It has been three days after the King Sombra took back his throne. For a thousand years the king of shadows as been in that frozen prison by the alicorn sisters. Now he is free and as enslave the crystal ponies. And he destroy the castle tower to show is strength to the ponies. He let the five ponies and the prince and princess to leave. For he had a plan. He knew who was on top of the castle and he knew that they will tell Celestia that her apprentice was dead, but she was not.

Twilight was in a dungeon like prison with a chain on her neck. She was crying, constantly. She was afraid of being alone. She wanted Celestia and her friends to save her from Sombra. She wished that Luna can save her, like it was a Nightmare. But it is all real.

"Celestia. Where are you??!!?!" She cried out.

"Shininnnngggg??!"

"Girrlss?!?!"

She kept crying the names of the ones close to her but she was not alone. Sombra watched her cried. He hoped this will work, to bring her to him. He walk towards the mare.

"Why don't you give in." Sombra said.

"BURN IN TARTARUS!!!!!!!" said Twilight in a anger.

That made Sombra smiled to see her rage. "Why are you angry at me. I did help you out in that ruin of that tower, and not bleed out."

Twilight looked at him in anger. "You could just let me DIE!!!!!"

Sombra laughed at that. " But Twilight, you will miss all the fun."

Twilight did not speak. So Sombra continued to talk, he knew this will take a long time to break her. But he had an idea, he did see this happen yesterday.

Sombra looked at the mare on the floor. "I did see your funeral yesterday, and it was beautiful. Why not I should you it."

Sombra used his memory spell on Twilight. And she could not believe what she saw. "No." She said softly.

Sombra stoped the spell. She looked at him in the eyes. "That can't be."

"It is." Sombra said. "Do you think they will come here and find you. If they enter the land of the Crystal empire my fear spell that I put on the empire's land will take them over."

"Celestia is strong, she will come for me. I know she can't replace." Twilight said.

"Then why has she not get you." Sombra said.

Twilight was think of a reason to say, but she had no reason. Celestia did abandon her, but why. She remember that Celestia can defeat Sombra. But now she thinks that Sombra is telling the truth. "I.. I don't know why. But I will never join you."

"We'll see Twilight." said Sombra.

Three months had past. Twilight has been crying for Celestia and her friend names in her sleep in those months. In those months she was feed very well but beardy eat. She pulled the chain on her neck, she felt like a somebody's pet. And she hated that. She wanted to know why Sombra enslave the crystal ponies.

Sombra walk in her cell. "I don't like you in chains, but just accept my offer and this will end."

Twilight looked at him "Ya, and I will never join you. I will never join someone that enslaves his own."

Twilight was happy to say that she hope he can answer. But the outcome was odd. He just laughed like it was a joke.

"My own. The crystal ponies are nothing like me. For I am a umbrum or a shadow pony!" Sombra said.

"What???" Twilight said. She was shock to hear what he really was.

Sombra looked a to confused mare. "Looks like I have to teach you a history lesson." Sombra cleared his throat. "Long ago the land that would be equestria before Starswirl. There was a powerful creature name Grogar, The Father of Monster, and Emperor of Equestria. He gave life to powerful monster, one of the monsters was The Umbrum. Ponies that are purely dark magic. Grogar gave the monster land to rule, and they had to obey. The umbrum got the land that is the crystal empire and The frozen north. No ponies live here only the umbrum, free land. My Grand Ancestor Queen Nyx, Queen of Shadows , And founder of the Crystal Empire. She hated Grogar, she wanted to be free of his rule. She organize a rebellion against Grogar. When the rebellion began, The ponies rebellion began under Gusty the Great. The Crystal rebellion was losing, until Gusty banished Grogar. The umbrum felt free, until Gusty created that weapon, the Crystal Heart. Gusty made the umbrum live under the empire, because of the heart. Gusty toke my families Empire!!! She made the crystal ponies because of the heart made normal ponies have crystal like fur, manes, and tails. I reclaim my ancestor's empire, that is why I enslave those amalgamations!!!"

