It was another beautiful morning in Ponyville, and in a cloud house was a beautiful blue foal with white mane and a blue strand still sleeping in dreamland.

Snowflake was sleeping soundly while she held her teddy bear.

Suddenly her bedroom door opened revealing her mother Rainbow Dash.

"Snowflake?" Rainbow Dash said as she walked over to the bed where her baby was sleeping.

She then gave a slight push to wake Snowflake but she was still sleeping soundly. Soon after another push from her mother Snowflake finally began to open his eyes.

"Snow wake up, today is your first day of school"

Snowflake yawned and then bent to hug her mother.

"Do I really have to go?" Snowflake said

"Trust me Snow, I'm sure it will be really cool" Dash said

"I think..."

"Good morning girls, is Snow ready for the first day of school?" Soarin said as she entered the room.

"I'm still a little nervous, I mean, what if they don't like me?" Snowflake said

"Hey don't worry about it I'm sure they will love you, after all there is no way not to like an amazing filly like you right my little Snow" Soarin said as he took Snowflake and kissed her forehead.

"Ok, I think maybe it's cool ..." Snowflake said

"That's the spirit" Rainbow Dash said

Rainbow Dash and Soarin walked Snowflake to Ponyville School.

"Mommy"

"What?"

"I'm afraid..."

Rainbow Dash then put a wing on Snowflake's back and pulled closer to her.

"Hey don't worry, it's going to be all right" Rainbow Dash said

"Are you sure?" Snowflake said

"Yeah, besides my friends' kids study at this school, I'm sure some of them will want to be your friend" Dash said

"Same?" Snowflake said

"Of course right Soarin?" Rainbow said looking at Soarin

"Yes, you will see, I'm sure everyone in your room will want to be your friend and there's no way you can't like an amazing filly like you my little Snow" Soarin said

"I think"

When they arrived at school, they stopped in front of the entrance door.

"Are you quiet Snow?" Rainbow Dash asked

"Yes ... I think so ..." Snowflake said

Cheerilee then walked to the door when she noticed Rainbow Dash and Soarin with their daughter.

"Good morning Rainbow Dash and Soarin, did you come bring little Snowflake to study today?" She said

Snowflake was simply hidden behind her mother's hind legs. Cheerilee laughed.

"Hey don't worry little one, I'm sure everyone here will like you and you will make many friends!" Cheerilee said

"You heard Snow, come on don't be shy," Rainbow Dash said as she pushed Snowflake closer to Cheerilee.

"An .... Hello ...." Snowflake said shyly, Cheerilee smiled.

"Hello I am teacher Cheerilee, I will teach you about various things a pony needs to know, so if you allow me I would love to introduce you to everything around here" Cheerilee said

Snowflake then looked at his parents who gave an approving nod, then Snowflake nodded and began following Cheerilee into the classroom.

"Hey wait a little filly, not a kiss for your parents?" Snowflake listened, so she quickly ran to her parents and kissed their cheeks, which they returned with several others.

"See you soon Snowflake we love you" Rainbow Dash said

After that Snowflake ran to the living room door and entered it.

Snowflake escorted Cheerilee into the living room, and when the two entered, all eyes were on the new foal.

"Good morning students, today we have a new filly who will study with us here from now on, students welcome Snowflake!" Cheerilee said

Snowflake was still very nervous, she wanted to know what the other foals were thinking of her, she could feel the friendly and the unfriendly looks.

"Why don't you say something to Snowflake?" Cheerilee said.

"Uh ... well .... I'm ... snow ... flake ..." she said shyly

"Snowflake why don't you sit with Princess Nova Star Sparkle and Li'l Cheese?"

"OK..."

Cheerilee accompanied Snowflake to the table where Nova Star Sparkle and Li'l Cheese sat.

"Girls explain to Snowflake everything she needs to know ok?"

"But of course Miss Cheerilee" said New Star Sparkle

With that Cheerilee left Snowflake with the two foals.

"Hello! I'm Li'l Cheese! That's the Princess Nova Star Sparkle, you're Snowflake right?" Li'l Cheese said

"Yes..."

"It's very nice to meet you!"

Snowflake simply blushed

"Well then Snowflake have you ever been to school before?" Nova Star Sparkle said

"No ... I don't think so ..."

It was then that the two foals repaired Snowflake's eyes.

"Why are your eyes so bright?" Asked Li'l Cheese

Snowflake's eyes widened and didn't respond

"You are blind?" Said New Star Sparkle

Snowflake cringed and looked like she was about to cry.

"I hear we have a blind colt here in the room? Seriously, you should be in a blind school with other ponies like yourself!" Said a foal in the room

"Yes, go back to the Everfree Forest Bat!" Said another filly

Snowflake was now completely teary-eyed.

"Don't mind those Snowflake idiots" said Nova Star Sparkle

Snowflake quickly wiped the tears from her eyes. Cheerilee noticed this and said:

"Are you alright Snowflake?"

"Yes, I think so..."

"Alright then, if you need anything you can come talk to me right?"

Snowflake nodded

Then Cheerilee started the class.

At the end of the class all the foals rushed out of the room, when Snowflake was leaving the room the two foals who provoked her earlier bumped into her on purpose and then she fell to the floor.

"See you tomorrow, idiot!" The filly said after that she and the other foal left.

"You need help?" a foal asked, Snowflake nodded and then the foal helped her to her feet.

"Don't listen to these two idiots, they're the brothers Sandstorm and Thunder Bolt they keep teasing the foals in the room, but you just have to ignore them."

"Thanks..."

"Alright, you're Snowflake right? Nice to meet you I'm Butterfly March"

"The pleasure is all mine ..."

"But then is it true what they said? Are you blind?"

Snowflake lowered his ears and cringed a little.

"Hey don't worry, I won't make fun of you, quite the contrary I want to be your friend!"

"M-My friend?"

"Hello girls, how are you here?" Said Nova Star Sparkle as she and Li'l Cheese approached Butterfly March and Snowflake.

"Yes I was just telling Snowflake that she now has a new friend" Butterfly March said

"That's very nice, actually she has three new friends, because Star and I would love to be her friends too!" said Li'l Cheese

"Thanks girls ... I don't even know what to say ... I've never had friends before ..." Snowflake said

"Don't worry about it you will still have many friends ahead of you" said Nova Star Sparkle

"Snowflake!"

Snowflake immediately recognized that voice. That was the voice of her parents.

"Well I have to go, my parents are here" Snowflake said

"Alright until tomorrow Snowflake, we love to meet you!" Said Nova Star Sparkle, with that Snowflake ran to where her parents were. When she got there she gave her parents a huge hug

"So how was the first day of little filly?" Said Soarin

"It was cool, we learned a lot and I made new friends" Snowflake said

"That's very good, I knew you would like it, so are you ready for tomorrow?" Rainbow Dash said

"I guess so"

"Ok and today are you ready to visit Wonderbolt Academy?"

Snowflake then started jumping around with a smile

"Well I'll take that as a yes"
