Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, and Applejack were all together one early morning all still in their thick diapers and they all had their own pink changing booths. Both Fluttershy and Applejack were waiting patiently in their soggy diapers. Applejack yawned and stretched her forelegs and blushed to hear her diaper squelch between his hind legs. “how long are we going to stay here? I mean I already soaked through another diaper waiting for Pinkie to get things ready.”

Fluttershy looked down at her own sodden padding and prodded it with a hoof.“Yeah, I didn’t even bother changing my diaper. I just hope we start soon I don't want to get a rash.”

Applejack sniffed the air and gagged at the scent of urine. “well ya better get to it! It smells like a dog just peed all over a fire hydrant.

Pinkie pie then bounced out of the tent and rose up on her hind legs showing off her thick poofy diaper as she exclaimed, “now I inspected your booths and made sure that everything is in tip-top shape! Now do come on I'll show you how to change a diaper on a big pony!”

“Wait!” they all stopped as they turned to see Nurse Redheart waddling down the street in her thick recently changed diaper which was evident by the clouds of foal powder billowing out through her leg holes. The mare even had a giant diaper bag with a big red cross printed on the side of it. As the mare got closer she had to pause to catch her breath before she explained, “I’ve heard about this endeavor and I want to join in!”

Pinkie Pie looked over and smiled at the nurse. “Of course you can!”

She then continued into the tent and they surrounded Carmel laying on the changing table blushing showing off his thick pink diaper that was stained yellow from urine. Pinkie Pie jumped around the table as the mares stood aside as the pink coated earth pony exclaimed, “now here’s how to change a diaper 101!”

Nurse Redheart blushed as she rose a hoof and asked, “um I don’t mean to interrupt. But you should be wearing gloves if you're going to change diapers by hoof?”

Pinkie giggled and waved a hoof. “Oh silly me I completely forgot!” Redheart then hoofed her a pair of pink latex gloves to cover her hooves as she slowly peeled off the tabs that were held secure to Caramel's midriff as she explained, "you want to go slow as to not hurt the customer."

She then pulled back the diaper making everyone in the booth gag. Redheart slowly raised a hoof and added, “um Pinkie again I’m sorry for interrupting but you need a medical mask also right? I mean the odors are quite horrid.”

Pinkie casually waved a hoof as she replied, “oh that’s not necessary were here to make the ponies feel comfortable and I think a medical mask would make you look creepy. It's not like parents change their babies diapers wearing medical stuff.”

Redheart blushed and nodded in agreement. “Right you have a point.”

Pinkie Pie proceeded with the change. “Now after removing the diaper we now clean the nether regions with foal wipes. I have heated wipes in your stations so the customers should feel more comfortable.”

The ponies all nodded in agreement and Pinkie Pie continued the change after cleaning the embarrassed stallion off. She then took out a bottle of foal cream and powder and explained, “Now we need to make sure the foal cream is smeared over the entire bottom area. Afterward, we'll pour powder over their rumps and make sure their bottoms are completely covered we don't want our customers getting rashes.”

Carmel groaned and could only watch in embarrassment as Pinkie pie smeared foal cream all over his underbelly then dumped a tin of foal powder turning his light brown fur into a pasty white color. Pinkie then looked up and continued to explain, “After that, we're going to take a new diaper to try to find something that will fit their personality. I have dozens of brands and thickness if they ask for a personal preference then give it to them. Now Caramel maybe embarrassed but he loves pink frilly diapers.” She then took out a thick pink diaper with flower designs printed on the padding and began applying the fresh diaper over the stallion’s rump. After sealing the tabs around his birth she helped Caramel off the table and he blushed waddling around creating small puffs of foal powder to poof from the leg holes making the mares daww and giggle.

Redheart wrote some notes and asked,” well that seems simple enough."

Pinkie Pie chirped, "it sure is now go on and get to your booths! we have some diapers to change!"

Fluttershy and Applejack waddled off both hurrying to go get a diaper change themselves. All the while the white-coated nurse stood there with a sheepish smile. She was still embarrassed and was unsure of even being there. Pinkie Pie bounced over and explained, “um Redheart I didn’t set a booth up for you can you help me instead?”