Twilight rememberer Gusty by history lesson in school, what Sombra said was not the one she remembered they. They lied, Celestia lied. She was shocked to here Sombra's story, and sad for the umbrum. Sombra notice she was suppress he had one more thing to say. "Queen Nyx had created a code for the umbrum. Allow me to share what she said."

Twilight was in a fork in a road of her path. She was thinking 'What will my friends think.' She look at the ground. "I don't know. My friends, My Family what will they think."

Sombra looked at her in the eyes "They think your dead my dear."

He was right, he was always telling her the truth. She can't believe it that Sombra was right. Sombra looked at her, she was still looking a way him "So what do you think wait until death, or-" In Sombra's hoof was a black crown "Join me and I will show you what you can become. Together we will show Equestria true fear and terror."

Twilight looked at King Sombra, her eyes closed. She felt the crown dark magic coming from it and it was in her mind. She was under Sombra's spell. Them she opened her eyes slowly. As she did dark purples smoke flow out just like Sombra's, then she smiled.

(CH1) Old Student

One month after Sombra's victory.

It was a beautiful day in the town of Sire's Hollow. The town is small like ponyvile, but not as famous. But there was some pony that is a student of Celestia. She walk around trying to find a place to read. It was a beautiful day, and she wanted to enjoy it. She found a place next to a tree. She had a but on 'The History of Light Magic' by Starswirl. She wanted to study it, like it was her destiny.

"Hey Sunset." a mare said

Sunset Shimmer looked at who it was. She was happy to see it was Starlight Glimmer. "Hi Starlight, what up."

"Well, I notice you won't home and there was a Solar Guard pony at your door. He had a letter and he only wanted to give it to you himself." Starlight said

"Wait a Solar Guard! He has a Letter!" Sunset said. She was so happy.

"Ya, why?" said Starlight.

Sunset Shimmer stoped reading and got up. "Let's go."

They ran off to see where the guard was. They found him. "Sunset Shimmer." said the guard "This letter is for you."

The guard gave her the letter and flew off. Sunset looked at the letter, she knew how its form. She read it.

"I'm going back to Canterlot. Princess Celestia needs me." Said Sunset.

"Can I come, your teacher would like it to see that you help me use magic." Starlight said.

Starlight was blushing "Well... I... you get to see that guard name Flash Sentry."

Starlight laugh and Sunset started too. Sunset look at the time. "Well, we got to go. Don't want to be late."

Sunset and Starlight walk in the the castle of Canterlot. Sunset was so happy to get to see Celestia again, she hope that her may get to advance her studies on light magic.

"Sunset? " A angelic mare voice said.

Sunset looked at who it was, she saw who it was. "Princess Celestia." She ran to the white alicorn, giving her a hug.

Celestia looked and her student. "I missed you being here Sunset."

"I'm sorry about what happen to, Twilight. She was my friend in school and I know this is hard for you." Sunset said.

Celestia started to cry, but tried to stop. "Thank you for caring, my favorite student." Celestia stoped the hug, looking at her student. "I have new studies for you."

"Really." Sunset said

"Yes, the studies for Friendships and the Elements of Harmony." Celestia said

Sunset was in a confuse "Was that Twilight's studies."

"I know you can handle it, my dear student." Celestia said, but notice the other pony with sunset. "Who is this, Sunset."

"O this is Starlight Glimmer, my friend." Sunset said.

Celestia looks at the unicorn, 'she had the same colors as Twilight' She said to herself. "You must be Sunburst's friend am I right. He as told a lot about you and your rare abilities on magic."

Starlight looked at the alicorn Princess. "Ya, that's right, Princess, and Sunset has helped me be controlling it."

Celestia looked at her student "I'm proud of you."

"Thank you Celestia. So when to my studies start." Sunset said.

"At ponyville, a library will be the place you will stay. And I have a way of sending you letter's" Celestia said.

