Ever since the Great War 15 years ago, Equestria has been at peace.

Surrounded by friends, the great nation had nothing to fear, their economy booming after the victory over the Changelings. And with a new, friendly government set up there, it seemed that life would return to normal, just like it had been before the war.

But with the sudden declaration of war by the Griffonian Empire, peace gets pushed to the back of ponies minds, as their nation comes under attack yet again.

Scootaloo, now the commander of what's left of her reserve squadron, is thrust into the thick of the front lines as the war starts right over her head. She and her squadmates fight their way across the world, gaining fame for themselves and defending their homeland, and their nation.

But with fame, comes those wishing to steal it, and in the process, they uncover the truth behind the war, and a plot, 15 years in the making, threatening to destroy both nations...