Redheart nodded and whispered, “sure, I wouldn’t mind assisting you. I mean...I have changed newborn’s diapers before but I have never had to change a full-grown pony’s diaper.”

The pink coated earth pony bumped her nose. “Oh don’t worry I’ll teach you the ropes just watch and learn!”

She then bounced out of the tent and flipped a big sign with big white poofy letters from “closed” to “open.”

After a few hours of diaper changing, the long lines were smaller than yesterday with four mares doing the diaper changes together. Caramel was busy throwing dirty diapers away while resupplying them. Dr. Whooves blushed as he entered the tent with his back legs squeezing the back of his diaper with a embarrassed expression as he asked, “um I don’t mean to pry. But I noticed that your diaper changing tables could use some cool adjustments."

Pinkie Pie turned around with a big smile on her face and squeaked, "oh yes! what do you have a mind?"

The doctor gave a smug grin and waddled inside and placed the blueprints down and explained, "Heres some ideas I had in mind. Like a scanner where it will show how much the pony messes and wets themselves. I then can adjust how much foal powder they need so they get an adequate amount. A conveyor belt to get rid of dirty diapers faster and a small rolling device that will seal the tabs on the landing zone."

Pinkie Pie beamed a smile and chirped, "All these ideas sound wonderful! I actually was thinking of making these booths better some how and I know a draconequus who can do it!"

She turned to Redheart and asked, "hey can you take over changing diapers here?"

The nurse squeaked at the notion and scrunched her diaper between her thighs as she gave a nervous nod and stammered, "Of course I can this isn't too difficult to handle. But where are you going?"

The pink coated earth pony bounced off in her diaper leaving a trail of foal powder as she squealed, "oh you'll see! I'm making the diaper changing business even bigger!"

Redheart shrugged as she turned to a mare on the diaper changing table and started to continue the diaper changes.

A draconequus who looked a lot like Discord but he wore a yellow hard hat and was busy tinkering with the spells with Rarity's enchanted diaper changing station inside her boutique. A tired and grumpy Rarity stood aside in her sodden thick dark blue nightime diaper and was whining "come on! How much longer am I going to have to wait!?

The draconequus growled, " hold on a sec I'm almost finished."

He then took out a package containing dozens of fresh diapers and pull-ups as he placed them inside the changing table and closed the hatch. He swiped his claws together and proclaimed, "there all done! You can change your diaper now."

Rarity strolled over with a humpf "Fine, now leave darling! I would like to have my diaper changed in privacy...and remember this never happened."

The draconequus rolled his eyes. "yeah yeah I know, still you should consider wearing diapers all day. If you have a big accident in your pull-ups it's not going to be a good day for you."

Rarity turned to draconequus and snapped, "I don't need your opinion!Now get out of here!"

The draconequus simply left the boutique as quickly as possible. He was grumbling irritably as he went down the streets of Ponyville only to look up to see a familiar pink coated earth pony and waved a claw. "Hey Pinkie Pie how are you doing!"

She giggled joint until his claws "Hey Buildy! how ya doing!"

The draconequus ruffled her mane. "I'm doing fine just stocked Rarity's changing table with a dozen of super thick flower scented diapers."

He then slammed a claw into his face and groaned, "I wasn't supposed to say this. Please keep that to yourself."

Pinkie waved a hoof. "Oh, it's okay I know Rarity is getting used to her padding. In fact, I need your help with a special order."

He crossed his claws with a smirk. "Alright, I'm all ears."

Pinkie bounced up and down on her diaper as she explained, "well I started a service to change ponies diapers by hoof and it's getting bigger. I need to see if you can make these blueprints that Dr. Whooves gave me?"

She hoofed them over as he snatched the forms and read them over with a smirk. "Baby powder, tab sealers...dirty diaper conveyer belt. Yeah, I can make all these."

He looked up at Pinkie pie bouncing on her diaper making a cacophony of crinkling noises. She then kissed the draconequus on the cheek and squeaked, "ok I'll go get back to work I can't wait to see what you're going to do!"

The draconequus rubbed his cheek as he whispered, "Well, it's hard to say no to that pony."

An hour has gone by and Applejack was quite exhausted by changing so many diapers. She wiped the sweat from her brow and turned to see Big Mac blushing to wear a super cute thick diaper with green apples printed on the padding. His sister eyed him and grumbled, "so you want me to change your diaper?"