"You can count on me Princess." said Sunset, the two unicorn head off.

Celsatia heard a voice behind her "Tia, do you think she is ready."

She looked at her sister. "Yes Luna, I know she is."

"Let's hope she will not fall." said Luna.

Sunset was still walking around She was looking for some pony. She saw him walking around the halls of Canterlot "There you are my little brother."

"Sunset?" the orange unicorn said. He would said 'what are you doing here' if it was not for his big sis giving her little brother a big hug and his glasses fell off of him

"Why have you not written to mom. Wait I know why, your a important wizard of Celestia but you got to read. But now Celestia is giving me more things to studying and she said that l'm going to living in ponyville, that means I get to see my little brother in canterlot. Don't worry your big sister is here." said Sunset

"Look like you two have a lot of talking to do." said Sunset, she was walking "But me and Starlight have to go.." She was going to say ponyville but she bump in to a pony.

"Sunset." a yellowish Pegasus with blue mane and tail said.

"O hi, Flash Sentry." Sunset said softly and she was blushing.

"What are you doing here." said Flash.

"Celestia got new studies to do and Im going to ponyville with my friend Starlight." Sunset said.

"That good, well I need to do my duty so see you around I guess." said Flash.

"Ya me to being the wizard of Celestia I have a lot of things to do. See you around Starlight." Sunburst

"Well See you guys around too." The two mare said

The two stallions left. Sunset and Starlight looked at them in the distance. Sunset looked at her friend. "So you still like my brother"

(CH2) Dark Queen

One Year after Twilight acceptance.

(Twilight POV)

I walk in canterlot, I see everything burning. The smell of death and fire make me smile. The armies of the crystal empire destroy every pony. I see ponyville burn and watch my so call 'friends' die. I see the one who replace me, as I crush her skull on my hoof. My black obsidian hoof shoe has her blood on it. I give her friend a nightmare spell, my magic is more powerful as I see her eyes flow blood out. I see the the moon princess, she has no horn, I cut that off and her wings. The moon princess has no head for I cut her head clean off with my obsidian crystal golden great sword. I walk to the throne room of Eqestria. I see the princess of the sun, her mane was on fire. I lash at her with my sword, I smile as that was her end.

And I enjoyed her being my prisoner.

I awake to the tyranny of the sun, I use my magic to cover it will the blinds. The room is in a purple color. I try to get up knowing that two hooves hold me like a loving hug. I know who is behind be as i here him breaving on me. I look as Sombra, my king ,my husband. I give him a little kiss on his face, he looks an me.

"I see it morning my dear Twilight." Sombra said with a smile on his face, giving me a kiss on the lips.

I broke the kiss "Yes it is Sombra." I smile, he notice some with me.

"What's with the good mood. Did you have a good dream."

"Yes I did, My beloved king." The best dream ever.

Sombra said. "I will get a shower and you sit here and wait my dear."

five minutes has pass and Sombra got his shower done. I walked in to the bath room I stretch my wings. Yes Sombra gave me alicorn powers, it was easy to know the spell, plus I absorb the Alicorn Amulet it was easy to find with a mind controlled crystal pony going to a shop in canterlot, and it was the only way to open the door to the Umbrum, to free them. I freed the umbrum. I looked at the tub, I put my hoof in. It was prefect, too prefect. I hope this day will be prefect. Six minutes has pass, I got done with my bath out of the tub. I look at the mirror see may face. my eye are like Sombra's but dark purple iris, but if I'm angry they turn blood red. My lavender fur is now darker and my mane and tail is darker too the pink line in my mane is red. my horn is curved and red. I got done dry my self off. I put some of my favorite black lipstick and put it on my lips. I knew Sombra liked that, and it made me happy. I see my carnivorous like teeth when I smile. I look at my flank, my cutie mark was the same shape but the purple star is now red and the white ones are black. I walk out, I was looking for. O there they are, my black hooves shoe. I put on my blood red cap with my black necklace with a red six point star on the center.
I put on my crown.

