you passed" SpaceGodzilla smiled, as Godzilla chuckled.

"Yeah for what it's worth. I get to spend all this time, and area just to do spell's, and other thing's. There are time's where I really want to go out, and play, but sometimes they don't let me" Godzilla sighed, as SpaceGodzilla chuckled.

"In that case part of me wishes I didn't pass" SpaceGodzilla smiled, before Godzilla took a break, and stared at his brother.

"How was Krathelium's test, did he pass?" Godzilla asked, as SpaceGodzilla shook his head.

"He failed more worse than I did, and there's something about him that really concern's me. He told me if he didn't fail, he would try to go into the secret blood room, and learn dark magic" SpaceGodzilla explained, as Godzilla dropped the pen he was using

"IS HE INSANE, THE ONLY PLACE THAT YOU CAN LEARN DARK MAGIC IS THAT BLOOD ORB, AND BESIDES THE ANCIENT'S SAID IT'S TOO DANGEROUS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?" Godzilla screeched, as he had the youngest roar of all time.

"I agree......for now......come on let's see it we can go convince him otherwise" SpaceGodzilla encouraged, as both of the brother's journeyed out from the library, to find their friend. The scene shifted to a rather huge explosion of the city wall, as both Godzillasaurus's had come to a complete stop to see the dangerous destruction.

"Ancient, please don't tell me what I think has happened?" Godzilla asked, as one of the Ancient 300 foot tall Godzillasuarus looked down at the young Kaiju.

"It is exactly the horrible destruction we have confirmed. Krathelium sucked all of the dark magic from the blood orb, and is now corrupted by it. He has also chosen a name for himself......Phantom Godzilla" The Kaiju explained, as SpaceGodzilla collapsed onto the ground, pounding his fist into it.

"Krathelium.....Why, I stood by you all these year's when we were just babies, your were my friend, my cousin, and yet.......YOU BETRAYED US......WHY!?!?!?!?!?!?!?" SpaceGodzilla roared, as the Ancient's guided them to an emergency council room. The scene also shifted to that area, while Amber and the other three watched the story continue.

"Ancient's, why have you brought us here......shouldn't we continue with our work?" Godzilla asked, as one of the Council Members of the Ancient's spoke.

"A great storm is approaching on the horizon, a new part of this gigantic supercontinent now has a corrupted Godzillasaurus on the loose. We are promoting both of you as part of a new guard force that we call the Godzillasaurus Corp's. This will help you all hunt down Krathelium.....I know you both don't want to do this, but we have no choice. You are all going to be given a special type of spell that will make your more faster, and will help you take hit's from dark magic, but keep in mind all of you are not invincible" The Ancient's told them as they chanted a special language before giving them the spell's.

They all watched themselves as Godzilla, and SpaceGodzilla were powered up. To be honest they both looked exactly the same species of Godzillasaurus's, except they were a bit different . The entire scene faded to white, showing them how many years past. "How long did it take them to capture, or kill Krathelium?" Little Pip asked, as Amber answered, while staring at the gigantic space in front of them.

"I have a feeling were about to find out" Amber replied, before the sphere came to a stop of where more answer's were.

170 million year's ago

A huge battle was taking place on the huge domain land. It showed that at least in pony year's that Godzilla, and SpaceGodzilla were both about 18 year's old. What appeared to be dark magic ghoul's began charging at them as Godzilla, and SpaceGodzilla fought together. They used their newfound speed, and claw's to rip apart dozen's, and dozen's of these creatures, while having a good time. "Hey G'rakta how about a little competition, wanna see how many of us kill the most of these freak's?" SpaceGodzilla smiled, as Godzilla gave him a huge cocky smile.

"Your on" Godzilla roared, as they counted how many of the creatures they continued to rip apart piece, by piece. They fought with a lot of destruction, tearing their way through the huge hideout where Krathelium was hiding. They came to a small stop, taking a small breather, before being surrounded. "OH COME ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Godzilla roared angrily, as both he, and his brother really didn't want to surrender, but this wasn't a time where they had such power's so they really couldn't do much. Their power's were only to give life, and they had no reason to weaponize it.

They both saw an eclipse appear in the sky out of command, as the pair of twin brother's smiled. "Took him long enough" SpaceGodzilla thundered, as an Anthromorphic male Alicorn slammed down onto the ground. Twilight Sparkle, Little Pip, and Amber gasped at who they saw. The male Alicorn looked like a cross between Luna, and Celestia. His skin was albino white like Celestia's, but his mane was exactly like Luna's. His cutie mark had a sun, and a full moon engraved on his rear.

"Well, well, well a bunch of enemies who think they can destroy me.....this ought to be fun" The stallion smirked. He held his sword high in the air, before a mini sun was created, filling with heat, and fire. "CRUUUUEEELLLL SUUUUNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!" He roared, before hurling the gigantic ball of fire at his enemies, as he burned all of them alive. He tapped into the Eclipses power his fur standing straight up, while growing large batpony fang's. He charged first, gripping his sword tightly, before slashing through many of their enemies. Both Godzilla, and SpaceGodzilla nodded, joining the fray.