The stallion gave a small nod and with blush growing on his face he chirped, "Ey'yup."

Applejack rolled her eyes and gave the changing table a pat. "Come on then."

The Big stallion waddled in and Applejack reared back by the smell of her brother's padding and gagged. "Ugh, what the buck Big Mac!"

The stallion didn't respond as he laid down on the changing table and with his hooves up in the air. Applejack went to work unstrapping the diaper and started to wipe his rump. She gagged and held her breath as she went about the diaper change but it was too much as she cried "Redheart! I need ya help!"

Redheart waddled in and shook her head. "This is why you need a medical mask!" She strapped one around Applejack's face and then placed on her's "ok now you're about done so I'll remove the diaper. Big Mac, I need you to lift your back legs."

He did as the mares asked and raised his legs up as the mares pulled the messy diaper out from under him. They then rolled it up and threw it on the conveyor belt. Redheart and Applejack then threw their dirty gloves on the conveyor belt and took out a jumbo-sized diaper with a big red smiley face apple printed on the back and giggled, "this is the biggest diaper they make at the foal supply shop."

Applejack burst into laughter upon seeing the padding. She then showed the diaper off to Big Mac and cooed, "look it has a big smiley face. Isn't it adorable?"

Big Mac pouted and rolled his eyes and simply replied, "Ey'yup."

Applejack snickered as she unveiled the padding and was unfolding it while Redheart tubbed foal cream and powder all over Big Mac's rump. Afterward, Applejack started to strap the diaper around Big Mac's rump and sealed the tabs with her hoof right under his belly and dawwed, "aww, it has little smiley apples here as wetness indicators. Do you like them?"

Big Macintosh blushed as he just gave a nod, "ey' yup."

After that, the mare gave his diaper a pat making some foal powder billow out from the leg holes and cooed, "all changed Little Mac now go on and sell them apples."

He blushed and was gently placed down on the ground. The stallion then quickly waddled out of the tent as fast as he could as the two mares burst into laughter.

While Applejack and Redheart were finishing Big Mac's diaper changed. Fluttershy was busy looking over Cheerilee who was in a slightly yellow stained wearing a thick white diaper with little cute smiley face flowers printed on the padding. The yellow coated mare gulped as she started to slowly peel the tabs off the padding. The teacher blushed as she cooed, "Hey, don't be nervous. My diaper is only a little wet. To be honest I didn't really need a full diaper change. I just wanted a fresh clean diaper while I teach for the rest of the day."

Fluttershy blushed as she whispered, "s..sorry, I'm still nervous about this whole diaper changing thing."

Cheerilee blushed and explained, "how about I just talk you through it. Now come on open the tabs."

Fluttershy then began to open the tabs of the diaper removing the tabs and unfolding it back. It reeked slightly of urine. But Fluttershy didn't rear back or anything. Cheerilee then cooed, "go on and take a wipe and clean around the underbelly."

Fluttershy started wiping around the mare's underbelly and after a few minutes, she rolls up the padding and threw it on the conveyor belt. The mare then took out the powder and squealed as it slipped from her hooves and foal powder was dumped all over Cheerilee's rump. The mare squeaked, "I...I'm so sorry!"

The teacher waved a hoof. "Oh that's alright, just wipe off the extra powder with a wipe."

Fluttershy nervously took a wipe with one hoof and then took the front of her diaper and pulled on the seams on the front of her diaper. Seeing a big enough opening she poured the powder into her diaper and giggled as the powder was dumped inside her padding creating a cloud of foal powder to billow outwards. Cheerilee burst into laughter and giggled. "oh wow! Now that's just adorable!"

Fluttershy blushed as she then took out a similar diaper with pink flowers printed on the padding and pink leak guards lining around it. She then strapped it around Cheerilee's rump with a smile on her face. The mare bounced off and smirked, "come on, let's bump our diapers together."

Fluttershy squeaked, "what!?" Cheerilee turned around and showed off her thick padding and chirped, "just do it! it's going to be fun!"