I see Sombra looking at me, he had is normal steel like armor. "You look lovely." he said, I brushed.

"So ready my king."

He looked at me "As long as you rule with me" He kiss me, his lips, they feel, so good.

When I accept to be Sombra's queen he married me a week later. He knew that I did not want to be rush. But he told me how powerful dark magic is and we rule the crystal empire. It felt normal to me ruling.

We walked to the dining hall, the umbrums that guard the castle bow to us. It felt in-powering. I can smell breakfast as we walk in the dining hall. We sat in the in our chair that was fit for two. Two crystal unicorns walk in with our breakfast, they place it down on the table slowly, they shiver as they don't want to mess up. I not afraid of killing another slave. They plate down in front of us, taking the lid off as they moves away and head back to the kitchen . I had the a apple, orange juice, eggs, french toasted and bacon. Sombra had the same. That's right I eat meat. I need to, Sombra told me that dark magic takes a lot of energy, more that alicorn magic. It was a reason why Celsetia eats some mush cake. And well, meat just tasted so good, why did anyone tell me it tasted so good, and tender. The time was eight when we got done with our breakfast. Sombra and I walked to the throne room. It was not the same throne that the crystal pony princess made, No it was a duel throne as it was for two Sombra sat on the left I sat on the right. He had is hoof on my shoulder, I put my wing on is back. He smiled, as well as me. My height is the same as Sombra's.

"So have you heard about that new princess" Sombra said.

I felt rage "Ya, SUNSET."

"And now she as a castle in ponyville. It just was created out of nothing like it was magic." Sombra said.

"Why did she replace me. She will pay with her blood! And my so call friends are with her. "

Sombra look as me. "Patients, my dear beloved."

"I heard about Teirk being out and then in-prisoned"

"I did, my dear" Sombra said.

"How funny it was seeing Discord betraying his 'friends' and they accept him back. If he betrayed me I would drain his magic and life force." Yes I know the spell that Teirk uses but different. "And the changelings changed, and they join Eqesrtia."

The doors open in the throne room as one the general of the army was they. He is a Umbrum, his name is Darkdrinker. He pay is respect to us by bowing "My King and My Queen, we have a problem."

"What is it"

Darkdrinker looked at us "A slave had try to escape. I hope you can show the slaves that work with him in the mines, a lesson."

Sombra looked at me "I guess this day won't be a easy day."

Sombra had a list he had something to plan. What was it, maybe he wanted a day with me. He wanted a day with me and him, if it was not for the slaves. I wanted some 'Alone time with me and him.' But the stupid crystal ponies. I wish they won't go against us or they all die, but they are useful. He didn't want to look at that list because that the royal duties list.

Sombra looked at me then the list. "I guess you will go and see what going on. I will be waiting for you" he sound sad. I knew he wanted to have me and him time. Stupid slave.

I look at Darkdrinker in anger. "Where, is this slave."

"Right this way my Queen." Darkdrinker said

It was ten I and Darkdrinker head to the camp that the slaves work. The guards bowed to me. I loved it walking the crystal ponies at hard work. Some of them look like there hooves may bleed. I see a cage with umbrum that walked the one inside. I see a young week looking stallion crystal pony inside. He was a earth pony, prefect type of ponies to enslave.

He see me "My Queen I.."

"SAVE IT!" The place shakes with my voice as my rage was at its fullest. He had a face of fear on his face. "How dare you disrespect me. I was the one who gave you and your brothers and sister in labor good food, beds and showers. And this is how I repay by you trying to escape."

He bowed near my hooves "Please, Queen Twilight Terror, have mercy on the." I had my name change, Sparkle did not fit me, that name was for a good pony.

"MERCY!" "You had your chance." I used my magic to grip his throat so hard he couldn't even make a sound but not enough to snap it as I lifted him of the ground.