All of them continued to slaughter them with different attacks to get to Krathelium's hiding place. The same strange Alicorn decided to change his attack. His sword began to glow in a huge pattern as he growled. "CRESCENT WAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He shouted, as with a huge slam of his sword a crescent moon shape wave of energy tore through thousand's of the Dark Ghoul's. Godzilla, and SpaceGodzilla tore through a hole of the area, before coming across the corrupted Kaiju's "nest". They managed to fight the deadly creature, dodging it's blow's, and taking hits from it's dark magic, before they tied the creature up.

The Alicorn stallion ran in, seeing that Godzilla, and SpaceGodzilla had captured their villain. "Look's like you guy's didn't really need my help" The Alicorn chuckled, as Godzilla shook his head.

"Are you kidding me Eclipse it was nice to see the Ancient's sent their strongest pony knight" Godzilla chuckled, as he smiled upon their victory. Amber continued watching with the other's, before a realization hit Twilight.

"Hey......if I didn't know any better......I'd say that Alicorn is Celestia, and Luna's father" Twilight pondered, as Little Pip nodded.

"Your right mom.....I mean I did see a few poster's of those two back in the stables, but.......it does look like that" Little Pip stated.

"The only way we'll find out is if we keep watching" Amber smiled, as they turned back to the past event's that played in front of them. Not long after their conversation, Eclipse, SpaceGodzilla, and Godzilla managed to take the captured Krathelium back to the Ancient City where he was tried, for trial. All of the glowing blue Ancient Godzillasuarus's, stood in front of the black smoking Godzillasurus.

"Krathelium......not only have you gone against the rules of draining ALL OF THE DARK MAGIC FROM THE MOST DANGEROUS DEVICE WE HAVE IN OUR DEPARTMENT, but you also have killed many, and have been corrupted by the dark essence. If you would like, we can take all of this Dark Magic away from you, or you can burn with it.....what is your plea for the Court of the Ancient's" The Head Counsil Godzillasaurus asked.

"GAM`OTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Fuck you)" The Godzillasaurus roared back, as the entire council heard him loud, and clear.

"Well then......if that's what you want, then it's what you'll get. You will spend the rest of eternity in the cities dungeon, without being able to use dark magic, or anything else.....until your death will be severe. Gojira, Xenilla......get this pathetic creature out of our sight" The Head Godzillasaurus told them, as they dragged the creature into his new power concealing cell, as they threw him in, and locked the cell door. Both Godzilla, and SpaceGodzilla chuckled, as they walked out of the room. Krathelium sat in his cell, waiting for the right opportunity for him to become free. The entire scene faded to white for a few second's, before it came back to a new setting.

This time it focused on Eclipse as he stepped in front of the Godzillasaurus council, before bowing respectfully toward them. "Oh great Ancient's, you have summoned me, what important task do you plan to give me?" Eclipse asked, as the head Godzillasaurus answered him.

"A new Equestrian castle has been spotted on this supercontinent. Do not miss interpret thing's, we would like to establish a peaceful community. Their princess has only asked for an Alicorn, and an Alicorn alone to meet with her. Although theoretically she is an Empress even though she call's herself princess, you'll be able to speak with her. You will depart immediately" The Head Godzillasaurus stated, as Eclipse bowed.

"Then it will be done" Eclipse watched, as the many hour's passed by, before Eclipse came across the beautiful naturalistic pony castle, and village. He entered the door itself, before meeting the most beautiful princess he had ever seen. Her skin was bright purple, as he approached the Alicorn's throne, and bowed respectfully. "Your Majesty, I am the Alicorn that speak's on behalf of the Ancient's.....my name is Eclipse of the Godzillasaurus Corp" Eclipse bowed respectfully, as the Alicorn Princess stood up from her throne.

"It is a pleasure to meet you Eclipse.....I am Princess Harmony, the ruler of the south part of the Supercontinent. It's nice to meet you" The Princess smiled, as they both stood up. "Come with me young guard, we will discuss this time further in my garden's" Princess Harmony spoke soothingly. Eclipse nodded as they both strolled into the beautiful garden.

"I must say princess you run a beautiful kingdom" Eclipse stated, as Harmony giggled softly.

"Why thank you, I never gotten such a compliment from another Alicorn before" The mare smiled, as both of them talked about their agreement's for their kingdom's. They made a perfect alliance, and signed a scroll contract for it. Even after that, both of them continued talking, and had gotten to know each other rather well. They both enjoyed each other's company, before watching the sky change. The young princess smiled, as Eclipse prepared for his departure, before Harmony quickly stopped him. "I have a rather quick question after you report back to your kingdom....c-could you come back so......we can have some of your species....tribal tea?"

Harmony asked, with a small blush on her cheek's, as a Eclipse smiled warmly, his heart beating rapidly. "I will" He smiled before waving goodbye, and dissapearing into the night. The past event quickly went white as it fast forwarded more into the future.

"Those two actually looked like a cute couple, how adorable" Little Pip cooed, drooling at the amazing couple.

"D-Does that mare become Luna, and Celestia's Mother?" Amber asked, as Twilight chuckled.

"Like you just recently told me Amber.......only one way to find out" Twilight replied, as they saw the entire scene shift on to the next event of the past.