Fluttershy nervously turned around and closed her eyes as she scooted backwards as she scrunched her diaper into Cheerilee's. The energetic teacher then bumped her diaper into Fluttershy's making her squeak as a huge cloud of foal powder came out of her diaper. The teacher then gave the pegasus's padding a pat as she cooed "you did a great job Fluttershy you're a natural. Just don't be so nervous about wearing a diaper. Like Pinkie Pie said we should just try to enjoy ourselves."

The pegasus gave a nervous nod as the teacher skipped out of the booth and back to the schoolhouse. Fluttershy gave a sigh and plopped onto the seat of her diaper as a cloud of foal powder enevloped her. The pegaus then started to snicker which then then broke out into a burst of laughter.

But she didn't have time to enjoy that cute moment as she heard Pinkie Pie shouting, "Attention! everypony come outside!"

They all slowly walked out of the booths to see Pinkie Pie standing with a megaphone and a draconequus wearing a yellow hard hat. She then shouted, "My friend Buildy is going to work on our booths and make them better! Go and get lunch, a fresh diaper and be back in a few hours!"

The ponies all shrugged and waddled off with thier diapers shaking out and foal powder poofing out. Buildy couldn't help but snicker, "I can't get over it when you ponies all toddle together like that."

Pinkie who continued to bounce on her diaper and chirped, "Maybe we should have a diaper crinkle parade! But we can discuss that later for now get to work Buildy we need to get these diaper changing booths upgraded!"

He saluted Pinkie pie and exclaimed, "Don't worry my Pinkie Pie! I will make these changing booths are upgraded and full of fresh diapers and foal powder in no time!"

A few hours later the ponies all came back and their mouths dropped as they gaped upon seeing their new changing booths. They looked like if they were made of diaper material with big pink banners flying overhead with "Pinkie Pie's changing booth" Over each station. Buildy then opened the curtain to the inside of one of the booths and explained, "now come on I want to show you your new workstations."

The ponies waddled in and were in awe seeing their booths were filled with diapers, changing supplies and a long conveyor belt that went through all three booths which lead directly into a magical pit to be disposed of. Buildy had a smug grin as he explained. "I got everything done with Dr. Whooves while you were out on lunch break. Now come on I'll show you how to use your new tools."

They walked around as they look like over the changing booth with Caramel laying on the changing table with a scowl on his face. The draconequus then took out a scanner gun and shot a beam of energy at the sodden padding. Caramel squeaked in surprise as he kicked about in his soggy diaper as Buildy looked down at the screen on the scanner and explained, "his diaper is soiled at 10% and soaked in about 75% He should have at least five pats of foal powder onto the stallion's rump. The draconequus then began to remove the diaper and started to clean up Caramel's nether regions. Caramel whimpered as the powder was applied all over his underbelly. But Buildy continued with the change as he then applied a fresh diaper and took out special rolling device as he rolled it over the tabs making adorable crinkling noises as he did so and then proclaimed, " ta-dah!"

As the dirty diaper left on the conveyor belt and dumped into the pit outside. The ponies were all stunned and started applauding as Caramel blushed and waddled off not wanting to be an example for a third time that day. The draconequus with a smile he explained, "now before I go do you have any questions?"

The ponies all shook their heads "no" as the draconequus gave a nod. "Alright, well go on and continue on changing diapers. If you need my services ask Pinkie Pie she's my contact." He then snapped a claw and teleported off in a pink cloud.

Pinkie Pie bounced around and asked, "now, that our booths are bigger and cooler. I think we need more ponies to sign on and help out."

Nurse Redheart blushed as she showed a few other volunteer nurses from the hospital and explained, "well some of my coworkers of mine said they also want to help change diapers. But only once in awhile."

Dr whooves waddled into the booth leading a group of stallions all blushing and looking around nervously as he explained, "these brave lads won't touch dirty diapers but they will help come and grab changing supplies when needed."

Pinkie started to tear up and rubbed her eyes "oh you guys! this is amazing! I know all of you are still emberassed by what's going on. So lets do our best to help our fellow ponies out in getting used to their padding. Now let's go change some diapers!"

The ponies clapped their hooves and cheered as Pinkie Pie gave a bow and bounced off with a smile. The rest of the ponies then went about their jobs and got ready for the rest of the busy day to come.