"SLAVES!!!!!!!" my voice echoed and shakes the ground. The slaves looked at me and stop working. The guards looking at this, another show of force to the slave. "It see to be that you all have no respect. So I have a offer. I can take you friend's life away or your benefits. What will It be."

I stare out into the crowd, awaiting an answer. All I see are blank faces, looking in awe. I'm not entirely sure if it's the shock of having a choice at all or having to choose between a living pony or the one thing that's keeping them clean. It was about a minute in when I heard a pony step forward. I turn to the pony in question in anger. "All Hail Queen Twilight Terror! Down with the traitor!" Then they all said that. It made me smile.

I look down on the pony they waited for death with a dark, if not evil, grin on my face as he was crying his heart out. I grave him with my magic, Lifting him up for all of the slaves to see. I give him the nightmare spell on him, I know this is his worse fear now but I want him to scream. To being his death slowly ad painfully. His eyes flow blood out, then I rip his legs, hooves and head off.

"Back to work, "SLAVES!!!!!!!"" I look at the umbrums that guard the slaves. “You, take that things corpse and use it to decorate the fence and his head on a spike.”

The umbrum bowed "It will be done, my Queen."

I walk back to the castle, Darkdrinker had to go and visit the army. It was lunch and I want to spend my time with my beloved King.

(CH3) Dark Research

Queen Twilight Terror was near the crystal castle, she looked at the center of it, where the heart was going to be now destroy. Without the crystal heart the crystal ponies have no hope they had two options be a slave, or run to equestria and die trying. Now a black and purple radiating crystal six pointed star. The Element of Dark magic, it looked like the elements of harmony of magic but as big as the crystal heart. The castle it self is like the tree of harmony but for dark magic. The dark star gave strength to those who can use dark magic naturally, and protect the empire from invaders and and the frozen north weather.

Twilight could feel her magic getting stronger when see gets in the castle. She was corrupted by dark magic by Sombra with that crown that radiated dark magic but she knew that and she gained control in the few hour after the corruption. And she did like the offer, be a queen of a empire and be married to a stallion that is more royalty than Blueblood. Twilight did remember the story how Sombra was free in the first place by reading his journal. Twilight did remember when she study magic in equestria the name Radiant Hope was not new to her, she did read one of her books on healing magic, and Radiant Hope has been dead for like 900 years. But even so of all of the things she has done, she did not care, she liked being a ruler and she was fully aware what she was doing. She was a different pony, she did not care what she did if her so call friend still care for her or not, for dark magic was to her true magic.

But the dark magic that she was feeling was not the only thing she was wanting to feel. She was looking for one pony special, the one that she love, the one that made her blush, Sombra. It was 11:20 am , and she knew where he was, he was on his some where in the castle. After a few minutes she found him looking out from the balcony, but she was behind him. Twilight smile and walked very slowly, she had a idea.

She covered his eyes with her front hooves "Guess who."

King Sombra stated to giggle. "Well I can guess your voice that I love, your the only mare with dark purple lavender, and you have that beautiful mane my dear Twilight."

Twilight toked her hooves off of his eye and put them around his neck and looking at him. She gave her husband a small kiss on the cheek. "So, what do you want do."

Sombra smiled. "Well I was thinking we can walk to the crystal garden, have a little picnic because it is near lunch, and stay in the garden, enjoying the day. Plus we have to see what the research team is doing, I have heard that Dr. Pestilence von Rickhoof is very close on that project you gave him to do and Dustiron Shine has made new weapons for the army and they want us to see the things they made at 2:30."

Twilight knew that the KQRT or the King's and Queen's Research Team is close on make a better was to kill the crystal ponies by the help of Pestilence, And Dustiron was making something with a lot of metal.

She looked at her king with a smile. "So are we going to the garden now?"

Sombra smiled at her. "We can, if you want to."

Twilight smiled. "Sure, why not."

Sombra and Twilight walked together to the garden. Sombra looked at his queen, his wife. "So how was it at the crystal mountain mine."

