She looked at Random. "You did the same thing at the celebration of my student and her friends defeating Discord. If you want to do this... then go ahead."
"Thank you, also do you see two flags in this room?" He asked her.
"Yeah, I do see them, one of them in this country's flag and the other one I don't know of... Why?"
"Because, these 2 songs are special to those 2 flags. I requested Rarity in making that other flag next to the Equestrian flag. The first song is the NAoTEDR(National Anthem of The Equestrian Democratic Republic) and the final song is the NAotUSA(National Anthem of the United States of America). Everypony! I will be singing 2 songs before we start on this wedding, if you take a look to where you see the 2 flags, the one on the left is the Equestrian flag you all know of and the one on the right is the flag I know of from my friend that I'm not be naming of. Let's get these 2 songs out of the way right now!"
From the ruins risen newly,

After Random sang both National Anthems for both Equestria and the United States of America, he said this. "We salute to our armed forces that works hard to make Equestria a better place to keep us safe from harm and also I like to make an announcement before I give this mic to the Princess. Today has been ethical, we beaten the changelings outta Canterlot, but there was something going on during this that you guys don't know about. Would Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Thorax, & Doomie come up here so they can tell you what happened during the battle against the changelings for their side of the story."