Twilight was not in the mood to talk of that "Well, It was the same. Some pony thinks they can go against our rule. I hope that Pestilence's poison works to make our life easy to kill the ones that rebel."

The time is 12:00 pm

In the research building Two Umbrums where still in the building as most of the employees where having lunch. But these two prefer eat in the lab but they already did because of the big day is today. One umbrum was green with white and green eyes. His breathe smelled like rotten eggs, and he sound very sickly when he laughed. The other was a gray and blue eyes. The green one looked at his friend. "So are you nerves or happy that this is the day that the King and the Queen of the empire will be here, Dustiron."

Dustiron Shine looked at his friend "Well you should be nerves, Pestilence. The Queen will expect a lot form you. You are creating the final solution to the crystal ponies, once the empire is 50% automated within hard labor and the machines that I made the empire, will see that the next year."

"And your machines will not rebel like the slaves." said Pestilence.

Dustiron was confected "Ya and the weapons I made will make the empire a not out gun with the ponies of Equestria."

"The empire still has used for slaves, we just need to make there numbers small." Pestilence said. "I how the mind control helmets work."

"O They work. Too perfection." Dustiron said. "But did you test the poison?"

"Well I did?" Pestilence said. "On plant life and small creature. Not crystal ponies if thats what your asking."

"Pestilence!" Dustiron was shocked. "You did not tested it"

Pestilence look at his friend in a face of 'well I got to tell him why'. "Ok I did, with the old one but, its new and I want to see want will happen with this with the king and queen to see. It is just the same poison but modified, some radiation, and bio gas to mix it up and see what happens. I know it will kill the crystal ponies I have for testing."

"Well, I'll take your word on that." Dustiron said

The time is 1:30 pm

In the royal garden of the Crystal empire, King Sombra and Queen Twilight had finished there lunch. The garden of the Empire had the most rare plants and trees in it, from crystal plant life, to normal plant life. The two royals were spending the few minutes of time in the garden. Twilight was laying down and the same with Sombra, there tails were rape together. The two where talking about there day.

Twilight was laughing about how crazy her day was. "And Then he pphehe said 'please have mercy' HHAAHA. You can believe that I will give a pony that tried to 'escaped' I will never give them mercy."

"Your day must have been very crazy, My dear Twilight." Sombra said. "I had a boring day, Will all the duties that the empire has. I wish I was there."

Twilight looked at her husband and raped her hooves around him. "Well at less that we can have a good day together, until that think at 2:30 with the research team."

Twilight notice something with Sombra, he had a smile on his face like he was planing. And he was planing on doing something. Twilight smiled and giggle a little, she sound like she was curious "What are you thinking."

Sombra blushed a little. "O, you know, nothing, My dear."

Suddenly Twilight was on her back and Sombra was laying on her. Twilight started to giggle as Sombra kisses her neck. She felt a hoof rubbing her side near her front hoof. Sombra looked at the time. "No we still have 30 minutes. But we do need to get ready."

In the research building a very worried and stressed out Pestilence walked back and forward in the main room. You can here under his breathe saying "5 minutes, Pestilence." or "Clock is ticking Pestilence. Tick, tick tick." Dustiron look at his friend, and really did questioned his readiness.

Dustiron walked to Pestilence and put is hoof on is shoulder. "Look Pest, everything is fine. Its just 2:26 you need to be patient and you have enough time."

Pestilence gave a sighed "Ya, Thanks Dust."

The two umbrums waited until the arrival of the monarchs of the Empire. It is 2:28, they arrived. King Sombra and Queen Twilight enter in first. With them the captain of the royal guard Captain Violent, he is a dark violent color umbrum. Not only that he is know to be 'violent' to others. Then the black and gray umbrum General Darkdrinker, the general of the army.

"Welcome Your Greatness" Pestilence and Dustiron said. They bow to the the King and the Queen.

"Thank you Pestilence and Dustiron."said King Sombra and Queen Twilight.

Twilight looked at the two umbrum researches. "So what do you have to show us."

Dustiron looked at the Queen. "Yes my Queen. But I guess that maybe a reason the captain and general are here, I will show the captain and general the advance weapons, and Pestilence will show you and your majesty the advancements on the empire." Dustiron looked at the military leaders. "So right this way sirs."

The captain and the general followed Dustiron to the second underground floor, the war weapons room. Pestilence looked at the the king and queen. "Right lets go to the progress floor, your majesties."

The King and Queen follow to the smallest underground floor as the second floor is the largest because of the weapons. In the progress floor was a table with a small model of the Crystal Imperial City, in one of the corners was a glass box with a room inside of the glass box with a sign saying. 'Do not break glass. Gas chamber model.' The room was white and bright, the small model of the city was not like the real one as this is the future.

Pestilence looked at the king and queen. "As you can see we have been hard at work for the future of the empire. So what do you wish to see first, your majesties."

Twilight was more looking at the table with the model of the future empire, but notes Pestilence notes. She saw that the poison has work but he modified it to put corrosive acid, now she didn't have to see if it worked. "I see that there is no need to see the gas, I see you notes Pestilence."

Pestilence was shaking. "A-are you ok with it, my queen."

Twilight smiled with a evil like grin. "Yes."

Sombra looked at the model of the city and saw the big ring at when around the city. "What are those rings."

Pestilence look was the king was looking at. "O, those I believe that Dustiron is better to talk to about that."

Sombra was ok about that, he hoped that Pestilence can explain a little bit but not really. "Can you explain his vision of the future empire will look like."

"Yes, your Highness." Pestilence said "He said that transportation will be faster than equestria."

Suddenly Dustin walked in the room. "Well that was fast. They where fine about the new weapons for the empire. A course they liked the tesla sword, but I'm here."

Pestilence gave a sigh of relief. Twilight looked at Dustiron "So you design the future city to the empire."

"Yes your my Queen." Dustiron said. "I am the one that made the design the future city to the empire."

"Then you can explain what this is." Sombra point at the ring in the model.

"Well." Dustiron said and was stuttering "Th-there call monorail, or train of the sky. They can help with citizens travel to place to place faster in the city."

Dustiron pointed at some spots that had nothing on the model. "I have a plan to put a sculpture of you two, and another for Queen Nyx as she never got one. We still have the ancient painting of her."

"She would want a sculpture of herself." Sombra said.

An hour as past and the king and queen was pleased of what the future looked like but Twilight was worried, As they got back to the throne room Sombra notice she was worried. "What is wrong Twilight."

"O, it just I believe there is a way to destroy the elements of harmony." Twilight said. "But, I will have too see where the source of there power is."

"Do you think so." Sombra said.

Twilight smiled with a evil like grin. "Yes, my beloved king." She then kissed her husband's lips.

One year and Six months had past.

The sun was almost setting on Equestria. At the Castle of Canterlot there is the white alicorn was at the balcony of the castle. Celestia looked at the city of canterlot, she also looked at ponyvile with a smile. She saw the red, yellow, and purple crystal castle that the tree of harmony made for her student. She was smile that her student Sunset Shimmer had the potential to use the element of magic and has become an equal like her. Sunset became the princess of friendship, and recently Sunset found Star Swirl an the Pillars and defeated the pony of shadows by banishment and rescuing Stygian. The sun was almost setting and Celestia knew that her sister will be here to do her duties. She walk around the halls of the castle but the smile that she had faded way.

"Tia."

Celestia stoped and looked for who said that. "O hello, Luna."

Luna notice that her sister sound depress. "What's wrong, sister?"

Luna hoped for a response but she saw her sister cry. Then Luna came to her sister with a hug. "O Luna, I-I m-miss h-her. And there is nothing that will bring her back." Celestia then trying to clear her crying. "I want to kill Sombra, but that magic barrier it-it's just too strong."

Luna looked at her sister in the eyes. "You know that vengeance will not bring her back and it will bring the bad of you remember that dream that Starlight had when she swapped our cutie marks."

"How can I forget that." Celestia said. "But it is hard to say that thing, that Daybreaker is real. And I fight it ever time I sleep."

"You not alone sister." Luna said. "I'm here if you feel sad."

Celestia smile. "Thank you Luna."

"Now you need some rest." Luna said.

In the Crystal Empire the weather did feel natural to normal ponies but to the umbrum this was normal. A constant thunderstorm with no rain and the source came from above of the castle. Purple and green lightning cracked in the black clouds. If this lightning hits the ground it forms crystals. The ground around the empire was not of grass but of ash and snow. For the Dark Star in the empire was restoring the empire origin state.

Queen Twilight was looking at the land of the empire from the tower, the same tower she was trapped and to fine the heart. Twilight had change, she was stronger. Her mane flow with magic with purple and dark blue, it flow like Luna's mane. There was no red in the magic. Her mane had black stars in it as well, they move around her mane like they where apart of it. Her crown was with spikes that where silver crystals. Her horn was longer and sharp to the tip and somewhat cured. Her eyes looked like the one she loved but instead of red in the center, instead it was purple. She had armor like her King but much lighter look.

She looked out to the south of the empire, the broader of Equestria. It was night, and she smile with a evil grin. "Those foolish ponies, will not know what hit them." She pull a book out and was looking of one spell, that she mastered now. "Luna is not the only one with is power. She is the Guardian of Dream, and I am the Terror of Nightmares. And Luna will not know who is doing this." Suddenly her horn lit white, her eyes closed, and them Queen Twilight enter the dream realm.

She was know in the dream realm the place that only Princess Luna can go to. Twilight looked at he body, it was not dark purple lavender but black like she was in her shadow form. She looked at her face and saw green eye with no pupils. But suddenly she saw Luna in the distance, but she looked like she did not notice her.

'The spell worked' Twilight said but Luna was not aware that there is a a dark evil in this realm.

Luna disappeared in to a dream to help a pony. "Now she is gone." Twilight said. "Let see who will be my test subject."

She looked for a pony that was worried and in lots of stress, and it was easy to find on. She saw a dream world with a sun, and this pony had a lot of gilt on her. "So sun princess, lets see if you can give me what I'm looking for. If not them I will go for the element bearers. But let this be my revenge of you using me, to do your dirty work!" Twilight enter Celestia's dream and to give her a nightmare.

Celestia woke up looking around she could not believe where she was. "Here." she said. "The Crystal Empire, how." She looked at it the land that boarder equestria "The barrier its gone."

"Ready dear sister." Luna said.

"To kill the tyrant." Celestia said. "Yes."

But this was not Luna. Twilight had created a shadow puppet of Luna. It use the memories of luna in Celestia's mind. Twilight grin above and watched. Hoping this will work "Lets see if this 'dungeon of despair' works."

Celestia felt the ground shake and she fell in a dark hole, she look around there was nobody around not even Luna. She looked about the hole was covered. But she heard someone, and he was laughing.

"Hahaha, A at last we mean face to face again." He said, coming out of the shadow was King Sombra. "Princess Celestia. Hahhaha." Twilight smile as she puppet the shadow mimic of Sombra. Celestia felt anger and rage. Twilight smile like a little filly "Good Celestia, let you hatred flow." Celestia use her magic to make a blade staff, Sombra had a scythe made from the black crystal he create. There blades clash.

"What is the matter Celestia." Sombra said "Having a bad day."

Celestia eye had fire in them "Silence you cower!."

She push Sombra and close her eyes to stab Sombra. She looked, but sombra was not the pony she stabbed it was a purple lavender unicorn mare. "Why did you let me die?" Twilight said.

"No" Celestia said, she then cried. "No please, Twi..light I did.. not mean too." That was not Twilight for the real one was above. Celestia cried out. "O twilight I-I miss you."

Twilight saw Celestia's memories but not the one she was look for. "Looks like the element bearers are next."
